Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan sertifikasi jalur portofolio bagi guru Sekolah Dasar di Kota Semarang. Peneliti-an ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dilaksanakan di Di-nas Pendidikan Kota Semarang. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari Kepala Bidang Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan Dinas Pen-didikan, kepala sekolah, dan guru. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi proses pembelajar-an, penelusuran dokumen perencanaan pembelajaran dan por-tofolio. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan analisis kualititatif melalui langkah pengumpulan, penyajian, reduksi, dan penarik-an kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Peren-canaan sertifikasi jalur portofolio tidak berjalan dengan baik, dari aspek sosialisasi prosedur tidak tuntas dan data tidak valid, (2) Pengorganisasian sertifikasi jalur portofolio tidak berjalan dengan baik, dari aspek penyusunan dan verifikasi dokumen portofolio tidak sesuai dengan buku panduan, (3) Pelaksanaan sertifikasi guru jalur portofolio tidak berjalan dengan baik, (4) Pengawasan sertifikasi jalur portofolio tidak berjalan dengan baik. Kata Kunci: manajemen, sertifikasi guru, profesi ______________________________________________________________THE MANAGEMENT OF THE CERTIFICATION THROUGH THE PORTFOLIO SYSTEM FOR ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TEACHERS IN SEMARANG CITY Abstract This study aims to investigate the planning, organizing, actuating and controlling functions in the certification through the portfolio system for elementary school teachers in Sema-rang City. This study employed the qualitative approach, con-ducted in the Office of Education of Semarang City. The research subjects consisted of the Head of the Educator and Educational Personnel Section in the Office of Education, principals, and teachers. The data collecting techniques included interviews, observations, and document tracing. The data were collected through interviews, supported by observations on learning processes and tracing documents of lesson plans and portfolio. The collected data were analyzed using the qualitative technique involving steps of collection, display, reduction, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study are as follows: (1) the planning of the portfolio system certification does not run well; from the aspect of socialization, procedures are income-plete and the data are invalid, (2) organization of portfolio system certification does not run well; from the aspects of portfolio preparation and verification, the documents are not in accordance with the guide books, (3) the actuation of the portfolio system certification does not run well, (4) the control of the portfolio system certification does not run well.Keywords: management, teacher certification, profession

Abstract

Abstrak Kualitas pelayanan TPU di Jakarta Utara sesuai tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik dan bersih (good and clean governance) harus memperhatikan kualitas tanggung jawab, fasilitas, pelayanan dan kesederhanaan prosedur. Metode Analitical Hierarchy Process (AHP) adalah sebuah kerangka untuk mengambil keputusan dengan efektif atas persoalan yang kompleks dengan menyederhanakan dan mempercepat proses pengambilan keputusan dengan memecahkan persoalan tersebut kedalam bagian-bagiannya, menata bagian atau variabel ini dalam suatu susunan hierarki, member nilai numerik pada pertimbangan subjektif tentang pentingnya tiap variabel dan mensintesis berbagai pertimbangan ini untuk menetapkan variabel yang mana yang memiliki prioritas paling tinggi dan bertindak untuk mempengaruhi hasil pada situasi tersebut. Kata kunci: Sistem Penunjang Keputusan, Kualitas Pelayanan TPU, Analitical Hierarchy Process)

Abstract

Matematika menjadi salah satu mata pelajaran yang dianggap sulit oleh siswa, meski tak sedikit siswa memperoleh nilai sempurna dalamUjian Nasional untuk mata pelajaran ini. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasilUjian Nasional siswa SMP/MTs serta MTs Terbuka di Provinsi D.I.Yogyakarta pada tahun 2015. Dari sekitar 51 ribu peserta, terdapat 1890siswa yang memperoleh nilai 100 pada mata pelajaran Matematika.Sementara untuk mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Inggris, danIPA, nilai 100 masing-masing diraih oleh 128, 112, dan 40 siswa, relatifjauh lebih rendah dibandingkan jumlah peraih nilai sempurna untukmata pelajaran matematika (Yulianingsih, 2015, hlm. 1)

