Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efisiensi saluran pemasaran Kelapa di Desa Sungai Dungun dan penelitian ini dilakukan pada 15 juni s/d 15 juli 2017. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara purposive, Petani Responden dipilih secara acak dan responden saluran pemasaran diambil dengan cara melacak tiap saluran pemasaran kelapa yang dilakukan di daerah penelitian, data terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 49 responden yang terdiri dari 39 petani dan 10 pedagang.                Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fungsi-fungsi pemasaran yang dilakukan yaitu fungsi penjualan, pembelian, pengangkutan, penyimpanan, penanggungan resiko dan informasi pasar. Nilai marjin pemasaran yang diperoleh dari analisis pada saluran pemasaran I sebesar Rp.1,050,-/Kg atau 32,31%, saluran II sebesar Rp.1,250,-/Kg atau 38,46% dan saluran III sebesar Rp.1,450,-/Kg atau  44,62%. Nilai farmer?s share diperoleh hasil saluran I 67,69%, saluran II 61,54%, saluran III 55,38%. Dengan kata lain saluran yang paling efisien adalah saluran I dengan farmer?s share 67,69% dan marjin 32,31%. Hasil analisis menunjukkan seluruh saluran pemasaran kelapa bulat I sampai III efisien dan yang paling efisien adalah saluran pemasaran I dapat dilihat dari (FS>MP).  Kata Kunci: Efisiensi Pemasaran, Kelapa Bulat, Margin Pemasaran

Abstract

Abstrak Miskonsepsi merupakan masalah yang selalu muncul dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. Untuk itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi miskonsepsi mahasiswa yang sedang mengambil matakuliah kalkulus II. CRI (Certainty of Response Index) digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi mahasiswa yang mengalami miskonsepsi, tidak paham konsep, dan sama sekali tidak tahu konsep. Penelitian ini melibatkan 20 responden yang sedang mengambil matakuliah kalkulus II. Instrument yang digunakan adalah tes diasnogtik dalam bentuk essay. Selain menjawab soal, mahasiswa juga diminta untuk menuliskan tingkat keyakinan kebenaran dari jawaban mereka. Selain itu, wawancara terstruktur juga digunakan untuk mengvalidasi tingkat keyakinan mahasiswa dan penyebab terjadinya miskonsepsi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa CRI dapat dengan mudah membedakan siswa yang memahami konsep dengan baik dengan mahasiswa yang mengalami kesalahan. Berdasarkan analisis kesalahan mahasiswa diperoleh 46% mahasiswa mengalami miskonsepsi, 53,4% mahasiswa tidak mengetahui konsep dan 0,6% mahasiswa yang sama sekali tidak tahu konsep (lucky guess). Kata Kunci: Miskonsepsi, CRI (Certainty of Response Index), Kalkulus II. Abstract Misconception is an issue that always arises in teaching and learning activities. Therefore, this study aims to identify the misconception of students who are taking calculus II courses. CRI (Certainty of Response Index) is used to identify students with misconceptions, not understanding concepts, and not knowing concepts at all. This study involved 20 respondents who are taking calculus II courses. Instrument used is diagnogtic test in essay form. In addition to answering questions, students are also asked to write down the level of confidence in their answers. In addition, structured interviews are also used to validate student confidence and the causes of misconceptions. The results show that CRI can easily distinguish students who understand the concept well with students who experience errors. Based on the student error analysis, 46% of students have misconception, 53,4% of students do not know concept and 0,6% of students do not know concept (lucky guess). Abstract

