Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis model simultan model logistik satu parameter (ML1P) dengan waktu respon. Analisis terhadap model menggunakan data simulasi, yang  skenario pembangkitan data simulasi dilakukan berdasarkan banyaknya peserta tes (500, 1000) dan banyaknya soal tes (11, 20, 40). Setiap skenario direplikasi sebanyak 30 kali. Metode estimasi parameter model menggunakan metode Bayesian, Markov Chain Monte Carlo. Analisis terhadap model dilakukan dengan menghitung selisih antara besaran parameter bangkitan (true value) dengan besaran parameter estimasi. Metode analisis menggunakan Root Mean Square Error (RMSE), Standart Error (SE) dan bias. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa performance hasil estimasi parameter model yang terdapat dalam  soal tes (tingkat kesulitan soal, kelambatan soal, dan besarnya usaha untuk soal ke-j), tidak dipengaruhi oleh banyaknya soal tes. Performancehasil estimasi parameter model dalam peserta tes (kecepatan dan kemampuan peserta tes) dipengaruhi oleh banyaknya soal tes, yang semakin banyak soal tes maka hasil estimasi parameternya akan semakin mendekati nilai parameter yang sebenarnya.Kata kunci: model simultan ML1P dengan waktu respon, data simulasi, metode analisis ANALYSIS OF SIMULTANEOUS MODEL OF ONE PARAMETER LOGISTIC MODEL AND RESPONSE TIME BASED ON SIMULATION DATAAbstractThe aim of this research is to analyse simultaneous model One Parameter Logistic Model (1-PLM) and respon time. The analysis of model used the simulation data, where the data  generation scenario was done  based  on the number of test takers (500, 1000) and the number of test  items (11, 20, 40). Parameter estimation method used the Bayesian method, Markov Chain Monte Carlo.  The analysis of model was done with the accounting of the distance of  true value and estimated parameter. The Analysis methods use Root Mean Square Error (RMSE), Standart Error (SE) and bias.The result of research reveals the performance of parameter estimation result for the test item (the test item difficulty, test item slowness, and the effort to complete the item test) is not influenced by the number of the test items. However, the performance of parameter estimation result for the test takers (the speed  and ability of the test takers) is influenced by the number of the test items. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan instrumen asesmen diri guru pada aktivitas pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan yang handal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan yang mengacu pada lima tahapan dalam model Plomp. Subyek penelitian adalah guru SMA di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat yang dipilih dengan teknik cluster random  sampling. Jumlah subyek penelitian pada uji coba awal sebanyak 350 orang dan uji coba lapangan utama sebanyak 950 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner skala Likers (1-5). Pengujian validitas isi menggunakan expert judgment, sedangkan validitas dan reliabilitas empiris menggunakan analisis faktor konfirmatori (CFA) dengan bantuan program Lisrel 8.80. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) konstrak aktivitas pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan guru memiliki tujuh dimensi, yaitu: membaca, pengembangan pembelajaran dan penilaian, pendidikan dan pelatihan, publikasi ilmiah, publikasi karya inovatif, reflektif dan kolaboratif; (2) instrumen yang telah dikembangkan secara keseluruhan memiliki kecocokan sebagai model asesmen yang baik dengan RMSEA 0.005 dan CFI 1.00 (valid) dan composite reliability lebih dari 0.70 (reliable).Kata kunci: asesmen diri guru, pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan  DEVELOPING TEACHERS? SELF-ASSESSMENT INSTRUMENT FOR SUSTAINABLE PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIESAbstractThis research is aimed at developing a reliable teachers' self-assessment instrument for sustainable professional development activity. This study was a development research using five-stage model of Research and Development by Plomp. The subjects are high school teachers in the West Nusa Tenggara province, that were selected by cluster random sampling technique. The research subjects in preliminary field test were 350 people and in the main field test were 950 people. The data were collected using Likers scale (1-5) questionnaire. The content validity was tested using expert judgment, whereas the empirical validity and reliability were tested using confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) with Lisrel 8.80 program. The results of the research show that: (1) the construct of teachers? sustainable professional development activities has seven dimensions, namely: reading, learning and assessment development, education and training, scientific publications, the publication of innovative works, reflective and collaborative; (2) the instruments have an overall fit as a good assessment model with the value of RMSEA 0.005, CFI 1.00 (Valid), and composite reliability of more than 0.70 (reliable).Keywords: teachers? self-assessment, sustainable professional development

