Abstract

This experiment research was conducted on September – December 2007 in Blumbang, Sub district Tawangmangu, Karanganyar. The aim of this research was to know the effect of balance organic fertilizer and inorganic fertilizer to the carrot quality in Andisols, Tawangmangu. This experiment used RCBD (Randomized Complete Block Design) with organic fertilizer factor (0%, 50% and 100% organic fertilizer) and inorganic fertilizer factor (0%, 50% and 100% inorganic fertilizer). Statistical analysis for the influence of the treatment was variant analysis with F-test and Kruskal-Wallis test. Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT) was used to compare inter-treatment and for finding out of the relation inter-variable it was used correlation test. The result shows that the balance of organic and inorganic fertilizer have significant influence to the water content of carrot, the weight of carrot, the weight of dried carrot plant and the plant’s height, and have not significant influence to the carotene, carrot’s diameter, and carrot’s length. The lower water content of carrot was shown by the treatment of 100% organic fertilizer and 50% inorganic fertilizer. The treatment of 100% organic fertilizer and 100% inorganic fertilizer give the highest plant height and the weight of carrot per plant. To the soil, the balance of organic and inorganic fertilizer has significant influence to the total N of soil and to the available N of soil. It has not significant influence to the total P of soil and available P of soil, total K of soil and available K of soil. The result of correlation test showed there was positive correlation among carrot weight and water content of carrot. Keywords: Organic fertilizer, Inorganic Fertilizer, Carrot, Andisols.

Abstract

Key agreement protocol is a method in cryptography. Key agreement protocol is used to overcome the problem of sending secret information over communication lines. A secret key, called password, is needed to secure t he information. Both parties who exchange confidential information must agree on the same key. In this method, both parties exchange mutual general parameters that everyone can see, however from the general parameters the same passwords can be formed and not publicly known. One method that has been used is applying a series of matrix multiplication operation defined over a finite field. In this study, we constructed an algorithm in the form of a key agreement protocol that can be used in the password agreement method which the level of security based on algebraic problem of matrix operation over Z- min plus algebra. Min Plus algebra over Z, that is Z È { + ¥ } with Z is the set of all integers equipped with the minimum and addition operation,  is called idempotent semiring. The results showed that the application of matrix operation over min plus algebra can be used as key agreement protocol in securing secret information.   Key words: secret information, password, Min-Plus algebra

Abstract

Abstract: The article will explore the sufi’s life at the Islamic boarding school (pesantren) Bibaḥri ‘Asfarah Sanarejo, Turen, Malang. The focus of study is the practies and how they practice to become a sufi, how their circumstance of mind when practicing, and how their circumstance of mind after practicing. The santri who never studying at the Pesantren can be divided three categories: al-Fussāq, al-Fusyl, and al-Abriyā’. The method used to a sufi’s life are mapped in two kinds of practices namely inward (bāṭiniya) and outward (lahiriya) practices. The inward practices include ṣalawat (prayer for the Prophet Muhammad pbuh), istighāṡah (mass prayer), asmā’ al-ḥusnā (reciting name of God), Yāsīn recital. The outward practices include spiritual traveling, cleaning the pesantren environment, installing paving and ornaments, making bricks, taking care of animal, becoming a sectary and treasures of the pesantren. Those inward practices are called riyāḍah (the spiritual excercise). The soul circumstances (aḥwāl) while performing those practices could be described that they feel muḥāsabah (introspective), wuṣūl (pure), happy, excited, khauf (fearful), and rajā’ (hopeful). Asbtrak: Artikel ini akan memaparkan kehidupan sufistik di Pondok Pesantren Bibaḥri ‘Asfarah Sanarejo, Turen, Malang. Fokus bahasan adalah amalan-amalan dan tata cara para santri dalam mengamalkan ajaran tasawuf sehingga mereka layak disebut sufi, keadaan jiwa selama dan setelah mereka mengamal ajaran tasawuf. Santri yang belum mondok dibagi dalam tiga kelompok: al-Fussāq, al-Fusyl, dan al-Abriyā’. Jalan yang santri tempuh menuju kehidupan sebagai sufi, antara lain, melalui pengamalan-pengamalan yang dipetakan menjadi dua jenis: pengamalan bersifat lahiriah dan batiniah. Yang termasuk pengamalan batiniah adalah pengamalan ṣalawat, istighāṡah, asmā’ al-ḥusnā, membaca surat Yāsīn; sedangkan pengamalan lahiriahnya adalah musafir, membersihkan lingkungan pondok, memasang paving dan ornament, mencetak bata, memelihara binatang, sekretaris, dan bendahara pondok. Pengamalan lahiriah ini disebut riyāḍah. Keadaan-keadaan jiwa mereka (aḥwāl) mengamalkan ajaran tasawuf akan merasakan pengalaman-pengalaman spiritual (spiritual experience) seperti muḥāsabah, wuṣūl, senang, gembira, khauf, dan rajā’. Di lain pihak, para santri yang telah mengamalkan ajaran tasawuf tersebut akan mengalami perubahan yang baru seperti merasa senang, gembira, beriman, ṣaddiq, tenteram, wuṣūl, yakin, tawaḍu’, zuhud, dan ikhlas. Abstract

