Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the factors that influence the completion of the thesis FKIP PPAPK economic education students Untan. The research method used is descriptive research. Data sourch of this research is the 2014 PPAPK economic education students FKIP Untan. Data collection techniques used were interview techniques and documentation, while data collection tools used were interview guides and documentation. Analysis in this study was presented in a qualitative descriptive manner ussing 6 informants. The results of the study show that the factors influence the completion of the student?s thesis are: 1) motivation from within the student weakens when the student gets a lot of revision, in finding theories froom books that are difficult to obtain. 2) Student academic ability is quite good because students can formulate problems and determine research methods. 3) literature, teacher gets literature that is in accordance with the title of the thesis making students hampered to immediately complete the thesis. 4) Advisors in providing excellent services such as being able to provide input and can find out whrer the errors are, but the absence of a specific schedule to consult with the supervisor makes students difficult in thesis guidance Keywords: Completion of the thesis, Student

Abstract

ABSTRACTSB.Usrat is one of the villages in Jawai sub district where some people work as farmers who participate in producing rice to meet the needs of rice in the village. Government-backed farmers are working to increase rice production in order to meet the increasing demand for rice caused by the increasing consumption of the community. In realizing sustainable agriculture and in an effort to increase production farmers need to utilize production factors effectively and efficiently. This study uses quantitative data types with the method used in this study is multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) 18.0 for windows applications. The results showed that multiple regression analysis was Y = -119.282 + (-2.388)X1 + 1975.153X2 + 35.670X3 + 2.626X4 + 45.891X5 + 16.416X6, the simultaneous test obtained 0.000 < 0.1. This shows that the overall variables of age, land area, education, farming experience, interaction with extension workers, and involvement in farmer groups have significant effect on rice production at a significant level of 10%. Based on the result of t test indicate that variable of land and education have significant effect to rice farming production, while age, farming experience, interaction with extension agent, and involvement in farmer group have no significant effect on rice production.Keywords: District Jawai, Farming Rice, Production

Abstract

Peningkatan jumlah penduduk, mobilitas, dan didukung pertumbuhan industri pangan menyebabkan sebagian masyarakat lebih memilih produk pangan praktis, termasuk produk daging olahan daripada bentuk segarnya. Akan tetapi, mayoritas konsumen tidak menyadari adanya bahaya yang terkandung pada produk daging olahan yang mereka konsumsi karena kurangnya pengetahuan dan informasi produk, seperti label halal dan komposisi, termasuk jenis dan takaran zat tambahan yang digunakan. Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh keyakinan, suasana hati, dan pengalaman terhadap pemilihan olahan daging yang mengandung zat aditif kepada 150 responden secara purposive sampling dengan model Structural Ecuation Model ( SEM ) menggunakan LISREL 8.8. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa keyakinan (agama, kebiasaan, dan opini) dan pengalaman (food neophobia) berpengaruh terhadap konsumsi produk daging olahan, kecuali suasana hati. Oleh karena itu,sebaiknya konsumen lebih memperhatikan informasi produk seperti kehalalan dan komposisi bahan yang digunakan agar dapat mengawasi dan mengontrol pemberiannya di rumah.

Abstract

 Social benefits are a reference in measuring the state of social relations as a result of independent oil palm plantations measured through sustainable aspects of business improvement and environmental management and monitoring raises the pros and cons of independent smallholders. These problems trigger the need for education of independent smallholders to have the knowledge and responsibility for the continuity of social benefits. The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of sustainable business improvement as well as the management and monitoring of independent smallholder oil palm farmers' environment on social benefits. The respondents were selected purposively. Data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Lisrel software research results showed that environmental management and monitoring had a positive effect on social benefits, with the most affected indicators being fire prevention and prevention, followed by report notes, implementation reports, environmental permits, documentation of rare animals & plants , the existence of rare animals & plants. Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efisiensi saluran pemasaran Kelapa di Desa Sungai Dungun dan penelitian ini dilakukan pada 15 juni s/d 15 juli 2017. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara purposive, Petani Responden dipilih secara acak dan responden saluran pemasaran diambil dengan cara melacak tiap saluran pemasaran kelapa yang dilakukan di daerah penelitian, data terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 49 responden yang terdiri dari 39 petani dan 10 pedagang.                Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fungsi-fungsi pemasaran yang dilakukan yaitu fungsi penjualan, pembelian, pengangkutan, penyimpanan, penanggungan resiko dan informasi pasar. Nilai marjin pemasaran yang diperoleh dari analisis pada saluran pemasaran I sebesar Rp.1,050,-/Kg atau 32,31%, saluran II sebesar Rp.1,250,-/Kg atau 38,46% dan saluran III sebesar Rp.1,450,-/Kg atau  44,62%. Nilai farmer?s share diperoleh hasil saluran I 67,69%, saluran II 61,54%, saluran III 55,38%. Dengan kata lain saluran yang paling efisien adalah saluran I dengan farmer?s share 67,69% dan marjin 32,31%. Hasil analisis menunjukkan seluruh saluran pemasaran kelapa bulat I sampai III efisien dan yang paling efisien adalah saluran pemasaran I dapat dilihat dari (FS>MP).  Kata Kunci: Efisiensi Pemasaran, Kelapa Bulat, Margin Pemasaran

