Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah mengungkap dan menganalisis, Pengaruh Jigsaw, terhadap hasil belajar berbicara bahasa Indonesia. Metode eksperimen yang digunakan adalah Desain Penelitian Posttest Only Desain. Adapun populasi sebanyak 86, sampelnya 43. Instrument penelitian adalah lembar observasi, objektif tes (pilihan ganda), dan format wawancara, serta dokumentasi. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa siswa yang diberi perlakuan model pembelajaran Jigsaw, memeroleh nilai hasil belajar Berbicara bahasa Indonesia rata-rata baik.Kata Kunci: Pengaruh, Model Jigsaw, Keterampilan Berbicara, bahasa Indonesia,  Hasil Belajar. AbstractThe purpose of this study is to reveal and analyze, Effect of Jigsaw, the learning outcomes speak Indonesian. Experimental method used is Design Research Posttest Only design. The population of as many as 86, the sample is 43. Instrument of research is observation sheet, an objective test (multiple choice), and the format of the interview, and documentation. Abstract

This study aims to determine how the structural victimization of workers through an outsourcing system. The study was conducted by using a qualitative approach. Field results showed that the employment relationship through this outsourcing system has presented a balanced treatment that leads to discrimination and exploitation of basic labor rights such outsourcing concerns: overtime pay, basic wages, cost of renewal, social security as well as a ban on joining the union. This is a consequence of incomplete provisions in labor regulations set firmly and definitely involves limiting the field of employment and criminal and administrative penalties to employers in the case violated the actual provisions have been written in the regulation of labor itself. In addition, structural components such as Manpower employment law which actually serve to action surveillance for prevention, did not run due to legal reasons and work priorities. As a result, labor regulations that come with the component structure (disnakertrans) is impressed solely limited to filling completeness of the state administration in the field of labor alone. At that point, the structural victimization of labor outsourcing has occurred.

Abstract

Abstract: Emergency Installation Building is one of the existing buildings in the Meuraxa Hospital Complex consisting of several buildings with the location on the Soekarno Hatta street km 2 City Banda Aceh. The tropical climate of Banda Aceh region with temperatures ranging from 25.5 ? to 32.5 ? is located in the northern hemisphere causing the sun shining 12 hours each day resulting in high consumption of electrical energy caused by the use of artificial weather carriage. The development of the city that seemed modern and futuristic is an architectural phenomenon characterized by the use of dominant glass on the building sheath as well as the facade of RS.Meuraxa Emergency Installation Building. . In the effort of government energy conservation through National Standardization of Indonesia  in SNI 03-6389-2011 stated that maximum  thermal transfer value limit on the outer wall or called Overall Thermal Transfer Value (OTTV) is 35 Watt / m2.  This research aims to generate a reference design of sheath and get the factors that affect the amount of OTTV value from the results of simulating the calculation toward all variables. The calculation result obtained the total value of OTTV is 51,47 Watt/m2. To decrease the result, some variation of modification simulation by inputting all data of the coefficient value of the material which likely to be applied in the design. The simulations consist of Uf modifications (double glazing), Uw (Outer Wall Isolation), WWR (Glass comparison ratio), ? (paint color), SC (shield). The simulation results are included in the table and trendline linear graphs so that the slope value is obtained to analyze the influence / significance level toward OTTV value. The result of the research shows that the modification of SC (glass and effective) by installing shade and modification of glass specification greatly influences the decrease of OTTV value in the effort of energy conservation by still presenting the concept of tropical architecture with traditional theme of Aceh.Abstrak: Gedung Instalasi Gawat Darurat merupakan salah satu dari gedung yang ada di Komplek Rumah Sakit Meuraxa yang terdiri dari beberapa bangunan dengan lokasi berada di jalan Soekarno Hatta km 2 Kota Banda Aceh. Wilayah Banda Aceh yang beriklim tropis dengan suhu berkisar antara 25,5 ? hingga 32,5? berada di belahan bumi Utara menyebabkan matahari bersinar 12 jam setiap harinya  terus menerus setiap tahunnya sehingga berdampak pada tingginya konsumsi energi listrik akibat dari penggunaan penghawaan buatan. Perkembangan kota yang berkesan modern dan futuristik merupakan fenomena konsep tampilan bangunan dengan bercirikan penggunaan kaca yang dominan pada selubung bangunan seperti halnya yang diterapkan pada bangunan gedung IGD Rs.Meuraxa. Dalam upaya konservasi energi pemerintah melalui Badan Standarisasi Nasional Indonesia yang dimuat dalam SNI 03-6389-2011 menentukan batasan nilai perpindahan termal menyeluruh pada dinding luar atau disebut dengan Overall Thermal Transfer Value (OTTV) maksimal 35 Watt/m2. Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan acuan desain selubung dan mendapatkan faktor penyebab yang mempengaruhi besaran nilai OTTV dari hasil melakukan simulasi perhitungan terhadap semua variabelnya. Perhitungan OTTV pada IGD RS.Meuraxa terdiri 3 komponen nilai yaitu: nilai konduksi dinding, radiasi matahari dan konduksi kaca terhadap empat orientasi fasad bangunan dengan perolehan hasil total nilai OTTV 51,47 Watt/m2. Untuk menurunkan nilai dilakukan beberapa variasi simulasi modifikasi dengan menginput semua data nilai koefisien material yang dimungkinakan untuk diaplikasikan dalam desain. Simulasi terdiri dari modifikasi Uf (kaca ganda), Uw  (Isolasi Dinding Luar), WWR (Rasio perbandingan kaca), a (warna cat), SC (alat peneduh dan spec.kaca). Hasil  simulasi dimasukkan dalam tabel dan grafik trendline linear sehingga didapatkan nilai slope /kemiringan  untuk dianalisis tingkat pengaruh/ signifikan terhadap nilai OTTV. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa modifikasi SC (kaca dan effectif) yaitu pemasangan alat peneduh dan modifikasi spesifikasi kaca sangat mempengaruhi penurunan nilai OTTV dalam  upaya konservasi energi dengan  tetap mengedepankan konsep arsitektur tropis yang bertemakan tradisional Aceh.

