Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menerapkan analisis kompetensi inti pada bisnis ekowisata hutan bakau di BeeJay Bakau Resort. Analisis VRIO (Valueable, Rare, unImitability, Organize) dipakai dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kompetensi inti yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan. Kompetensi inti diperlukan oleh suatu perusahaan agar mempunyai daya saing dibandingkan dengan pesaingnya. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi inti dari BeeJay Bakau Resort adalah kemampuan mengelola wisata terintegrasi, luas wisata pantai, penginapan pasang surut, bahan baku fresh, teknologi, kedekatan dengan pemasok, skill membangun serta skill memasak dan show Hibaci.

Abstract

Indonesia has a high potential for nature tourism refer to the increasing number of tourist visited. Green Hill Park is a tourism area at TWA Cimanggu, Bandung District, West Java. The aim of this study is to identify the internal and external factors, analyze the application of ecotourism principles, as well as analyze and arrange ecotourism marketing strategies at Green Hill Park TWA Cimanggu. Principles of ecotourism has become the cornerstone of tourism activities implementation in Green Hill Park, but has not been applied properly because of the unstable management. Based on the results of IFE and EFE, Green Hill Park was in a strong enough position. Based on the IE matrix, Green Hill Park was located on the second cell, grown and built. Based on the SWOT analysis, six alternative strategies were obtained. Based on the analysis of AHP, the most influential factor is community participation, factors that play the biggest role are managers, objective that most needed to be achieved was to increase tourism services by using the priority alternative strategies which is involving the community in the tourism program.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of quality of work life (QWL) on turnover intention through organizational commitment of account officers in micro-finance company. This research was conducted using the survey method. Data were collected using questionnaires from 115 account officers at a micro-finance company in West Java. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and SEM-PLS. The results of this study indicate that QWL has a significant and positive effect on organizational commitment and organizational commitment has a significant and negative effect on turnover intention. It can be concluded that by increasing the implementation of QWL will increase the organizational commitment of employees to remain in the company so that it decreases the intention of employees to move or leave the company.

Abstract

The aims of this research are to compare characteristic differences of milk consumers in traditional and modern market, to analyze the influence of environmental factor (cultural, social class, individual, family and situation) on milk consumer buying decision in traditional and modern market, and to analyze the dominant sub-factors in influencing consumer to buy milk product in both market. This research was conducted in Pasar Anyar Bogor and Giant Hypermart Botani Square Bogor from February until April 2015. The data used was primary data collected through questionnaire and analyzed by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through Partial Least Square (PLS) approach.The results show that individual factor and family factors emerge as environmental sub-factor which affect positively buying decision of milk product both in traditional and modern market. As a whole, the impact environmental factor on milk consumer buying decision is 72,6% in traditional market and 78% in modern market

Abstract

Today print media face serious problem. Technology advances in communication and information sector has caused online media grow rapidly replacing the function of print media. The growth of online media caused some print media industries change their product into the online version, even some of them stop producing. This study aims to see the influence of online media towards the consumption of print media from the consumers’ point of view. This study was conducted in Institut Pertanian Bogor with 92 lecturers as respondents. Proportional random sampling technique was used in this study. Structural Equation Model based on SMART Partial Least Square v2.0 with four latent variables which were reader’s motivation, behavior of reading print media, behavior of reading online media, and media consumption decision were used in this study to analyze the data. The result of the analysis showed that (1) reader’s motivation directly had significant effect on reader’s consumption decision, (2)reader’s motivation directly had significant effect on behavior of reading print media, (3 )reader’s motivation had significant effect on behavior of reading online media, and (4) behavior of reading print media had insignificant effect on the media consumption decision (5) behavior of reading online media had insignificant effect on the media consumption decision.

Abstract

Meningkatnya kesadaran masyarakat terhadap gaya hidup sehat akhir-akhir ini, mempengaruhi kecenderungan konsumen Indonesia untuk mengkonsumsi makanan sehat seperti makanan organik. Kesadaran masyarakat tentang kesehatan akan meningkatkan permintaan untuk sayuran organik. Fenomena ini mendorong persaingan antara produsen sayuran organik yang semakin tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan: 1) Menganalisis faktor kondisi yang mempengaruhi daya saing sayuran organik; 2) Menganalisis strategi peningkatan daya saing sayuran organik; 3) Menganalisis prioritas strategi peningkatan daya saing sayuran organik. Data primer diperoleh wawancara dengan responden yang dipilih dengan menggunakan conveniance sampling. Model berlian Porter dan model lima kekuatan Porter digunakan untuk melihat faktor-faktor eksternal dan faktor kondisi daya saing dari sayuran organik. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) digunakan untuk menentukan strategi terbaik. Faktor tertinggi dari hasil analisa adalah sumberdaya modal, sumber daya alam dan lingkungan, infrastruktur dan kekuatan pemasok, sedangkan nilai terendah adalah pengaruh produk pengganti. Prioritas tertinggi yang dapat dipilih sebagai strategi alternatif adalah membangun citra positif dalam industri.Kata kunci: analisis strategi, daya saing, sayuran organik.