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of motivation and work discipline on employee performance partially and simultaneously on PT Sumatera Prosperous Eastern Subdistrict Nanga Taman Sekadau District. This reaserch uses survey method. The sample used was 84 respondent determined by using slovin formula. Data analysis tecnhniques used in this reaserch is multiple linear regression analysis using F test and T test. The result of multiple linear regression analysis shows that the result of F test is more than F-table thus it is concluded that employee?s motivation and work discipline are equally affecting employee performance. Based on T test results known, the motivation affect on employee performance, while the work discipline does not affect the performanceof employees. Through determination coefficient testing obtained adjusted R square of 90,7%, meaning that employee performance can be explained by motivation and work discipline variables, while the rest of 9,3% can be explained by other variables not examined in this study. Keywords: Motivation, Work Discipline, Employee PerformanceABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial dan simultan pada PT Sumatera Makmur Lestari Timur Kecamatan Nanga Taman Kabupaten Sekadau. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 84 reponden yang ditentukan dengan menggunakan rumus slovin. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan  uji F dan uji T.  Hasil analisis regresi linier  berganda menunjukkan  hasil uji F diperoleh hasil F-hitung lebih besar daripada F-tabel (393,494 > 3,311), dengan demikian disimpulkan bahwa motivasi dan disiplin kerja karyawan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil Uji T diketahui,  motivasi (X1) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan disiplin kerja (X2) tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Melalui pengujian Koefisien Determinasi diperoleh adjusted R Square (R2) sebesar 90,7%, artinya kinerja karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel motivasi dan disiplin kerja, sedangkan 9,3% dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel lainnya yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.Kata Kunci : Motivasi, Disiplin Kerja Dan Kinerja Pegawai

Abstract

ABSTRACTEarly cases of bone loss or osteoporosis in Indonesian are higher than the world average, because two out of five Indonesians are at risk for this disease, while the world average is only one in three people at risk of developing osteoporosis. So that public awareness needs to be raised about the dangers of osteoporosis. Preventing osteoporosils can be done by drinking Anlene's milk. The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of brand awareness and perceived quality on the interest in repurchasing Anlene milk products, in 150 respondents selected purposively. Data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Lisrel software. The results showed that brand awareness has a positive effect on repurchase interest, with the most influential indicators being the peak of the mind. Then the perception of quality has a positive effect on repurchase interest, with the most influential indicators being product characteristics. This can be used by producers to pay more attention to brand awareness through peak thinking and perceived quality through product characteristics so that consumers always re-purchase Anlene milk products.Keywords: brand awareness, perceived quality, interest in repurchasing, Anlene dairy products, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).

Abstract

ABSTRAK                    Gaya hidup sehat adalah membuat hidup yang baik dalam menciptakan kehidupan yang sehat. Gaya hidup sehat herbalife dapat memenuhi kebutuhan nutrisi, mineral, karbohidrat, protein yang dibutuhkan oleh tubuh. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor gaya hidup (aktivitas, minat, opini, dan demografi) yang mempengaruhi konsumen dalam proses keputusan pembelian produk minuman herbalife di Kota Pontianak. Sampel dipilih secara accidental sampling dengan jumlah sampel 150 responden dan menggunakan analisis konjoin. Penelitian menunjukan faktor gaya hidup terbukti mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian produk minuman herbalife. Bagian dari faktor gaya hidup yang mempengaruhi proses keputusan pembelian adalah olahraga, kerja, acara sosial, hobi, keluarga, prestasi, manfaat, pendidikan dan usia.Kata Kunci: Herbalife, Gaya Hidup, Keputusan Pembelian, Analisis Konjoin.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is based on the increasing area of oil palm plantation cultivated in Kayong Utara. Thus increasing employment opportunities for the community in Kayong Utara. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the level of work productivity of independent oil palm farmers in North Kayong Regency. The population in this study were independent oil palm farmers in North Kayong District, with a total of 71 respondents. The analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study are that the variables of Education, Work Experience variables and Other Income variables proved to have a significant influence on the work productivity of independent / independent oil palm farmers in Seponti District, North Kayong Regency. Keyword: oil palm, independent oil palm plantations, work productivity.

Abstract

Pesatnya arus globalisasi membawa pengaruh budaya luar, ditandai dengan lifestyle, fashion, kulturisasi budaya sampai makanan cepat saji. Makanan cepat saji menjadi semakin populer dan lebih diminati oleh masyarakat perkotaan dikarenakan mobilitas masyarakat yang semakin meningkat. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis faktor psikologis dan nilai terhadap pemilihan makanan cepat saji di Kota Pontianak. Metode survei dengan sampel 150 responden secara purposive sampling. Analisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling dengan estimasi maximum likelihood (MLE) dengan software LISREL 8.80. Hasil penelitian menujukkan faktor nilai berpengaruh terhadap pemilihan makanan sedangkan faktor psikologis tidak berpengaruh terhadap pemilihan makanan. Keluarga mempunyai pengaruh yang paling tinggi. Pemasar dapat menerapkan strategi 4P yang dikhususkan untuk keluarga. Seperti promosi paket makan keluarga dengan harga yang lebih terjangkau.Kata Kunci : Faktor Psikologis, Makanan Cepat Saji, Nilai, Pemilihan Makanan, Structural Equation Modelling (SEM).
