Abstract

Balanced scorecard is a concept that can be used as a performance monitoring system in an organization. Results of monitoring the performance of the organization by implementing a balanced scorecard to perform and produce measurement and monitoring from time to time. Satya Wacana Christian University wants to develop the concept of education in the direction of research in a Research University (RU). It is important for universities to create a strategy and carry out the action that RU can be realized. Application of the balanced scorecard use to see the vision and mission of the university to reach the next target should be done. As a leading university RU application of balanced scorecard need to be viewed from four perspectives: financial, customer, internal business processes, growth and learning. Based on the perspective that there is then established Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are selected according to the needs of SWCU realize RU. Performance monitoring system is used based Ms.excel. The implementation of the balanced scorecard and KPI development plans SWCU create RU in the resulting system performance monitor that can measure and monitor from time to time.

Abstract

Media sosial adalah salah satu media yang menghubungkan orang-orang diseluruh dunia. Namun media sosial juga menjadi sarana untuk penyebaran hal-hal negatif seperti pornografi. Berita pornografi yang mendapat banyak perhatian ditahun 2017 yaitu pornografi pada kaum homoseksual yang melakukan pesta seks di beberapa kota di Indonesia. Kehadiran para kaum homoseksual dilarang di Indonesia dan mendapat diskriminasi dari masyarakat. Penolakan yang dialami membuat kaum homoseksual membuat kaum  tersebut  menggunakan  media  sosial  seperti  Twitter  untuk  membuka  diri  di  khalayak  umum, mencari pasangan sejenis, dan mencari penghasilan. Penelitian ini dilakukan sentimen analisis pada tweet Twitter sebagai text mining menggunakan metode Naïve Bayes. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hasil sentimen positif dan negatif terhadap data uji tweet dan berdasarkan hasil pengujian tersebut dapat disampaikan kepada pengguna Twitter secara luas untuk menggunakan Twitter secara tepat. Selain itu juga,  perhitungan  Naive  Bayes  dibandingkan  dengan  k-Nearest  Neighbor  (k-NN)  untuk  mengetahui tingkat akurasi. Hasil sentimen analisis terhadap 500 data uji menunjukkan bahwa nilai sentimen negatif sangat tinggi yaitu 68.4%. Sedangkan hasil perbandingan akurasi kedua metode adalah metode Naïve Bayes sebesar 87.48% dan k-NN 85.40% dimana metode Naïve Bayes lebih akurasi dibanding metode k- NN. Kata kunci: twitter, sentimen analisis, homoseksual, naïve bayes, k-NN.

Abstract

Utilization of current technology is a major influence in both of individuals and organizations, as well as PT. XYZ. Thus the technology is always developed with the aim to meet every requirement for its users. The objectives to be achieved from this research is discusses the RESTful Web Service architecture that uses security by implementing JSON Web Token and use was in the system of recording transactions in PT XYZ. Abstract

Tourist information system is an information system which built to fulfil the needs of information from tourists. This kind of information can be split into three major phases: pre-visiting information (before the trip), in site information and post-visiting (after the trip) information. A good tourist information system should support all of this phase. But in this case, the system will more concern to the second phase. In the second phase, the tourist already has a plan, what he wants to see, and what he wants to do and knows all the information required. Information from a guide book or map will help them find a location of a place or which way they should take and help them figured out the location of the places. To provide this kind of information, geographic information system (GIS) seems to be a good tool to handle this problem. GIS has capability to provide information and deliver them as guidance to user in a map form. The map consists of some space data and description about that space data. GIS could provide information such as a map of the important places like hotel, restaurant, tourist site, bank and the others, and about the street that pass all the places and providing some description about the places or street. This system will be applied to Semarang, with the searching tool as a major tools and information about all the tourism facilities in Semarang provided for the tourist with some pictures of them. With all the capability of GIS may tourist could have some guidance to help them along their trip in Semarang. Abstract in Bahasa Indonesia: Sistem informasi wisata adalah sistem informasi yang dibangun untuk memenuhi kebutuhan informasi wisatawan. Informasi dibedakan menjadi tiga bagian yaitu informasi sebelum perjalanan, informasi saat perjalanan dan informasi setelah perjalanan. Sebuah sistem informasi wisata yang baik harus dapat menyediakan informasi dari keseluruhan bagian tersebut. Penelitian ini menekankan pada bagian yang kedua. Dalam bagian kedua ini, wisatawan telah merencanakan perjalanan, tempat yang dikunjungi, apa yang ingin dilakukan, dan informasi yang ingin diperoleh. Informasi dari buku panduan dan peta membantu pencarian lokasi atau rute yang perlu ditempuh dan membantu mencari lokasi. Untuk penyediaan informasi, Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) merupakan alat bantu yang tepat untuk menangani masalah ini. SIG memiliki kemampuan untuk menyediakan informasi dan menampilkan dalam bentuk peta. Peta terdiri dari data dan deskripsi tentang data. SIG dapat menyediakan informasi seperti hotel, restoran, tempat wisata, bank dan lainnya, jalan yang menghubungkan tempat-tempat tersebut, maupun deskripsi tentang tempat dan jalan. Sistem diimplementasikan di kota Semarang, dengan menyediakan tools untuk searching dan informasi tentang fasilitas wisata beserta foto untuk wisatawan. Abstract

