Abstract

The purpose of this update is to analyze the academic supervision of PAI teacher supervisors in the madrasa in the city of Bengkulu. This study discusses the supporting factors of the academic supervision of madrasah teacher supervisors in Bengkulu City, where schools and religious teachers always receive the arrival of supervisors and the distance to the school location is classified as accessible because they are in the city. While the inhibiting factors of academic supervision are caused by supervisors not mastering academic supervision techniques and rarely getting supervisory training. To overcome the above problems, the solution is done so that the academic supervision of madrasah teacher supervisors can be more effective in improving the competence of madrasah professional teachers are: recruitment and appointment of new supervisors by the Ministry of Religion, supervisors need to conduct more intensive academic supervision, improve guidance for supervisors through monitoring and evaluating the planning and implementation of programs carried out by supervisors on a regular basis and need to be implemented in a systematic manner and clear penalties and programmed with routine activities that can uphold the improvement of supervisory competence, which is related to the support of academic supervisors.

Abstract

Hyperspectral images are three dimensional images which have two dimension spatial information and one  dimension spectral information. Hyperspectral image processing using Matlab program is preferable because it is more adaptive for many analysis purposes. This research was aimed  to construct Matlab to process and analyze the hyperspectral images of the roots of oil palm plants that have experienced water deficiency. The program was designed and constructed using a GUI . The use of a GUI aims to combine each pixel of the same line from each sample to produce a new image. The samples were roots  of oil palm plants that experienced simulated water deficiency by giving different water volumes of 0 mL, 1000 mL, 2000 mL and 3000 mL (normal). The optical method used in this study is a hyperspectral imaging method which has 650 nm diode laser  as the light source , spectrograph Specim Imspector V10 , and a  monochrome CMOS as a detector. Reflectance intensity versus wavelength  was extracted from each images and analyzed. The results showed that the Matlab GUI program that had been constructed was able to produce 1024 new images that had a pixel size of 15× 1280 from each sample. The results also show that the reflectance intensity values are higher at higher water deficiency of the oil palm roots.

Abstract

The hyperspectral imaging method has been widely and intensively used in agriculture to find out various problems that occur in plants. Image processing is very important step in an imaging method. This research aims to create Matlab based program to be used to analyze the leaf image of oil palm plants that has experienced water deficiency. Reflectance intensity values were extracted from the process. The hyperspectral imaging system consisted of a 650 nm diode laser, a spectrograph, monochrome CMOS camera, and Matlab image processing program. The samplesused were 8 month old Tenera variety of oil palm seedlings which were treated to simulate water deficiency in the form of variations in the volume of water, namely 0 mL (without watering), 1000 mL, 2000 mL, and 3000 mL (normal), 3 duplicates for each volume. The samples were given water volume of 1000 mL and 2000 mL for every 7 days in 21 days, while the sampleswith 3000 mL of water were watered every day. Image recording was done on the 21st day for detached leaves at the the bottom part.The results showed that the Matlab program was able to separate each row from 15 images, each of which had a pixel size of 1280 × 1024 and merge each of the same lines into 1024 images with a pixel size of 1280 × 15. The reflectance intensity values were then obtained. The results showed that higher levels of water deficiency in plants produce increasing reflectance intensity values.

