Abstract

The objectives of this study are (1) Determine the content of antrasena compound in the waste oil at the waterway of Paotere port (2) Determine the characteristics of antrasena degradation bacteria and  (3) Determine the percentage of antrasena degradation. In this research an analysis of antrasena compound was conducted with sea water that had been polluted with oil. The next steps were to isolate and characterize the degrading bacteria of antrasena and to analyze the results of antrasena degradation. The results showed that (1) Concentration of the antrasena compound in the waterway of paotere port is 4,8x10-10 ppm. (2) The bacteria can degraded of the antracene is Bacillus cereus (3) There was evidence that Bacillus cereus was able to degrade antracenr compound, the highest degradation percentage is 98,11%, it was achieved on 12 day of incubation.

Abstract

This paper examines and compares two films with the theme of political events / history in 1965, namely Pengkhianatan G30S/PKI and Jagal. Both films have the same object but are produced in different time frames. Specifically this paper will parse and analyze how the two films view, tell and visualize events known as the G30S movement. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data obtained through observation and film observation and supported by sources from various literature relevant to the theme. The data is analyzed, critically compromised, and then narrated. The film is part of the media used to entertain the audience but the film has other function to spread propaganda. The film Pengkhianatan G30S/PKI, produced by the state in the New Order era, depicts that PKI is an enemy of the state and is trying to overthrow the government. This film is very massive and successfully led to public perception that the events occurred on 30 September 1965 were masterminded by PKI. Meanwhile, Jagal made in the post-reformation period was used to create a new perception that PKI was a victim of the incident.   Keywords: Films, Political Propaganda and Public Opinion

Abstract

The aim of this research was to improve the nutrient of sago waste through fermentation with various microbescombination, inoculum dosage and fermentation length. The experiment used complete randomized design (CRD) with3x3x3 factorial and twice repetition. The first factor was three kind of microbe (A): (1) Neurospora sp (2) Pennicillium sp,(3) Trichoderma harzianum. The second factor was inoculume dosage (B): (1) 3%, (2) 6%, and (3) 9%. The third factorwas fermentation length (C): (1) 4 day, (2) 7day and (3) 10 day. The parameters were dry matter, crude protein and crudefiber. The results of study showed that there were no significant (P>0.05) interaction between factor A, B and C, than factorA and B, factor A and C, factor B and C, to dry matter, crude protein and crude fiber of fermented sagos waste. But everyfactor A, B and C were significantly (P<0.01) affected to dry matter, crude protein and crude fiber of fermented sagos waste.The conclusion was sagos waste which was fermented by Pennicillium sp, inoculume dosage 9% andfermentation length 10 day showed a better content. This condition can be seen in dry matter 64.21%, crudeprotein 14.08%, and crude fiber 13.67%

Abstract

This research was aimed to know the effect of  examples non examples learning model towards cognitive achievement and students’ environmentally conscious attitude. This research design was pretest-posttest non-equivalent. Samples were VIID and VIIE that was chosen by purposive sampling. The quantitative data was obtained from cognitive achievement (pretest, posttest, N-gain) and analyzed by using t-test and U-test. The qualitative data was obtained from questionnaire and field notes were analyzed descriptively. The results showed that examples non examples learning model increased the average of  cognitive achievement although not significantly (59,19 increased to 70,36 with N-gain 26,02). Whereas students’ environmentally conscious attitude was categorized very high with average 85,01% from questionnaire and 90,91% from field notes. Thus, examples non examples learning model was influenced not significantly towards cognitive achievement and influenced towards students’ environmentally conscious attitude.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran examples non examples terhadap hasil belajar kognitif dan sikap peduli lingkungan oleh siswa. Desain penelitian adalah pretes-postes non-equivalent. Sampel yaitu siswa kelas VIID dan VIIE yang dipilih secara  purposive  sampling. Data kuantitatif berupa hasil belajar (pretes, postes, N-gain) yang dianalisis menggunakan uji-t dan uji-U. Data kualitatif berupa kuesioner dan catatan lapangan mengenai sikap peduli lingkungan yang dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan model pembelajaran examples non examples meningkatkan rata-rata hasil belajar siswa walaupun tidak signifikan (59,19 meningkat menjadi 70,36, dengan N-gain 26,02). Sedangkan, sikap peduli lingkungan oleh siswa berkriteria sangat tinggi dengan rata-rata 85,01% yang didapat dari kuesioner dan 90,91% dari catatan lapangan. Dengan demikian, model pembelajaran examples non examples berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap hasil belajar kognitif siswa dan berpengaruh terhadap sikap peduli lingkungan oleh siswa. Kata kunci : examples non examples, hasil belajar kognitif, sikap peduli lingkungan

Abstract

The present work was aimed to study the effect of temperature and time of incubation of palm kernel cake fermented with A. niger on the activity of enzymes and nutrient content. The experiment was arranged in completely factorial design of 3x3 patterns. The first factor was three levels of temperature of 30, 37, 41oC, the second were three different times of incubation of 4, 6, and 8 days. Parameter observed included cellulose and protease activities, crude protein and crude fiber contents. Results showed that there was a signifficantly interaction between temperature and incubation times (P< 0,01) on enzyme activity of cellulose and protease and crude protein, but time of fermented were significantly (P<0,05) on crude fiber of palm kernel cake fermentation. It was concluded that the optimum temperature and time of incubation were 30 oC and 6 day, which gave the highest content of crude protein (27,70 %) and crude fiber (17.73 %).

