Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mengevaluasi karakteristik fermentasi beberapa jenis leguminosa di dalam cairan rumen kambing secara in vitro. Desain penelitian menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok pada 7 jenis tanaman dalam 4 kelompok cairan rumen yang berbeda. Tanaman leguminosa yang digunakan antara lain, Alfalfa (Medicago sativa), Angsana (Pterocarpus indicus), Gamal (Gliricidia sepium), Indigofera (Indigofera zollingeriana), Kaliandra (Calliandra callothyrsus), Lamtoro (Leucaena leucochephala), dan turi (Sesbania grandiflora). Peubah yang diamati antara lain produksi gas total, kecernaan bahan kering, bahan organik, dan protein. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis ragam (ANOVA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produksi gas tanaman indigofera dan alfalfa lebih memperlihatkan tren yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan empat tanaman lainnya. Kecernaan bahan kering (KCBK) dan bahan organik (KCBO) memperlihatkan perbedaan yang nyata (P<0,01) dimulai dari yang tertinggi adalah Indigofera, alfalfa, gamal, turi, lamtoro, kaliandra dan angsana. Terdapat interaksi yang nyata (P<0,05) antara perlakuan dan kelompok. Tanaman I zollingeriana memiliki karakteristik fermentasi rumen yang lebih baik dibandingkan tanaman leguminosa lainnya.Kata kunci: fermentasi rumen, in vitro, leguminosa

Abstract

Halâl Certification as an Application of Islamic Business Ethics in Muslim Consumer Protection Halâl certification in food is needed by Muslim consumers to provide assurances that they are not consuming or using product or service that are not halâl so that no sin is commited. It is the duty of government to provide assurances to Muslim consumers that consumer goods or services that are circulating amongst society are really halâl. The halâl label itself provides benefits to businesses such as improving consumer confidence to consume, reaching the global halâl food market, increasing the marketability of products in market and low cost investment. Abstract

The quality and palatibility of silage and hay complete ration based on organic primer garbage in peranakan etawah (PE) poadABSTRACT. This research was conducted to study the quality and palatability of silage and hay complete ration based on organic primer garbage in nine heads of Peranakan Etawah (PE) Goat. The quality of silage and hay was evaluated By measuring pH, total number of lactic acid Bacteria (LAB), palatability, dry matter (DM) and organic matter (OM) aroma and color of silage. Nine heads of peranakan etawah were grouped based on their lactation periode and randomly assigned to one of tree dietary treatments. The treatments were (1) Control rations; (2) silage complete ration (SRK); and (3) Hay complete ration (HRK). The results indicated that the silage had PH 4.15 and total number of LAB was 2.4 x 10 cfu/g of silage. Dry matter and organic matter digestibility of SRK were better than those of HRK. The palatability of SRK was higher than HRK but less than control. Storage of SRK for did not change dry matter and organic matter content. Organoleptic analysis indicated that texture and color of HRK were changed at after storage, while SRK was still constant. It is concluded that silage composed of organic primer garbage has high quality in terms of physical, chemical and microbial characteristics, prolong storage.

Abstract

Abstract: Plagiarism and Piracy on copyrights Work in Intellectual Property Rights. Indonesia already has constitution on copy rights work, i.e. Constitution No. 6 Year 1982, Constitution No. 7 Year 1987, Constitution No. 12 Year 1997 and Constitution No. 19 Year 2002. Constitution on copyrights was made to protect sources of arts and cultures, also to develop Indonesian intellectual ability, so that healthy and fair competitions are guaranteed for national development. However, plagiarism and piracy acts emerge.  Moreover, plagiarism and piracy acts are done not only in Indonesia but also in the world involving respected such as reporters, academicians, professors, distinguished people, and reputable musicians or even famous companies. Keywords: copyrights, plagiarism, piracy  Abstrak: Plagiat dan Pembajakan Karya Cipta Dalam Hak Kekayaan Intelektual. Indonesia telah memiliki Undang-undang Hak Cipta, yaitu; Undang-undang Nomor 6 Tahun 1982, UU Nomor 7 Tahun 1987, UU Nomor 12 Tahun 1997, dan yang terakhir adalah UU Nomor 19 Tahun 2002. Undang-undang  Hak Cipta dibuat untuk melindungi kekayaan seni dan budaya, serta pengembangan kemampuan intelektual masyarakat Indonesia agar terdapat iklim persaingan usaha yang sehat yang diperlukan dalam melaksanakan pembangunan nasional. Abstract

High quality protein feedstuff prices for poultry are more expensive due to rising prices of imported raw materials, such as fish meal and meat bone meal (MBM).  Utilization of an alternative source of protein that is abundant and does not compete with food needs, becomes one of the promising solutions to optimize production efficiency.  This research will evaluate the potential utilization of black soldier fly (BSF) deffated larva mal as alternative source of MBM protein in quail feed on quail production performance by using method of decreasing fat (defatting) with emphasis (pressing).  Female quail 5 weeks old as many as 285 birds.  Quails devided in 3 treatments and 5 replications of each 19 tails.  The experimental design used in this study was a complete randomized design (CRD).  The feed applied was as follows: (P1) control feed, (P2) Feed with content 50% BSF  (P3) feed with 100% BSF.  The results of the study 50% and 100% subtitution of BSF deffated larva meal not significantly affected on egg production evidenced by no disruption of the production of eggs and raised 5.82% (P2) and 6.13% (P3) to feed  control so that it can be concluded that deffated BSF meal  alternative can be used as a substitute for MBM quail in feed

