Abstract

The tourism industry is often seen as the answer to deal with economic problems. Economic hardship and unequal economic development will be considered resolved by the tourism industry. However, it should be realized that these activities also have a negative impact, one of which is environmental. Form the aspect of tourism activities and environmental sustainability is ecotourism. Wildlife Areas Mangkang Semarang City is a place that combines the concept of wildlife conservation education and the concept of tourism.This study used a qualitative descriptive method. The locus of this research in the area of Semarang Mangkang Wildlife Areas and Focus on Strategic Development of Ecotourism Wildlife Areas Semarang. The methods used to collect the data, namely: Documentation, Observation, Interview. Sources of data in this study using primary data and secondary data. Efforts to address the problem and the purpose of the study used the theory of strategic management using SWOT analysis tool, as well as the litmus test.Preformance of this research there were 5 observed phenomena, namely: Conditions Mangkang Wildlife Areas, Strategic Environmental, supporting factors and obstacles, Strategic Issues and Formulating Strategic Programs. The results of this study indicate that the Development Strategy of the Government of Semarang city is going well, but there are still some shortcomings such as Human Resources as a constraint, while the layout of the park is very strategic Wildlife Mangkang is one factor driving.

Abstract

Libraries play an important role for the community and especially the world of education. Without information, people become marginalized and underdeveloped . Encountered symptoms of dissatisfaction with the services provided librarian Social and Political Science Faculty University Diponegoroyang shows service can not meet the expectations of students . Customer satisfaction is one indicator of the success of library services at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Diponegoro University . Service is considered satisfactory if it can meet the expectations of its customers . This study aims to menganilisis criterion Community Satisfaction Index ( HPI ) is Procedures , Service Requirements , Clarity Services Officer , Disciplinary Services Officer , Services Officer Responsibilities , Capabilities Services Officer , Service Speed , Obtain Justice Service, politeness and hospitality Officer , Fairness Care Costs , Cost Assurance Services , Assurance Services Schedule , Leisure Environment , and Security service to customer satisfaction , menganilisis level of customer satisfaction in terms of the gap between the service user with the officer 's performance against the quality of library services in the Social and Political Science Faculty , Diponegoro University and explain the strengths and weaknesses service element in the fourteenth measurement criteria in the dimensions of service quality perceptions of customers . This study uses a quantitative approach to quantitativedeskripstif . The subjects of the study were 150 library patrons correspondent Social and Political Science Faculty , Diponegoro University that using simple random technique . The technique used is the analysis of the value of HPI ( Customer Satisfaction Index ) . The results showed that not all elements can work well to serve customers ( visitors ) library and the social sciences faculty of political science, Diponegoro University. The results of the data analysis of the fourteenth criteria tested, there is one element that is rated poor service schedule with the certainty of the value 2.36 of the service element, with a weight of 0.071 and the results is 0.016756. The results of the analysis with diagrams Kartisius Assessment Implementation and Assessment Interests Library Social and Political Science Faculty, Diponegoro University shows that discipline and speed of service personnel affect service user satisfaction. Although the results of the assessment of SMEs assessed that the performance of library services and the Social and Political Science Faculty,, Diponegoro University was good , with a 68.40 index.

Abstract

In order to support the achievement of performance accountability Semarang regency government better by improving the performance of civil servants who are in the local government area in Semarang. The study aims to describe the performance of employees and determine the influence of environmental variables and the ability to work on the performance of employees working in the District Gayamsari Semarang. Employee performance is a process of assessment of the progress of the work against the goals and objectives in the management of human resources in achieving organizational goals. According to Armstrong there are four factors related to the performance of one's work environment, style of leadership, productivity, and interpersonal skills. Whereas performance by Surya Dharma theory is a theory of motivation, the concept of organizational effectiveness, confidence managing performance, work environment. This study has a locus in the District Gayamsari the city, it is because there is an indication of less than optimal performance of employees in the agency. This type of research is explanatory, respondents drawn a number of 33 people by using population. This study uses quantitative data analysis and hypothesis testing using Rank Kendall, Kendall concordance coefficient and the coefficient of determination.The results showed the results of the performance of employees in the district of Semarang Gayamsari high of 15.2% and a high of 84.8%, the magnitude of the effect between the ability of the (X 1) on employee performance (Y) is equal to 27.56%, the level of influence between the work environment (X 2) on employee performance (Y) is equal to 24.21%, and Employee Performance (Y) is affected by the Work Capability (X 1) and Working Environment (X 2) jointly by 52.71%. From these results, the authors provide suggestions for service revenue and financial management in the form of improved employee performance is optimal, then the increase employability through the provision of training / skills training and work environment through improved infrastructure and create intimacy all employees.