Abstract

Asam glutamat merupakan asam amino building blocks asam amino lainnya dan neurotransmitter pembentuk citra rasa. Bakteri Asam Laktat (BAL) adalah salah satu mikrooganisme penghasil asam glutamat yang banyak terdapat pada produk fermentasi. Ikan budu merupakan fermentasi ikan Tenggiri (Scomberomorus guttatus) dan Talang-Talang (Chorinemus lyson L) yang diproduksi di daerah pesisir Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. Pada penelitian  ini dilakukan tiga tahap. Tahap 1: isolasi BAL yang berasal dari fermentasi ikan budu. Tahap 2: seleksi kualitatif dan kuantitatif BAL penghasil asam glutamat. Tahap 3: karakterisasi BAL penghasil asam glutamat. Hasil yang diperoleh terdapat 17 isolat BAL yang kemudian diseleksi secara kualitatif menggunakan thin layer chromatographic yang direndam dalam campuran pelarut n-butanol, asam asetat dan air (4:1:1 v/v) terdapat 16 yang dapat menghasilkan asam glutamat. Setelah dilakukan seleksi kualitatif selanjutnya dilakukan seleksi kuantitatif dengan spectrophotometer panjang gelombang 570 nm.  Produksi  asam glutamat yang tertinggi terdapat pada isolate IB.9  dengan produksi 13.03  mg/ml. Isolate  dan IB.9 yang paling tinggi dalam menghasilkan asam glutamat dikarakteristik yang berpedoman Bergey’s manual of systemic bacteriology  merupakan genus Lactobacillus sp. Penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan terdapat isolat BAL IB.9  (Lactobacillus sp) yang berpotensi dalam menghasilkan asam glutamat dengan produksi 13.03 mg/ml.

Abstract

The aims of the present experiment were to study the effect of substrate composition and time period of incubation on the nutrient composition of chicken feather meal fermented with EM4. The experiment using completely: randomized design was aranged in 3 x 3 factorial designs with there replicates. The treatment were substrate composition (A) (A1 100% feather meal + 0% rice bran, A2 90% feather meal + 10% rice bran, A3 80% feather meal + 20% rice bran), and time of incubation (B) (9,12 and 15 days). Parameters observed were crude protein, crude fiber, crude lipid and BETN. Results showed that there was no interaction (P>0,05) between substrate composition and time of fermentation on crude protein, crude fiber, crude lipid and BETN, substrate composition and time of incubation gave significantly (P<0,05) effect on crude protein, crude fiber, crude lipid and BETN of the fermented products. It was concluded that the optimum substrate composition and incubation time was found by using 80% feather meal + 20% rice brand and 15 days of incubation time, which gave the highest crude protein of 56,37% and low crude lipid of 23,95 % and crude fiber of 3,4 %.

Abstract

Informan penelitian ini ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling yaitu menetapkan informan dengan teknik acak berdasarkan homogenitas informan dan menurut kriteria tertentu. Untuk melengkapi data penelitian, maka ditetapkan informan penelitian berjumlah 5 orang yang terdiri dari Kepala Dinas, Sekretaris, Kasubag Kepegawaian, dan 2 orang pegawai non jabatan struktural pada Dinas Pendidikan Kepemudaan dan Olahraga  Kota Kendari.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum penerapan fungsi manajemen pada Dinas Pendidikan Kepemudaan dan Olahraga  Kota Kendari telah dilakukan dengan baik. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan fungsi perencanaan yang baik dimana tujuan-tujuan organisasi telah jelas tertuang dalam visi dan misi. Kemudian fungsi pengorganisasian dalam ketegori baik, dimana pembagian kerja pegawai dilakukan secara jelas dan pelaksanaan pekerjaan pegawai sesuai dengan pembagian kerja. Selanjutnya fungsi penggerakan dalam kategori baik, dimana pegawai mampu bekerja secara mandiri dan pegawai bekerja secara maksimal. Dan terakhir fungsi pengawasan dalam kategori cukup baik dimana pengawasan yang dilakukan perlu dilakukan secara berkelanjutan.Kata Kunci: Fungsi Manajemen, Tertib Administrasi.

Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan terhadap Pegawai di Kantor tersebut melalui dua variabal, yakni Variabel Human Relations dengan indikator Hubungan Formal, Hubungan Non Formal, dan Pemberian Bimbingan dan Pengarahan. Sedang untuk Variabel Motivasi Kerja Pegawai dengan indikator Pemberian Insentif Kesempatan Mengikuti Pendidikan dan Kenaikan Pangkat. Penulis mengadakan penelitian dengan menggunakan kuisioner dan mengadakan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan rumus Harga Relativ dan mendapatkan hasil bahwa Hubungan antara Pimpinan dan Pegawai berjalan dengan cukup baik.Mengingat pentingnya faktor Human Relations, setidak-tidaknya mempertahankan tingkat semangat kerja yang ada. Sehingga suasana kerja dan faktor hubungan kemanusiaan antara sesama Pegawai dapat memberikan Motivasi kerja Pegawai dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan.Walaupun secara keseluruhan Motivasi yang diberikan kepada Pegawai dalam melakukan perkerjaan sudah cukup baik akan tetapi hendaknya dapat terus ditingkatkan secara berkala guna tercapainya produktivitas kerja yang tinggi dalam rangka meningkatkan pelayanan kepada masyarakat.

The objective to be achieved is to know the implementation of accountability of Family Card Making Service in South Metro Sub-district Based on the description of the background that has been stated above, then the problem is formulated: How is the accountability implementation of KK-making service in Sumbersari Metro Selatan.In this research data collection method used interview, observation and documentation. Data analysis technique used is qualitative technique.
