Abstract

Waduk Kedungombo memiliki luasan 4800 ha yang berfungsi sebagai sarana irigasi,Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Air (PLTA), pengendali banjir, sumber air minum,perikanan dan pariwisata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kondisi kualitasair dan menganailis struktur komunitas fitoplankton waduk. Pengambilan sampeldilakukan sebanyak dua kali pada bulan Mei dan Juli 2013. Terdapat 8 stasiunpenelitian.. Struktur komunitas fitoplankton dihitung berdasarkan kelimpahan (K),Indeks Keanekaragaman (Hâ??), dan Indeks Dominansi (D). Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa. Kelimpahnnya fitoplankton di Waduk Kedungombo mencapairata-rata 195.988 ind/L. Indeks keanekaragaman dalam kestabilan sedang dengan ratarata1,81 (H=1-3). Tidak terjadi dominansi fitoplankton jenis tertentu dengan nilai ratarata0,24 (D<0,05). Genus Microcystis terbanyak ditemukan dan merupakan jenisfitoplankton beracun yang menjadi indikator bahwa kondisi perairan sudah tercemar.Kata kunci: Waduk Kedungombo, Pencemaran dan Fitoplankton

Abstract

Kapal bulk carrieradalahsalah satu alat transportasi laut yang digunakan untuk mengangkut muatan curah dengan jumlah besar. Banyak faktor teknis yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja kapal dalam berlayar salah satunya adalah fatigue.Penelitiantentangkelelahankapalperludiperhatikan, sehingga kapal aman saat berlayar. Analisa dan permodelan dalam penelitian kelelahan kapal bulk carrier dilakukan menggunakan acuan rules Common Structural Rules Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia (CSR BKI). Analisa yang digunakan adalah analisa beban dinamis untuk mengetahui fatigue life dan letak hotspot kegagalan terbesar pada konstruksi kapal berdasarkan variasi pembebanan pada CSR. Hasil analisa diambil nilai stress terbesar dan diambil nilai siklus terendah pada setiap variasi pembebanan yang dilakukan. Kondisi full loads didapatkan nilai strees sebesar 144 Mpa, siklus sebanyak 0,733x108.Kondisi heavy ballast didapat nilai stress sebesar 123 Mpa, siklus sebesar 0,779x108. Kondisi normal ballast didapat nilai strees sebesar 114 Mpa, siklus sebesar 0,867x108. Setelah didapat semua nilai siklus dan stress, dapat diketahui perkiraan umur kapal pada setiap kondisi variasi pembebanan sesuai aturan CSR

Abstract

The purpose of this study to find out how the members of supplements on the fitness center in the city of Yogyakarta. Type a descriptive qualitative research study, the technique of the test through a questionnaire survey. Total sample of 30 people with accidental sampling technique. The results showed that: 1) the characteristics of the majority of member fitness aged 20-29 years (73.7%), is still active as a student (56.7%), and by 6.7% as a housewife. 2) respondents have a grasp on the definition of supplements (86.6%), which is derived from advertising, print media, electronic media (63.3%) in the form of amino, high milk protein and creatine (66.6%). 3) the majority of respondents use tablets (70%), obtained from the purchase (96.7%), consumed 1-3 times / day (always) of (83.3%) to increase the muscle mass of (59.9%). 4) the majority of respondents (73.3%) increased his stamina and health after taking the supplement. Conclusions: 1) should be someone over the age of 30 years and mother housewife improve motion activity, 2) the principles of exercise should be increased in line with the benefits of supplements for stamina and health.

Abstract

The goal of this research is to describe the process of mass media usage done by LIMA in the strategy used to Liga Mahasiswa market. The method used in this research is interview and observation, and the technical documentation is case study. The result in this research shows that the mass media usage formulated by LIMA as a marketing strategy to spread out a sport event is very effective and innovative as so many explorations can be made. In the usage of media, LIMA take advantage of print media, electronic or online. One of the local media in place of activities take place for example the local media in Jakarta such as: JakTv, TraxFm, Golf Diggest and other media that contains the Mahaka Media Group and local media than in Jakarta. LIMA take advantage of the mass media which make a MOU (Memorandum Of Understanding) as one way to cooperate Furthermore, mass media is willing to cooperate with LIMA. Based on the results of such research, it can be concluded that in addition to holding the event, five hold social events with the help of the mass media in order to be published. Currently, events arranged by LIMA are developing.

