Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to analyze the effect of brand equity elements on the purchasing decision of "Sunpride" bananas in Bandar Lampung City. The basic method of this research is descriptive. The method of determining the location is purposive in Bandar Lampung City. The sampling using nonprobability sampling techniques, namely purposive sampling. The sample was 100 respondents. The analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate the elements of brand equity (brand awareness, brand associations, perceived quality, and brand loyalty) simultaneously have a positive effect on the purchasing decision of "Sunpride". Brand awareness, brand association and brand loyalty individually have a positive effect on the purchasing decision while the variable perceived quality has no effect. Known brands that have a relationship with health benefits and gain customer satisfaction will establish confidence in consumers to make purchasing decision of "Sunpride" bananas. Brand loyalty is the most influential variable on the purchasing decision of "Sunpride" bananas in Bandar Lampung City.Keywords: brand equity, purchase decision, banana, sunpride

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has a major impact on various sectors of life, including Small and Mid-size Enterprises (SMEs). The government makes various policies, one of which is the implementation of the New Normal. SMEs must adapt to New Normal conditions. SMEs Werkudoro is one of the SMEs in the Sukoharjo Regency. To face this New Normal condition, SMEs Werkudoro has several problems. The problem is that the packaging label is not marketable, product packaging is not marketable, wrap the packaging with stapler and SMEs are less developed. The method used are socialization, introduction, training and accompaniment. Community service activities are improvement marketable packaging labels, introducing marketable packaging with standing pouches, introducing of plastic sealers, repairing of product banner and business innovation training. Community service activities give knowledge for SMEs and benefits for adaptation in the New Normal condition, so they can survive and can develop.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand critical success factors which is considered by customer in selecting market when they are do purchase and understand kind of strategy that management use to develop they own traditional market.  Basic method which used in this research is descriptive analytic.  Determining this research location is using purposive method, and for examining the critical success factors which are considered by customer, weight and attractiveness factors are asked to the market management chosen by purposive sampling method.  The data collection is done by observation technique, interview, and recording method.  Data analysis is conducted by Competitive Profile Matrix (CPM) and Quantitative Strategy Planning Matrix (QSPM) analysis.  The critical success factors which are considered by customer are 13: they are price, kind of products are being sold, quantity of products being sold, safety aspect, cleanliness, quality of products are offered, services, market layout, convenience aspects, easiness of transportation access, facilities (parking spot, restroom, information center, etc.), spacious of market, and it’s operating hours.  The most critical success factor which has the biggest value is products price, it’s about 0.12.  Based on QSPM known that strategy recommendation to be applied by Market Management is to rearrange products grouping that shown by total fascination, it’s about 3.21.  In order to do the strategy, the Market Management has to use good communication due to its relation to market stakeholder.Key words: CPM, QSPM, traditional market, strategy development

Abstract

Gula semut adalah produk inovatif dari pengolahan nira kelapa dalam bentuk bubuk atau butiran bewarna kuning sampai cokelat. Sebanyak 433.820 kg produksi gula semut dibuat di Desa Hargotirto. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis pendapatan usaha, pola saluran pemasaran, biaya, keuntungan, marjin pemasaran, dan efisiensi pemasaran secara ekonomi masing-masing saluran pemasaran di Desa Hargotirto. Metode dasar yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif analisis. Metode penentuan lokasi secara purposive di Desa Hargotirto, Kecamatan Kokap, Kabupaten Kulon Progo. Metode pengambilan responden secara random dengan teknik undian sejumlah 93 responden. Pengambilan responden saluran pemasaran dengan snowball sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam menghitung analisis usaha dan pemasaran untuk mengetahui biaya, penerimaan, pendapatan usaha, biaya pemasaran, keuntungan pemasaran, dan marjin pemasaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata penerimaan sebesar Rp51.366,22, biaya total sebesar Rp25.401,16, danrata-rata pendapatan sebesar Rp25.959,05. Terdapat tiga pola saluran pemasaran di Desa Hargotirto. Total biaya pemasaran masing-masing saluran pemasaran yaitu Rp5.845,30, Rp5.374,72, dan Rp3.407,73. Total keuntungan pemasaran masing-masing saluran pemasaran yaitu Rp7.640,39, Rp7.343,56, dan sebesar Rp9.960,95. Total marjin pemasaran pada masing-masing saluran yaitu Rp6.636,36, Rp5.000,00, dan Rp4.849,91. Nilai farmer?s share untuk masing-masing saluran pemasaran yaitu 72,35%, 77,99%, dan 78,20%.Crystal coconut sugar is an innovative product from processing coconut palm in the powder or granular form that have a yellow to brown colour. A total of 433,820 kg of crystal coconut sugar made in Hargotirto Village. The aim of this research is to analyse the cost, revenue, income, marketing cost, benefit cost, marginal marketing, and marketing efficiency economically in Hargotiro Village. The method applied is the descriptive method. The sample area is chosen on purposive sampling. The sample of producent is taken by random and take 93 sample. The method of take snowball sampling marketing channel respondents. The data analysis used is the cost analysis, revenue, income, marketing cost, benefit cost, and marginal marketing. The result of the research business analysis shows that are total rate revenue of crystal coconut sugar Rp51,360.22. That are three pattern of marketing channel of crystal coconut sugarin Hargotirto Village. Total benefit for each marketing channel is Rp7,640.39, Rp7,343.56, and Rp9,960.95. Total Marginal marketing for each marketing channel is Rp6.636,36, Rp5.000,00, and Rp4.840,91. Farmer?s share for each marketing channel is 72,35%, 77,99%, and 78,20%.

