Abstract

Abstrak: Mind mapping adalah strategi pembelajaran kreatif yang mengembangkan kemampuan siswa dalam membuat pemetaan konsep yang saling berhubungan sehingga membentuk sub-sub yang saling berhubungan. Pembelajaran bahasa Inggris pada Materi News Item Text pada siswa kelas XII-IPA SMAIT Insan Mandiri Cibubur dengan menggunakan Strategi Mind Mapping adalah sebagai berikut: 1. Guru memberikan memberikan salam dan memberikan alfazone yaitu dengan memberikan permainan membalik kata.2. Guru memberikan apersepsi yaitu guru menjelaskan tujuan pembelajaran dan manfaat materi bagi siswa serta memberitahukan kepada siswa karakter apa yang akan dikembangkan dalam pembelajaran.3. Guru menjelaskan materi news item text dan kemudian guru membagikan kertas warna-warni dan spidol untuk digunakan oleh siswa dalam membuat mind mapping.4. Siswa membuat mind mapping materi news item text dengan kertas dan spidol yang telah diterima.5. Guru membimbing siswa dalam membuat mind mapping materi news item text. 6. Guru memberikan konfirmasi yaitu guru memberikan pertanyaan-pertanyaan kepada siswa tentang materi news item text. 7. Guru menyimpulkan materi news item text dan memberikan hikmah spiritual yang terkait dengan materi news item text.Kata kunci: Strategi Mind Mapping, Materi News Item Text, Bahasa Inggris.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMAN 21 Bekasi pada tahun ajaran 2017/2018 dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui 1). pengaruh yang signifikan secara bersama-sama persepsi siswa atas fasilitas dan kompetensi pedagogik guru terhadap hasil belajar Ekonomi pada siswa SMAN 21 Bekasi, 2). Pengaruh yang signifikan persepsi siswa atas fasilitas terhadap hasil belajar Ekonomi pada siswa SMAN 21 Bekasi, 3) Pengaruh yang signifikan kompetensi pedagogik guru terhadap hasil belajar Ekonomi pada siswa SMAN 21 Bekasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survey. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini siswa sebanyak 30 orang dengan menggunakan random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda. Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah  1). Tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara bersama-sama persepsi siswa atas fasilitas dan kompetensi pedagogik guru terhadap hasil belajar Ekonomi pada siswa SMAN 21 Bekasi Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018, 2). Tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan persepsi siswa atas fasilitas terhadap hasil belajar Ekonomi pada siswa SMAN 21 Bekasi Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018, 3). Tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kompetensi pedagogik guru terhadap hasil belajar Ekonomi pada siswa SMAN 21 Bekasi Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018.

Abstract

Changes in environmental conditions and behavior in patients taking antibiotics causes some pathogenic bacteria become resistant. Increased bacterial resistance to antibiotics encourages applications as biocontrol phage to reduce pathogenic bacteria. This research aims to detect lytic phage on liquid waste traditional market in lysizing Escherichia coli bacteria. Plaque assay method was used in detecting lytic phage in wastewater. The Phage assay results from samples of wastewater traditional markets in Banda Aceh showed that specific lytic phage of E. coli was not detected; it is shown by the absence of clear zone formation on double-layer media (plaque assay negative).

Abstract

Has done research about the system of purification of sea water into drinking water using solar energy. Utilization of solar energy as power naturally adopts the system of evaporation that occurs in a siklur water. Design and construction of tools created in the shape of a pyramid so that the absorption of thermal energy from the Sun can be maximum. Methods of work of the system is very simple, namely the souls imprisoned in the air that the pyramid would experience an increase in temperature significantly along with the searing Sun. The temperature of the hot air in the space pyramid is causing sea water which is at the bottom (floor) pyramid will evaporate and stick on the wall side of the inside of the pyramid. With the help of gravity, the water vapour will fall in the form of green ears water down the wall of the pyramid. The water will flow through the channel leading into the shelter is. This water is not already contain salt and pure water is so that it can be consumed directly. The results showed that the pyramid with size 160 cm x 160 cm 3 mm fiberglass-wall capable of producing fresh water as much as 2,100 mL. These results have been tested in the laboratory with a result salinity = 0,0 at T = 29,4 °C; TDS = 11 mg/L, 22.2 ms/cm conductivity, at T = 29.3 °C, no taste and no smell.

Abstract

ABSTRACTVascular plants have contain some microbes, one of them is endophytic fungi. Endophytic fungi is microorganisms present in the plant organs such as seeds, leaves, flowers, twigs, stems and roots. White pomegranate is one of vascular plants associated with endophytic fungi. White pomegranate contains many benefits in it, among others, as an antimicrobial. Endophytic fungi present in plant tissue to produce the same compound with  host. The aim of the study is to determine the type of endophytic fungi in the peel of pomegranate and know the different types of endophytic fungi on three levels of fruit maturity The study conducted in February until May 2016 in biology Laboratory of educational Faculty, Syiah Kuala University. The approach that is used in this study is a qualitative approach with descriptive type. The data collection is conducted by several stages of sampling, media preparation, isolation of fungi and fungal identification. Based on the analysis of data, result of the study are: endophytic fungus found in the peel of pomegranate divided into seven types of fungi, they are Penicillium sp.1, Penicillium sp.2, Aspergillus sp.1, Aspergillus sp.2, Aspergillus sp.3, Phytium sp, and fungi can not be identified. There are different types of endophytic fungi on three levels of maturity of pomegranate are young, middle-aged and elderly, but there was one type of fungus that was on the third level of maturity pomegranate is Penicillium sp.1Key words: endophytic fungi, peel of white pomegranate, identification