Abstract

The Scientific approach is among the ways to achieve the goals of the 2013 Curriculum (K13). The short period of time for the teacher training and others are assumed to be the cause of the gradual implementation of K13. In line with this, the Government intends to reorganize the way in which the K13 is implemented. The Government has assigned several schools to be analyzed as the target schools to improve. This study intends to contribute to it by analyzing the pattern of scientific `approach implemented by the teachers in teaching their students so that the teachers’ performance in conducting teaching-learning processes can be managed in accordance with the K13. This research aimed to determine the level of perceived gaps on the way the teachers implemented the scientific approach in physical education, sports, and health (PJOK) learning at the target schools of the K13 in the province of North Sumatra. The data were analyzed in order to obtain an overview and improvement solutions in managing scientific approach to PJOK learning that foster a positive impact on the aspects of growth and the students’ development in line with the expectation of the K13. The research method applied in this study refers to the discrepancy approach developed by Malcolm Provus. This approach was meant to find out gaps in the program. The research was carried out by inventorying standard references in implementing the pattern of the scientific approach. The results of inventorying become the standard criteria of data collection and analysis in this study. The analysis revealed that the PJOK teachers have not completely implemented the scientific approach. The implementation patterns were neither consistent nor appropriate.&nbsp; The teachers understanding about the demand of the scientific approach pattern management of the K13 was inadequate.

Abstract

Tujuan: untuk mengetahui model pembinaan prestasi olahraga voli pantai di Kabupaten Indramayu. Metode: Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian di lakukan di Tim Voli Pantai Kabupaten Indramayu. Obyek penelitian ini adalah pembinaan prestasi olahraga voli pantai di Kabupaten Indramayu, sedangkan sasaran peneltian ini adalah model pembinaan prestasi olahraga voli pantai di Kabupaten Indramayu. Instrument dan metode pengumpulan data dengan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik triangulasi, reduksi data, dan verifikasi data. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil: penelitian menunjukukan bahwa  model pembinaan prestasi olahraga voli pantai Kabupaten Indramayu menggunakan model piramida, yaitu melaluli pemasalan dan pembibitan, kepengurusan organisasi terkoordinasi dan terprogram dengan baik. (Hal ini dapat dilihat dari jadwal latihan, empat kali dalam satu minggu, waktu 2 jam, perekrutan anggota melalui seleksi, program latihan dari jangka pendek, menengah, jangka panjang, yang semuanya itu dapat mendukung pencapaian prestasi dalam bidang olahraga voli pantai). Sarana dan prasarana yang dimiliki Tim Voli Pantai Indramayu sudah memadai (Hal ini dapat dilihat dengan adanya kantor kesekertariatan, adminitrasi di tim voli pantai Kabupaten Indramayu, lapangan sebagai tempat latihan dua lapangan untuk 15 atlet, jumlah bola yang sesuai dengan jumlah atlet)Purpose: to know the achievement development model of beach volleyball in Indramayu County. Methods: The approaching used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The research was done with Indramayu volley ball team. The object is performance development of volley ball in Indramayu, and the aim is performance development model of volley ball in Indramayu. The instrument and data-collection were done by observation technique, interview and documentation. The data validity used in this research was triangulation technique, data reduction and data verification. Data analysis in this research was descriptive qualitative. Results: The research resulted that the performance development of volley ball in Indramayu was coordinated and programmed well (this can be seen from the exercise schedule, which is four times a week, 2 hours, member recruitment by selection, short, medium and long-term exercise programme, which was all due to support the achievement in volley ball sport). Media and preparation that is owned by Indramayu volley ball team is pretty much sufficient (this can be seen by the presence of secretary office, administration used in the team, the field that can contain 15 athletes, the amount of balls equalled with all athletes).