Abstract

Suatu organisasi dibentuk untuk mencapai tujuan tertentu. Kinerja pegawai dalam suatu organisasi sangat ditentukan oleh sumber daya manusia. Sumber daya manusia dapat mencapai sasaran dan tujuan strategis organisasi dibutuhkan individu atau sumber daya manusia yang kompeten, handal dan visioner Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja pegawai serta mendiskripsikan kinerja pegawai di Biro Pemerintahan Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Tipe penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, menggunakan produktivitas, kualitas, responsivitas, responsibilitas dan akuntabilitas sebagai indikator kinerja. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan maka kinerja pegawai Biro Pemerintahan sudah baik namun masih belum efektif dan efesien karena masih banyak kendala yang dihadapi dalam peningkatan kinerja pegawai di Biro Pemerintahan Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Maka di sarankan kepada pegawai Biro Pemerintahan untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai dengan menerapkan kerjasama yang baik, meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas serta di dukung dengan sarana dan prasarana yang memadai

Abstract

For service delivery to the community and increase regional competitiveness required capability or capacity of local governments adequate. Development of local government capacity always contains an understanding of the various efforts to improve the performance of services to the community. This study aims to describe the development of institutional capacity and supporting factors and obstacles encountered in the development of institutional capacity at the Integrated Licensing Service Agency of Semarang. This research uses descriptive study with a qualitative approach. The focus of the study include: (1) development of institutional capacity at the Integrated Licensing Service Agency of Semarang, (2) factors to be supporting and institutional capacity building. Results of this study was the development of institutional capacity in the Integrated Licensing Service Agency of Semarang still needs to be improved further in the aspect of organizational structure, work procedures, human resources, budget, facilities. Advice given is the Integrated Licensing Service Agency of Semarang to be more innovative in the development of institutional capacity.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the correlation between employee capability and employee motivation with the performance of employees in the Department of Population and Civil Registration Jepara. The study was conducted with population totaled 27 people.The method of analysis in this study is quantitative data analysis using the Kendall tau_b formula to test the hypothesis. Analysis shows:1. Correlation between employee capability variables with employee performance variable showed a correlation coefficient of 0.243, which means there is a positive relationship but not significant.2. Correlation between the employee motivation variables with employee performance variable showed a correlation coefficient of 0.467, which means there is a positive and significant the correlation.3. Employee capability variable and employee motivation variable interrelate together with employee performance variables. This is seen from the results of correlation and cross table that shows the results of a positive correlation between the employee capability variables and employee motivation variables with the employee performance variable.

Abstract

In the era of good governance the government has to have competent performance in serving the public . However, there are still many government organizations that have low performance . Whereas previously civil servants have been educated and trained . This can be seen from the performance of the Board of Education and Training of Central Java is still not optimal in producing competent personnel . This study aims to analyze the phenomenon of performance consists of four dimensions of performance , productivity , responsiveness , and accountability Responbilitas . Identifying the factors that support and hinder performance and formulate solutions that have been and will be done in improving the performance . This study used a qualitative descriptive approach and techniques as well as using a purposive sample taxonomic analysis . Based on the results of the discussion of research in Education and Training Agency of Central Java is known conclusion that the performance of the Board of Education and Training of Central Java is good  in terms of quantity but the quality is not optimal . Judging from productivity , it can be quite good for achieving the target quantity is almost fulfilled . Judging from the responsiveness , still it is less because not capture the public 's aspirations . Judging from responbilitas , already based on the PP 101 of 2000 . Dililhat of accountability , it is good enough but no pertenggungjawaban to the public . Many factors affect the performance of the Board of Education and Training of Central Java Province which consists of factors supporting and inhibiting factors . To overcome the problems that occur in the process of performing the Board of Education and Training of Central Java province has made the solution be included in the employee Training Training Of Course and curriculum development . In order to improve performance by increasing productivity , through repairing the existing curriculum and the addition of competent lecturers in the Substantive Technical Training . For responsiveness and accountability through the use of the web . Responbilitas through increased reward and punishment.

Abstract

The research was motivated by the problems that occurred in the management of passport at the immigration office grade 1 Semarang, among them are the practices of corruption, discrimination service. Purpose this study to describe the quality of service management of passport at the immigration office grade 1 Semarang. In answer to the problem and purpose of this study, the author uses the theory of public services, and quality of service by using descriptive qualitative research methods. In collecting the data, the authors use the way through the interview, informants selected observation. The include immigration officials and the public. The results showed the quality of service at the immigration office grade 1 Semarang. Suggested order to increase the number of tablespoons so the service provided in order to optimize.

Abstract

Public services to the needs of the community. Public services in Indonesia, for example, licensing services. One form is the licensing service licensing service Building Permit (IMB). In Kebumen, to improve the quality of service licensing, formed the Integrated Licensing Service Office and Investment (KPPT and PM) Kebumen regency. Authors make the research on service quality in the licensing Integrated Licensing Service Office and Investment Kebumen regency, to determine the quality of service given IMB licensing Integrated Licensing Service Office and Investment Kebumen regency. Identify the factors supporting and inhibiting service quality IMB licensing in Integrated Licensing Service Office and Investment Kebumen. Knowing effort Integrated Licensing Service Office and Investment Kebumen to improve service quality permit Building Permit (IMB) in Kebumen. This research is done by using the dimensions of service quality, namely, tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, simplicity, clarity and certainty concerning procedures, security, transparency, efficiency, economical, justice, timeliness. This study uses descriptve qualitative methods. The results permit service quality Building Permit (IMB) at the Integrated Licensing Service Office and Investment Kebumen, when viewed from the waiter was good quality dimensions. Only the dimensions of efficiency that is still not good.