Abstract

The computer is a machine that can be damaged in carrying out its functions. To provide such information, it takes knowledge of a computer expert. Expert system designed as a computer program, so the expert system program can provide information like a computer expert who always stand beside the computer itself. Method is by using backward chaining, expert system for computer do trace to retreat wet backward, starting from the hypothesis and then looking for evidence supporting or opposing. Expert system for computer damage will provide information and solutions to computer users on issues relating to damage the hardware computer quickly.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan pengembangan dari penelitian sebelumnya tentang perencanaan koordinasi isolasi peralatan tegangan tinggi Gardu Induk (GI) 150 kV, namun berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, penentuan penempatan arrester terhadap transformator sangat menentukan tegangan lebih yang timbul pada peralatan yang ada pada GI. Maka berdasarkan pernyataan tersebut, perlu dilakukan penelitian selanjutnya mengenai perencanaan penempatan arrester terhadap efektivitas transformator pada GI 150 kV. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan stabilitas sistem tenaga listrik untuk jangka panjang, khususnya untuk melihat efektivitas proteksi pada transformator, sehingga dapat memperkecil tegangan lebih yang muncul pada peralatan GI yakni transformator. Simulasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan Electromagnetic Transients Program (EMTP) sebagai perangkat lunak dengan cara memodelkan GI sesuai representasi peralatan-peralatan di gardu, dengan cara mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi besarnya tegangan surja dan arus surja yang terjadi pada masing-masing sistem, seperti pengawatan arrester, panjang kawat yang dipergunakan dalam sistem penempatan arrester, kecuraman gelombang datang, dan kecepatan merambat gelombang surja. Sehingga pada akhirnya didapatkan satu sistem penempatan arrester yang efektif sebagai proteksi tranformator pada GI150 kV untuk sistem interkoneksi Sumbagteng dan Sumbagsel, guna mengevaluasi koordinasi isolasi pada GI tersebut. Hasil simulasi memperlihatkan adanya pengaruh peletakan arrester, bentuk gelombang surja petir terhadap besarnya tegangan lebih yang terjadi pada transformator daya. Selain itu hasil simulasi akan bisa dijadikan referensi untuk perencanaan peletakan arrester terhadap transformator pada perencanaan GI dengan tingkat tegangan yang lebih tinggi pada Sumbagteng sehingga diperoleh koordinasi yang optimal.

Abstract

The simulation results show the influence arrester laying, the magnitude of overvoltage that occursin power transformer such as placement system arresters on transmission 150 kV transformer greatly affect the amount of voltage surges that occur in transformers and arresters, surge and affects the amount of current flowing in the wire melting of CO. System-1 is an effective placement system arresters. In terms of voltage surges generated: the system is not easy to produce high voltage surges that of the four systems, the system-1 is a system that produces the low-voltage surge in both the transformer and the arresters. Overvoltage that occurs in the equipment due to lightning surge currents greater value if the distance laying lightning arresters of the equipment is the greater, for the laying of the lightning arrester at a distance of 6 meters, the peak voltage value on each piece of equipment, CT is 543.837 kV, CB is 566.659 kV, DS is 579.357 kV Arrester is 527.884 and 527.884 kV transformer is Power. Meanwhile, at a distance of 10 meters, overvoltage arising on each piece of equipment increases, the CT is 543.600 kV, CB is 567.269, DS is 579.381, 528.097 kV Arrester is and is 528.123 kV Power Transformer. The more steep lightning current waveforms into the substation, the greater the value of the voltage over to the protected equipment. For laying the same distance is 6 meters, acquired 527.884 kV to 87 kA lightning, 8/20, 559.222 kV to 87 kA lightning, 1/70, 558.803 kV to 87 kA lightning strike, 1.2 / 50.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh dan hubungan antara keaktifan berorganisasi dalam OSIS dan keaktifan mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler pramuka terhadap kepemimpinan mahasiswa(i) Universitas Darwan Ali. Subyek penelitian adalah mahasiswa(i) yang telah mengikuti OSIS dan juga Pramuka sejak Sekolah Menengah baik itu Sekolah Menengah Pertama maupun Sekolah Menengah Atas. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian populasi, karena sampelnya purpose dalam artian diambil semua sejumlah 38 mahasiswa, sedangkan untuk pengumpulan data untuk ketiga variabel yaitu keaktifan berorganisasi dalam OSIS sebagai variabel X1, keaktifan mengikuti Pramuka sebagai variable X2 dan kepemimpinan sebagai variable Y menggunakan instrument angket. Pengujian hipotesis penelitian dengan menggunakan korelasi product moment. Berdasarkan uji statistic dengan menggunakan korelasi Poduct Moment maka hipotesis yang menyatakan: “Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara keaktifan berorganisasi dalam OSIS”, pada taraf signifikansi 5% diterima, namun taraf signifikansi 1% tidak diterima hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil analisis uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai rxy sebesar 0,395 taraf signifikansi 5% rxy =0,395>0,312 (rt) ini berarti ada pengaruh (korelasi) yang signifikan antara kedua variabel tersebut. Pada taraf signifikansi 1% rxy = 0,395<0,402 (rt) ini berarti ada hubungan (korelasi) yang tidak signifikan antara kedua variabel. Pada taraf signifikansi 5% menunjukan adanya angka yang lebih besar, namun pada taraf signifikansi 1% menunjukkan adanya angka yang lebih kecil, ini artinya tidak ada hubungan antara keaktifan berorganisasi dalam OSIS terhadap kepemimpinan, sehingga hipotesis ditolak. Sedangkan hipotesis yang menyatakan “Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara keaktifan mengikuti ekstrakurikuler Pramuka”, pada taraf signifikansi 5% maupun 1% diterima, hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil analisis uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai rxy sebesar 0,495 taraf signifikansi 5% rxy =0,495>0,312 (rt), pada taraf signifikansi 1% rxy = 0,495>0,402 (rt). Pada taraf signifikansi 5% maupun 1% menunjukan adanya angka yang lebih besar, yang artinya ada hubungan antara keaktifan mengikuti ekstrakurikuler Pramuka terhadap kepemimpinan dan hipotesis diterima. Hasil uji signifikansi juga menunjukkan nilai Sig. Untuk x1 sebesar 0,062 yang lebih besar daripada 0,05(0,062>0,05) artinya tidak signifikan, sedangkan nilai sig untuk x2 0,007 yang lebih kecil daripada 0,05(0,007>0,05) artinya signifikan. Dalam hal ini, besarnya pengaruh variabel X1 dan X2 terhadap variabel Y adalah sebesar 32% dan besarnya variabel lain yang mempengaruhi variabel Y adalah sebesar 68%.Kata Kunci : Keaktifan, OSIS, Pramuka, Kepemimpinan.

