Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of ethical leadership and organizational commitment to employee performance, as well as the influence of ethical leadership on organizational commitment. The rp was carried out as a survey. The population of this study were all employees in the city of Yogyakarta batik cooperatives. Sampling was done by purposive sampling. Number of samples was 37 people, 8 people from enlisted KBTamtama, 9 people from KB Senopati, 6 people from KB PPBI, 7 people from Coral Single Family Planning, and 7 people from KB Mataram. Data were collected using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. Scale measurements using 5-point Likert scale. Hypothesis testing is done by using multiple regression analysis and simple regression analysis. The results showed: (1) ethical leadership had positive and significant effect on employee performance (b = 0755; p = 0.000 <0.05). The implication, the better implementation or application of ethical leadership from the head, then the employees performance is likely to increase; (2) organizational commitment had positive and significant impact on employee performance (b = 0.490; p = 0.002 <0.05). The implication, the stronger the organizational commitment of employees, then the employees performance is likely to increase; and (3) ethical leadership hadpositive and significant effect on organizational commitment (b = 0629; p = 0.000 <0.05). The implication, the better implementation or application of ethical leadership of the leadership, the organizational commitment of employees tend to increase. Keywords : ethical leadership, organizational commitment, employee performance, purposive sampling.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the efficiency level of Management Departement of UST’s Economic Faculty, as measured by the students studiesachievement and compare it to the human resources input. Input variables in this study are: Numbers of Lecturer, Lecturer’s DoctoraldegreeRatio, Numbers of Academics officers and Academics officers Bachelors degree ratio. The Output variables are: The average GPA and the average of Graduation Time. Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) used to analyze the data for 2011-2013 period. In general, efficiency level arefluctuated. Based on input oriented efficiency method, 100 percent efficiency was achieved in 2011 and 2013, and the inefficiency of 93.86 percent in 2012. Input that provided the largest contribution to the level of efficiency is Lecturer’s Doctoral degree Ratio. While the output that provided the largest contribution to the level of efficiency variations in 2012 is the average GPA of graduates and in 2013 was the average of Graduation Time.  Keyword : DEA, Efficiency, Departement

Abstract

Community service activity is related to Training of Entrepreneurship Making and Promotion Digital Marketing Batik To Women Fostering Family Welfare (PKK). The purpose of this activity is to introduce entrepreneurship and digital marketing of handmade batik to the women PKK Pandeyan Numbers. In addition, PKK women can follow up to have store of batik from their production. The venue is located at RW 04 Pandeyan Hall. The activity targets are women PKK Kalangan Pandeyan. The implementation followed by cooperation with Sanggar Batik Jenggolo as a speech how to make batik. Training methods are studying, discussions and practices. Training activities include entrepreneurship, promotion, product decisions and branding, digital marketing and making batik. Abstract

Research purposes want to know the influence of application fertilizer liquid organic (POC) to improve the result soybean. Is hypothesized this research is: (1) kind of POC different can provide growth and the results of soybean different; (2) Various POCdifferent can be applied in the soybean plant. The research was conducted using a randomized block design of one factor by treatment as follows: P1 : Without POC ( Control ), P2 : POC Waste Water Hyacinth, P3: POC waste dregs and skin the sugarcane, P4: POC waste coconut coir, P5: POC waste water hyacinth + manure, P6 : POC sugarcane waste dregs + manure + cocopeat, P7: POC waste coconut coir + cocopeat. Each treatment repeated four times, so that was obtained 28 tenement experiment , by using plants 10 sample every tenement. The research note that the treatment poc dregs cane + manure + cocopeat ( P6 ) give heavy dry seed / swaths better than other treatment, Although no different real the treatment poc dregs cane ( P3 ), So also with the potential of the results, Where p6 able to provide the 2,36 tons / ha was p3 able to give a ton / ha 2,12. While in parameters 1.000 the weight , the treatment poc dregs cane + manure + cocopeat ( P6 ) give 1.000 weight of the best, Although no different treatment real with the provision of waste poc dregs and skin cane (P3) or P5.Keywords: Liquid organic fertilizer, and Soybean Production

