Abstract

Pembahasan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan media boneka tangan dan pengaruhnya terhadap keterampilan berbicara pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas III B di MI At-Thayyibah Kecamatan Gambut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode pra-experimen. Subjeknya adalah semua siswa kelas IIIB berjumlah 22 orang. Peneliti menemukan bahwa: 1) Penerapan media boneka tangan pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia terlaksana dengan baik, terlihat dari perencanaan, aktiviatas siswa dan guru, serta respon siswa terhadap media yang ditunjukkan oleh perhatian, antusias, semangat, keaktifan, memahami materi, kerjasama kelompok. Siswa memperoleh pengalaman baru dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara melalui kegiatan bercerita. 2) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan penerapan media boneka tangan terhadap keterampilan berbicara siswa pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di MI At-Thayyibah Kecamatan Gambut.

Abstract

In teaching writing, contextual learning means learning to unleash the full potential of a student naturally. Students are given the opportunity to apply and develop ideas critically and communicative in the form of written language which can be meaningful for themselves and for those who read it. This thesis aims are: 1) To know the differences in the learning result of Indonesian subject in poetry writing material among the students who learn with contextual approach and the students who learn with conventional approach, and 2) To know the effectiveness of using contextual approach in improving the learning result of Indonesian subject on poetry writing material. This research used a quasi-experimental design. The subject was the fifth grade students of MIN Selat Hulu Kapuas academic year 2012/2013. Class Va as experimental group and class Vb as control group. The taught material is writing poetry. The first data of students? ability is taken from pretest result, while the posttest result is used as research data. The results showed that there are significant differences between the students? learning results of Indonesian subject in experimental group with control group. If seen from the average value of the posttest, the results of learning in the experimental group (75.87) is higher than the average value of the control group (68.13). This difference was also confirmed by the results of the calculations of Independent-sample T-Test which significance value is smaller than the sig. = 0.05 which is equal to 0.002. This showed that the use of the contextual approach can improve students? learning result. Meanwhile, the effectiveness test calculations showed that the average value of g factor in the experimental group showed 0.49 points. This means, the use of a contextual approach in Indonesian subjects is quite effective in improving student learning result in the subject matter writing poetry.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to describe 1) the implementation of the 12-year compulsory education policy in Kolaka Regency; 2) obstacles encountered in implementing the 12-years compulsory education policy in Kolaka Regency; 3) the efforts of schools and the government in overcoming problems encountered in the implementation of 12-year compulsory education in Kolaka Regency. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. Informants in this study are: a) Secretary of the Kolaka Regency Education Office; b) head of the primary and secondary education division of Kolaka Regency; c) the principal; d) parents of students, and e) students. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation, and documentation. Stages of data analysis are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. To check the validity of the data using the triangulation of data and sources. Research result; 1) the implementation of the 12-year compulsory education policy in Kolaka Regency consists of 3 main elements, namely implementing the policy. the program, target group. 2) the constraints to implementing the 12-year compulsory education in Kolaka Regency are the lack of budget, zoning system, lack of parents' understanding of education and lack of children's interest in school, a weak economy, lack of facilities and infrastructure, lack of teachers in remote areas. 3) efforts made on the implementation of 12-year compulsory education namely the Department of Education prioritize the more important and urgent, schools accept according to the capacity of the class and students can register outside the zoning area, provide understanding to the community about the importance of education, conduct socialization to the community to participate free of charge and provide scholarships for underprivileged children, submit proposals for the procurement of facilities and infrastructure, appoint contract teachers to remote areas.Keywords: Policy, Implementation, Compulsory Education Abstrak:Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan 1) implementasi kebijakan wajib belajar 12 tahun di Kabupaten Kolaka; 2) kendala yang dihadapi dalam implementasi kebijakan wajib belajar 12 tahun di Kabupaten Kolaka; 3) upaya sekolah dan pemerintah dalam mengatasi masalah yang dihadapi dalam implementasi wajib belajar 12 tahun di Kabupaten Kolaka.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Informan dalam penelitian ini yaitu: a) Sekretaris Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Kolaka; b) kepala bagian pendidikan dasar dan menengah Kabupaten Kolaka; c) kepala sekolah; d) orang tua siswa; dan e) siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Tahapan analisis data yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan. Untuk mengecek keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi data dan sumber. Hasil penelitian; 1) implementasi kebijakan wajib belajar 12 tahun di Kabupaten Kolaka terdiri dari 3 unsur utama yaitupelaksana kebijakan. adanya program, sasaran kelompok. 2) kendala implementasi wajib belajar 12 tahun di Kabupaten Kolaka yaituminimnya anggaran, sistem zonasi, kurangnya pemahaman orang tua tentang pendidikan dan kurangnya minat anak untuk sekolah, ekonomi lemah, sarana dan prasarana yang kurang, kekurangan guru pada daerah terpencil. 3) upaya yang dilakukan pada implementasi wajib belajar 12 tahun yaitu Dinas Pendidikan memperioritaskan yang lebih penting dan mendesak, sekolah menerima sesuai dengan daya tampung kelas dan peserta didik boleh mendaftar di luar wilayah zonasi, memberikan pemahaman kepada masyarakat mengenai pentingnya pendidikan, melakukan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat agar ikut berpartisipasi tanpa dipungut biaya dan memberikan beasiswa bagi anak yang kurang mampu, mengajukan proposal pengadaan sarana dan prasarana, mengangkat guru kontrak pada daerah terpencil.Kata kunci: Kebijakan, Implementasi, Wajib Belajar

