Abstract

The objectives of this study were evaluated the insecticidal activity ethanol seed extract of Cerbera sp. on mortality and reproduction H. antonii. The bioassays were conducted using residuel methods. Observations on insect mortality conducted every 24 hours for 8 days. Relationship between concentrations and mortality was analyzed by probit. The number of offspring emerged from adult female  analyzed by ANOVA. The result shows that Cerbera sp. seed extract possessed insecticidal activity against H. antonii with LC?? of 0.32%. In the reproduction test, LC??, LC?? and LC?? inhibit reproduction of H. antoni adult. Keywords : Cerbera sp., Helopeltis antonii, insecticide botanical

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara kepulauan dengan ribuan pulau besar dan kecil yang memliki perairan laut dangkal. Salah satu informasi yang dibutuhkan dari pulau-pulau tersebut adalah peta batimetri khususnya diperairan laut dangkal. Informasi tersebut masih sangat terbatas pada skala yang besar untuk skala yang lebih detil masih sangat terbatas. Untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut dibutuhkan teknogi penginderaan jauh. Salah satu pemanfaatan teknologi penginderaan jauh adalah untuk menghasilkan informasi batimetri. Banyak metode yang dapat digunakan untuk menghasilkan informasi batimetri dengan teknologi tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode regresi linier berganda (MLR) yang dikembangkan oleh Lyzenga, 2006. Data yang akan di gunakan adalah citra satelit SPOT 7 di Perairan Laut Dangkal Gili Trawangan, Gili Meno dan Gili Air Pulau Lombok Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat. Metode penentuan batimetri tersebut dilakukan pada data kedalaman insitu dengan melakukan dua modifikasi yaitu yang pertama dengan tidak memperhatikan jenis objek habitat dasar dan yang kedua memperhatikan objek habitat dasar karang, lamun, makroalga dan substrat.Hasil dari penelitian ini memberikan korelasi R2 yang meningkat dari 0,721 menjadi 0,786 serta penuruanan nilai kesalahan RMSE dari 3,3 meter menjadi 2,9 meter.

Abstract

The use of dimensional reduction in the diagnostic system model of coronary heart disease, many same of case do not take into account the clinical procedures commonly used by clinicians in diagnosis. This requires that the examination be done thoroughly, thus making the high cost of diagnosis. This study aims to develop a tiered approach model in reducing dimensions for predicting CHD. The method in this research is divided into several stages, namely preprocessing, building the knowledge base and system testing. Preprocessing consists of several processes, namely the removal of missing value data, grouping attributes, and dividing data for training and testing. Knowledge base modeling is divided into three levels. The first level were the risk factor attributes, the second level were the type of chest pain & ECG, and the third were scintigraphy & coronary angiography. The knowledge base was modeled based on fuzzy rules and its inferencing process using Mamdani method. The first, fuzzy rule-based was obtained by using the FRS study. The second and third stage, using the induction rule algorithm to get the rule, then converted to fuzzy rule. The tested algorithm were C4.5, CART, and FDT. The system testing was performed by the 5-folds cross-validation method, with performance parameters based on population and individual. The test resulted using the Cleveland and Hungarian datasets, the FRS+CART combination was capable of reducing the most attributes and the highest likelihood ratio performance parameter, which was 15.96. FRS+C4.5, at least the attributes were reduced, but has an AUC performance of 80.43%, while FRS+FDT, more reduced attributes than FRS+C4.5, and AUC performance parameters are better than FRS+CART. Dimensional reduction model for prediction of CHD, capable of providing better performance than not tiered.

Abstract

This article presents a development of a fuzzy based nominal characteristic trajectory following (NCTF) controller for continuous motion control. A new structure is proposed in order to achieve excellent performance of tracking to a continuous reference input and also for point-to-point positioning task. The proposed structure maintains the NCTF controller simple configuration which is composed of a nominal characteristic trajectory (NCT) and a compensator. The compensator is based on a Mamdani type fuzzy controller. Its membership functions are designed according to the available information provided by NCT and the hardware specification. Controller performance was evaluated through simulation by comparing it with the existing method previously proposed for the fuzzy based NCTF controller. The tracking performance was evaluated by measuring responses of the system providing continuous sinusoidal signal input. The result indicates that substantial improvement is achieved in tracking of continuous reference inputs. Moreover, a better result is also obtained in performing point-to-point positioning task.DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v13i1.7008

Abstract

Paraffin deposition becomes a problem in the crude oil transportation system in surface production facilities, especially in oilfield flowline. The cause is big pressure drop which can inhibit the fluid flow rate. Paraffin problem occurrence is affected by specific factors, such as crude oil characteristics, flowing pressure and oil temperature drop below the oil pour point. From the parameter mentioned before, the potential of experiencing paraffin deposition in the flowline from the wellhead to the separator needs to be analyzed. From the physical properties analysis, paraffin deposition occurs when the temperature is decreased below the oil pour point (43 OC). In this case, the wellhead temperature is 65 OC. Paraffin problem countermeasures are being done by installing insulation along the flowline to resolve the fluid heat loss. If the previous countermeasure method could not solve the problem, a sand heater is needed to be installed to heat up the fluid inside the flowline in a certain point of distance.

