Abstract

AbstractThis research is entitled "The Role of the Forbest Community of Transvestites in Actualizing Existence in Teluk Keramat District, Sambas Regency. The aim of the study was to describe the role of the Forbest community administrator as a coach, the role of the board in directing and the role of the board as a role model. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection is done by observation, interviews and documentation. The data sources used are primary sources and secondary data sources. Data management and analysis techniques go through three stages, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the role of administrators as coaches in actualizing their existence is by fostering skills independence, providing training that contains additional knowledge members can live independently and be creative in thinking. (2) the role of the board in directing members of the transgender Forbset community by providing guidance and giving guidance through debriefing skills and providing motivation in helping members develop their potential. (3) The role of the board as an example is to provide a good example to build character by planting moral values and values through life skills.Keywords: Role of Management, Forbest Community Transvestites, Actualization

Abstract

AbstractThis study entitled "Associative social interaction between residents of the hedgehog district student dormitories in Pontianak city". A common problem in this study is "How are associative social interactions between residents of the hedgehog district student dormitories in Pontianak?". Sub research problems are as follows: 1) How is associative social interaction in the form of cooperation between residents of the hedgehog district student dormitories in the city of Pontianak; 2) How is associative social interaction in the form of accommodation between residents of the hedgehog district student dormitories in Pontianak city? The method used is a qualitative method. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used are observation techniques, direct communication and documentary studies (bibiliographic) with data collection tools in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that: 1) Associative social interaction in the form of cooperation between residents of the Landak district student dormitory in the city of Pontianak, namely mutual cooperation carried out in the form of cleaning in the dormitory and outside the dormitory environment, then help please be shown by helping friends who are trouble and visit a friend who is sick. 2) Associative social interactions in the form of accommodation between residents of the Landak Regency student dormitory in Pontianak City, namely a compromise with routine joint evaluation activities, mutual tolerance between residents, and arbitration, namely by mediating in solving problems.Keywords: Cooperation, Acomodation, Landak Dormitory Residents

Abstract

AbstractThis research purpose is to investigate, the ?social cohesion?of intermarriage between Dayak and Tionghoa ethnic in Pancaroba hamlet, Pancaroba village. General problem in this research is social cohesion in intermarriage between Dayak and Tionghoa ethnic. This research purpose is to describe social cohesion is similar fate, moral commitment and mutual trust. This research use qualitative approach with descriptive method. Data collection is done with observation, interview and documentation. Data source used is primary and secondary data.techic used for analiyzing data is data reduction, data display, and decision making and verification. Result from this research show that : 1. Social cohesion in similar fate from Dayak and Tionghoa ethcnic intermarriage, is job which have same job as, merchant only one intermarriage family have job as rubben farmer and Dayak Kanayatn dominant kinship system.2 social cohesion intermarriage. Moral commitmen from Dayak and Tionghoa ethnic is more custums from intermarriage family which celebrate chinesee new year, grave prayer, gawai dayak and ruah and tolerate for celebrate chinesee new year and grave prayer. 3 social cohesion mutual. Abstract

AbstractThe title of this thesis is the Role of assistant of Social Service and Rehabilitation Unit (UPRS) of West Kalimantan in Improving Child Learning Motivation. In this study the problem formulation is how the role of assistant of UPRS West Kalimantan in improving children's learning motivation. The formulation of the problem translated into several sub-issues, namely how assistant of UPRS West Kalimantan gives attention in motivating children's learning, how assistant of UPRS West Kalimantan gives reward in motivating children's learning, how assistant UPRS West Kalimantan provides penalties for motivating children's learning. The aims of this study are to determine and describe the role undertaken by assistant of UPRS West Kalimantan in improving motivation to learn, by giving attention, appreciation, and punishment. This research uses descriptive method with qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study are using observation, interviews, and documentation. The informants in this study are 8 people.The results of this study indicate that the role performed is good enough, giving attention, such as giving advice to children to study, supervise when children is studying such as reminding children when it is time to study. Abstract

                         AbstractThis research tittle is an analysis of social conflict control among the malay and Chinese students in SMP N 2 Sui raya kep. The problem in this research is how does the social control by the school in controling the conflict among the malay and Chinese students in SMP N 2 SUI KEP. How does the social control result that has been done by the school in controlling the social conflict among the malay and Chinese students in SMP N 2 SUI KEP?.  The form of this research is qualitative study which using descriptive methodology. the technique in collecting the data is observation guide, interview guide, and documentation. The result of this research shows that the moral values cultivated by the school are good. Trough the politeness cultivating, respecting each ethnics, tolerance each religion, honestly and always carrying each other, also carrying of the environment.                Keywords: Chinese, Malay, Social, Conflict, Control.