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine and obtain the best ratio between the taro flour and mung beanflour for making flakes. This research used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 5 treatments and 3replications. The ratio of taro flour and mung bean flour 90:10, 80:20, 70:30, 60:40, and 50:50. Data werestatistically analyzed using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) and followed by Duncan?s New Multiple RangeTest (DNMRT) test at 5% level. Results of ANOVA showed that the ratio of taro flour and mung bean floursignificantly affected moisture content, ash content, fat content, protein content, carbohydrate contents,crude fiber contents, as well descriptive and hedonic sensory test. The best treatment was the ratio of taroflour and mung bean flour 50:50 which had moisture 2.44%, ash 2.32%, fat 1.02%, protein 9.33%, carbohydrate84,44%, crude fiber content 2.97%, and durability crunchy in milk for 4.43 minutes. Overall to result ofsensory test preferred by the panelist with descriptions of slightly yellow, flavorfull taro and mung bean,mung bean test, and crunchy texture.

Abstract

Currently the rapidly growing world of technology is very helpful to all facets of life in the community in the development of the times and life in terms of education. To change it manually into a technology based system so important. Because as this could help the government agencies especially in updating data as well as easy access to community services. As is the case currently in my research of decision support system in the determination of the best childhood kindergarten education service of long beach using AHP TOPSIS, because the government needs to provide access service to facilitate the submission of information on kindergartens to the community, this is important because the number of kindergarten in district of long beach south of the quality of each kindergarten children had various kinds of the government needs to be ranked the kindergardens in every quality that childhood can be measured with both. Keywords: Decision Support System, the best childhood kindergarten, method AHP TOPSIS Taman Kanak-kanak yang baik dan berkualitas adalah Taman Kanak-kanak yang memenuhi Standar Pendidikan Nasional. Berdasarkan standar pendidikan nasional terdiri atas standar isi, proses, kompetensi lulusan, tenaga pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan, sarana dan prasarana, pengelolaan, pembiayaan, dan penilaian pendidikan. Seperti halnya saat kasus dalam penelitian ini tentang sistem pendukung keputusan dalam penentuan taman kanak-kanak terbaik dari Dinas Pendidikan Kota Banjarbaru menggunakan AHP Topsis. Perpaduan AHP dan Topsis memiliki peranan masing-masing dalam rangka menghasilkan nilai optimal. AHP digunakan untuk pembobotan kriteria, sedangkan Topsis berperan dalam menentukan perangkingan prioritas. Merubah hal manual menjadi sebuah sistem berbasis teknologi, itulah kenapa sistem ini dibuat karena pemerintah (Dinas Pendidikan) perlu memberikan layanan akses untuk mempermudah dalam penyampaian informasi Taman Kanak-kanak kepada masyarakat, hal ini penting karena dengan banyaknya Taman Kanak-kanak dikecamatan Banjarbaru Selatan maka kualitas dari tiap tiap Taman kanak-kanak pun bermacam-macam, pemerintah perlu merangking Taman Kanak-kanak tersebut agar kualitas disetiap Taman Kanak-kanak bisa terukur dengan baik. Abstract

Jumlah mahasiwa di program studi biologi berjumlah 35 orang yang terdiri dari 91,43% berasal dari lulusan kelas IPA, 8,57% dari lulusan kelas non IPA (keagamaan, adminstrasi, IPS). Keterampilan Proses Sains yang dimiliki mahasiswa tersebut belum maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keterampilan proses sains mahasiswa Program Studi Tadris Biologi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian ini akan menghasilkan data yang akan dianalisis secara deskriptif dan diukur secara kategorikal. Data penelitian berupa nilai tes keterampilan proses sains yang diambil dari nilai hasil belajar mahasiswa pada perkuliahan Biologi Umum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan KPS yang dimiliki mahasiswa cukup memuaskan yaitu pada aspek mengamati/ observasi sebesar 65,23% kategori ?baik?, mengklasifikasi sebesar 69,28% kategori ?baik?, menafsirkan data sebesar 64,20% kategori ?baik?, meramalkan/memprediksi sebesar 60,43% kategori ?cukup?, berhipotesis sebesar 41,50% kategori ?cukup?, menganalisis sebesar 67,25% kategori ?baik?, merencanakan percobaan/penelitian sebesar 41,50% pada kategori ?cukup?, menggunakan alat/bahan sebesar 41,50% kategori ?cukup?, menerapkan konsep sebesar 41,50% kategori ?cukup?, dan berkomunikasi sebesar 41,50% kategori ?cukup?.

