Abstract

Abstract The purposes of this study are (1) to explain the competence degree of Social Science teacher in SMP et Kabupaten Bengkayang, (2) to explain how far the effect of teacher competences partially, those are pedagogy, personal, social, and professional towards the student achievements of SMP Se-Kabupaten Bengkayang  , (3) to explain the effect of teacher competence towards the student achievements of SMP se Kabupaten Bengkayang. The approach used of this study is qua ntitative approach witj correlational method that aims to figure out the correlation and closenees of two correlations. The data used is the result of regression analysis which will be simulated. The result of this study are (1) According to the distributed data, the degree of teacher competence in SMP et Kabupaten Bengkayang is sufficient with percentage of pedagogy competence is 45,5%, 37,6% personal competence, 32,4% social competence, and 32,4% professional competence. (2) The data showspartial positive between teacher competence towards the achievement students, those are pedagogy competence t count = 2,791 and significant 0,05 ; personal competence t count = 3,067 and significant 0,05; social competence t count=3,067 significant 0,05; and professional competence t count=2,848 amd significant 0,05.  Keyword: Pedagogy Competence, Personal Competence, Social Competence, Professional Competence and The Student Achievement

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze: (1) PT. Mitra Jeruk Lestari (MJL) in Tebas District, Sambas Regency. (2) Marketing of PT. Mitra Jeruk Lestarai (MJL) in Tebas District, Sambas Regency. (3) PT. Mitra Jeruk Lestarai (MJL) in Tebas District, Sambas Regency. The research method used in this study is a mixed method (mixed method), namely quantitative and qualitative research. The data is through data collection techniques using communication techniques, observation techniques, and documentary study techniques and data analysis techniques used through the stages of data reduction, data verification, and data analysis. As for checking the validity of the data through source triangulation, technical triangulation, and time triangulation. The results showed that: (1) Costs at PT. Mitra Jeruk Lestari has increased. An increase in maintenance costs, production salaries, on variable costs an increase in the cost of raw materials, while the cost of the factory everhead due to an increase in fuel costs (BBM). (2) Marketing of PT. Mitra Jeruk Lestari includes 4P: Product (Price), Price (Price), Place (Place), Promotion (Promotion). (3) Profit planning in 2019 is planned to be a profit of 25% with total sales of Rp. 555,114,687, Analysis in 2020 planned profits to 50% with total sales of Rp. 832,672,030. Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian iniadalah untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah fungsi perpustakaan sekolah,mengetahui minat membaca siswa dan apakah ada pengaruh fungsi perpustakaan terhadap minat membaca siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 99 siswa terdiri dari 3 kelas dengan jumlah masing-masing kelas 33 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan teknik komunikasi langsung, tidak langsung dan studi dokumenter . Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket,wawancara dan dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh fungsi perpustakaan terhadap minat membaca buku akuntansi siswa kelas XII keuangan di SMK LKIA Pontianak.Penelitian ini menunjukkan pengaruh fungsi perpustakan terhadap minat membaca sebesar 18,2% yang menunjukkan bahwa dengan adanya perpustakaan sekolah belum memberikan pengaruh besar terhadap minat membaca siswa.   Kata kunci: Fungsi Perpustakaan, Minat Membaca, Buku Akuntansi   Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine how the function of the school library, students 'interest in reading and to know whether there is influence of library functions to read the students' interest. The method used is descriptive method. The sources of data in this research were 99 students consisting of three classes with the number of each class of 33 students. Data collection techniques used communication techniques direct, indirect and documentary studies. Data collection tools used were questionnaires, interviews and documents. The results showed that there are significant interests of library functions to read books of financial accounting class XII students in SMK LKIA Pontianak. This study shows the effect of library functions to the interest reading of 18.2%, showing that the presence of school libraries do not provide a major influence on students'interestin reading.   Keywords: Function Library, Reading Interests, Accounting Books

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the differences in the characteristics of student motivation, which will be examined in the form of comparative studies. The number of samples in this study were 30 students of class XI of the Social Sciences Department at SMA N 10 Pontianak and 33 students of class XI of the Department of Accounting at SMK N 1 Pontianak in the comparison of learning motivation using parametric statistics with the formula t test polled variance and independent sample t test in SPSS 16 program for Windows. In this research, it is known that for manual count results using the t test polled variance formula, it is obtained that the results of t count > t table or 0.195 < 1.998 and for independent sample t test in SPSS 16, the results of t count > t table or 0.727 < 1.998. So that the results of the research data indicate that there are no differences in the characteristics of high school and vocational high school students' motivation in their learning motivation. Keywords: Comparative Study, Learning Motivation, Characterirstics