Abstract

The background of this study is based on the needs analysis of interactive media on Guidance and Counseling department in Universitas Negeri Medan which is equal to 98.1% of lecturers and students stating that they have not used interactive learning media in the classroom, 100% of lecturers andstudents stated that they need interactive media in the learning process and as many as 28% of lecturers and students recognize interactive media with macromedia flash and 72% of lecturers and students do not know the macromedia flash. The purpose of this study is to find out the needs and develop the initial product, carry out and know the expert and field testing, and carry out product effectiveness tests. The research method used is Research and Development method proposed by Borg and Gall, adapting theresearch procedure into three stages, namely: 1st stage introduction, 2nd stage product trial, and 3rd stage test thie effectiveness of the product. The average value of the experimental class pre-test is 52.20 with the highest value and the lowest value 37.5 and the standard deviation 8.09 while for the average post-test value is 85.15 with the highest value 100 and the lowest value 75, 00 and standard deviation of 6.30. The average value of the control class pre test is 51.62 with the highest value of 87.50 and thelowest value of 65.00 and the standard deviation of 10.28 whereas for the average post-test value is 76.91 with the highest value of 98 and the value lowest 75 and standard deviation 6.30. Keywords: Learning Media, Macromedia Flash, Evaluation and Supervision of Guidance andCounseling, Contextual Teaching Learning (CTL).

