Abstract

Lichen merupakan salah satu organisme yang memiliki tingkat keanekaraganman hayati yang tinggi dan kandungan metabolit sekunder yang berguna sebagai antibakteri. Salah satu jenis lichen yang banyak ditemukan di Indonesia yaitu lichen Parmelia sulcata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas antibakteri ekstrak lichen Parmelia sulcata terhadap pertumbuhan bakteri Shigella dysenteriae dan Bacillus cereus. Sampel lichen P. sulcata diperoleh dari Arboretum, Sumber Brantas, Batu, dan diekstrak dengan menggunakan methanol 96% (1:10) selama 5 hari. Pengujian aktivitas antibakteri menggunakan metode sumuran dengan 6 perlakuan yaitu kontrol negatif (akuades), kontrol positif (tetrasiklin 0,25%), dan ekstrak lichen dengan konsentrasi 10.000 ppm; 15.000 ppm; 20.000 ppm; 25.000 ppm. Data yang diperoleh berupa rata-rata diameter zona hambat. Pada perlakuan aktivitas antibakteri ekstrak lichen P. sulcata terhadap pertumbuhan bakteri S. dysenteriae diperoleh rata-rata diameter zona hambat  sebesar 24,25 ± 0,95 mm pada perlakuan kontrol positif, pada perlakuan ekstrak lichen dengan konsentrasi dari yang terkecil hingga konsentrasi terbesar yaitu sebesar 30 ± 1,25 mm; 34,25 ± 0,95 mm; 33.35 ± 1,89 mm; dan 35 ± 1,41 mm. Perlakuan aktivitas antibakteri ekstrak lichen P. sulcata terhadap pertumbuhan B. cereus didapatkan rata-rata diameter zona hambat kontrol positif sebesar 43,25 ± 4,19 mm, dan  sebesar 16±0,81 mm; 19±0,81 mm; 21±2,44 mm; dan 22± 2,82 mm dari konsentrasi ekstrak lichen P. sulcata dari yang terkecil hingga konsentrasi terbesar. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut diketahui bahwa konsentrasi yang efektif ekstrak lichen P. sulcata dalam menghambat pertumbuhan dari kedua bakteri tersebut adalah konsentrasi 10.000 ppm, yang didapatkan dari hasil analisis statistik uji Duncan.

Abstract

Abstrak- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat penguasaan kompetensi pedagogi guru PPG SMK Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Padang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif  kuantitatif dan metode kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, wawancara, observasi serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa kompetensi pedagogi guru PPG SMK masih rendah yang terlihat dari skor rata-rata setiap indikator yang dikategorikan dalam kategori kurang menguasai. Penelitian ini dapat dijadikan gambaran untuk kedepanya terhadap pembelajaran guru PPG SMK oleh dosen  dalam memperbaiki penguasaaan  kompetensi  pedagogi Kata Kunci : Kompetensi Pedagogi,  PPG,  Guru SMK

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) Analyze the learning process to obtain information on the needs of lecturers and students as well as expectations in learning pedagogy, 2) analyze the learning styles of students by knowing each learning style of each student, 3) Analysis the learning models such as what was developed that can teach students according to the learning styles of each student. The research method used was a survey method. The data were collected by using questionnaires, interviews and observations. The results of this research obtained the level of mastery of the current pedagogical competence of students and the type of learning style of each student that illustrated the characteristics of their learning style. Then, the model used in the development of learning planning was the learning model of learning that can learn students according to the learning style of students so as creating the activeness of students in learning, critical thinking, creative, communicative and collaborative.

Abstract

Has done research on the application of the model STAD on the material of natural resources and environment in the fourth grade student of SDN 9 Tanjung. Classroom action research is intended to increase students understanding of the relationship of natural resources and the environment and increase positive attitudes fourth grade students of SDN 9 Tanjung to the environment. This study uses a classroom action research model of Kemmis and Taggart spiral from one to the next cycle. Each cycle includes (1) planning, (2) action, (3) observation, and (4) reflections. The results showed that: (1) model with cooperative learning type STAD can improve student learning outcomes in the matter of natural resources and environment marked by increasing exhaustiveness student learning by 50%. (2) The application of cooperative model type STAD can improve students positive attitudes to the environment. Key word : cooperative model, STAD, natural resources and environment

Abstract

Abstract: the research has been carried out with the purpose to know the integrated science process skills of students of class IX SMPN 6 Banjarmasin 2011/2012. The research was carried out from November 2011 until January 2012. The Data collected from the test results the integrated science process skills, further analysis is done by qualitative descriptive. The results showed that the average integrated science process skills are measured from the fifth grade students on the skills aspect of the IX regular higher (0,672) compared to class IX RSBI (0,608) and class IX Acceleration (0,624). The average integrated science process skills are measured from the fifth aspect of learning objectives based on the grade IX SMPN 6 Banjarmasin had enough good, i.e. of 0,632. The highest average score on Science process skills acquired by the students integrated kls IX regular, i.e. of 68,50%, then followed by kls IX acceleration of 62.70%, and class IX for RSBI 61,70%. The overall average score of 64,30%. This score is still relatively low, considering the KKM for the value of the Science in SMPN 6 Banjarmasin is 80 (80%).Keywords: profile, the integrated science process skills

