Hak konstitusional warga negara yang meliputi HAM dan hak warga negara yang telah dijamin dalam UUD 1945 berlaku bagi setiap warga negara Indonesia. Artinya, hak konstitusional itu dimiliki oleh setiap individu warga negara tanpa pembedaan, baik berdasarkan suku, agama, keyakinan politik, atau pun jenis kelamin. Hak-hak tersebut diakui dan dijamin oleh konstitusi untuk setiap warga negara bagi laki-laki maupun perempuan. Penegasan UUD 1945 sangat jelas bahwa â??Setiap orang berhak bebas dari perlakuan yang bersifat diskriminatif atas dasar apa pun dan berhak mendapatkan perlindungan terhadap perlakuan yang bersifat diskriminatif ituâ?. Bahkan, pentingnya menghapuskan diskriminasi terhadap perempuan diupayakan melalui perlakuan khusus untuk memperoleh kesempatan dan manfaat yang sama guna mencapai persamaan dan keadilan juga telah dijamin oleh UUD 1945 dalam Pasal 28 H ayat (2) yang menyatakan â??Setiap rang berhak mendapat kemudahan dan perlakuan khusus untuk memperoleh kesempatan dan manfaat yang sama guna mencapai persamaan dan keadilanâ?. Hal ini juga telah diakui secara internasional yang diwujudkan dalam konvensi tersendiri, yaitu Convention on The Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Againts Women (Cedaw) sebagaimana telah disebutkan dalam daftar table konvensi internasional di atas. Background : The incidence of maternal mortality were caused by bleeding, eclampsia, bleeding before labor and infection. One of the triggering factors caused the onset of infection was premature rupture (PR). It defined as the rupture of amniotic membrane without uterus contractions and labor signs. The strength of amniotic membrane could also be disrupted due to the effect of nicotine of cigarette. The nicotine contained in cigarette was harmful to the pregnancies. The premature rupture rate in Indonesia was quite high. In Kendal regency the number of pregnant women who experienced in premature rupture in the year 2011 was approximately 445 patients. Meanwhile, in January up to September 2012 the premature rupture cases reached about 542 patients. Based on the preliminary survey conducted on 7 premature rupture patients in dr.H.Soewondo hospital Kendal in October 2012 the data obtained 5 (71,4%) patients had a history of smoking husbands. Methode : This study purposed to know the most influential variable to the incidents of premature rupture in pregnant women in dr.H.Soewondo Kendal, Central Java Province. The design of the study used case control. The case population was pregnant women with premature rupture. Meanwhile, the control population of normal pregnant women and the sampling technique used accidental sampling. The collecting data used questionnaire, checklist and tool, rapid diagnostic cotinine test. The data analysis used chi square test. Result : The result of the study showed the most influential variable to the incidents of premature rupture was the history of cigarette smoke exposure with value p = 0,00 and OR 23,188. Thus, it could be concluded that the history of cigarette smoke exposure was the most influential variable to the incidents of the premature rupture than parity and polyhidramnion history. Taman Pendidikan Al-Quran (abbreviated as TPA or TPQ) is a body or group ofpeople who organize non-formal type of Islamic education which aims to provide teachingof reading Al-Quran at an early age, as well as understand the kindergarter-aged children-based basics of Islam, elementary school or madrasah (SD/MI) or even higher. Broadlyspeaking, the landfill useful for teaching Al-Qurâan in the form of reading, writing, and basicunderstanding of its interpretation. Teaching system is created to focus and fun inaccordance to children. So, a good managementsystem is the key to successing learningin a TPA. Unfortunately, this does not happen in a TPA at Arofah Mosque, Dusun BandungDan Dusun Songbanyu 1, Kecamatan Songbanyu, Gunung Kidul, Daerah IstimewaYogyakarta. Bad management, one teacher, and the absence of regeneration are mainproblems. Based on this, author took the initiative to do theguidingand supporting toorganizea good and integrated TPA management. With this guidance and support, theTPA will run better and organized. Slowly, Dusun Bandung and Dusun Songbanyu 1 willfeel a greater benefit from the presence of theTPA.

Although helpful, monotonous activity will not help thedevelopment of their creativity. Therefore, author took the initiative to organize a funactivity and inovastif to hone the creativity of children at those two hamlets.. The activitywas studied drawing and coloring.
Study of the products of Islamic law in Indonesia is often partial and focused on mainstream mass organizations. In fact, the existence of small and local organization that influence the dynamics of Islamic law in Indonesia, such as Wahdah Islamiyah. In response to the problems of the people, especially in South Sulawesi, this organization has been often condemned heretic wing, spreaders heresy and other negative charges. In fact, the style and the formulation of laws formulated emphasizes maqashid al-shariah, thus seem more flexible, visible, and dynamic. This negative accusations, is more likely due to political pressure, of the substance of the factors defined legal fatwa. Seeing the dynamic thinking of Islamic laws of community organi zation of Wahdah Islamiyah in its way to formulate some Fatwa by interacting with social, economic, political, cultural, localized, national and global reality is to enforce human beingsâ welfare without ignoring nash. The interaction with social reality forms a way of thinking of Wahdah Islamiyah which leads to moderation and inclusive characteristics.
AbstractIndonesia as a developing country starts moving from the centralistic country into decentralized state since the change of power generated by a wave of reforms in mid 1998. There are several key issues that came to the surface in connection with this transition, among others, is a horizontal conflict that is lead to the disintegration of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI). In the face of the country situation, the religion (Islam) with the teaching of ethics is expected to be one important factor for the integration process, especially Islam embraced the majority of the Indonesian population. In the study presented formulation of the problem of how the contribution of Islam in the context of the local communities to build relationships and state in Indonesia after the collapse of the New Order regime more equitably? The result of this study has been revealed that the contribution of Islam through the base organization at least can be categorizedÂ into three, namely NU, Muhammadiyah, HTI, and MMI. As for the contribution of ideas from NU and Muhammadiyah, that the local community and state relations should be seen in terms of the ideology of Pancasila as the noble nation and agreement of the founders of the nation. Then from HTI, to make the relationship with the local society can be run with a harmonious state is the first system to change the leadership of the country into a caliphate. Furthermore, from the MMI, suggesting if the pattern of the relationship between local communities and the state can run well, then the state must be firm by making Islamic law as its legal basis.