Abstract

Medicine inventory system in the RSUD Padang currently still manual. The type and quantity of medicine always increase with the flow in and out. Handling data with the manual system has several constraints, among other causes of error in checking medicine stock, data redundancy was happened in every reports and less accurate of recording medicine stock in and out so there is some mistake in recording the final stock. To overcome these problems, the writer has a new system design by utilizing network based information technology. It is designed using PHP programming language and MySQL as database. The result of this research is an application program that can control medicine supply and provides updated stock reports. Application program can also monitor the inventory system so that all the stock of medicines and medicines that go out in the barn can be seen clearly without any mistakes that might disrupt the medicine supply process. Thus, this research can improve the efficiency and effectiveness in medicine inventory at the Padang RSUD Pharmacy.

Abstract

Shandy Motor is a car showroom that specializes in buying and selling used cars, promotions are still using paper facility, brochures, and other similar facilities. Barriers - the barriers that make it less effective promotional product. Therefore, the authors researched to design an "application design information systems web-based used car sales" to simplify the used car market products in perjual traded in CV. Shandy Motor. And facilitate people who want to sell his car. Application used to create applications used car sales information system is a web-based XAMPP, MySQL. The results of this final task is in the form of an information system used car sales web-based web information can be used for buying and selling used cars as a means of promotion, which will be taken into consideration for prospective buyers.

Abstract

Permasalahan pada penelitian ini adalah rendahnya hasil belajar siswa kelas IV pada mata pelajaran IPS. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas IV melalui penerapan metode diskusi di SDN 1 Tonggolobibi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan  kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus. Adapun tahapan dalam penelitian ini meliputi tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini meliputi hasil belajar siswa, hasil observasi aktivitas guru dan siswa diambil dari lembar observasi kegiatan guru dan lembar observasi aktivitas siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada tindakan siklus I diperoleh ketuntasan klasikal 60% dan daya serap klasikal 60% Pada tindakan siklus II diperoleh ketuntasan klasikal 93% dan daya serap klasikal 83% Hal ini berarti pembelajaran pada siklus II telah memenuhi indikator keberhasilan dengan  ketuntasan belajar klasikal minimal 80% dan daya serap klasikal 65% Berdasarkan ketuntasan belajar klasikal pada kegiatan pembelajaran siklus II, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan metode diskusi dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas IV di SDN No 1 Tonggolobibi. Kata Kunci:  Hasil Belajar IPS, Metode Diskusi.