Hampir seluruh negara di dunia memberikan perhatian serius terhadap keberadaan perbankan syari’ah yang menggunakan pendekatan agama dalam seluruh aktifitas dan layanannya, tidak terkecuali Indonesia. Perkembangan kelembagaan sudah semestinya diikuti oleh tersedianya landasan hukum yang mapan dan terarah. Selama enam tahun awal, perbankan syari’ah berdiri dengan payung hukum yang sangat terbatas, meski kerbatasan pengaturan tersebut telah mendiskripsikan secara pasti aspek syari’ah dari perbankan syari’ah. Perbaikan dan penyempurnaan aturan hukum dilakukan dengan mengganti UU No. 7 Tahun 1992 dengan UU No. 10 Tahun 1998. UU ini secara eksplisit telah menyebutkan aspek syari’ah dari perbankan syari’ah, namun namun pengaturan perbankan syari’ah masih bersama-sama dengan perbankan konvensional. Lahirnya UU No. 21 Tahun 2008 menjadi satu perubahan penting bagi perkembangan perbankan syari’ah. Undang-undang ini telah memberikan batasan dan garis pembatas yang jelas antara perbankan syari’ah dan perbankan konvensional dalam berbagai aspek. Perkembangan pengaturan perbankan syari’ah mendapatkan momentumnya dengan disahkannya UU No. 21 Tahun 2008 tentang Perbankan Syari’ah. Nilai strategis dari undang-undang ini adalah semakin terbukanya peluang dan kepastian hukum untuk mendorong akselerasi perkembangan bank syari’ah di masa yang akan datang.***Almost all countries in the world including Indonesia give serious attention to the existence of Islamic banking that using religion approach in all activities and services. Institutional development it should be followed by the availability of legal basis, which is an established and clear. During the six years of its inception, the Islamic banking law stands with a very limited law basis, although the limitations of regulations have been describing aspects of sharia in Islamic banking for sure. The improvement of law is done by replacing Law No. 7 of 1992 by the Law No. 10 of 1998. This law has explicitly mention sharia aspects of Islamic banking, however Islamic banking regulation still governed together with conventional banking.  The birth of Law 21 of 2008 became an important change for the development of Islamic banking. This law has given limits and a clear boundary line between Islamic banking and conventional banking in various aspects. The development of Islamic banking regulation are gaining its momentum with the enactment of Law No. 21 of 2008 concerning Islamic Banking. The strategic value of this law is increasingly opening up opportunities and legal certainty to accelerate the development of Islamic banks in the future.***Keywords: perbankan syari’ah, bank konvensional, UU No. 7 Tahun 1992.

Abstract

As a financial intermediary institution, Islamic banks offer several productsin the form of funding, financing, and other services. The product as regulatedin Law No. 21 of 2008 concerning Islamic Bank. Products, as mentioned above, refer to the results of the Fatwa issued by National Shariah Council of MUI. Fatwa is commonly used in the implementation of funding and financing namely DSN-MUI No. 1/DSNMUI/IV/2000 about Giro, DSN-MUI No. 2/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 about Saving, DSN-MUI No. 3/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 about Deposit, dan DSN-MUI No. 7/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 about Mudharabah Financing.Produk perbankan syari?ah sebagaimana yang tersebut di atas diatur dalamUU No 21 Tahun 2008 merupakan penjabaran dari konsep dasar syari?atIslam yang dilakukan oleh Dewan Syari?ah Nasional (DSN) MUI melaluifatwanya, baik yang merujuk langsung kepada al-Qur?an dan hadis maupunpada literatur hukum Islam (fiqh). Secara spesifik tulisan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran terkait dengan penetapan produk perbankan syari?ah di Indonesia. Selanjutnya mendiskripsikan karakteristik dari pola tafsir dalam pembangunan produk perbankan syari?ah. Tafsir yang telah dilakukan oleh lembaga-lembaga keuangan atas Fatwa DSN-MUI selama ini adalah mengacu pada dua pola besar yaitu; Akomodatif dan Asimilatif. Agar produk syariah tidak identik dengan produk-produk perbankan konvensional, maka tafsir yang dilakukan pada tingkat pertama harus merujuk langsung kepada sumber ajaran Islam dan kenyataan perkembangan bisnis keuangan dan perbankan.