Abstract

Abstrak ___________________________________________________________________ Banyak aspek yang perlu diperhatikan oleh para pelatih sepak takraw dalam memberikan program latihan kepada anak didiknya agar dapat berprestasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besarnya sumbangan  kekuatan otot tungkai dan kelentukan terhadap hasil servis dalam permainan sepak takraw pada ekstrakurikuler siswa SD Negeri 03 Yosorejo Petungkriyono Kabupaten Pekalongan tahun 2014. Jenis penelitian deskriptif komparatif menggunakan metode survei dengan tes. Menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan sampel jenuh. Populasi berjumlah 12 siswa didik. Variabel bebas penelitian kekuatan otot tungkai dan kelentukan sedangkan variabel terikat kemampuan servis bawah. Instrumen kekuatan otot tungkai menggunakan back and leg dynamometer, tes kelentukan menggunakan sit and reach, dan servis bawah menggunakan tes servis bawah. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi dan korelasi sederhana dan ganda dengan program SPSS versi 20 for windows. Hasil Uji Koefisien Determinasi Ganda diperoleh nilai Adjusted R2 = 0.822 ini berarti memberikan sumbangan terhadap kekuatan otot tungkai dan kelentukan secara bersama-sama terhadap servis bawah sebesar 82,2%. . Abstract ___________________________________________________________________ Many aspects need to be considered by coaches sepak takraw in providing training programs to their students in order to play well and excel. The purpose of this research is to find out  how much the contribution leg muscle strength and flexibility, either separately or together to serve results in a game of sepak takraw in elementary school student extracurricular 03 Yosorejo Petungkriyono Pekalongan in 2014. Comparative descriptive research using survey method with the test. Election sampel with total population. Population of 12 students. The independent variables leg muscle strength and flexibility while the dependent variable servicing capabilities under. The instrument uses a back leg muscle strength and leg dynamometer, tests using the sit and reach flexibility, and lower service using a service test below. Data were analyzed using regression and simple and multiple correlation with SPSS version 20 for Windows. Results of the study is the Coefficient of Determination Dual Adjusted R2 values ​​obtained = 0822 means to contribute to the leg muscle strength and flexibility together to lower servicing amounted to 82.2%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara harga diri siswa dan pola asuh demokratis orangtua dengan motivasi belajar siswa. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional deskriptif. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap para siswa SMA St. Thomas III Medan yang duduk di kelas X dan XI. Sampel dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria sampel adalah   siswa SMA berusia 14-18 tahun dan memiliki pola asuh orangtua yang demokratis. Berdasarkan kriteria tersebut didapati jumlah siswa yang dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 120 orang. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan skala harga diri, skala pola asuh demokratis, dan skala motivasi belajar. Analisa regresi terhadap data penelitian yang terkumpul menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara harga diri dengan motivasi belajar, adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara pola asuh demokratis dengan motivasi belajar, serta adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara harga diri dan pola asuh demokratis dengan motivasi belajar.

Abstract

Di Indonesia belum ada definisi yang baku tentang underacievement. Umumnya di sekolah memandang semua siswa yang memperoleh prestasi belajar rendah disebut siswa yang underacievement. Underacievement pada dasarnya memiliki arti sama dengan prestasi kurang, walau[un nuansa underacievement lebih berhubungan dengan kemampuan yang dimiliki seseorang. Seseorang dalam melakukan kegiatan banyak berkaitan dengan kemampuan yang dimiliki. Kemampuan yang tinggi, kecenderungan prestasi seseorang juga akan tinggi pula. Beberapa simtom seseorang yang tergolong berprestasi di bawah kemampuan sebagaimana diidentifikasikan para guru dan orang tua, meliputi: “tidak pernah menyelesaikan pekerjaannya, kurang memiliki inisiatif akademik, fobia pada pengetesan atau bekerja pada area-area yang sulit, tidak mampu berfungsi sebagai anggota kelompok, mengalami masalah-masalah sosial atau maladaptasi, melakukan tindakan-tindakan karena rasa bersalah atau melakukan tindakan menyalahkan, depresi dan merasa takut gagal”. Hasil dari suatu penelitian ditemukan bahwa faktor kebutuhan berprestasi, harga diri, lokus kendali, kebiasaan mengajar, dukungan orang tua memliliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan  munculnya underacievement ini. Di samping itu, faktor budaya sekolah (school culture) juga memilki kontribusi yang cukup besar terhadap munculnya underacievement.