Abstract

This research intends to describe and explain how LAZDAI role in managing zakat funds for education and what the enabling and inhibiting factors in its management. This type of research used in this study is a qualitative data collection method of observation, documentation and in-depth interview study. The data analysis was done by data reduction, data presentation, and verification.From the results of the study showed that LAZDAI role in the management of zakat funds consist of the collection, distribution and utilization. As for the utilization realized in some programs, such as: scholarships PRO CERMAT, PAB, Back to School, RDP LSC and BOS poor. Barriers faced by lack of operational, less active recipients follow the guidance. LAZDAI supporting factors in managing zakat is the support of the donors who come to introduce LAZDAI on society, good service and programs that attract and strategic LAZDAI headquarters.Keywords: LAZDAI, manage zakat, education

Abstract

This study background come from condition of geography lesson at SMAN 3 Barabai especially, at XI IPS 3 class show students result lesson is not yet reach minimum achievement value that is decided by school namely 70. The research is used action research method. Purpose of this research namely: for knowing activity and students result study with using STAD lesson model can increase.This research is action class research that is done with 2 cycles. Data collecting technique that is used teacher learning implementation. Result of cycle I research states from 37 present students learning process activity 40,16%, unactive 59,84%. Cycle II from present students learning process activity 76,54%, unactive 23,46% while result study from cycle I average get 54,73 while value at cycle II average 87,30. So, after learning with STAD model happen increase of result study. Keywords: Activity, Result Study, Geography, Students Team Achievement Division (STAD) Model.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat ada tidaknya pengaruh metode pembelajaran Whole Brain Teaching terhadap hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 18 Palu. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu eksperimen kuasi dengan desain ?The Equivalen Pretest-Posttest Design?. Sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Sampel penelitian yaitu kelas VIIIA sebagai kelas kontrol dan kelas VIIIB sebagai kelas eksperimen. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes hasil belajar dalam bentuk pilihan ganda. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data, untuk kelas eksperimen diperoleh rerata skor tes awal adalah 6,53 dan untuk tes akhir adalah 13,26 dari skor ideal yaitu sebesar 20. Untuk kelas kontrol diperoleh rerata skor tes awal 6,16 dan untuk tes akhir adalah 9,26 dari skor ideal yaitu sebesar 20. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian N-Gain kedua kelas masing-masing berada dalam kategori berbeda yaitu kelas eksperimen berada dalam kategori sedang dengan nilai N-Gain sebesar 48,58 dan kelas kontrol berada dalam kategori rendah dengan nilai N-Gain sebesar 22,34. Hasil pengujian hipotesis diperoleh nilai thitung = 28,34 dan ttabel = 1,68. Ini berarti bahwa nilai thitung berada di luar daerah penerimaan H0. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa, ada pengaruh metode pembelajaran Whole Brain Teaching terhadap  hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 18 Palu. Abstract

Has done research on understanding the concept of built space by using visual aids. This study aims to enhance students understanding on the concept of nets up space that is taught with visual aids, student activities and teachers in learning. The research was carried out in two cycles. each cycle consists of the planning, implementation action, observation and reflection. Research subjects is eleventh grade student of SMKN 1 ATP Muara Kabupaten Uya Tabalong by the number of students 28 people. Data collection techniques used were the test results, and observations. Techniques of data analysis using techniques percentages. The results showed that the use of visual aids can enhance student’s understanding of the concept. learning outcomes of students increased from 67.14 to 89.99 on the first cycle to second cycle. Activities of students and teachers from the first cycle to second cycle also increased.Key words: Mathematics, visual aid, built space

Abstract

This aim of this research is to know the role of the regulation of the kids towards the unsuitable treatment.The location of the research is in Samarinda .The method of it is qualiative and library one .It takes three months by taking news from the local daily newspaper  , KaltimPost.The results of the research are (1). The name of the child is Johan Rafli Sultansyah Yusuf (13 years old), (2). He is very naughty  (3). He is a member of motorcycle gang which makes many trouble in West Balikpapan, (4). He is a trouble maker towards the female, (5). He is lazy to go o school (6). His mother is lost of control  she is, therefore, kills his son, (6). The people there are not gving her to see the burrial of her son. The suggestions are (1). A child must be controlled by his or her parents, (2). The parents must be patients, (3). The parents must be full of love towards the chiildren, (4). The parents must care of their chidren’s friends.