Pertumbuhan industri di Kendal Jawa Tengah membuat PT. Arum Mandiri Group mencoba meningkatkan unit bisnisnya dengan mengoptimalkan SDM nya. Peningkatan SDM perusahaan salah satunya dengan kolaborasi komunikasi antara karyawan dan pimpinan. Penelitian ini mencoba untuk mengidentifikasi kolaborasi jaringan komunikasi karyawan dalam perusahaan dengan menggunakan metode Social Network Analysis (SNA). Berdasarkan analisa diperoleh hasil tingkat density sebesar 14,9% yang dianggap memiliki ikatan lemah karena dibawah 50%. Individu nomor 31 memiliki degree centrality tertinggi dengan nilai outdegree 15 dan indegree 10, sedangkan individu nomor 25 yang memiliki closeness centrality tertinggi dengan nilai inCloseness 50.602 dan nilai outCloseness 27,815. Individu nomor 25 juga memiliki betweenness centrality tertinggi dengan nilai Betweenness 743.194dan nBetweenness 43.159. Dapat disimpulkan dalam penelitian ini terdapat kolaborasi dalam jaringan sosial dari masing-masing individu yang terbagi dalam tiga divisi kerja dan tergambarkan dalam bentuk sociogram. Industrial growth in Kendal, Central Java made PT. Arum Mandiri Group is trying to improve its business units by optimizing its human resources. One of the improvements in corporate HR is through collaborative communication between employees and leaders. This study tries to identify employee communication network collaboration within a company by using the Social Network Analysis (SNA) method. The result of this research are density level of 14.9% which is considered to have a weak bond because under 50%. Individual number 31 has the highest of degree centrality with an outdegree value of 15 and indegree of 10, while individual number 25 has the highest closeness centrality with value inCloseness 50.602 and outCloseness value 27.815. Individual number 25 also has the highest centrality betweenness with a value of Betweenness 743,194 and nBetweenness 43,159. It can be concluded in this study there is collaboration in the social network of each individual which is divided into three work divisions and described in the form of a sociogram.

Abstract

Terhambatnya transformasi knowledge antara pengajar dan siswa di SMAK 1 Penabur Jakarta ditemukanlah suatu kendala, yaitu perbedaan karakter antara yayasan, guru, dan siswa. Berdasarkan fakta diatas, SMAK 1 Penabur Jakarta memerlukan suatu Knowledge Management yang dapat membantu kinerja yang sedang berjalan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan Soft System Methodology. Terdapat langkah dalam Soft System Methodology yang dilakukan yaitu menggunakan analisis CATWOE terhadap holon yang ditemui di SMAK 1 Penabur Jakarta. Pemodelan yang dihasilkan berupa komponen yang dibagi menjadi 4 bagian yaitu, manusia, proses, teknologi, dan content.AbstractThe obstructed of knowledge transformation between the educator and student in SMAK 1 Penabur Jakarta was found the constraints, it is the differences character between foundation, teacher, and student. According to the fact above, SMAK 1 Penabur Jakarta needs a knowledge management in order to help the teaching and learning proses. This research is using the method. The method that is used is Soft System Methodology (SSM) approach. It has some steps in Soft System Methodology by using CATWOE analyzation to holon in SMAK 1 Penabur Jakarta. The model-produced is divided into 4 components, those are human, content, technology, and process.

Abstract

Abstract â?? Kebutuhan akan kemudahan pelayanan yang di dapatkan oleh Demand for ease of service in getting by the public from the World the Banking, has its own contribution hearts everyday life. Regardless of these advantages, the banking sector is also characterized by shortages arising from the application of the procedures used, especially within the PT. Bank Negara Indonesia TBK Parigi Branch Office is one branch of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Manado region that wants continue to improve the pattern of banking services. The situation can be seen from the number of stacking of customers queuing for services provided by the Bank. Thus, this study will be focused on the simulation and implementation of Queue System Online at PT. Bank BNI branched office TBK Parigi. The aim of the implementation of this system is to reduce the accumulation of customers that can not be predicted. This study resulted in an online queue system that serves to reduce the number of queues that can not be predicted. Abstract

This study aims to determine the pattern of a network collaboration between dengue hemorrhagic health surveillance personnel in the city of Semarang and to understand the flow of information deeply. The method of social network analysis / SNA (Social Network Analysis) on formal and informal communication networks between surveillance officers aims to produce sociometry and sociogram data so that the centrality of each actor in the network can be known. Interaction between Officers will be known through the analysis of the centrality of levels (degree), closeness (closeness), and intercession (betweenness). The approach used is descriptive quantitative. Data was collected using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire, while the process of input and data analysis was carried out by looking at intact networks and ego networks carried out using UCINET. The results of the analysis show that officers dominate the centrality of the level and the intermediary with the position of Coordinator both City and District (Id. # 128, # 1, # 2, # 3). Collaboration based on working areas has a strong bond because 71% of the districts have a network density above 50%. While the value of closeness is dominated by surveillance members with id # 54, # 15, # 2, # 214, # 15 and # 10.
