Abstract

Researcher was interested in conducting research in the Baitul Maal Hidayatullah Branch Malang with the aim to identify management of funds cash waqaf in these institutions and the general problem and the steps taken by BMH Branch Malang in overcoming these problems. This research is a qualitative with descriptive approach. The techniques used in data collection methods are observation, interview and documentation. The survey revealed that the funds cash waqaf collected by the BMH branch Malang targeted specifically for the education program for the development of Islamic educational institutions Ar-Rohmah for girls which is located in Dau Malang. The forms of development such as land acquisition in the vicinity/area of that institution. The main constraint in this management of cash fund of wakaf is the human resources/employees who are less optimal in performing his duties and it is difficult to be taken to develop the organization. To overcome this, the BMH branch Malang creates training initiatives in order to motivate their employees.

Abstract

The Internship Program of Educational Management Attended by Students of Educational Administration Department: Study of the Process and the Product. The purpose of the study was to investigate the effectiveness of the internship program attended by the students of Educational Administration Department. The data were collected through observation and documentation and were then analyzed in order to get the mean value and the standard deviation. The findings, which concerned the internship process and its products, indicated that the quality of this internship program was categorized good with a relatively homogeneous variation.

Abstract

Quality management is the need to be prepared to increase human resources in the face of the coming era. Packet education is one solution in addressing the equity of education in order to improve the quality of Indonesian human resources. Packet quality of education must also be prepared to organize a quality education. The quality of education is able to be implemented with the Packet meets the four aspects, namely leadership, quality aspects educator, aspects of service quality and customer satisfaction aspects. The synergy of these four aspects are key to the success of a quality education that is realized well.Manajemen mutu merupakan hal yang perlu disiapkan dalam meningkatkan SDM dalam menghadapi era yang akan datang. Pendidikan kejar paket merupakan salah satu solusi dalam mengatasi pemerataan pendidikan dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas SDM Indonesia. Kualitas pendidikan kejar paket tentunya juga harus disiapkan untuk menyelenggarakan pendidikan yang bermutu. Mutu pendidikan kejar paket mampu dilaksanakan dengan memenuhi empat aspek, yaitu aspek kepemimpinan, aspek mutu pendidik, aspek mutu layanan dan aspek kepuasan pelanggan. Sinergi dari keempat aspek merupakan kunci keberhasilan dari suatu mutu pendidikan yang terwujud dengan baik.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this science, technology, and art (ipteks) implementation is that at the end of the activity, the Principal Principals in Blitar City can realize quality education through the implementation or implementation of School Based Management (SBM) in elementary school (SD). The target of community service activities is the Principal and Primary School Supervisor. The form of activities is community education, which is implemented through seminar and workshop techniques. The training methods used are varied, among others through lectures, questions and answers, discussions, brainstorming, task methods, exercises, sharing experiences, and consolidation. Based on the results of the evaluation, the outline of capacity building activities of school principals in realizing quality education through the implementation or implementation of school-based management in primary schools can be done well. The number of participants who attended 34 principals, from the number of participants who had more than 90% of the Principal is very active in following the seminar and workshop. All the attendees (100%) followed the activity thoroughly from start to finish. Judging from the results, more than 90% of principals and supervisors understand about the material presented by the resource person.Keywords: school quality, school based managementAbstrak: Tujuan kegiatan penerapan ilmu pengetahuan, teknologi, dan seni (ipteks) ini adalah agar pada akhir kegiatan, para Kepala Sekolah Dasar di Kota Blitar mampu mewujudkan pendidikan bermutu melalui penerapan atau implementasi MBS di SD. Sasaran kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah Kepala Sekolah Dasar dan Pengawas TK/SD. Bentuk kegiatannya adalah pendidikan masyarakat, yang dilaksanakan melalui teknik seminar dan lokakarya. Metode pelatihan yang digunakan secara bervariasi, antara lain melalui ceramah, tanya jawab, diskusi, brainstorming, metode tugas, latihan, sharing experiences, dan pemantapan. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, secara garis besar kegiatan peningkatan kapasitas kepala sekolah dalam mewujudkan pendidikan bermutu melalui penerapan atau implementasi manajemen berbasis sekolah di SD dapat terlaksana dengan baik. Jumlah peserta yang hadir 34 orang Kepala Sekolah, dari jumlah peserta yang hadri lebih dari 90% Kepala Sekolah sangat aktif dalam mengikuti kegiatan seminar dan lokakarya ini. Seluruh peserta yang hadir (100%) mengikuti kegiatan secara tuntas dari awal sampai akhir. Ditinjau dari hasilnya, lebih dari 90% Kepala Sekolah dan Pengawas memahami tentang materi yang disampaikan oleh narasumber.Kata kunci: manajemen berbasis sekolah, mutu sekolah

Abstract

Knowledge management (KM) is a series of activities used by an organization to identify, create, describe, and distribute knowledge for reuse, is known and studied in the organization. The emergence of a new technology in the field of information and communication in the form of tools Knowledge Management System to multimedia learning, as a means of supporting learning systems and efforts to improve the quality of good learning process, so as to create high school that can produce graduate students of high school quality. School is where the process of transferring knowledge, both between teachers and students, students with students, and teachers with teachers. SMA 13 Jakarta Muhammadiyah has implemented the concept of Knowledge Management System by implementing interactive multimedia-based learning as a means of support systems in the process of learning and teaching for teachers. Through this research can know the extent to which the use of tools "Virtual Drive Network" which will increase student achievement both to pass the National Exam (UN) and the exam grade.