Abstract

The purpose this study was to describe (1) the effect of LMX (Leader Member Exchange) and motivation on OCB (Organization Citizenship Behavior) at PT. Bank Central Asia Kantor Cabang Utama Yogyakarta.The population 185 employess as the sample. Data colletion using questionare with probaility sampling with accidental sampling method. This study used multiple regresion analys by the F-test and T-test.The result showed: (1) there is positive and significant correlation between LMX (Leader Member Exchange) and OCB (Organization Citizenship Behavior) the result of regression are β=0.121 and sig. 0.020 (0.020<0,05), (2) there is positive and significant correlation between motivation and OCB (Organization Citizenship Behavior) with β=1.254 sig. 0.000 (0,000<0.05). Value of coefficient determination (R2) is equal to 0.475 or 47,5% mean OCB variable influenced by LMX (Leader Member Exchange) and motivation the different are influenced by another factor.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitan ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan tentangpengaruh motivasi, kepuasan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadapkinerja karyawan pada Ramayana Department Store cabangYogyakarta.Penelitian ini tergolong dalam penelitian explanatoryresearch. Variabel penelitian ini adalah motivasi, kepuasan kerjadan disiplin kerja. Populasinya adalah karyawan tetap RamayanaDepartment Store cabang Yogyakarta yang berjumlah 49 orang.Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakanmedia kuesioner, sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakananalisis regresi linier berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: motivasiberpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepuasan kerjaberpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja, disiplin kerja tidakberpengaruh terhadap kinerja, sedangkan motivasi, kepuasankerja dan disiplin kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positifterhadap kinerja. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi (R2) menunjukkanbahwa variabel bebas (motivasi, kepuasan kerja dan disiplinkerja) yang mempengaruhi variabel terikat (kinerja karyawan)sebesar 0,451 atau 45,1% sedangkan sisanya 54,9% didugadipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.Kata Kunci:motivasi, kepuasan kerja, disiplin kerja, kinerja

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work ability on employee performance, the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, the influence of organizational commitment to employee performance, and the effect of variable ability to work, job satisfaction and organizational commitment on the performance of PD. BPR BKK Kebumen. The sampling technique was accidental sampling. Data collection using a questionnaire, while data analysis techniques using multiple regression analysis by the F-test and T-test and the classical assumption test of normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity. The results showed the multiple linier regression model is Y = 51,096 – 0,263X₁ - 0,305X₂ + 0,293X₃ . That is ability to work, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment contributes greatly to the performance. Value of the determinant coefficient (R²) was 0,158. The result shoe that the coefficient determinant of ability to work, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment have a positive influence on employee performance by 15,8% and the remaining 84,2% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh variabel kecerdasan emosional, motivasi ekstrinsik dan budaya organisasi terhadap kreativitas karyawan pada industri kerajinan perak di Kotagede Yogyakarta. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Sampel hanya diambil pada asosiasi industri kerajinan perak yang berada di Kotagede Yogyakarta. Prosedur pengumpulan data menggunakan koesioner yang dibagikan untuk diisi oleh karyawan atau pengrajin perak. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dapat disimpulkan kecerdasan emosional, Motivasi ekstrinsik dan Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kreativitas karyawan. Secara simultan variabel kecerdasan emosional, motivasi ekstrinsik, dan budaya organisasi berpengarut positif terhadap kreatifitas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara kepemimpinan, motiviasi, dan pelatihan ketrampilan secara parsial terhadap kinerja Kelompok Rintisan Usaha Batik Dampingan Kantor Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Dan Perempuan Kota Yogyakarta. Variabel penelitian ini adalah kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, pelatihan ketrampilan dan kinerja karyawan. Responden dalam penelitian ini sejumlah sampel 66. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu simple random sampling. Metode pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner. Penelitian diperoleh, Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Pelatihan ketrampilan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja dan pelatihan ketrampilan berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja dengan taraf signifikan 5%.