Abstract

Abstrak: Metode pembelajaran mempunyai peranan penting dalam proses pembelajaran. Metode pembelajaran berfungsi untuk membantu guru dalam mencapai tujuan pembelajaran yang ditetapkan. Tidak semua metode pembelajaran sesuai dengan mata pelajaran tertentu, misalnya PPKn. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah jenis-jenis metode pembelajaran komunikatif yang sesuai dengan mata pelajaran PPKn di sekolah dasar. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian di Program Studi Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar Universitas Mataram. Sumber data dibagi menjadi dua, yakni primer dan sekunder. Sumber data primer yakni mahasiswa semester 5 Program Studi Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar dan sumber data sekunder yakni hasil observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengambilan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi melalui kegiatan Group Investigation berbantuan permainan Quizizz. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Tahap penelitian yakni pra lapangan, lapangan dan analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Metode pembelajaran mempunyai manfaat yang banyak dalam proses pembelajarn di kelas, 2) Terdapat berbagai pertimbangan yang harus diperhatikan sebelum menentukan metode pembelajaran. 3) Terdapat berbagai metode pembelajaran yang cocok digunakan di sekolah dasar, khususnya PPKn, yakni example non example, picture and picture, vct, inquiry dan discovery.Kata Kunci: Metode Pembelajaran, Group Investigation, Permainan Abstract: Learning methods have an important role in the learning process. The learning method serves to assist the teacher in achieving the specified learning goals. Not all learning methods are suitable for certain subjects, for example PPKn. This study aims to examine the types of learning methods that are suitable for PPKn subjects in primary schools. The research approach uses qualitative descriptive type. The location of the study was at the University of Mataram Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program. Data sources are divided into two, namely primary and secondary. Primary data sources are 5th semester students of Elementary School Teacher Education Study Programs and secondary data sources namely observation and documentation. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation through Group Investigation activities assisted by Quizizz games. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research phase is pre-field, field and data analysis. The results showed: 1) The learning method has many benefits in the learning process in the classroom, 2) There are various considerations that must be considered before determining the learning method. 3) There are various learning methods that are suitable for use in elementary schools, especially PPKn, namely non-example examples, picture and picture, vct, inquiry and discovery.Keywords: Learning Methods, Group Investigation, Games

Abstract

Toba Lake is a lake that is used as aquaculture land. Floating net cage activities in the Toba Lake has been done by the public since 1986, but the rapid development of floating net cage occurred since 1998 through the intensive cultivation net high fish density. This study aims to analyze potential areas for floating net cage ini Toba Lake Girsang Sipangan Bolon, Simalungun by the suitability matrix method. This research use the scorring method/weighting. Determination of weighting and scoring is done to put a value on criteria that support the aquaculture activities by linking the chemical physical parameters. These parameters include temperature, DO, pH, brightness, current, depth, BOD, and ammonia. The results showed that the suitability grade in Toba Lake Girsang Sipangan Bolon is very suitable and suitable class. This shows that Toba Lake Girsang Sipangan Bolon is a potential area for floating net cage.Keyword : Toba Lake, Floating Net Cage, Suitability Index

Abstract

The research purpose is to improve students' motivation by using group counseling services. The method used was quasi-experimental with one-group pretest-posttest design. Subjects were six students who have low motivation in learning. Data collection techniques using Motivation Scale Learning and Observation. The results showed that students' motivation can be enhanced by using group counseling services, as evidenced from the analysis of the data using different test Wilcoxon, from the pretest and posttest results obtained zoutput ztabel (-2.207 0) then Ha is accepted, and Ho is rejected. The conclusion of this research is the motivation to learn can be improved by using group counseling services in the eighth grade students of SMPN 1 Sukadana East Lampung Academic Year 2012/2013. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa menggunakan layanan konseling kelompok. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini eksperimen semu dengan one-group pretest-posttest design. Subjek dalam penelitian sebanyak enam siswa yang memiliki motivasi belajar rendah. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Skala Motivasi Belajar dan Observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar siswa dapat ditingkatkan dengan menggunakan layanan konseling kelompok, terbukti dari hasil analisis data menggunakan uji beda wilcoxon, dari hasil pretest dan posttest diperoleh zoutput ztabel (-2,207 0) maka Ha diterima, dan Ho ditolak. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah motivasi belajar dapat ditingkatkan dengan menggunakan layanan konseling kelompok pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Sukadana Lampung Timur Tahun Ajaran 2012/2013. Kata kunci :bimbingan konseling, konseling kelompok, motivasi belajar.

Abstract

Bckground of the study: Digital curation activities are necessary for organizing digital archives to be accessible to the present and future. The problem in this research is that information and library management (MIP) students who have previously received records management (MRA) courses through digital curation have not fully implemented digital curation in managing digital archives.Purpose: This study aims to find out how MIP students curate digital archives of their photos and documents on the smartphone.Method: The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive approach and technique. Data used in interviews with five MIP students as informants.Findings: The results show that information in conducting digital curation activities such as digital object evaluation and discussion, life cycle and digital object management on an ongoing basis, and keeping them accessible, each individual has a unique and different way.Conclusion: Factor needs, memories, and usefulness of digital archive become a more determining factor in students in digital curation.