Abstract

Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a metabolic disorder that is most common, with an estimated prevalence of worldwide between 1%-5% (Susztak et al., 2006). The number of sufferers diabetes was increase at the global. Unfortunately not many of the practitioners of computer or informatics was concerned with the complexity of diabetes disease, especially for help the expert or professional preparing nutrition diet for diabetic patients to make balanced nutritional needs and help his healing disease diabetic. Expert system are computer based system that use knowledge, in facts and research to solve the problem which usually worked by expert or professional in particular field. Expert system are really solving the problem in this moment where the information of technology was increase. This expert system program produce the output information calories daily needs and a list menu for the sufferers. Daily calories needs is obtained from the body mass index was calculated from weighte and height of the patients also the nutrition of patients.

Abstract

Curriculum Development Planning Kulliyatul Muallimien Al-Islamiyah. The purpose of this study are: (1) identify curriculum development planning; (2) identify curriculum development process; (3) determine the factors supporting and curriculum development planning; and (4) determine the strategy to overcome the inhibiting factors  curriculum development planning. This study used a qualitative approach to describe the planning of curriculum development at Kulliyatul Muallimien Al-Islamiyah. The design of the study is a multi-site study means combining multiple sites, subject, background, and the scene is different. The key instrument is the researchers themselves, with the source of the research that led cottage, a team of curriculum developers, teachers, and students. Data obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The validity of the data that has been analyzed using the criteria of the credibility of the data with the triangulation of data sources. The results of the research, that the planning of curriculum development at KMI is aimed at character building through micro teaching, improvement of skills of students and teacher competence that leads to the career development of teachers.Perencanaan Pengembangan Kurikulum Kulliyatul Mu’allimien Al-Islamiyah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) mengidentifikasi perencanaan pengembangan kurikulum;(2) mengidentifikasi proses pengembangan kurikulum ; (3) mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat perencanaan pengembangan kurikulum; dan (4) mengetahui strategi mengatasi faktor penghambat perencanaan pengembangan kurikulum. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif untuk mendeskripsikan tentang perencanaan pengembangan kurikulum pada Kulliyatul Mu’allimien Al-Islamiyah. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi multi situs yang berarti menggabungkan beberapa situs, subyek, latar, dan tempat kejadian yang berlainan. Instrumen kunci adalah adalah peneliti sendiri, dengan sumber penelitian yaitu pimpinan pondok pesantren, tim pengembang kurikulum, guru, dan santri. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data yang telah dianalisis menggunakan kriteria kredibilitas data dengan triangulasi sumber data. Hasil penelitian, bahwa perencanaan pengembangan kurikulum pada KMI ditujukan pada character building melalui micro teaching, peningkatan skill santri, dan kompetensi guru yang mengarah pada pengembangan karir guru.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze Debt Tax Shield moderate the influence of bond rating on capital structure. The population in this study is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) period of 2011-2015. Dependent variable in this research is capital structure measured by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), while independent variable is bond rating and firm size and moderation variable is Debt taxshield. This study has a population of 137 companies in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2011-2015. This research uses purposive sampling technique and sample which fulfill as many as 44 companies. The method of data processing using multiple regression analysis and regression of moderation. SPSS software version 21.00. The result of the research shows that the variable of bond rating has a significant positive effect to the capital structure in the manufacturing company for the period of 2011-2015. The size of the company has a significant positive effect on capital structure in the manufacturing company for the period of 2011- 2015. Debt Tax Shield does not moderate the bond rating relationship to the capital structure and is insignificant as well as with the positive variable value in the manufacturing company for the 2011-2015 period. Debt Tax Shield moderates the firm size relation to the capital structure and is significant and with the negative variable value in the manufacturing company for the period of 2011- 2015.Keywords : Bond rating, Company size, Debt Tax Shield, capital structure

Abstract

The study aimed to investigate teachers? teaching competence, supervision carried out by principals, and the effect of the supervision on teachers? competence. This descriptive-correlational study involved a population of 989 teachers of all public junior high schools in Malang. Ten schools were randomly selected; then, proportional random sampling was employed to select the teachers from each school. A questionnaire and observation were used to collect the data, which were analyzed using mean statistics and linear regression. The findings show that teachers? competence was of good category, that supervision by principals was of fair category, and that the supervision had a predicting power of 43.5% to improve teachers? competence.
