Abstract

Dalam  kehidupan  sehari-hari  pertukaran  informasi  sangatlah  dibutuhkan,  untuk mendapatkan  informasi  atau  bertukar  informasi  dapat  dilakukan  kapan  saja  dan dimana saja. Informasi bisa berupa file atau data, jaringan komputer merupakan salah satu media untuk melakukan pertukaran sharing data. Sebagai contoh salah satu media yang dapat digunakan adalah FTP (File Transfer Protocol), dengan cara file yang di-upload oleh user tersimpan di hard disk server yang dapat diakses kapan saja selama user  terhubung  dengan  jaringan  internet.  Semakin  berkembangnya  teknologi  pada zaman  modern  sekarang  file-file  penting  yang  di-upload  atau  yang  di-download sangatlah  rentan  dengan  kejahatan  dunia  maya  seperti  digunakanya  tool  wireshark yang dapat mengetahui username, password, dan file yang di-upload atau di-download oleh user. Untuk itu dibangunlah FTP server dengan system keamanan dalam transfer data. FTP server yang telah diaktifkan fitur secure socket layer dan secure shell dapat mengamankan proses informasi username, password, dan file atau data yang di-upload dan  di-download  oleh  user  tidak  dapat  terbaca  oleh  tool  wireshark.  Untuk  mencegah penuhnya kapasitas hard disk server, maka digunakanlah penerapan Disk Quota yang berfungsi  memberi  batasan  kuota  user  dalam  melakukan  upload.  Untuk  pembuktian keamanan FTP server dapat dilakukan pengujian menggunakan metode transfer layer security (TLS). Dengan demikian FTP server yang belum menggunakan secure socket layer dan secure shell username, password dan file dapat terbaca oleh tool wireshark. Sedangkan  FTP  server  yang  telah  menggunakan  secure  socket  layer  dan  secure  shell lebih aman karena username, password dan file tidak terbaca oleh tool wireshark.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of kindship 30 accessions of Ipomoea trifida origin Citatah West Java based on morphological characters of pollen which includes shape, size, type of aperture, and ornamentation of exine. Preparation of pollen carried out using the Erdtman (1966) method. The result shows that the shape of pollen I.trifida are rounded (oblate spheroideal and prolate spheroideal with the ratio P / E : 7 / 8-8 / 8 & 8 / 8-8 / 7), pollen grain size is medium (25-50 µm), type of aperture is porous and exine ornamentation is echinet with variations blunt end and a pointed tip. Analysis of pollen morphological characters using NTSYSpc program version 2.0 produces dendogram that divide 30 accession I.trifida into two branches. The first branch consisted of 21 accessions are accession no. 69, 151, 166, 178, 94, 179, 108, 132, 111, 145, 147, 168, 214, 215, 158, 199, 201, 216, 212, 170 and 171. The second branch consists of 9 accessions are accession no. 109, 167, 187, 180, 209, 177, 196, 197 and 113.

Abstract

Sea grass is one component of biodiversity in marine waters composed of many species with various morphological characters. The aim of this study was to obtain the morphological data of seagrass species on the East and West Coasts in Nature Reserve of Pangandaran. The method used was survey method and line transect as far as 200 meters with random sampling technique. Measurements were made for each species of seagrass in the leaf length, leaf width, leaf thickness, stem length and rhizomes length and root length. The results showed that on the East Coast founded three species of seagrass were Cymodocea rotundata, Thalassia hemprichii and Halodule pinifolia, while on the West Coast founded one species of seagrass was Thalassia hemprichii. Cymodocea rotundata has characteristic rounded edges with slight curvature in the middle, Thalassia hemprichii has rounded, brown tip and a brown patterned rhizome, and Halodule pinifolia has side toothed leaf tip with part of the middle there are brown leaf veinsKey words: sea grass, morphology, Pangandaran Nature Reserve

Abstract

In freshwater ecosystems, water temperature plays as an environmental factor that regulates its structure and function. A research on the impacts of changes in temperature to the dynamics of the Phytoplankton community structure has been done. Data from nineteen-year period (1995 to 2013) were collected from Cirata Reservoir as an example of artificial tropical lake in Indonesia. The research aimed to determine the changes of water temperature as the impact of climate warming on the dynamics of phytoplankton community structure. Different measures such as species richness, diversity index, and abundance were measured in order to understand the changes of phytoplankton community structure. Trend analysis, linear regression, and correlation were applied to achieve our objective. The study revealed that changes in water temperature have affected the species richness, but not the diversity index and abundance of the phytoplankton. Bacilariophyceae and Cyanophyceae were found as two predominant phytoplankton classes in the lake with percentage of 48,45 and 41,43 respectively, assuming their capacity to adapt the new environment. This study suggests that climate warming implies changes of the freshwater ecosystems.

Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian pada SMPN 1 Dumai, dimana permasalahan selama ini penggunaan internet pada SMPN 1 Dumai masih mengguakan sharing hub, jadi setiap client yang online langsung terhubung ke internet tanpa adanya perantara yang mengamankan lalulintas data yang seringkali memboroskan pemakain bandwidth. Maka dalam penelitian ini akan dibuat sebuah proxy server yang bertindak sebagai caching content dan filter yang dapat menghemat pemakain bandwidth, membersihkan pop up yang ada pada halaman web dan menyaring halaman yang memiliki unsur pornografi sehingga semua client yang online akan nyaman dan tidak memerlukan waktu yang lama untuk mengakses website yang pernah diakses karena sudah tersimpan pada server local yang ada di proxy. Tujuan pembuatan proxy server pada SMPN 1 Dumai dengan sistem operasi ClearOS 6.8 adalah menciptakan sebuah server yang dapat menyimpan beberapa file dan juga website yang telah di filter agar dapat diakses oleh semua client dalam lingkungan SMPN 1 Dumai dengan aman. Dengan adanya proxy server diharapkan akan memebantu dan memudahkan client dalam mengakses website yang sehat dan baik.  Kata kunci : Linux ClearOS, Proxy Server, caching, filter

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji produksi bahan kering (BK) dan potensi kapasitas dukung sapi potong terhadap kulit singkong sebagai pakan. Penelitian dilakukan selama satu bulan, di Dusun Batur Ngisor, Desa Ngargomulyo dan Dusun Tutup Ngisor, Desa Sumber, Kecamatan Dukun, Magelang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan cara Purposive Sampling dengan pengambilan sampel sebanyak 9 responden produsen pothil di wilayah Kecamatan Dukun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produksi bahan kering kulit singkong dari olahan pothil di Kecamatan Dukun sebesar 506.795,02 ton/tahun.  Jika dihitung berdasarkan daya dukung kulit singkong dari olahan pothil tersebut, maka Kecamatan Dukun mampu menampung sekitar 6768 ST (satuan ternak) atau 6768 ekor sapi potong dewasa setiap tahunnya. Oleh karena itu, kulit singkong dari olahan pothil di Kecamatan Dukun mampu mencukupi kebutuhan pakan bagi sapi potong.Kata Kunci: kulit singkong, pothil, sapi potong, daya dukung.

Abstract

   Pakcoy is a type of mustard plant that is quite popular with the community, it is very suitable to be cultivated considering the need for vegetables is quite large. The community's need for fresh and pesticide-free vegetables is a choice now in line with the community's understanding of a healthy diet. Alternatives to fulfillment are chosen by planting with hydroponic media. Hydroponics is a substitute for soil media that can be used to grow vegetable crops. The presence of hydroponics is expected to be able to overcome the narrowing of agricultural land and reduce the use of pesticides considering that pesticides greatly affect human health and the environment.   This study aims to determine the effect of nutritional doses of AB mix agrifarm and age of seedlings and their interactions on the growth and yield of pakcoy plants, this study is carried out in the experimental garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Tabanan University which began on 9 December 2018 until 12 January 2019.   The study used a Randomized Block Design (RBD) consisting of two factors. The first factor is the nutritional dose of AB mix agrifarm (N) which consists of three dose levels, namely the dose of 850 ppm, 1050 ppm and 1250 ppm. The second factor is the age of seedlings (U) which consists of two seedling age levels, namely the age of seedlings 1 week and 2 weeks. Each treatment is repeated four times.   The results of the study obtained the interaction of dose agrifarm treatment with seed age showed a very significant effect (p 1 0.01) on all parameters except for the parameters of the number of leaves aged 35 days old which showed no significant effect (p 5 0.05). The economical wet weight of plant-1 and BKO of the highest yield of 1-crop yield is produced in the combination treatment of N3U, which amounted to respectively 244.09 g and 78.10g or increased respectively by 57.78% and 293.85% compared to results the lowest produced by the combination treatment of N1U1 is 154.71g and 19.83g
