Abstract

Penelitian yang berjudul Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Jigsaw untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Pada Mata Pelajaran IPA di Kelas IV SD Inpres 2 Ambesia Kecamatan Tomini, bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 30 siswa yang terdiri dari 17 siswa perempuan dan 13 siswa laki-laki. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus, yang terdiri atas perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Data yang diambil adalah data kualitatif yaitu data yang diperoleh dari hasil observasi guru dan siswa, Serta data kuantitatif yaitu data hasil belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian pada siklus I diperoleh Ketuntasan Belajar Klasikal sebesar 33,3% dan daya serap klasikal 44,9%, Aktivitas guru berada pada kategori sangat kurang yaitu dengan rata-rata persentase aktivitas guru 45,4% dan aktivitas siswa berada pada kategori sangat kurang dengan rata-rata persentase 45,%. Hasil belajar siswa pada siklus II diperoleh ketuntasan belajar klasikal meningkat menjadi 80,% dan daya serap klasikal meningkat menjadi 80,60%, aktivitas guru berada pada kategori sangat baik yaitu 95,% dan aktivitas siswa berada pada kategori sangat baik dengan rata-rata persentase 97,5%. Ketuntasan klasikal yang didapatkan pada siklus II telah memenuhi indikator keberhasilan penelitian, yaitu 80%, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif tipe jigsaw dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPA di kelas IV SD Inpres 2 Ambesia. Abstract

The purposes of this research were based on the above problem statement, therefore, the purposes of the research which would be reached were: 1) To know whether there is influence of the headmaster supervision on the performance of the elementary school teachers in Gugus V Nakula of Serengan Sub-district, Surakarta; 2) To know how much the influence of the headmaster supervision on the performance of the elementary school teachers in Gugus V Nakula of Serengan Sub-district, Surakarta was. This scientific paper applied the School Action Research (PTS) that was an effort of increasing the work discipline of teachers in the teaching learning process through an individual supervision through a technique approach of class visit consisting of two cycles and each cycle consisted of four stages: (1) planning, (2) implementation of action, (3) observation/evaluatiom, and (4) reflection. This School Action Research was conducted in Elementary Schools all over Gugus V Nakula of Serengan Sub-district, Surakarta Municipality. Gugus V Nakula consisted of 5 elementary schools, 2 public elementary schools and 3 private elementary schools SMP only the national standard in the district of Nusa Penida includes two (2 ) regions and villages Desa Lembongan Jungutbatu, with the amount of students was 315 (three hundres and fifteen) students, consisting of 12 (twelve) classes, with the amount of teachers was 31 (thirty one) teachers, 3 (three) people had qualification of S2 (post graduate degree), 28 (twenty eight) people had qualification of S1 (undergraduate degree), 1 (one) person had Diploma I (D1) degree. Based on the results of data analysis, either in cycle I or cycle II, it could be concluded that 1) there was an influence of the headmaster supervision on the performance of 1-6 grades teachers in the elementary schools all over Gugus V Nakula, Serengan Sub-district, Surakarta. It was proved from the analysis scores in the cycle I which the average percentage was 67.26%  which increased into 78,12%; 2) The amount of influence of the headmaster supverision on the performance of 1-6 grades teachers in the elementary schools all over  Gugus V Nakula, Serengan Sub-district, Surakarta in this research was 10.86%

Abstract

This research was held to investigate India government policy in military industry development by using the instrument of high technology cluster for anticipating revolution on the military affairs. The novelty was lied on its description about Developmental State Theory (DST), especially state domain and strategy toward market. India had half intervention characteristic. State owned enterprises was defended beside took collaboration with the market. The strategy prefers the empowerment of competence qualification for the domestic firm, hold the political agencies networking and diplomacy in order to support the regulation. High technology cluster could reinforce state domain and strategy because of its technology venture which gave power to attain economic diplomacy. Penelitian ini bertujuan menginvestigasi kebijakan pemerintah India dalam pengembangan industri militer melalui suatu kluster industri berteknologi informasi, guna mengantisipasi fenomena revolusi dalam militer. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada deskripsinya tentang teori negara developmentalis, khususnya mengenai domain negara dan strategi yang dijalankan terhadap pasar. India memiliki karakteristik setengah intervensi, perusahaan negara tetap dipertahankan disamping tingginya intensitas kolaborasi pasar. Spesifikasi strateginya lebih mengutamakan unsur penguatan melalui standar kompetensi bagi firma domestik, penciptaan jaringan yang mendukung peningkatan agen politik dan diplomasi sebagai pendukung regulasi. Kluster berteknologi tinggi dari sudut teori ini mampu menjadi penguat kelayakan atas tipologi domain negara serta strategi yang dihasilkannya