Abstract

This study aimed at determining the effect of organizational culture and transformational leadership styles on organizational commitment to student regiments. This study used a quantitative approach to the method of multiple regression and sampling using non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicated that based on hypothesis testing using multiple regression, R square values (R2) of all research variables tested were 0.410 or 41.0% with a significant value of 0,000 or p 0.05 while F calculated was 7,422 from F table 4.4. This showed that there was a significant influence of organizational culture and transfomational leadership style so that the higher the awareness of members of the organizational culture and transformational leadership style that was applied, would increase commitment to the organization. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap komitmen organisasi pada resimen mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif metode multipel regression dan pengambilan sampel mengunakan non-probability sampling dengan teknik sampling purposive. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa berdasarkan uji hipotesis menggunakan multipel regression, didapatkan nilai R square (R2) dari semua variabel penelitian yang diujikan yaitu 0,410 atau 41,0% dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 atau p 0,05 sementara F hitung didapat sebesar 7.422 dari F tabel 4.4. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan budaya organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan transfomasional sehingga semakin tinggi kesadaran anggota terhadap budaya organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional yang diterapkan maka akan meningkatkan komitmen terhadap organisasi.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to examine the influence of work culture and religiosity on job satisfaction through achievement motivation as mediator variable. The subject of this study was 220 civil government lecturers State Islamic University Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta that spread across 11 faculties by using method of proportional random sampling.Through survey method, this study distributed questionnaires that using aitems response model based on Likert scales, they are job satisfaction scale which consists 14 aitems, achievement motivation scale which consists 14 aitems, work culture which consists 12 aitems, and religiosity scale which consists 14 aitems. Confirmatory factor analysis had been applied to measure validity of the scales, while to test the model used path analysis. This study found that work culture and religiosity have significant positive influence on job satisfaction through achievement motivation. T-value of the influence of achievement motivation on job satisfaction is 4.51 > 1.96 (9% of contribution), work culture on achievement motivation is 3.14 > 1.96 (11.9% of contribution), and religiosity on achievement motivation is 6.25 > 1.96 (15.4% of contribution).This study concluded that a theoretical model of the influences of work culture and religiosity on job satisfaction through achievement motivation among lecturers State Islamic University Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta is fit; additionally there is a significant and positive relationship between work culture and religiosity through achievement motivation among lecturers State Islamic University Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. The study implicates the increment of achievement motivation, work culture and religiosity among lecturers State Islamic University Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta will be followed by increment of job satisfaction. Abstract

An Islamic boarding school has a multidimensional role, namely: education, religious that preserve the values     of Islam, the development, awareness and strengthening civil society. Resolve social issues with a religious perspective. Make himself as educational institutions with quality community-based global / international. The boarding school can accelerate the development of human resources quality without losing the values     of spirituality. Constructing the quality of boarding school education is a necessity for people with three fundamental reasons: (1) education involving human figure is always dynamic, (2) Innovation of education due to the development of science and technology and (3) the demands of globalization which melts the boundaries of religion, culture even philosophy nation. Every organization, including boarding school has an activity-specific work activities in order to achieve the organization, one of the activities is the management. Despite gradual, in recent years, schools have instituted educational reformer perform various management field in response to the demands of global democratization. One form is democratic management model based culture, of, by and for learners. Educational boarding school is the center of conservation (preservation), deepening, development, refining, timeless values    and culture as well as the center of the implementation process of acculturation. Abstract

Sebagai sebuah produk keilmuan hukum Islam, produk perbankan syariah, semestinya merupakan hasil dari interpretasi sebagaimana yang diharapkan dalam teori interpretasi yang, atau berangkat dari kenyataan dan kebutuhan pasar. Pada interpretasi tingkat kedua, yaitu tingkat aplikasi lembaga keuangan syariah interpretasi tertumpu pada dua metode, yaitu akomodatif dan asimilasi. Kedua metode ini, khususnya akomodatif, selama beberapa tahun terakhir tidak dapat memposisikan lembaga keuangan syariah sebagai lembaga keuangan yang berbasis theologies, akan tetapi sebaliknya justru dipersamakan dengan produk-produk konvensional. Sehingga metode yang ditawarkan dalam pengembangan produk perbankan syariah di masa-masa mendatang adalah dengan menggunakan metode tanpa batas (boundless). Di mana metode boundless berakat dari tuntutan dan kebutuhan masyarakat, kemudian dilakukan penelaahan untuk menetapkan kerangka akad yang dapat dipergunakan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pasar tersebut.