Abstract

The development of information technology and is rapidly increasing in this era of globalization, it was probably inevitable again, one of which is the development of Internet technology in all fields, not least in the field of education. SMK INSAN CREATIVE as an educational institution has a problem in transforming the conventional education into digital form, the problem is the lack of time that occurs between teacher and student communication, the difficulty of finding information or material that is taught, and the difficulty of teachers in the delivery of content to students. For learning the E-Learning system, more focused on providing education and training materials as learning evaluation was done. And communication between students and students, teachers and teachers, and students and teachers to be able to interact with one another. As the process of learning to be more interactive with each other. Digital learning activities undertaken include obtaining materials and interactive exercises. The results of the exercise undertaken by the student can be used as a parameter of learning success that has been done. Communication can be done on the E-Learning system, among others, the communication between students and students, teachers with teachers, and teachers with the students. Communication has been hampered by limitations of distance and time can now be addressed. Because of the researcher to build and design the application of web-based E-Learning to enhance the students' learning motivation. Hopefully, by the application of E-Learning, these teachers will be easier to deliver material to be conveyed and for students to better understand the material provided, as a method of learning is given more interactive and fun.

Abstract

Guru memiliki peranan sangat penting dalam peningkatan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia. Berkenaan dengan hal tersebut, Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan menyelenggarakan Program Guru Pembelajar untuk menjamin keberlangsungan peningkatan kompetensi dan profesionalisme guru. Program ini berbasis pada data nilai Uji Kompetensi Guru (UKG) tahun 2015. Salah satu representasi program ini adalah pelatihan guru. Modalitas pelatihan yang digunakan antara lain adalah daring murni. Modalitas ini membutuhkan desain pembelajaran yang khusus untuk dapat memfasilitasi peserta dengan latar belakang literasi komputer yang sangat beragam, serta karakteristik khusus mereka sebagai pembelajar dewasa yang akan mempengaruhi keberhasilan tujuan pembelajaran dari program ini. Tulisan ini akan membahas karakter khusus tersebut berkaitan dengan keterlibatan mereka sebagai pembelajar dewasa dalam kelas digital, serta desain pembelajaran (instructional design) yang ditujukan untuk memfasilitasi peserta mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan naskah ini adalah literatur review dan studi kasus tehadap sejumlah peserta Guru Pembelajar yang dilaksanakan oleh PPPPTK Matematika tahun 2016. Hasil studi memperlihatkan bahwa Program Guru Pembelajar Moda Daring memiliki desain instruksional yang relatif memenuhi kebutuhan peserta dan mendukung tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran para pesertanya.

Abstract

Abstract

This research is motivated by the development of multimedia technology in various fields. The problems there is still a lot of education in Indonesia using the conventional method that is by listening to the teacher's explanations and using books, the method makes students easily bored. Therefore, was made a learning media by using interactive multimedia technology, so that students are more eager to learn. The purpose of making this learning media is to help students recognize heroes on the island of Java, which was developed with Adobe Flash Professional CS6 and Android Smartphones android. The author uses the method of data collection consists of literature studies, interviews, and distributing questionnaires. This research resulted in an interactive multimedia device that is able to combine text, pictures, audio and animation in one unit smartphones android, so it can support the learning process into a dynamic and interactive learning individual nature. Results of the test system, that a national hero introduction applications in Java have attracted the interest of students' to learn using interactive multimedia.

Abstract

Fashion design education is one of education that prepares students to work in fashion design field. Students research future fashion trends, sketch designs, select colors, fabrics and patterns, and give instructions on how to make the products they designed. Fashion design education not only nurture and develop student?s creative skills, it also teaches essential practical skills such as production techniques and material properties, to create a final product. According to this, new educational methods and strategies are needed in order engage students in the learning process and guarantee higher quality. Project-based learning (PBL) is example of educational approach that takes in account student-center learning. Project based learning (PBL) provides opportunities for students to build these qualities, as well as more deeply learn traditional academic content and understand how it applies to the real world. The methods of Literature review will apply in this research. Literature searches process through journal, proceeding and book. Literature searches are also undertaken most using computer and electronic databases. PBL methodology enhances students learning and improves students? confident, technical skill, soft skill and prepare graduate for professional practice. The benefit of implementing PBL are increase team work skill and student motivations, articulation between theory and practice, inquiry and problem solving.