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pergaulan teman sebaya terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi FKIP Untan Pontianak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode asosiatif dengan bentuk penelitian adalah kausal. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi FKIP Untan tahun 2012. Alat pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara dan angket. Berdasarkan t hitung sebesar 18,958 menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh variabel bebas (X) terhadap variabel terikat (Y). Jika dibandingkan dengan t tabel pada taraf signifikan 95% sebesar 2.02439. Maka t hitung lebih besar daripada t tabel atau 18.958 > 2.02439 sehingga Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Perhitungan regresi linear sederhana diperoleh persamaan Y = 4.028+0.873X. Koefisien Determinasi pada penelitian menunjukkan kontribusi pengaruh variabel bebas (X) yaitu pergaulan teman sebaya terhadap variabel terikat (Y) yaitu perilaku konsumtif sebesar 90.4%. Kata kunci: Pergaulan Teman Sebaya, Perilaku Konsumtif Abstract: This study aimed to investigate the influence of peer relationships on consumptive behaviour economic education students FKIP Untan Pontianak. The research method used is a form associative method of research is kausal. Sources of data in this study is FKIP Untan economics education students in 2012. Data collection tools are observation, interview and questionnaire. Based on t count aqual to 18.958 indicates that there is influence of the independent variabel (X) on the dependent variabel (Y). When compared with the t tabel at 95% significance level of 2.02439. Then t count greater than t tabel or 18.958 > 2.02439 so that Ha is accepted and Ho rejected. The calculation of a simple linear regression aquation obtained Y = 4,028+0,873X. The coefficient of determination in this study suggests contibutions influence the independent variabel (X) that peer relationships to dependen variabel (Y) ie 90.4% of comsumptive behaviour. Abstract

Abstrak: Model group investigation adalah satu diantara beberapa metode yang terdapat dalam model pembelajaran cooperative learning yang dapat dipergunakan oleh guru dalam kegiatan proses pembelajaran. Pendekatan saintifik dalam penelitian ini adalah pembelajaran yang terdiri atas kegiatan mengamati, merumuskan pertanyaan, mengumpulkan data atau informasi, mengasosiasi atau mengolah data atau informasi dan menarik kesimpulan serta mengkomunikasikan hasil yang terdiri dari kesimpulan untuk memperoleh pengetahuan, keterampilan dan sikap. Penelitian ini mengkaji secara mendalam tentang model group investigation berbasis pendekatan saintifik dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif bentuk eksperimen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel tunggal yakni efektivitas penerapan model group investigation berbasis pendekatan saintifik efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar. Dari hasil perhitungan dalam tabel tersebut didapat nilai c²hitung = 3,63; sedangkan dari tabel Chi-Kuadrat untuk a = 0,05 dan dk = 4 didapat nilai c²tabel = 9,49. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan Chi-Kuadrat didapatkan pernyataan bahwa c²hitung < c²tabel. Kata kunci; Model Group Investigation, Pendekatan Saintifik Abstract: Model group investigation is one of several methods contained in the teaching model of cooperative learning that can be used by teachers in the activities of the learning process. Scientific approach in this research is learning that consists of the activities to observe, formulate questions, collect data or information, associates or process data or information and draw conclusions and communicate the results of which consists of a conclusion to acquire the knowledge, skills and attitudes. This study examines in depth investigation of the model of group-based scientific approaches to improve learning outcomes. This study uses a quantitative approach to experimental forms. The results showed that the effectiveness of the application of the single variable model of group-based approach to scientific investigation to be effective in improving learning outcomes. c²hitung value = 3.63; From the results of the calculations in the table obtained  c²tabel value = 9.49. a= 0.05 and df = 4 obtained while from the table Chi-Square for  c²hitungBased on the results of the calculation of Chi-Square obtained statement that c <²tabel. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan hasil dan aktivitas belajar ekonomi dengan menggunakan model Tutor Sebaya di kelas XI IIS SMA Negeri 1 Pontianak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen semu, dan subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IIS 1 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas XI IIS 2 sebagai kelas kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah: Teknik Pengukuran, Observasi Langsung dan Studi Dokumenter. Sedangkan alat pengumpul datanya adalah: 1. Butir tes, 2. Lembar observasi, dan 3. Lembar catatan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang positif dan signifikan antara hasil dan aktivitas belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi yang diajar dengan model Tutor Sebaya dengan model pembelajaran konvensional, di mana nilai kelas eksperimen (84,71) lebih baik dibandingkan dengan nilai kelas kontrol (75,69) di kelas XI IIS SMA Negeri 1 Pontianak Kata Kunci: Tutor Sebaya, Konvensional, Aktivitas Belajar Abstract: This study aims to identify and describe the learning outcomes and activities of economic by using the peer tutoring type cooperative model in class XI IIS Senior High School 1 Pontianak. This study used a quasi-experimental methods, and the subjects were students of  XI IIS1 as an experimental class and XI IIS 2 as a control class. Data collection techniques used are: Measurement Techniques, Direct Observation and Documentary Studies. While the data collection tools are: 1. Grain test, 2. Sheet observation, and 3. Sheet notes. These results indicate that there is a positive and significant difference between the results of studying the accounting cycle training eye 2 taught by the Peer Tutoring type cooperative learning model and the conventional model, where the value of the experimental class (84,71) is better than the control class value (75,69) in  XI IIS class of Senior High School 1 Pontianak Keywords: Peer Tutoring, Conventional, Learning Activity