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi secara komprehensif tentang implementasi pendekatan keterampilan proses (PKP) dalam pembelajaran biologi di SMAN Kota Semarang, dan mengungkap berbagai faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan model evaluasi kesenjangan. Data dikumpulkan dengan pendekatan mixed-method, diawali dengan penggunaan metode kuantitatif dilanjutkan dengan metode kualitatif. Data kuantitatif tingkat penggunaan keterampilan proses oleh peserta didik dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner. Kuesioner dikembangkan dengan memodifikasi langkah Madaus et al., Claeys et al., dan Wheeler, melalui tahap review literatur, mengkonstruksi instrumen, menetapkan validitas isi dengan cara validasi pakar, dan uji coba lapangan. Data kualitatif tentang proses pembelajaran biologi dan data kualitatif lainnya, diperoleh melalui observasi, pembuatan catatan lapangan, kategorisasi catatan lapangan, dan wawancara mendalam. Seluruh data dianalisis dengan explanatory mixed-method analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas implementasi PKP dalam pembelajaran biologi di SMAN kota Semarang belum mencapai kategori baik. Faktor pendukung dan penghambat utamanya adalah tinggi dan rendahnya komitmen guru untuk mengimplementasikan PKP dalam pembelajaran biologi.Kata kunci: evaluasi implementasi kurikulum, pendekatan keterampilan proses, pembelajaran biologi, mixed-method______________________________________________________________ AN EVALUATION OF THE PSA IMPLEMENTATION IN BIOLOGY TEACHING AT STATE HIGH SCHOOLS IN SEMARANG CITY USING THE MIXED-METHOD APPROACH Abstract This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the process skill approach (PSA) in the biology teaching at state high schools in Semarang City,  and reveal the various supporting factors and the constraints. The study used a discrepancy evaluation model. The data were collected using a mixed-methods approach, initiated with the use of the quantitative method followed by the use the qualitative method. The quantitative data about the level of the process-skill use by the students were collected using questionnaire. The questionnaire was developed by referring to the steps of Madaus et al., Claeys et al., and Wheeler, through reviewing literature, constructing instruments, and determining the content validaty  through expert validation, and conducting  field trials. The qualitative data about the biology teaching process and the other qualitative data were collected through  observation, the preparation of field notes and categorization of field notes, and in depth interview. The whole data were analyzed using the explanatory mixed-method analysis. The result shows that the quality of the implementation of the biology curriculum at state high schools in Semarang City is not in a good category yet. The main supporting factors and the constraints are the the teachers? high and low commitment to implement the PSA in the biology teaching.Keywords: evaluation of curriculum implementation, process skill approach, biologi learning, mixed-method

Abstract

This research seeks to evaluate the effectiveness of the English teaching program in senior high school: Case of SMAN3 Yogyakarta, grade eleven. This study was a summative case study using a mixed-method. Descriptive statistics were used to analyze quantitative data and qualitative data followed a descriptive analysis following the CIPP model. The informants were 43 students of SMAN3 and two English teachers. The context findings showed that program objectives, classroom condition, students’ needs and barriers were in effective category. In input component, it is found that both teachers were qualified and experienced. The teaching training was not enough; students’ textbooks and course designs were in effective category. The process component showed that teaching materials, teaching methods, teaching activities and assessments were in effective category. The product component showed that English marks, students’ needs and barriers were in effective category. However, the teaching materials were in ‘not effective’ category.

Abstract

The study aims to develop an instrument used to measure  faith of the students of Islamic senior high schools. The study was a research and development study consisting of three steps: pre development, development process, and presentation. The quantitative data analysis was to test the validity and reliability of the instrument and to test the model fit through the Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) using LISREL 8.80 Program. The results of the study show that: (1) the faith instrument of the study is an inventory model of summated rating scale containing 113 items named as Islamic Faith Scale; (2) the instrument validity is considered as the loading factor value (the lowest loading factor value is 0.47 and the highest is 0.89). The instrument reliability regarded as the coefficient of the construct reliability is > 0.7, (the coefficient of reliability construct of tashdiq al-qalb is 0.847, and the coefficient of the construct reliability of amal al-qalb is 0.999); (3) the overall model fit produces a fit model indicated by Chi Square (χ2) = 48.23, df = 64, p-value = 0.929 (p > 0.05), and Root Mean Square Error of Approximation = 0.000 (< 0.08).