Abstract

Implementation of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) by Internal Audit in an orga-nization or company becomes important because Internal Audit is expected to help the organization achieve its objectives by approaching systematic and discipline to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance process. As for which affects it is the involvement of internal auditors, the relation-ship of the audit committee with the internal auditor, and ERM.This study aims to analyze the involvement of Internal Audit in Enterprise Risk mana-gement implementation. Internal auditors should assist both management and audit committees in risk management responsibilities and supervisory roles by examining, evaluating, reporting and recommending improvements to the adequacy and effec-tiveness of risk management processes. An interesting issue is whether internal auditors involved in corporate risk management have a link to the willingness of internal auditors to report to the audit committee.The population in this study are the internal auditors and audit committees who working in companies manufacturing and financial services. The reason for determining the company is because the researcher wants to know how internal audit is involved in ERM implementation on that entity. The sample used in this research is internal auditor at private company and at Banking in this case internal auditor at local bank.The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis with SPSS version 23 pro-gram. The analysis technique used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, F-statistic hypothesis test to test influence together with 5% confidence level and use t-statistics to test partial regression coefficients. This re-search was conducted to analyze how much influence the role of Internal Audit in applying Enterprise Risk Management in the implementation of Audit.The result of this research is that the high level of internal auditor involvement in Enterprise Risk management implementation has no significant and significant im-pact on reporting of damage to risk management procedures. This indicates that the role of internal auditors in corporate risk management does not affect the reporting of damage to corporate risk management procedures. While the characteristics of strong relationships between internal auditors and audit committees positively and significantly influence the reporting of risk procedures, this indicates that internal audits that have strong internal audit-audit committee relationships strongly support internal auditors who have high involvement to report damage Greater risk pro-cedures.

Abstract

Model Project Based Learning (PjBL) dengan metode observasi dapat menciptakan kondisi pembelajaran yang aktif, memberikan pengalaman nyata sehingga pembelajaran menyenangkan dan meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar. Peningkatan tersebut dapat diperoleh dengan mengajarkan peserta didik untuk mengenal masalah, merumuskan masalah, mencari solusi dan menguji jawaban sementara atas sebuah masalah dengan melakukan penyelidikan yang ada di lapangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji keefektifan Project Based Learning dengan metode observasi pada materi keanekaragaman tumbuhan tingkat tinggi di SMA Negeri 1 Bergas. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Pre Experimental Design dengan pola One Shot Case. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Bergas tahun ajaran 2015/2016. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas X1, X2 dan X3 sebagai kelas eksperimen yang diambil secara Purposive Sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelas X1, X2, X3 mencapai ketuntasan klasikal secara berurutan 87,5%, 87,5% dan 89,2%. Pembelajaran berbasis proyek dengan metode observasi yang meman faatkan lingkungan sekolah dapat membuat siswa tertarik dan lebih aktif. Simpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa PjBL efektif untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa pada materi Keanekaragaman Tumbuhan Tingkat Tinggi di SMA Negeri 1 Bergas.   Project-based learning (PjBL) with observation could raise the active learning, provide a real experience so as learning would be joyful and give better learning outcomes. The improvement of activities and learning outcomes could be obtained by teaching students to identify problems, formulate problems, find a solution and test a hypothesis on specific problems by a field investigation. The study aimed to examine the effect of observation method to students’ activity and students’ learning outcomes in the Plant Diversity concept at SMAN 1 Bergas. This study was a One Shot Case study by pre-experimental design. The population was the entire class of grade X at SMAN 1 Bergas in academic year 2015/2016. The samples were X1, X2 and X3 as experimental classes. It was found that three experimental classes reached classical completeness of 87,5% for X1, 87,5% for X2 and 89,2% for X3. PjBL with observation method which utilizes environmental surrounding could raise students’ activities. It was concluded that the observation method could improve high school students’ activity and their learning outcomes at the concept of Plant Diversity
