Abstract

Tujuan utama dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan karakter kuat dan cerdas padamahasiswa melalui teknik self instruction. Metode penelitan menggunakan eksperimendengan rancangan nonequivalent group pretest-postest control design. Subyek penelitianadalah mahasiswa FKIP UNISRI. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Nilaisignifikansi kelompok eksperimen sebesar 0,005 < 0,05 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima,artinya layanan konseling kelompok CBT teknik self instruction efektif untuk meningkatkankarakter kuat dan cerdas mahasiswa Universitas Slamet Riyadi.Kata Kunci : Konseling, Self instruction, Karakter

Abstract

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui keefektifan pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik Gamestorming dan teknik Token Economy terhadap peningkatan kreativitas siswa kelas VII SMP Islam Diponegoro serta untuk mengetahui perbedaan efektivitas antara kedua teknik tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain eksperimen pretest-posttest nonequivalent control group design. Populasi adalah siswa SMP Islam Diponegoro. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan instrumen skala penilaian kreativitas. Analisis data menggunakan Uji Wilcoxon dengan aplikasi SPSS. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa layanan bimbingan kelompok baik dengan teknik gamestorming maupun teknik token economy efektif untuk meningkatkan kreativitas siswa. Namun, teknik Gamestorming mampu meningkatkan kreativitas secara lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan teknik token economy.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the group guidance services through smart monopoly game to the develop elementary students? creativity. This research was using treatment by subject design. The subject of the research were 40 students of 5th elementary school. Data subject derived from primer data who is the students. Using data collection instruments that is verbal creativity tests. Based on the result of hypothesis, it is known that there are development of creativity before and after treatment by group guidance services through media smart monopoly game that is t calculated = 17.460 compared with t table = 0,023 or t calculated &gt; t table (0,000 with significance  &lt; 0,05). The result of the research that group guidance services through media smart monopoly game is efective to develop students?  creativity.

Abstract

Family becomes the smallest social unit in a society. The socialization process was first carried outin the family. Educate children to get to know children and how to treat children according to theirneeds and development. By recognizing and understanding their children, parents as educators inthe family will be able to increase their potential as optimally as possible, especially in formingpositive behaviors. Behavior is any form of action taken or planned. While positive behavior is anaction that is in accordance with the character, culture, norms and noble values in the community.In order for children to grow and develop optimally, the family or parents need to increase theirrole. Along with the times and the assimilation of culture in the era of globalization of positivebehavior in children such as manners, tolerance, caring for others and respect for others isincreasingly lost. The effort that can be taken to develop positive behavior of children in the familyenvironment is through a behavioral approach.The target of service is the Beneficiary Family(KPM) of the Hope Family Program in Wonosegoro District. The purpose of this communityservice activity is to provide training methods in enhancing family roles to foster positive behaviorthrough a behavioral approach. The method used in this community service is the behaviorismapproach in increasing family roles to form positive behavior. In this behavior approach usesseveral techniques, namely modeling techniques, reinforcement techniques and Asertive trainingtechniques. The implementation of community service carried out with seminars and trainingthrough lectures, discussions and brainstorming, questions and answers, and direct practice. Theimplementation of the behavioral approach training as an effort to improve the family's role informing positive behavior was Carried out in four meetings. The expected result of communityservice is the realization of parents' understanding of the importance of the role of the family infostering positive behaviors of children that are applied in daily life through a behavioral approach.Keywords: Family Role, Positive Behavior, Behavior Approach