Abstract

Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan beban pola straight-set dan drop-set terhadap hipertropi dan kekuatan otot bisep pada member Fik Fitness Center UNNES Semarang. Metode: Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta member aktif dari Fik Fitness Center yang berjenis kelamin laki-laki. Pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan teknik Random Sampling (N=110, n=20). Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini yaitu latihan pola straight-set dan pola drop-set, sedangkan variabel terikat, peningkatan hipertropi dan kekuatan otot bisep. Metode pengumpulan data dalam metode ini adalah menggunakan pree test dan post test. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik statisti t-test. Hasil: Hasil test hipertropi dan kekuatan otot bisep menggunakan pola Straight set. Pree test kanan rata-rata  26.78 post test 27.78 dengan t-hitung6.024 dan signifikasi 0.000 pree test kiri 26.44 post test 27.14 t-hitung 4.360 dengan signifikasi 0.000  Hasil test hipertropi dan kekuatan otot bisep menggunakan pola latihan Drop set. Pree test kanan 26.81 post test 28.10 t-hitung 8.508 dan signifikasi 0.000 pree test kiri 26.40 post test27.47 t-hitung 7.212 dengan signifikasi 0.000. Perbedaan pengaruh antara latihan pola straight set dan drop set yaitu. Straight set kanan rata-rata 26.44 drop set kanan 26.40 t-hitung 0.040 dengan signifikasi 0.969 straight set kiri rata-rata 27.14 drop set 27.47 t-hitung 0.317 dengan signifikasi 0.755. Simpulan: Ada pengaruh latihan menggunakan pola straight-set dan drop-set terhadap peningkatan hipertropi dan kekuatan otot bisep, dan tidak ada perbedaan yang berarti antara latihan menggunakan pola straight-set atau drop-set terhadap hipertropi dan kekuatan otot bisep pada member Fik Fitness Center UNNES Semarang, kedua pola latihan tersebut sama-sama memberi pengaruh hipertropi dan kekuatan otot bisep yang cukup signifikan.Purpose: To determine the effect of weight training patterns of a straight-sets and drop sets for biceps muscle hypertrophy and strength at Nikken members Fitness Center UNNES Semarang. Methods: The population in this study were participants active member of Nikken Fitness Center male sex. The selection of the sample in this research is to use random sampling technique (N=110, n=20). The variables in this study consisted of a straight-set training patterns and patterns of drop-set against an increase in hypertrophy and strength of the biceps. Methods of data collection in this method is the use Pree test and post-test, analysis of the data in this study using the technique of statisti t-test. Results: Test results biceps muscle hypertrophy and strength using Straight pattern set. Pree right test average of 27.78 with 26.78 post test t-test 6024 and 0000 Pree significance test left post test 26.44 27.14 4.360 t-test with a 0.000 significance test results biceps muscle hypertrophy and strength exercises using patterns Drop sets. Pree test post test 28.10 26.81 right t-test 8508 and 0000 Pree significance test left post test 26.40 27.47 7212 t-test with a significance of 0.000. The difference between the effect of the exercise pattern in straight sets and drop sets are. Right straight sets on average 26.44 26.40 drop set right t-test with significance 0.040 0969 left straight sets on average 27.14 27.47 drop sets 0.317 t-test with significance 0.755. Conclusions: There was an effect of exercise using a straight-set pattern and drop-set against increase in hypertrophy and strength of the biceps, and there was no significant difference between the exercise using a straight-set pattern or drop-sets for biceps muscle hypertrophy and strength at Nikken members Fitness Center Unnes Semarang, both patterns are equally exercise influence hypertrophy and strength significant biceps muscle.