Abstract

Abstract The research?s title is Improving Students? Competence in Solving Sociological Problems through Problem Based Learning using Contextual Approach. It is assumed that teaching sociology subject in the school has not yet made the students critical to think. Besides, there are still limited teaching methodology used in the class resulting in low participation of students? activity in group work discussion. This action research using contextual approach was participated by students of class X-G consisting of 11 male students and 23 female students and a sociology teacher. Data was collected by using observation, discussion sheet, and documentation. This study proposed two cycles; first cycle consisted of two meetings and the second cycle was three meetings. The research finding showed that average score of students before this research was still low, only 8 students passed minimal competence. However, after the first cycle was completed, it can be seen that students?competence in solving sociological problems improved well, around 14 students actively participated in the discussion. After cycle II was finished, the students? competence sharly increased and 31 students were active participating in group work discussion. Keywords  :   Problem-Based Learning, Contextual Approach, Classroom Action   Research, Students? Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Pengelolaan Keuangan Dan Asset Daerah Kota Bukittinggi.Sehubungan dengan tujuan penelitian di atas maka dibuat hipotesa bahwa â??diduga gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Asset Daerah (DPKAD) Kota Bukittinggi.Untuk melakukan pembahasan dan penelitian, penulis menggunakan data primer yang langsung diperoleh dari objek penelitian melalui daftar pertanyaan atau kuisioner yang terstruktur yang telah dijawab oleh responden, dan populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Dinas Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Asset Daerah (DPKAD) Kota Bukittinggi yang berjumlah 94 orang dengan sampel 49 orang yang diperoleh secara rendom menggunakan metode bantuan SPSS versi 19, dan teknik pengujian data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas dengan Alpha Cronbach. Analisis regresi liner berganda, untuk menguji dan membuktikan hipotesis penelitian dan untuk menguji keberartian model regresi untuk masing-masing variabel persial dapat diperoleh dengan menggunakan uji T dan uji F Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses Penerapan Model Discoveryy Learning oleh guru dalam proses pembelajaran (Studi pada Tim Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran Sosiologi/MGMP) di Kota Pontianak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif verifikatif dengan bentuk penelitian studi kasus, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 40 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, 1) Sebagian besar para guru di MGMP Sosiologi di kota Pontianak telah menerapkan Model pembelajaran Discovery Learning melalui Sintak dalam proses Pembelajaran Sosiologi secara optimal. 2) Sebagian besar para guru di MGMP Sosiologi di kota Pontianak telah menerapkan Model pembelajaran Discovery Learning melalui Sintak dalam proses Pembelajaran Sosiologi secara optimal.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the process of implementing the personal competence of lecturers in carrying out the lecturing process comprising aspects of steady and stable, mature, wise, noble and role models for student. This research uses, descriptive method ferifikatif the form of case studies with the number of respondents as many as 80 people. The results of this study indicate that the majority of 95% of lecturers, in courses of study Sociology Education FKIP University Tanjongpura already own and carry personal competence well in the lecture students, comprising, aspects 1) Steady and Stable, 2) Adults, 3) Arif, 4) authoritative, 5) and a good moral example for students.Keywords: Personality Competence Education Lecturer Sociology.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses Penerapan Teknologi Media Pendidikan Oleh Guru Pada Proses Pembelajaran di SMAN 1 Sungai Raya Kabupaten Kubu Raya?. Penelitian ini menggunakan  metode deskriptif verifikatif dengan bentuk penelitian studi kasus, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 84 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa. 1) Model pembelajaran sebagian telah para guru kuasai dan dapat diterapkan dan sebagian lagi belum dapat diterapkan dan dipahami secara utuh, mengingat kurangnya literatur yang tersedia untuk mempelajari model-model pembelajaran tersebut. 2) Strategi pembelajaran sebagian besar sangat diperhatikan dan telah dikuasai dan dapat diterapkan oleh guru dan sebagian lagi belum dapat diterapkan dan dipahami secara utuh mengingat kurangnya pemahaman dalam hal strategi pembelajaran tersebut, mengingat masih ada guru yang kesulitan membedakan antara konsep strategi pembelajaran dengan model, metode dan teknik pembelajaran. 3) Metode pembelajaran sebagian besar sangat diperhatikan, dikembangkan dan dimanfaatkan serta terus dikuasai dan dapat diterapkan oleh guru, dan sebagian lagi belum dapat diterapkan dan dipahami secara utuh, mengingat kurangnya percobaan-percobaan yang mereka lakukan. 4) Media pembelajaran sebagian besar sangat diperhatikan dan telah dikuasai dan dapat diterapkan oleh guru dan sebagian lagi belum dapat diterapkan dan dipahami secara utuh, hanya saja banyak guru yang malas untuk membuat media tersebut, karena kesibukan dan kurangnya bahan atau fasilitas yang tersedia di sekolah atau tempat tinggal para guru yang jauh dari kota. 5) Sumber belajar dan hasil belajar dalam proses pembelajaran sebagian besar sangat diperhatikan dan cukup tersedia dan hasil belajar yang diperoleh siswa sebagian besar sangat memuaskan, walaupun ada beberapa mata pelajaran yang hanya cukup memuaskan.Kata Kunci: Penerapan Teknologi, Media Pembelajaran, Guru.