Abstract

Implementation of education can not be separated by management, which contains Planning, Organizing, Actuatin and controlling, with the management of both educational institutions able to provide optimal service to the community, with quality management educational institutions capable of printing quality generation and with good quality management also good institutions capable of bringing positive change to this country. Planning as a first step in management has a very important role as a capital management of an institution / institution, which will produce the generations of excellence in achieving, independent, noble and able to compete with other countries. Therefore, the head of the madrasah needs to apply the strategic planning in the madrasah which includes the Foundational Model, the Early Action Planning Model and The Three-Strand Concurrent Model with their respective characteristics becoming part of the strategic management process related to the short, medium and long term objectives identification process from an institution or organization, extracting ideas and options, taking necessary steps to achieve the stated objectives, and monitoring (monitoring) progress or failure in order to determine future strategies.? Keywords: Perencanaan Strategis dan Penyelenggaraan Pendidikan

Abstract

The study was conducted to evaluate fermentation quality of complete feed silage based on corn, palm and cassava by products. Each complete feed was ensiled separately in 50 litres silo and were opened 6 weeks after ensiling. The silage products were evaluated in terms of physical (colour, smell, and presence of moulds), chemical (pH, N-amonia content, WSC loss and dry matter loss) and microbial properties (number of lactic acid bacteria). The data was analyzed by using Completely Randomized Design with three treatments and six replications, followed by LSD test. The result showed that all complete feed silage treatments were having good quality. Fermentation quality of silage was affected with  kind of complete feed silage (P<0.05). In general, all of treatments had good fermentation quality of silage, because it have lower pH, ammonia content, WSC loss and dry matter also. It is concluded that quality fermentation of complete feed silage based on corn, palm and cassava by products had good quality and can be recomended as ruminant feeding.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan mengevaluasi nutrisi ransum mengandung Indigofera zollingeriana terhadap performa anak kambing lepas sapih. Desain percobaan menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan ransum mengandung I.zollingeriana. Sebanyak 16 ekor anak kambing peranakan etawah (PE) betina lepas sapih (14-21 kg) dipelihara selama 8 minggu.I. zollingeriana diformulasi dalam konsentrat R1, R2, R3, R4 dengan proporsi masing-masing 0, 20, 40 dan 60% I. zollingeriana. Ransum diberikan berupa konsentrat dan rumput gajah (RG), yaituI0 (75% R1 + 25% rumput gajah), I20 (75% R2 + 25% RG), I40 (75% R3 + 25% RG), I60 (75% R4 + 25% RG).Peubah yang diamati adalah konsumsi dan kecernaan protein, utilisasi nitrogen, nutrien darah, pertambahan bobot badan (PBB) harian dan efisiensi ransum. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis ragam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan konsumsi protein kasar I40 lebih tinggi (P&lt;0.05) dibandingkan I0.Kecernaan bahan organik I20 lebih tinggi (P&lt;0.05) dari I60.Kecernaan protein kasar I20 dan I40 lebih tinggi (P&lt;0.05) dibandingkan I0 dan I60. Total digestible nutrient ransum I0 dan I20 lebih tinggi (P&lt;0.05) dibandingkan I40 dan I60. Konsumsi N I0 lebih rendah (P&lt;0.05) dari I40. Retensi N I40 lebih tinggi (P&lt;0.05) dibandingkan I0 dan I60, sedangkan I20 lebih tinggi (P&lt;0.05) dibandingkan I0. Net nitrogen utilization I20 dan I40 lebih tinggi (P&lt;0.05) dibandingkan I0 dan I60. Konsentrasi total protein, albumin dan immonoglobulin G plasma darah anak kambing tidak berbeda. Kolesterol darah I40 dan I60 lebih rendah (P&lt;0.05) I0 dan I20. PBB harian I20 lebih tinggi (P&lt;0.05) dibandingkan I0 dan I60. Efisiensi I20 berbeda (P&lt;0,05) dari ransum lainnya. Abstract

The aim of this experiment is to evaluate the nutrient quality of leucaena leaf meal (LLM) with addition of sheep rumen fluid enzyme for nile tilapia feed and incubated in vitro either for 2 or 24 hours. This experiment was arranged in a completely randomized design with 6 treatments and 3 replications. Those treatments were enzyme levels of 0, 20, 40, 60, 80, and 100 ml/ kg LLM. Results showed that nutrient quality of LLM with addition of sheep rumen fluid enzyme that incubated for 24 hours had the best result compared to that incubated for 2 hours. This finding significantly affected (PO.05) on the increase of sugar release (76.97%), soluble glucose (21.27%) and soluble protein (37.7%). It is concluded that sheep rumen fluid enzyme has a great potential for improving nutritional quality of leucaena leaf meal of fish feed.

Abstract

Penentuan Dewasa Menurut Hukum Islam Dan Berbagai Disiplin Hukum. Setiap orang atau subjek hukum mempunyai kecakapan hukum (rechtsbekwaamheid) atau kewenangan untuk melakukan perbuatan hukum (rechtsbevoegdheid), akan tetapi juga tidak semua subjek hukum mempunyai kecakapan serta kewenangan untuk melakukan perbuatan hukum. Salah satu syarat cakap hukum adalah dewasa, dan penting untuk melihat batasan dewasa menurut berbagai disiplin hukum serta pengaruh mazhab hukum dalam penentuan batasan dewasa dari masing-masing disiplin hukum. Ketentuan tentang batasan dewasa berakibat hukum terhadap sah atau tidaknya dia melakukan perbuatan hukum.
