Abstract

Local content is an important resource for Indonesia because it has economic as well as cultural values. Local content has the value of local wisdom, believed to be able to build a strong national identity and is able to survive amid the uncertainty era. Presently, the Indonesian local content barely exists, being hit by the global content in various media. Local television, closely related to the content area, is expected to encourage the growth of local content from all regions of the country. This research is aimed at determining the role of internet local TV in West Java in developing the local content which has global competitiveness. This can then be utilized by all local TV stations in Indonesia to expand the broadcast nationally and globally by using the Internet television technology.The method used is a descriptive survey using quantitative and qualitative research approach. The sample consists of 422 viewers and 12 local TV stations in West Java. The results obtained are the perception and expectations of the local TV viewers in West Java from the aspect of Quality Service with the dimensions of tangibility, Assurance, Empathy, Reliability, and Responsiveness, as well as the Business Model Canvas (BMC) of local TV stations in West Java.

Abstract

Peningkatan efektivitas organisasi dapat terwujud, jika semua unsur dalam organisasi terkordinasi dan terintegrasi dengan baik, sesuai fungsi dan peranannya masing-masing. Hasil pra survey menunjukan bahwa efektivitas organisasi belum dapat ditingkatkan secara optimal, terlihat dari sikap pegawai yang tidak memegang teguh amanah dan komitmen dalam melaksanakan tugas, banyaknya sorotan masyarakat terhadap kemampuan pegawai yang kurang responsif, dan banyaknya pegawai yang mangkir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor pribadi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dan dampaknya terhadap efektivitas organisasi.   Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah descriptive survey dan explanatory survey. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diuji dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM), sedangkan untuk pengolahan data menggunakan program LISREL 8.72 (Linier Structural Relationship).   Hasil hipotesis pertama menunjukkan bahwa Faktor pribadi  dan kepuasan kerja pegawai berpengaruh secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sehingga, semakin baik kondisi faktor pribadi  pegawai, kepuasan kerja pegawai juga meningkat, maka akan semakin optimal pencapaian kinerja pegawai. Hipotesis kedua menunjukan bahwa Faktor pribadi  dan kepuasan kerja pegawai berpengaruh secara parsial dan simultan terhadap efektivitas organisasi. Sehingga, meningkatnya kepuasan kerja pegawai dan faktor pribadi pegawai akan meningkatkan pula efektivitas organisasi juga akan semakin meningkat. Hipotesis ketiga menunjukan bahwa kinerja pegawai berpengaruh secara parsial dan simultan terhadap efektivitas organisasi. Sehingga, semakin baik kinerja pegawai, akan semakin meningkat efektivitas organisasinya. Hipotesis keempat menunjukan bahwa faktor pribadi, kepuasan kerja, dan kinerja pegawai berpengaruh secara signifikan baik parsial maupun simultan terhadap efektivitas organisasi. Sehingga, semakin baik kondisi faktor pribadi  pegawai, kepuasan kerja pegawai juga meningkat, demikian pula dengan kinerja pegawai yang semakin baik, maka akan semakin optimal pencapaian efektivitas organisasi.   Kata Kunci : Faktor Pribadi, Kepuasan Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai, dan Efektivitas Organisasi

Abstract

This research aims to identify the effect of organization culture, leadership, and work motivation on employee performance of banking organizations in Southeast Sulawesi. The methods used in this research are a descriptive survey and explanatory survey. Hypotheses testing was conducted using the Structural Equation Model (SEM). Meanwhile, data processing was done using Lisrel 8.72 program. The first hypotheses test result showed that organizational culture has a significant and positive effect on leadership. The second hypotheses test result showed that organizational culture has a significant and positive effect on employee work motivation. The third hypotheses test result showed that organizational culture and leadership have significant effects, both partially and simultaneously, on work motivation. The fourth hypotheses test result showed that organizational culture, leadership, and work motivation have a significant effect, both partially and simultaneously, on employee performance.
