Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan verbal-linguistik melaluimetode bernyanyi pada anak kelompok A TK Sandhy Putra Surakarta Tahun Pelajaran2013/2014. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus dan setiap siklusmerupakan perbaikan yang didasarkan atas hasil refleksi dari hasil siklus sebelumnya. Setiapsiklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan bahwa melalui metode bernyanyi dapat meningkatkan kecerdasanverbal-linguistik anak kelompok A TK Sandhy Putra Surakarta Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014.Kata Kunci: kecerdasan verbal-linguistik, metode bernyanyi

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep sainsmelalui model pembelajaran guided discovery di TK Aisyiyah Bustanul AthfalGulon Jebres Tahun Ajaran 2013/2014. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitiantindakan kelas, yang dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus, yang setiap siklusnya duakali pertemuan dan terdiri dari empat tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaantindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah anak kelompok BTK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Gulon Jebres yang berjumlah 22 anak. Teknikpengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi. Teknikanalisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif komparatif. Kesimpulanpenelitian ini adalah melalui model pembelajaran guided discovery dapatmeningkatkan pemahaman konsep sains anak kelompok B TK Aisyiyah BustanulAthfal Gulon Jebres Surakarta.Kata Kunci: Model Pembelajaran Guided Discovery, Pemahaman Konsepsains

Abstract

Related to the teaching and learning of IPS, the aim of this classroom action research is to improve: (1) the students' activities; (2) the students' motivation; and (3) the students' achievement. This research uses a spiral self-reflection model which consists of four steps: planning, action, observation, and reflection with two cycles. The research subject is the 38 students and the teacher of SD Negeri Tegalmulyo Kecamatan Laweyan Surakarta. The object is IPS subject matter taught in the Elementary School. The data were collected from result of writing test. The data are analyzed by using quantitative analysis. The results show that there is improvement of the students' mean scores from cycle 1 to cycle 2, based on the following aspects: (1) 36 % improvement on activities; (2) 17 % improvement on motivation; and (3) 12.3 % improvement on achievement.

Abstract

Critical thinking is one of skills is needed to face the challenge in 21st century. Many countries attempted to maneuver their education system based on critical thinking indicators. One of them is Philippines. The aim of this research is to describe the implementation of critical thinking concept in elementary school was located in region Ilocos, Philippines. In this research, the descriptive qualitatif was used with the instrument is the researcher it self. The type of this research is classroom research which means that the data is natural without any action. To collect the data, researcher use observation, interview, and collect some important documentation. As a result of the study, there is implementation of critical thinking concept in learning process in elementary school, Philippines

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to improve problem solving skill of plane geometry by applying Auditory Intellectually and Repetition (AIR) learning model bases Flashcard in the fifth grade students of State Elementary School Mangkubumen Kulon No.83 in academic year 2017/2018. This form of research is a Classroom Action Research and it was conducted three cycles. Each cycle consists of four steps there are planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data collection techniques are using tests, observations, interviews and documentation. Data validity tests are using content validity and triangulation. Data analysis technique used is the interactive model. The result of the assessment of study activity and teacher performance appraisal also increase. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that through the application of Auditory Intellectually and Repetition (AIR) learning model bases Flashcard can improve improve problem solving skill of plane geometry for V grade students of SD N Surakarta in the academic year 2017/2018.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is  (1) to improve the social skill of elementary school students, (2) finding adequate instructional design model to improve students’ social skill. The research is conducted at the  classroom action research consists of two cycles, every cycle consists of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The average value of Social Skills students in a cycle one is 62.01 and 72.52 in the two cycles.  The percentage asset value  in the classical mastery of social skills is 40% in cycle 1 and 85.85% in cycle 2. Based on the result, the conclusions are: 1) Model cooperative learning with experiential learning approach, can improve students' social skills.  (2) Instructional design to improve the social skills of students in learning social study is a model of cooperative learning with experiential learning approach.Keywords: cooperative model, experiental learning, social skill.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra adalah kurangnya kemampuan para guru dalam menggunakan program power point Microsoft sebagai media pembelajaran di kelas. Oleh Program ini bertujuan untuk memotivasi guru sekolah dasar agar memiliki keinginan untuk menggunakan program Microsoft Power point, meningkatkan kemampuan guru sekolah dasar dalam penggunaan teknologi berbasis media dan meningkatkan kreativitas para guru dalam memproduksi model media interaktif yang menggunakan program Power point. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah, tanya jawab, praktek langsung/simulasi dengan  pendampingan. Kelompok sasaran adalah guru-guru sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Laweyan yang berjumlah 70 guru. Hasil dari pelatihan ini adalah,meningkatnya kemampuan para guru dalam menggunakan Microsoft power point untuk digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran. adapaun persentase kemampuannya adalah sebagai berikut : 80% guru sudah memiliki kemampuan mengoperasikan program power point seperti, membuat dokumen baru, mempresentasikan dokumen, menutup dan menyimpan dokumen. 78% guru juga dapat memasukkan gambar dan video pada slide dokumen untuk disajikan serta 73.75 % guru sudah mampu menambah animasi dan suara pada program powerpoint