Abstract

Candi Bumiayu merupakan candi peninggalan sejarah masa lampau yang memiliki nilai-nilai sejarah dan budaya yang baik untuk dipelajari dan sekaligus dapat dijadikan sumber pemeblajaran sejarah yang bermanfaat bagi generasi sekarang dan yang akan datang. Masalah pada penelitian ini adalah nilai sejarah apakah pada motif ragam flora candi Bumiayu yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai sumber pembelajaran sejarah di sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah  untuk mengetahui nilai sejarah dan budaya keragaman motif flora pada candi Bumiayu yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai sumber pembelajaran sejarah di sekolah Menegah Pertama. Manfaat penelitian ini adalah tersedianya sumber pembelajaran sejarahi mata pelajaran IPS Terpadu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian diskriptif kualitatif. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini candi Bumiayu mempunyai ragam motif flora yang beragam. Motif flora itu menggambarkan kehidupan dan kesenian pada masa itu, kerukunan antara umat beragama Hindu-Budha. Di dalam relief candi Bumiayu terdapat berbagai ragam motif flora atau tumbuhan. Motif itu antara lain adalah bunga teratai, bunga pucuk rebung, motif patra, daun dan lung, motif ikal.

Abstract

Robot rehabilitasi pasien pasca stroke saat ini telah dikembangkan oleh negara-negara maju di dunia, tidak terkecuali Indonesia meskipun sebagai negara berkembang. Salah satu pengembang robot rehabilitasi pasien pasca stroke itu berada di Universitas Gadjah Mada yang telah melakukan penelitian beberapa tahun ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kepentingan relatif konsumen terhadap robot rehabilitasi pasien pasca stroke untuk kemudian digunakan sebagai bahan masukan dalam pengembangan robot selanjutnya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Conjoint Analysis. Metode ini memiliki keunggulan dalam menganalisis trade off antar atribut. Dari hasil pengolahan Conjoint Analysis dengan bantuan program SPSS, dapat diketahui bahwa kebutuhan konsumen paling tinggi terhadap robot rehabilitasi pasien stroke adalah  dapat dipasangkan ke tangan pasien dengan mudah, baru setelah itu kemampuannya untuk dipakai di kedua tangan (kanan dan kiri) dan material yang digunakan dalam pembuatan robot haruslah aman bagi pasien.AbstractPost-stroke rehabilitation robot has been developed in the world, including Indonesia as a developing country. One of this robot developers is Universitas Gadjah Mada who has conducted research for post stroke rehabilitation robot in recent years. This study aims to identify the consumer?s relative importance of the  post-stroke rehabilitation robot that can be used for the next robot development. The method used in this study is Conjoint Analysis. This method has the advantage in analyzing trade-offs between attributes. From this research, we have known that the highest rank of the robot consumer needs are: can be attached to the patient's hand with ease, the ability to be used in both hands (right and left) and the movement of the robot which can be varied according to the needs of the patient.

Abstract

PT. Berkah Alam Semesta (PT. BAS) melakukan eksplorasi guna mengetahui keberadaan bijih besi di daerah izin usaha pertambangan yang dimiliki. Metode yang dapat memberikan gambaran lokasi penyebaran terdapatnya bijih besi secara tidak langsug yaitu menggunakan metode geofisika. Bijih besi adalah benda logam yang memiliki sifat kemagnetan sehingga metode geofisika yang paling cocok digunakan adalah Geomagnet  Penyelidikan dengan menggunakan geomagnet bermanfaat untuk mengetahui keberadaan benda magnetik di bawah permukaan bumi dengan menangkap intensitas magnetik total.Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah mendapatkan data anomali magnetik dari setiap lintasan pengukuran yang telah diukur, sehingga dapat menduga penyebaran bijih besi pada daerah tersebut.Pengambilan data Geomagnet menggunakan Magnetometer G-816 dan GEM SYSTEM 19-T dan pengolahan data menggunakan dan pengolahan data menggunakan program surfer 10 dan Magpick untuk mengetahui penyebaran bijih besi serta program Mag2dc untuk estimasi kedalaman bijih besi.Setelah di lakukan pengambilan, pengolahan dan interpretasi data maka dapat diketahui . Lintasan yang dianggap prospek untuk diteliti lebih lanjut dengan metode geolistrik adalah lintasan S9,T1,L berada di sebelah Barat lokasi penelitian dan lintasan M,N,O,P berada di sebelah Timur Laut lokasi penelitian. Hal ini bisa dilihat pada peta penampang anomali magnetik. Hasil dari pengolahan menggunakan program mag2dc kedalaman bijih besi diperkirakan pada kedalaman 40-50m dari permukaan.KataKunci  :Geofisika, Geomagnet, software ; surfer 10, magpick, dan mag2dc

Abstract

The discussion of the research focused on analyses of the supervision role of al Hisbah and KPPU which it coverage focuses on supervision object and authority between al Hisbah and KPPU. This research used two analyses approach, descriptive-analyses method and comparative-analyses method. The result of this research showed that the supervision of al Hisbah more directive to preventive action. The object of supervision including of form of transaction, supervision of commodity, supervision of economic agent and supervision on economic agent behavior. In another side, the object of KPPU supervision focused on economic agent behavior that has market power or monopolistic economic agent behavior. In the authority aspect, either al Hisbah or KPPU have the right doing controlling role to each law resource. The difference between them is laying on authority to give sanction. The authority of KPPU in apply administrative sanction is too dependent on a certain nominal that is irrelevant following the growth of fluctuation.