Abstract

Endophytic fungi that live on plant tissue has the potential to produce secondary metabolites, same as its host. This study aimed to identify the types of endophytic fungi found in leaves of Jamblang (Syzygium cumini L.). This study used a qualitative approach and exploration and experimentation method. The sample used in this research was leaves of Jamblang from Ujongbatee, Mesjid Raya sub-district, Aceh Besar. The data were collected with some procedures: (1) isolation using sterilization surface method and (2) identification of endophytic fungi conventionally  by observing microscopic and macroscopic morphological phenotypic characters then compared with the monograph. The results showed that endophytic fungi isolated from leaves of Jamblang as many as 11 species have been identified and were as much as 7 types and were grouped into 7 genus: Fusarium, Macrophopmina, Dactylella, Paecilomyces, Nigrospora, Acremonium and Colleotrichum. The types of endophytic fungi that found on immature leaves were Fusarium sp., Isolate I, Paecilomyces sp., Isolate III, Macrophomina sp., and Acremonium sp. Fusarium sp., Macrophomina sp., Paecilomyces sp., Isolate I, and Isolates II have been found in the middle-mature leaves. While in mature leaves, Dactyela sp., Fusarium sp., Nigrospora sp., Acremonium sp., and Colletotrichum sp., Isolate I, Isolate III and IV Isolates were found. Key words: isolation, identification, endophytic fungi, leaves of jamblang

Abstract

The research was conducted by taking a sample of 25 pieces of cell phone. Mobile radiation intensity measured electromagnetic waves are receiving phone calls. Measurements were made by placing two headphone in a different room with a range of ± 20 meters. Tool used to measure the intensity of radiation of electromagnetic waves emitted by mobile phone radiation is a measure C32-QX5. Values were collected before phone calls and performed on two conditions after receiving the phone call is a normal condition and the condition of the loudspeaker. The purpose of this study was to determine the intensity of the electromagnetic radiation emitted by mobile phones with different brands and types and determine their effects on health. Results showed that all cell phones that have measured the intensity of the radiation was still safe to use because it has an average radiation intensity 6 mW/cm2, which limits the intensity of radiation that can be tolerated by the body is equal to 10 mW/cm2. The use of mobile phones continuously for one hour a day in the ten-year timeframe, estimated the value of the intensity of radiation received by the body tissue will exceed safe limits.

Abstract

The latest generation of solar cell that utilizes dye from plants as a photosensitizer is Dye-Sensitized Solar Cell (DSSC). The dye from Solanum melongena L. is one of the potential photosensitizers due to its chemical and physical characteristics.  This study aims to determine these characteristics as well as its efficiency value in DSSC. The dye was obtained by ultrasonic extraction in 1% HCl methanol solution. The crude extract of dye was treated in acid and basic condition and then separated by vacuum gravitation chromatography in a way that the polarity was increased. The results were a variety of dyes according to their polarity. The dye then applied in DSSC as the photosensitizers. The highest conversion value was 0.0211%, performed by the dye in pH 8 solution. The characteristic of this extract was identified by UV-Vis, FTIR, and GC-MS. All the spectral data indicated that the main component which responsible for this efficiency was pelargonidin.

Abstract

The needs of electrical energy that increase year by year cause electrical energy crisis. Alternative energy sources which are potential to be developed as a substitute of fossil fuels are organic solar cells or DSSC (Dye Sensitized Solar Cell). The purpose of this study is to determine the value of efficiency resulting from Ketapang leaf extract and to determine the effect of compound content in Ketapang leaf extract toward the value of DSSC efficiency. This study investigate the efficiency value of the DSSC which are senzitized by the N-hexane, ethyl acetate, methanol extract of the Ketapang leaf and the mixture extract. The compounds from each axtract are characterized used UV-Vis and FTIR. The measurement results of the efficiency value from n-hexane of Ketapang leaf extract, ethyl acetate, methanol and the mixture were respectively 0.0051%, 0.09%, 0.12% and 0.22%. The results of UV-Vis characterization with maximum wavelength were respectively 667 nm, 665.9 nm, 665.9  nm and 209 nm. The FTIR identified an auxchrome group such as -OH,  C-N, -NH, and C-O as well as chromophore groups such as C=O and C=C. These data support that the existence of flavonoid and alcaloid compound in the mixture extract generate significant efficiency value.

Abstract

The research was conducted on the linearity of the output radiation in the mobile X-ray by using Piranha. This study aimed to measure the radiation dose exposure, to determine the relationship between the increase in the voltage of the radiation dose exposure and increase the tube current to the radiation dose exposure, as well as to analyze the radiation output and linearity of the output radiation. Data collection was conducted at the Dr. Tadjuddin Chalid Hospital Makassar in radiological installation. In this study the variables that measured the radiation dose and exposure variables that change the tube current and voltage. The data obtained and analyzed to calculate the value of the output radiation and radiation output linearity in the X- ray mobile. The analysis showed that the X-ray mobile with GE brand that are in radiological installation Dr. Tadjuddin Chalid Hospital has good linearity.