Abstract

The research aimed to gain insights into the quality of four-year program vocational high school (VHS) in Indonesia compared to four-year program VHS. This research was conducted based on the school graduate standard, business sector and industrial sector (or Dunia Usaha dan Dunia Industri (DUDI)) – or the performance of the graduates and alumni (the graduates’ satisfaction). The research was conducted using Discrepancy Evaluation Model using 16 VHSs (eight four-year program VHSs and eight three-year program VHSs). The result shows that from the standpoint of the school, the graduates of the four-year program VHS are higher in quality than those of the three-year program VHS. The four-year program VHS graduates are more qualified in seven aspects: teamwork, discipline, tenacity, theoretical knowledge, confidence, creativity, and leadership. Meanwhile, using DUDI standpoint, the four-year program VHS graduates are also higher in quality than the three-year program VHS graduates. In addition, the four-year program VHS graduates are better in the quality of their discipline, tenacity, theoretical knowledge, practical skills, confidence, carefulness, creativity, and leadership. The four-year program VHS graduates have a higher level of satisfaction in terms of income than the three-year program VHS graduates. The higher quality of the four-year program VHS graduates has resulted from longer duration of the internship program (PKL) that provides them with reliable experience and skills concerning work-related problem-solving activities.

Abstract

The literary work has a structure woven from human and kemasyakaratannya. So that literary works were born reflect social conditions surrounding community. In the process, both literary disciplines also offer all kinds of perspectives able to dissect literature today. so also Stepheend Greenblat that offer a new perspective with the approach of New Historism. In a study of New Historism which dissects the history kontteks in Novel Reverse Flow works of Pramoedya Ananta Toer. The data will be obtained in a later novel in the form of a history text that supports the literature was born. Results of studies using qualitative methods diskrptif the formulation of the first to show that, maritime Indonesia has a very vital role in maintaining a region or a state authority. Maritime identical with the sea is a source of life for countries like Indonesia. Sea also has a philosophical meaning, that is by educating the next generation with sea and have insight into the Indonesian marine sea wider than the land.

Abstract

Remaja merupakan suatu periode atau masa tumbuhnya seseorang dalam masa transisi dari anak-anak kemasa dewasa.Data Sistem Pencatatan dan Pelaporan Terpadu Puskesmas (SP2TP) Karta Raharja tahun 2012 jumlah remaja yang menikah dini &lt;16 tahun sebesar 62 orang (40%) dari 155 total pernikahan dan meningkat di tahun 2013 menjadi sebesar 74 orang (45,7%) dari 162 total pernikahan. Pernikahan dini di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Karta Raharja tahun 2012 sebesar 39 orang (29,1%) dari 134 total pernikahan dan pada tahun 2013 sebesar 35 orang (24,6%) dari 142 total pernikahan.  Tujuan penelitian adalah diketahui hubungan sikap dan status ekonomi keluarga dengan pernikahan dini pada remaja putri di Wilayah kerja Puskesmas Karta Raharja Kabupaten Tulang Bawang Barat tahun 2014.Desain penelitian yang digunakan analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional.  Populasi adalah seluruh remaja putri di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Karta Raharja Kabupaten Tulang Bawang Barat yang berjumlah 784 orang. Sampel sebesar 89 orang. Teknik sampel stratified random sampling. Analisis data menggunakan uji chi squre.Hasil uji Chi square didapat ada hubungan sikap dengan pernikahan dini pada remaja putri (p-value=0,004 &lt; 0,05), ada hubungan status ekonomi keluarga dengan pernikahan dini putri (p-value=0,002 &lt; 0,05). Diharapkan Puskesmas Karta Raharja Kabupaten Tulang Bawang Barat dengan mensosialisasikan waktu pernikahan dan dampak pernikahan dini melalui penyuluhan dan menggunakan bahasa yang mudah dipahami kepada anak yang memasuki usia remaja putri dan orang tua  terutama ibu, serta memberikan keterampilan pada remaja agar remaja dapat bekerja dan dapat bekerjasama dengan PNPM untuk memberikan modal.