Abstract

This research aimed at increasing the teacher’s ability in making a lesson plan and conducting a learning process in the class. Type of this research is an Action Research. This research was conducted in 5 school areas of Gugus V Nakula of Serengan Sub-district, Surakarta. The location selection of this research was because the schools are under the guidance of the researcher, because from the results of observation, there were still many teachers who had not understood the main task and functions of a professional teacher. This research was conducted for three months from July 2011 to September 2011, starting from the preparation up to the reporting. Basically, the data which became the analysis materials were primary data that were through a direct observation obtained from the respondents by using the Instrument of Observation. The data consisted of data on the teachers’ ability in composing a syllabus and lesson plan (RPP), as well as   implementing a learning in the class. The results of the research conclusion and discussion were as follows: 1) The giving of guidance in the beginning of composing the syllabus, the lesson plan, and the implementation of learning can optimize the results of supervision that was increasing the teachers’ professionalism. It could be viewed from the increase in the teachers’ ability from the early condition, cycle I and cycle II based on the data obtained by the researcher; 2) The Academic Supervision could increase the teachers’ ability in becoming professional teachers. From 13 teachers who became the researcher’ partners, their professional ability was increased significantly. In composing the lesson plan in the cycle I, from 13 teachers, all of them (100%) obtained scores under 90. Nevertheless, in cycle II, the scores of all teachers increased, therefore, only one teacher whose score was under 90 (7.69%). Similarly, in their ability of implementing the learning, in cycle I, only 2 teachers whose scores were above 80 (15%). Nevertheless, in cycle II, the teachers’ scores increased totally, only one teacher whose score was under 90.

Abstract

The research was case study  in Tambak  Lorok village,   sub district Tanjung Mas,  North Semarang  District, Semarang  City. The goal of this research is know about  types processing of fisherman catching and their technologies,  many problems of fisher women on their economic activity as an employer of the processing  of fishcnnan  catching, their time allocation  for the activity, their sharing  on family income improvement  and the correlation   between  the role  of fisher women  on family income improvement  with their role on community social function.  This research used primary and secondary data. Analyses  for proofing  of processing  taking time more than the other times, and used test. For correlation between  time  allocation   on processing catching with  their sharing  on family income, was used correlation analysis.  For testing correlation  between the women sharing on family income improvement  with their role on community  social function was used analysis simple correlation. The research yield that types of processing   included  of: salted  fish, baked fish, terrace and peels of cockle shells.  Processing   technology   that was used could be categorized  as traditional  technology. The problem ofthe women on this processing  were investment,  basic ingredient and technology. The time that was used by the fisher women  of the processing   was longer than the other  or non  processing activity.  The longer  the time  was used,  the bigger  the share of this women on total family income.  There is no correlation  between  the share on improvement  family income with the role on community  social function.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study analyzes the collaboration between Australia and Indonesia in the development of the education sector in Australia through the ACICIS (Australian Consortium for In-Country Indonesian Studies) organization which was established in 1994. ACICIS is a consortium of non-profit universities that develops and coordinates various study options quality in Indonesia for Australian, non-Australian and individual students. The reason Australia and Indonesia collaborate in the education sector is to improve the quality and quality of education in both countries, at the university level. In this journal, we discuss how cooperation between Australia and Indonesia in the education sector through the ACICIS organization. To find out the system of cooperation between the two parties, in carrying out this collaboration, researchers used an approach to the theory of international cooperation. Abstract

Oleoresin kayu manis adalah salah satu alternatif olahan kayu manis yang mempunyai nilai jual tinggi. Proses ekstraksi secara konvensional memerlukan waktu ekstraksi lama dan suhu yang tinggi sehingga proses menjadi kurang ekonomis. Dari beberapa penelitian yang telah dilakukan, pemanfaatan gelombang mikro menjadi salah satu alternatif proses ekstraksi dengan beberapa kelebihan, diantaranya adalah waktu ekstraksi yang lebih singkat, konsumsi energi dan solvent yang lebih sedikit, yield yang lebih tinggi. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menentukan perolehan yield terbanyak dan analisa Cinamic aldehide. Sedangkan luaran pada percobaan ini adalah data variabel paling berpengaruh dari proses ekstraksi gelombang mikro, sertifikasi analisa oleoresin kayu manis dan publikasi ilmiah pada seminar nasional. Pada penelitian ini kayu manis dikeringkan, dihaluskan, di ekstraksi menggunakan gelombang mikro dengan penambahan solvent ethanol, ekstrak disaring, kemudian ekstrak dipekatkan dengan proses destilasi. Ekstraksi dilakukan dengan variabel daya 10%, 30%, 50% 70%, dan rasio solute : solvent 1:20 dan waktu ekstraksi 60 menit. Hasil percobaan didapatkan yield paling banyak yaitu pada rasio daya 50%, rasio 1:40 dan waktu 15 menit dengan perolehan yield sebanyak 32.2%. Kata kunci : oleoresin, kayu manis, gelombang mikro

Abstract

The article is held to explore economic and military diplomacy between India and Europe, especially United Kingdom, Germany and France on link of inovation, technology transfer sustainability which is needed for its military industry as one of superior sector at Bangalore and hyderabad techno park. Economic diplomacy is obtained through improvement raw material militay industry export while  import as the other side is improved with joint production or venture as defense procurement procedure. Beside that, India and Europe are initiated joint committee forum on economic, trade, financial impenetrate bilateral or multilateral.
