Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan buku ajar geometri dan lembar aktivitas siswa materi bangun datar kelas V.. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V SDS Inti Nusantara pada Semester Genap Tahun Ajaran 2010/2011 yang berjumlah 34 orang. Siswa laki-laki berjumlah 21 orang dan siswa perempuan berjumlah 13 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian pengembangan ( Research and Development/R&D), model Van den Akker (1999) yaitu meliputi 3 aspek utama : substantif, prosedur dan teoretis - empiris.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman siswa terhadap materi bangun datar khususnya trapesium dan layang-layang mengalami peningkatan. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil persentase siswa yang mencapai standar nilai pada  kriteria ketuntasan minimal (KKM) bidang studi matematika pada tes awal SDS Inti Nusantara sebesar ≥ 65% sebanyak 20 siswa atau 58,82%.   Kata Kunci : Pengembangan, Buku Ajar , dan Lembar Aktifitas Siswa

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di PGSD FIP Unimed dengan tujuan untuk meningkakan Higher Order Thinking Skills mahasiswa PGSD FIP Unimed. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh, pada kelas kontrol denganmenggunakanmetodeceramahdiperoleh data dengan rata-rata hasil belajar 79.08 sedangkandenganmodel pembelajaran Problem Based Learning dengan Pendekatan Saintifikdiperoleh data rata-rata hasil belajar adalah 83.03.Berdasarkanperhitungandiperoleh data Fhitung> Ftabel yaitu 6,53 > 2.67 maka Ho ditolak dan dapat disimpulkan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan implementasi model problem- based learning dengan Pendekatan Saintifik dalam meningkatkan Higher Order Thinking Skills.

Abstract

AbstrakKampung Madong RT 1/ RW 5 merupkan salah satu kampung yang terletak di kelurahan Kampung Bugis, kecamatan Tanjungpinang Kota, Kota Tanjungpinang, Propinsi Kepulauan Riau. Kondisi umum wilayah adalah merupakan daerah pesisir dengan jenis tanah berlumpur. Kampung dengan jumlah penduduk 448 jiwa (136 KK), dengan luas wilayah yang dihuni ± 4 Ha. Jarak tempuh dari Pusat Pemerintahan Kota Tanjungpinang dengan jarak 18 Km, dengan waktu tempuh sekitar 20 menit (menggunakan kendaraan roda empat/roda dua). Jalan akses memiliki lebar ratarata 6 meter dengan perkerasan aspal. Akses untuk mencapai lokasi cukup mudah karena umumnya masyarakat disekitar memiliki kendaraan roda dua. Masyarakat juga dapat mencapai Kota Tanjung Pinang melalui wilayah laut dengan menggunakan perahu bermesin dengan waktu tempuh sekitar 10 menit. Pelaksanaan kegiatan KEM Madong terhitung mulai tanggal 29 September 2017. Strategi yang diterapkan pada KEM ini adalah pemberian bantuan kelengkapan dan bahan baku bagi masyarakat untuk meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat. Kelengkapan dan bahan baku ini terkait dengan kegiatan harian masyarakat dalam mencari nafkah dan meningkatkan taraf hidupnya. Diharapkan keterbatasan modal masyarakat dalam menyediakan kelengkapan dan bahan baku ini dapat diatasi dengan bantuan dari Pertamina melalui program ini. Dengan adanya program ini,jumlah penerima manfaat sebanyak 51 orang yang terbagi dalam lima kelompok kecil untuk memudahkan pelaksanaan kegiatan. Sampai dengan laporan ini disampaikan ± 8 bulan, kegiatan panen baru saja dilaksanakan. Budidaya ikan jenis kerapu cantang ini akan menuai hasilnya setelah durasi 8 bulan sejak penyebaran benih dengan rerata berat ikan sebesar 700- 800 gram/ekor.Kata kunci: Budidaya Ikan Lele, Kawasan Ekonomi Masyarakat, Kerambah Apung, Kota Tanjung PinangAbstractMadong Village is one of the villages located in the village of Bugis Village at the city of Tanjungpinang, the capital city of Riau Islands Province. The general land condition of the area is covered by coastal areas with large amount of muddy soil found in all over places in the city. The number of people in Madong village amounted of 448 people (136 families), with a total area of ± 4 hectares. It is a shortdistance in between the Tanjungpinang City Government Center and the village (18 Km), with a travel time of about 20 minutes (using a four-wheeled vehicle / two-wheeled vehicle). The access road has an average width of 6 meters with asphalt pavement. Access to reach the location is quite easy because generally the surrounding community has two-wheeled vehicles. The community can also reach the city of Tanjung Pinang through the sea by using motorized boats with a travel time of about 10 minutes. The implementation of KEM Madong activities began on September 29, 2017. The strategy adopted in this KEM was the provision of completeness and raw materials for the community to improve the economy of the community. Completeness and raw materials are related to the daily activities of the community in earning a living and improving their standard of living. It is expected that the limited capital of the community in providing these raw materials and materials can be overcome with assistance from Pertamina through this program. With this program, there were 51 beneficiaries divided into five small groups to facilitate the implementation of activities. Until this report was delivered ± 8 months, harvesting was just carried out. The harvesting of cantang grouper fish takes up to 8 months and expected to have a fish weight around 700-800 grams.Keywords: Cat Fish Harvesting, Community Economic Zone, Floating Cages, Tanjung Pinang City