Organisasi dakwah merupakan unit sosial yang berusaha mencapai tujuan dakwah, karena hakekat organisasi ini tidak lain adalah mengejar atau mencapai tujuan dakwah. Tujuan organisasi harus dapat menggambarkan keadaan masa akan datang yang senantiasa dikejar dan diupayakan untuk diwujudkan oleh organisasi. Sebuah organisasi dakwah (sebagai organisasi sosial non-profit) apabila sudah terbentuk, dalam proses perjalanannya akan muncul kebutuhan-kebutuhan yang merupakan tujuan dari masing-masing komponen dari organisasi. Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, proses penyesuaian sasaran-sasaran dalam tujuan organisasi tidak boleh mengabaikan kepentingan-kepentingan anggota aktivis organisiasi yang demikian dan rencana-rencana yang disusun perlu mencakup serta mengintegrasikan kepentingan masing-masing.

Abstract

The increasing need in techniques of storing big data presents a new challenge. One way to address this challenge is the use of distributed storage systems. One strategy that implemented in distributed data storage systems is the use of Erasure Code which applied to network coding. The code used in this technique is based on the algebraic structure which is called as vector space. Some studies have also been carried out to create code that is based on other algebraic structures such as module.  In this study, we are going to try to set up a code based on the algebraic structure which is a generalization of the module that is semimodule by utilizing the max operations and sum operations at max plus algebra. The results of this study indicate that the max operation and the addition operation on max plus algebra cannot be used to establish a semimodule code, but by modifying the operation "+" as "min", we get a code based on semimodule. Abstract

Abstract: Motivation zikir is an encouragement to do so by way of remembering, calls, take heed, pray, read the Quran aims given to God. Zikir have diverse motivations: zikir done through the prayers done right readings, ordinances, and movements therein, beginning with standing, bowing, sitting, prostrate, tashahud and greetings, allegedly to make normal organ and smoothness of the blood in the body that cause the human body fitness. Zikir can be done to empower and organize emotions into focus, which would cause the hormones, muscles, nerves, supposedly to make the balance function of the organs of the human body, which can work with regular and normal, resulting in hormone function and emotion into directed that leads to peace of mind (soul). Zikir is done with the correct procedures to empower the limb movements may lead prayers fitness. Zikir is done in the right way to empower and enable the muscles, nerves and hormones can lead to peace of mind or soul.

Abstract

Abstract: The study is about Sufi’s life in Bibahri Asfarah Islamic boarding school, Sananrejo, Turen, Malang. This study was conducted to understand how the sufi’s life in associated with the life prior boarding school stay, how the method to the sufi’s life, hal (circumstance of mind when practicing) and gayah (ending circumstance of lives after practice) is. This study employs a phenomenological approach. The methods of data collection are documentation, interviews, observation, and triangulation. Data analysis methods use several steps such as data reduction, data display and conclusion (verification). The students of the boarding school consist of students with diverse life backgrounds. Which are mapped into three categories namely al-Fussaq, Al-Fusyl, and Al-Abriya. The first category, Al-Fussaq, consists of ex-drug addict, alcohol drunk, and those who are disobedient to parents. The second category, Al-Fusyl, consists of those who are failed in either family or economy. While the third category, Al-Abriya, consists of former employees or alumni from the other boarding schools. The method to the sufi’s life with the practices performed which are mapped into two kinds namely inward and outward practices. The inward practices include salawat (prayer for the prophet), istigosah (mass prayer), Asmaul Husna (reciting names of God), Yaseen recital. The outward practices include traveling, cleaning the Islamic boarding school environment, installing paving and ornaments, making bricks, taking care of animal, becoming a secretary and treasurer of the boarding school. Those practices are called riadah. The soul circumstances (ahwal) while performing those practices could be described that they feel muhasabah (introspective), wusul (pure), happy, excited, hauf (fearful) and raja’ (hopeful). Meanwhile, after performing those practices the students experience new life changes that they feel happy, joyful, faithful, true, peaceful, pure, convinced, modest, ascetic, and sincere.

Abstract

Islam Nusantara is an order of life that has a pattern of life style of Islamic models formed through culture acculturation, between Islamic culture including the procedures of Islamic life in addition to mahdah worship, models of clothing and other attributes with culture located in the archipelago, covering various religions such as Hinduism, Buddhism, Catholicism, Protestantism, Confucianism, which are in the Indonesian region.This study is library research. Data obtained comes from the literature, books or transcripts related to this discussion. The system of approach through Islamic anthropology, namely the pattern of life of Muslims, covers their life cycle. Data analysis method is carried out through data reduction paths, data presentation and conclusions based on the Izwaji Interpretation approach, namely mixed explanations based on the Koran, Al-Hadith and the thoughts of experts relating to the topic of discussion.Islam Nusantara aims at a peaceful Islamic life culture, which is built on the basis of acculturation of Islamic culture and the culture of the archipelago on the land of Indonesia.Nusantara Islamic culture takes place through cultural internalization that occurs through social interaction between Islamic culture and Nusantara culture, in the life cycle. It includes prenatal ceremonies (tingkeban and pitonan), birth ceremonies (azan, iqomah, and aqiqoh), wedding ceremonies (prayers, greetings, and shake hands greetings), death ceremonies (accompany of the body, traditional prayer together, and haul).