Abstract

As the trend of online business shopping began to develop it is necessary to have a number of factors anticipated, among others, fresh vegetables/fruit online repurchase intention. The aim of this study is to explain the determinant which influences repurchase intention of customer who buys fruits and vegetables by using e-commerce in Indonesia. Stimulus-Organism-Response Model are used as the basic concepts in this study. The sample collection methods in this study is convenience sampling from 331 respondents who met the criteria. Collected data is analysed using Structural Equation Model (SEM) Lisrel 8.8 and SPSS 24.0 program for all variables. The result of the findings show that there is a significant influence between emotion and risk perceived towards online repurchase intention, and perceived risk give a negative impact to online repurchase intention and emotion. The reputation of e-retailers has no significant effect on perceived risk. Perceived risk has a significant influence on emotion and online repurchase intentions.This study found that emotion significantly influences willingness to online repurchase intention toward fresh vegetables/fruits in Indonesian?s e-shopper. This study will be useful to vegetables and fruits e-retailers as well as future researchers.Keywords: online repurchase intention, e-commerce, stimulus-organism-response model, reputation, emotion, perceived risk

Abstract

Investment is an investing activity on a company of aimed to obtain the return. One of the interesting investmentsfor investors is investing in the mining sector because of large amount of return obtained in a short time.Before choosing which stocks to be invested in the mining companies, investors need to look at the companyperformance to avoid the risk. The purposes of this study are to examine the investment potential and analyze theinfluence of financial ratios (CR, DER, EPS, ROE, TATO, ROA, PER, NPM) on stock returns in the mining sector.The object of this research is mining companies who are listed on index SRI-Kehati and Jakarta Islamic Index(JII) period 2010–2013 consistently. The method used was descriptive analysis to calculate Tobin‘s Q score tolook at potential investments. Panel data regression analysis was conducted to see the effect of financial ratios tostock return. The results show that PTBA and MEDC have high investment potential from 2010–2013. Becausethe company’s Tobin‘s Q score acquired above 1 for four consecutive years, while the explanatory variables havea positive and significant effect on stock returns is CR, EPS, ROA, and PER. PTBA is the highest average score ofCR, EPS, ROA, and PER compared to the other mining companies. Therefore, PTBA is the best choice of investmentfor investors, specifically in the mining sector.

Abstract

Mariculture of vaname shrimp, which is based on the social entrepreneur, is one of the strategies to improve the coastal welfare community. This concept focuses on enhancing the community's economy and environmental sustainability. To succeed in the business, an active role and stakeholder involvement is needed. This study aims to identify and map the role of stakeholders that influences business activities. Data analysis is carried out descriptively based on the results of identification, the typology classification, and the analysis of Dependence Mapping. The results of the study state that the role of stakeholders is divided into the internal and the external. The typology classification shows the educational institutions expect the role of definite owned by the group leader, the research and suppliers, the latent-discretionary by operational and marketing executives, the expected-dangerous by local governments, provincial governments and community leaders, the latent-dormant by the mass media and NGOs, the latent-discretionary by private companies, the latent demanding by financial institutions and MSMEs, and the expected-dependent by end consumers. The groups of stakeholders that influence the business are 1) High Interdependence consisting of group leaders, operational executors, finance and marketing, suppliers and private companies, and 2) Power Stakeholders consisting of end consumers, community leaders, local governments, educational and research institutions. Abstract

Food security is a system consists of availability, distribution, and consumption subsystems. Food availability subsystem functions in guaranting food supply, in terms of quantity, quality (certification), variability, and safety. The main problem in materializing security of organic food commodities are quantity and quality of organic food, particularly vegetables. In other words, the organic vegetable can affect farmer?s economic situation in different way depending on the adopted particular technolog. Therefore, the objectives of this study are (1) to describe the characteristics of organic vegetable products, (2) to identify internal and external factors related to the production of organic vegetables with a farmer-based high added value, and (3) to formulate a strategy of the production of organic vegetables with a farmer-based high added value (certified). Data were collected by purposive sampling and analyzed using matrix analysis tools of internal factor evaluation, external factor evaluation, internal external, and focus group discussion, as the basis for analyzing strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT), followed by quantitative strategic planning matrix (QSPM) to obtain the main alternative strategy for the development of organic vegetable with premium price. The study was carried out in Garut, West Java. This study confirmed 3 main strategic issues for the development of organic vegetables in the region, that is, market, organic vegetable production, and human resource.