Abstract

AbstractPartners who are the target of community service program are teachers in Samosir District area. Samosir was chosen because the position of the region was on the shores of Lake Toba, and according to the vision and mission of the Samosir District government, Samosir will become a tourism city. Teacher competencies and abilities must also be improved in order to be able to support the mission and vision. Based on observations and interviews there are 2 main problems faced by partners, includes: (1) pedagogical competencies, (2) professional competencies. Based on these problems, several solutions were offered, including: workshop and mentoring activities. Specific targets and outputs that will be generated in community service program includes: (1) learning program plan (2) book of questions bank, (3) book and CD of songs and dance collections in Batak area, (4) Guidance book on 2013 curriculum, (5) model teacher of English language, Nntural sciences and mathematics lessons. The implementation of community service program to improve teacher competency in Samosir District will be carried out in a gradual, sustainable and comprehensive manner. This process is carried out through workshop and mentoring methods to provide provision and improvement of competencies for teachers which can later be implemented in the learning process in the classroom as an effort to improve students' abilities in realizing the vision and mission of Samosir Regency towards a tourism city.Keywords: Teachers’ Competency Accompaniment.

Abstract

The research aims to develop teacher and student handbooks for realistic mathematics lessons for elementary schools. The development of this handbook is based on the reality in the field where the handbook of teachers and students especially the subjects using the 2013 curriculum still do not exist, and in daily learning activities teachers and students still use books that use themes. This research uses development research (Developmental Research). The subjects of this study were grade V students of SD Negeri 163085, H.A Bilal Tebingtinggi City and SD Negeri 106162, Medan Estate District, Deliserdang Regency. In the initial stage, observations were made during the learning process at the two schools and continued with interviews with students and teachers. From the results of these observations and interviews a primary school realistic mathematics teacher and student handbook was prepared. Furthermore, the realistic elementary school mathematics teacher and student handbook is validated by a team that aims to see and assess the quality of the realistic elementary school teacher and student mathematics handbook in order to arrange an effective handbook that will be used by teachers and students in learning. The validation results show that realistic mathematics teacher and student handbooks are developed in both categories and can be used in teaching and learning. The media book test was conducted on grade V students of SD Negeri 163085 Tebingtinggi city and SD Negeri 106162 Medan Estate Deliserdang Regency. The trial results show that the elementary school teacher and student mathematics handbook is effective and can help facilitate understanding of mathematical concepts at the elementary school level. This can be seen from the number of students who can reach the KKM from the two schools is increasing. For SD Negeri 163085 HA Bilal, Tebingtinggi City, if at the time of the pre-test only 1 student (3%) was able to reach the KKM, then after being given the learning process using a teacher and student handbook developed the number of students who could reach the KKM increased to 24 students (82.7%) while those under the KKM were only (17.3%) or 5 students. The same thing was seen in SD Negeri 106162, Medanestate Subdistrict, Deliserdang Regency. If at the time of the Pre-test only 2 students (6.6%) had scored above the KKM, after the post-test there was an increase in students who achieved the KKM score of 25 students (83.3%). Abstract

The aim of this research is to develop a media for learning mathematics in "Opung HAN" elementary school based on Interactive Audio Instruction (IAI) for students majoring in UNIMED elementary school teacher education. The IAI-based "Opung HAN" fraction media was compiled based on observations during the learning and analysis conducted on the dictates of high-class mathematics education courses and interviews conducted with elementary school teacher education students, where teachers were very difficult to convey material related to fractions, The teacher does not know what media to use in teaching broken material. On the other hand, in the high school mathematics education textbook, there is also no media / teaching aids that can be used to teach fractional material. The specific purpose of this research is: developing IAI-based "Opung HAN" fraction media which will later be used by students majoring in primary school teacher education in teaching fraction material when they later become a teacher. This research uses development research (Developmental Research). The subjects of this study were students majoring in primary school teacher education at the State University of Medan. In the initial stage, observations were made during the learning process, analysis of the dictates of high-level mathematics education courses and continued with interviews with students. From the results of these observations and interviews, an initial draft of the IAI-based "Opung HAN" fraction was compiled. Furthermore, the initial design of the IAI-based "Opung HAN" fraction media was validated by a team that aimed to assess the quality of these elementary mathematics learning media fractions so that the fractional media became effective learning media which would later be used by lecturers and students in the lecture process.Keywords :  IAI, Fraction media, math learning.