Teens is a period of growing a person in the transition of children into adolescent. Data recording Systems and Reporting Integrated Public Health Center (SP2TP) Karta Raharja in 2012, the amount of adolescent who married early (16 years by 62 people 40%) 0f the 155 total wedding and increased in 2013 by 74 people (45,7%) of the 162 total wedding. Early marriage in public helath center of Karta Raharja in 2012 by 39people (29,1%) of the 134 total wedding and in 2013 by 35 people (24,6%) of the 142 total wedding. The purpose of research was to determine the relationship of attitudes and economics status of families with early marriage in young women in the working are public health of Karta Raharja wets Tulang Bawang in 2014. Design of research used analytic with cross sectional approach. The population of young women in public health center Karta Raharja, West Tulang Bawang regency totaling 784 people, sample of 89 people. Sample stratified Random Sampling Tecnique. Data analysis using the chi square. The result of chi square obtained her are relationship with the attitude of early marriage on young women (p-value = 0,004 &lt; 0,05). There are relation ship of the economnics status with early marriage in young women. Abstract

The completeness of a program in the education unit (in this case secondary school) will end with the holding of an evaluation of learning outcomes or exams, which are school exams and national exams, students will increase their learning activities in preparation for being able to take exams and try to produce satisfying achievements. This study aims to explain students? experiences in practicing self-regulated learning (SRL), which includes students? readiness in an active, constructive process, able to set learning goals, monitor, regulate, and control cognition, motivation, and behavior. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods in the form of a focused group discussion (FGD) and essay writing on seven main informant students, plus interviews with seven supporting informants (subject friends). The informants in this study are students of class XII who have taken the school exams and national exams. The results of this study explain that the experience of SRL in students, in behavior, motivation, and cognitive (learning strategies), still requires an increase in the problem of time management, planning, and targets. Internally, the suitability of SRL is motivated by habits, motivation, and goals, while externally influenced by culture, parenting, and the environment. SRL is a managerial skill in learning because it regulates learning resources so that they can be taught or trained as early as possible to optimize academic skills and academic adjustment of students in the future.Keywords : exam; self-regulated learning; studentKetuntasan suatu program pada satuan pendidikan (dalam hal ini sekolah menengah) akan diakhiri dengan diselenggarakannya evaluasi hasil belajar atau ujian, yaitu ujian sekolah dan ujian nasional, siswa akan meningkatkan aktivitas belajarnya sebagai persiapan diri untuk dapat mengikuti ujian dan berusaha untuk menghasilkan prestasi yang memuaskan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengalaman siswa dalam mempraktekkan self-regulated learning (SRL), yang meliputi kesiapan siswa dalam proses  yang  aktif,  konstruktif, mampu menetapkan  tujuan belajar, memonitor, mengatur, dan  mengontrol kognisi, motivasi,  serta perilaku. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data berupa focused group discussion (FGD) dan tulisan karangan pada tujuh siswa informan utama, ditambah dengan wawancara pada tujuh informan pendukung (sahabat subyek). Informan  dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII yang sudah menjalani ujian sekolah dan ujian nasional. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa pengalaman SRL pada siswa, secara perilaku, motivasi, dan kognitif (strategi belajar), masih memerlukan peningkatan pada masalah pengaturan waktu, perencanaan, serta target. Secara internal, kesesuaian SRL dilatarbelakangi oleh kebiasaan, motivasi, dan tujuan, sedangkan secara eksternal dipengaruhi oleh budaya, pola asuh, dan lingkungan. SRL merupakan ketrampilan manajerial dalam belajar karena mengatur sumberdaya belajar sehingga dapat diajarkan atau dilatihkan sedini mungkin untuk mengoptimalkan ketrampilan akademis dan penyesuaian akademis siswa di waktu yang akan datang.Kata kunci: self-regulated learning; siswa; ujian.
