Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis model simultan model logistik satu parameter (ML1P) dengan waktu respon. Analisis terhadap model menggunakan data simulasi, yang  skenario pembangkitan data simulasi dilakukan berdasarkan banyaknya peserta tes (500, 1000) dan banyaknya soal tes (11, 20, 40). Setiap skenario direplikasi sebanyak 30 kali. Metode estimasi parameter model menggunakan metode Bayesian, Markov Chain Monte Carlo. Analisis terhadap model dilakukan dengan menghitung selisih antara besaran parameter bangkitan (true value) dengan besaran parameter estimasi. Metode analisis menggunakan Root Mean Square Error (RMSE), Standart Error (SE) dan bias. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa performance hasil estimasi parameter model yang terdapat dalam  soal tes (tingkat kesulitan soal, kelambatan soal, dan besarnya usaha untuk soal ke-j), tidak dipengaruhi oleh banyaknya soal tes. Performancehasil estimasi parameter model dalam peserta tes (kecepatan dan kemampuan peserta tes) dipengaruhi oleh banyaknya soal tes, yang semakin banyak soal tes maka hasil estimasi parameternya akan semakin mendekati nilai parameter yang sebenarnya.Kata kunci: model simultan ML1P dengan waktu respon, data simulasi, metode analisis ANALYSIS OF SIMULTANEOUS MODEL OF ONE PARAMETER LOGISTIC MODEL AND RESPONSE TIME BASED ON SIMULATION DATAAbstractThe aim of this research is to analyse simultaneous model One Parameter Logistic Model (1-PLM) and respon time. The analysis of model used the simulation data, where the data  generation scenario was done  based  on the number of test takers (500, 1000) and the number of test  items (11, 20, 40). Parameter estimation method used the Bayesian method, Markov Chain Monte Carlo.  The analysis of model was done with the accounting of the distance of  true value and estimated parameter. The Analysis methods use Root Mean Square Error (RMSE), Standart Error (SE) and bias.The result of research reveals the performance of parameter estimation result for the test item (the test item difficulty, test item slowness, and the effort to complete the item test) is not influenced by the number of the test items. However, the performance of parameter estimation result for the test takers (the speed  and ability of the test takers) is influenced by the number of the test items. The more test items there are, the closer is the parameter estimation result to the true parameter.Keywords: simultaneous model one parameter logistic model (1-PLM) and respon time, simulation data, analysis methods

Abstract

Penilaian merupakan akhir dari proses pembelajaran yang dapat dilakukan melalui ujian. Soal yang digunakan harus mampu mengukur kemampuan peserta didik. Classical Test Theory (CTT) dan Rasch model merupakan analisis statistika untuk menganalis butir soal. Desain dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif. Hasil analisis terhadap 50 soal menggunakan metode CTT, didapatkan hasil bahwa hanya 21 soal yang memenuhi kriteria item difficulty dan item discriminant. Analisis Rasch model, memberikan informasi bahwa secara keseluruhan kualitas soal dikatakan baik berdasarkan pola kurva item information function. Analisis ini juga memberikan informasi terdapat 42 soal yang layak karena memenuhi kriteria item fit, dan 8 soal yang harus dievaluasi lagi. Analisis menggunakan Rasch model lebih baik dibandingan dengan CTT, sehingga 8 soal yang tidak layak berdasarkan analisis tersebut harus dievaluasi dengan mengubah bentuk studi kasus pada soal tersebut dan membuat inovasi metode pembelajaran terkait materi pada 8 soal tersebut.Kata kunci: analisis soal, Classical Test Theory, Rasch model.

Abstract

The popular measurement theory is Item Responds Theory (IRT). IRT measures the parameter of item test and examineer based on the examinee responds, true or false answer. In computer based test, beside responds of the examinee, there is another variable that should be notice, that is the time for item responds. Responds time shows how long examinee can administer item test. The information about responds time in test can be the valuable information source for test administrator , for instance when we analyze the speeded test, calibrate test items, detect about the cheating, and design a test. The responds time can also be used to measure the item parameters of a test (item difficulties and item slowness) and examinee parameters of a test (ability and speedness). Relating with those purpose, the responds time be modelled based on the basic distribution. Researcher choose the lognormal distribution as time responds distribution, because of the easy intrepretation. The responds time is dependent variable, and independent variable are item difficulty, item slowness, ability dan speedness. Abstract

This article aims to review the evaluation of the character strengthening Program (PPK) with models of CIPP models (Context, Input, Process, and Product). The character education reinforcement Program aims to instil the values of the nation?s character formation massively and effectively through the implementation of the key values of the national movement of the Mental revolution. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the implementation of character education strengthening at SMA Negeri 2 Kediri. This article is a result of field research using the Mixed Methods approach. Data sources obtained from principals, deputy principals, educators, and learners. The population is focused on the XI class students with a sample of 38 students while product component data is collected through questionnaires. The results showed that on the Context component, the school?s understanding of PPK was not maximized, environmental support was excellent, and the purpose of the program was obvious. The Input component indicates that the availability of human resources educators and funding sources insufficient categories. The Process component is good enough with evidence of the implementation of class-based programs. Product component Achievement Five main values of PPK students of class XI SMA Negeri 2 Kediri with the average value of a poll obtained by 78.6 shows the very good category in achieving five main values of PPK characters.