Abstract

Sektor pertanian dalam wawasan agribisnis dengan perannya dalam perekonomian nasional menunjukkan keunggulan yang dapat dipertimbangkan dalam pembangunan nasional. Keunggulan tersebut salah satunya adalah tingginya peran agroindustri dalam pembangunan sektor pertanian. Industri pengolahan hasil pertanian merupakan salah satu usaha yang dapat meningkatkan nilai tambah, meningkatkan kualitas hasil, meningkatkan penyerapan tenaga kerja, meningkatkan keterampilan produsen, dan meningkatkan pendapatan produsen. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besarnya biaya, penerimaan, keuntungan, efisiensi, risiko, dan nilai tambah dari usaha rumah tangga marning jagung di Kabupaten Magelang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa biaya total rata-rata yang dikeluarkan oleh produsen marning jagung di Kabupaten Magelang selama satu bulan sebesar Rp.9.762.778,00. Penerimaan rata-rata yang diperoleh setiap produsen adalah Rp.11.019.200,00 per bulan dan keuntungan rata-rata yang diperoleh sebesar Rp.1.256.422,00  per bulan. Usaha rumah tangga marning jagung yang dijalankan selama ini sudah efisien yang ditunjukkan dengan R/C rasio lebih dari 1 yaitu sebesar 1,12 yang berarti setiap Rp 1,00 biaya yang dikeluarkan akan memberikan penerimaan sebesar 1,12 kali dari biaya yang telah dikeluarkan. Besarnya nilai koefisien variasi 1,27 dan nilai batas bawah keuntungan adalah minus Rp.1.933.424,00. Hal ini dapat diartikan bahwa usaha marning jagung yang dijalankan di Kabupaten Magelang memiliki risiko usaha. Pengolahan jagung menjadi marning jagung yang dilakukan oleh produsen marning jagung di Kabupaten Magelang memberikan nilai tambah  sebesar Rp 2.038/kg.

Abstract

This study purpose to find out the cost, revenue, profit, profitability, efficiency, and business risk of bamboo caping home industry in Magetan Regency. The basic method used in this research was descriptive. The determination of the sample area was purposive. The determination of respondents was done by purposive sampling. The result of the research shows the average total cost by craftsmen in Magetan Regency is IDRi7,091,977.00/month, blengker IDR 288,513.00/month, halusan-kasaran woven IDR 195,838.00/month, kepangan woven IDR 229,286.00/month and gilikan IDR 6,803,464.00/month. The average revenue by craftmen is IDR 9,217,160.00/month, blengker IDR 382,160.00/month, halusan-kasaran woven IDR 422,750.00/month, kepangan woven IDR 454,400.00/month and gilikan IDR 8,835,000.00/month so that the average profit is IDR 226,912.00/month, blengker IDR 93,647.00/month, halusan-kasaran woven IDR 226,912.00/month, kepangan woven IDR 225,114.00/month and gilikan IDR 2,031,536.00/month. Profitability is 30%, blengker 32,5%, halusan-kasaran woven 115,9%, kepangan woven 98,2%, and gilikan 29,9%. R/C ratio more than 1, that is 1,30 blengker 1,32; halusan-kasaran woven 2,16; kepangan woven 1,98 and gilikan 1,30 mean its efficient. The coefficient variation more than 0,5 that is halusan-kasaran woven 0,51; and kepangan woven 0,55 and the low profit limit (L) is less than 0, so the bamboo caping industry is at risk.

Abstract

During this time the gourds farmer groups in the Getasan village, Semarang have constraints in the development of agribusiness gourds from the upstream aspects, on- farm up to downstream. And one of the main problems here is the difficulty in increasing production and the sale value of the gourds produced. Therefore devotion here is doing the processing and marketing technology introduction lunkhead gourds ie processing tools lunkhead gourds, entrepreneurship training and food processing gourds. Activity introduction of post-harvest technology is urgently needed by the farmer groups gourds Gondosuli in increasing production and selling value during the gourds that have a low value. Stages of activities that have been done of this devotion is in the form of the manufacture and provision of tools dodol gourds , entrepreneurial training and management of agro- gourds.Keywords : Gourds, Processing Technology and Marketing, Entrepreneurship