Abstract

Masalah penelitian ini adalah dalam pencak silat kategori tanding memiliki banyak teknik,salah satunya teknik bantingan. Para anggota ekstrakurikuler pencak silat MAN 2 Semarang mengalami kesulitan mendalami teknik ini, dengan adanya latihan imajeri memberikan kemudahan dan mampu mengulang gerakan di dalam pikiran sehingga teknik bantingan bisa diterapkan dan dipahami dengan baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bahwa progam latihan imajeri dapat meningkatkan teknik bantingan dalam pencak silat kategori tanding pada anggota ektrakurikuler pencak silat MAN 2 Semarang. Populasinya adalah siswa MAN 2 Semarang yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler pencak silat. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 10 orang yang sabuk jambon. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes bantingan dengan 10 kali percobaan. Analisi data menggunakan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perbedaan antara thitung dengan ttabel adanya pengaruh yang signifikan dalam penelitian ini jika thitung&gt; ttabel dan data dalam penelitian menunjukkan thitung&gt; ttabel yaitu 3,26 &gt; 1,833, yang menyatakan bahwa adanya pengaruh yang signifikan dengan latihan imajeri terhadap peningkatan teknik bantingan. Dari hasil tersebut Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Simpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah latihan dengan menggunakan progam latihan imajeri dapat membantu meningkatkan teknik bantingan dalam pencak silat serta siswa memiliki ketenangan dalam mengambil keputusan.Saran yang dapat diberikan penulis adalah progam latihan hendaknya dilakukan rutin tiap minggu seperti halnya memberikan progam latihan fisik.The problem of this research is in the pencak silattraining has many techniques, one of which is technique dings.The members of the pencak silatextracurricular MAN 2Semarang had difficulty explore this technique, with the imageryexercises provide convenience and is able to repeat themovement in the mind so that the dingstechnique can be appliedand well understood. The purpose of this study is to determine that the imageryexercise program can improve the dings technique thepencak silatsparring category at extracurricularpencak silatmember MAN 2 Semarang. The population is students who followMAN 2 Semarang extracurricular pencak silat. The total sample of 10 students who already wearing pink belt. The sampling technique using purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using test dings with 10 attempts. Data analysis using the ttest. The results showed the difference between the tcount with ttabel, there is a significant influence in this study if tcount&gt; ttable and the data in the study showed tcount&gt; ttable ie 3.26&gt; 1.833, whichstates that there is significant with imagery exercises toincrease dings techniques. From these results Ha is accepted and Ho isrejected. Conclusions of This research is an exercise in using the imageryexercise program can help improve the dings technique in the pencak silat as well as students have the peace in taking decision. Recomendation that can be given is the author of the exerciseprogram should be done regularly every week as well as provide a physical exercise program.

Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui tingkat presentase kebenaran tendangan depan pada siswa SMA Pondok Modern Selamat yang mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler pencak silat. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gerak tendangan depan pada ekstrakurikuler pencak silat yang ditinjau dari segi biomekanika. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif yaitu penelitian yang bertujuan menggambarkan secara sistematik, akurat, fakta, dan karakteristik mengenai gerak tendangan depan pencak silat. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SMA Pondok Modern Selamat yang mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler pencak silat. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 20 orang. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan Total Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan rekaman video gerakan tendangan depan, pencak silat yang dilakukan oleh 20 sampel. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif presentase. Hasil dari penelitian tendangan depan yang ditinjau dari segi biomekanika, semua sampel memiliki presentase yang baik.Research has been conducted to find out the level of percentage the truth of front kicks in the high school students of Pondok Modern Selamat who following pecak silat extracurricular. The aim in the research is to find out of front kicks in the pencak silat extracurricular with biomechanica observation.  The method used is descriptive research that is research which aims to describe systematically, accurate, facts, and characteristics of the motion of the kick ahead of pencak silat. The number of samples in this research are all high school students of Pondok Modern Selamat who follow pencak silat extracurricular activities. The number of samples as many as 20 people. Sample withdrawal technique using Total Sampling. Data collection techniques using video footage of the kick movement ahead, pencak silat by 20 samples. Data analysis using a descriptive percentage analysis techniques. Results from the research front kicks all the samples have a good percentage.