Abstract

Basicallythis study aims to look at the relationship between sense of humor and intelligence with verbal creativity in junior high school students in the city of Medan.The results obtained are as follows. There is a positive relationship between sense of humor and intelligence with verbal creativity. These results indicated by coefficients which Freg = 28.424 p <0.010. This indicates that the higher the higher the sense of humor and intelligence, it is also higher verbal creativity. Conversely the lower the lower the sense of humor and intelligence, it is also the lower the verbal creativity. 2). There is a significant positive relationship between sense of humor with verbal creativity by controlling the variables of intelligence. It is seen from the coefficient of correlation = 0.174, p <0.050. Based on these results the hypothesis been accepted. Then note that a sense of humor contributed to the verbal creativity of only 1.407%. 3). There is a very significant positive relationship between intelligence with verbal creativity by controlling the variable sense of humor. It is seen from the coefficient of correlation = 0.458, p <0.010. Based on these results the hypothesis been accepted. Then known that intelligence contributes to the verbal creativity of 20.187%.

Abstract

When women entered the institution of marriage is believed to be perujudan ideal relationship between two individuals, then the sequence of work, giving birth, raising children, husbands and households are waiting, not to mention the problems will go through and deal with.This study is qualitative, based on phenomenological philosophy that prioritizes appreciation of the events of the interaction behavior analysis early marriage couples in certain circumstances be interpreted to understand the perspective of the researchers themselves. Given the results of this study is expected to make a contribution to the authorized officer, the parents, the early adolescents in this pase early teens, in order to think the most of the will to carry out an early marriage with the risks as the results in this study.

Abstract

Abstrak: Studi ini bertujuan untuk: (1) membantu siswa dalam belajar dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis CTL (2) mengetahui media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis CTL layak digunakan pada mata pelajaran PKn. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan yang menggunakan model pengembangan produk Borg dan Gall yang dipadu dengan model pengembangan pembelajaran Dick dan Carey. Model pengembangan produk pembelajaran ini merupakan model yang disusun secara terprogram dengan urutan yang sistematis dan memenuhi karakteristik siswa dalam belajar. Model ini meliputi enam tahapan, yakni: studi literatur, perencanaan atau desain pengembangan, pengembangan produk, validasi ahli, uji coba, revisi, produk akhir.Subyek uji coba terdiri dari dua ahli materi mata pelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan, dua ahli desain pembelajaran, dua ahli rekayasa perangkat lunak dan desain grafis, tiga siswa untuk uji perorangan, sembilan siswa untuk uji kelompok kecil, dan tiga puluh empat siswa untuk uji lapangan. Data tentang kualitas produk pengembangan ini dikumpulkan dengan angket. Data-data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis dengan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil pengembangan media interaktif menunjukan validasi ahli menunujukkan bahwa keseluruhan rata-rata dikategorikan “Sangat Baik” dan uji kelayakan menunujukkan bahwa keseluruhan rata-rata dikategorikan “Sangat Baik”. Hasil pengujian hipotesis membuktikan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil belajar siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran interaktif Macromedia Flash dengan hasil belajar siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan pembelajaran konvensional.  Kata Kunci: Media Contextual Teaching and Learning, Hasil Belajar Abstract: This study aims to: (1) help students learn by using Interactive Learning Media Based CTL. (2) know that Interactive Learning Media Based CTL feasible to use on civics lesson. This type of research is the development of research that uses models Borg and Gall product development combined with learning development model of Dick and Carey. This learning product development model is a model that is prepared in a programmed sequence of systematic and meet the characteristics of the students in learning. This model includes six stages, namely: literature studies, planning or design development, product development, validation expert, testing, revision, the final product. The subject of the trial consists of two subject matter experts Subjects Engineering Energy Conversion, two expert instructional design, two expert software engineering and graphic design, three students for the test individuals, nine students for small group test, and fifty-eight students for field testing. Data about the quality of the products of this development are collected by questionnaire. The data collected were analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of development of Interactive Learning Media by Experts’ validation indicate that the overall average categorized "Very Good" And the Feasibility test indicate that the overall average categorized "Very Good". Hypothesis testing results show that there are significant differences between the students learning outcome that to be learned by using Macromedia Flash Interactive Learning Media and Students learn outcome to be learned by conventional learning.  Keywords: Media, Contextual Teaching and Learning, Learning Outcomes
