This study very interesting to discuss because it can seeÂ the process of program and impact to peopleâs live who is be member of that program, one of them is Fataloza Nur Razak. To facilitate this research, the problem can be formulated as follows: (1) How is the background of life Fataloza Nur Rozak before and after got the assistance program. (2) How does the socio-economic life of Fataloza Nur Rozak before and after got that program. The method that used in this research is historical method performed with several stages. The first is heuristic which are interview, documentation, and library research. The researcher doing interview with Fataloza Nur razak , her husband and two her children. The researcher also gets more information from many sources such as book and thesis in Regional Library, Unand Library, UNP Library and STKIP PGRI Library that has related with the topic. The second stage is source criticism, which the researcher verify the data in external critic and internal critic.Â Â The third stage is analysis, systematic and interpretation. In the last stage, the researcher reports the result of research. Based on the research the researcher describes the results are, the existence of PNPM Mandiri give benefits for members especially for Fataloza Nur Razakâs economic life, and Fataloza Nur Razakâs life better after be member of PNPM Mandiri.
Generally, this research is purposed to see the history of âSOEARA BONDJOLâ IN MEDAN : A Study Of Pers Community In East Sumatera 1919-1925. Moreover, the purpose of this research is to know history experiences (pre-education) which stimulate the appreance of Soeara Bondjol newspaper. It responded reader of society that time and it was exist among massa media in Medan.Furthermore, the research method is history method. Researcher used two kinds of data, they are primary and secondary data. The primary datawas Soeara Bondjol newspaper 1919-1925 edition and Besluit. Books, journals and magazines were the secondary data whch are used in this research. In interview study researcher did an interview with resources who were convenient for this researcher.The findings of this researchshown that Soeara Bondjol newspaper had hometown base (it was especially for minang people in Bondjol. It published in Medan by Setia Bondjol. Organization. Its development involved physical appearance and content. Indevelopmetal period, Soeara Bondjol was consisted of two periods, such as first periode (1919-1921) and movement period (1922-1925) the regrssionof this newspaper was caused by financial problem. Soeara Bondjol was one of unit actinity from Setia Bondjol communitywhich established in Medan, November 22th 1914. âSetia Bondjolâ is a commonications media of Bondjol society. The purpose of theis newpaper is thevelopment for Bondjol, Negeri Nan Tigo Laras Rajo Nan Ampek Selo. It gave a news or informations about activity of Setia Bondjol community and its problems. There were so many changes and development in this period starting from beginning until the end. It can be proved by viewing its cover rubrication and its financial.

The purpose of this research is to explain what are the changes that happened in social life the boss of sand mine in Nagari Pasir Talang. Life the of boss sand mine in Nagari Pasir Talang, the influence the of boss sand mine on social economic life of boss sand mine in Nagari Pasir Talang Sub-district Sungai Pagu Regency Solok Selatan in 2000-2010. The method that used in this study is the historical method. The method consists of the following four stages: (1 ) Heuristic is a collect the data , looking for the source and conclude to library study and interviews . ( 2) Criticism source , in order to obtain the facts of history . ( 3 ) Interpretation, the obtained data analyzed and interpreted with connecting and comparing the observed facts so the fact that ready to be served . This study describes the life the boss of sand mine changes which previously worked as a farmer turned into a boss of sand mine. During they be a farmer their income just enough for daily needs. However, after 2000 when they switched into of the sand mine, their socio-economic life is growing until 2010. Increased socio-economic life boss of sand we can see from the previous income which just enough for daily need, but after be a boss of sand mine they can sufficient their family life, such as lifestyle, education, housing and health care.
This research aims to improve the education qualities in Madrasah (Islamic school) by managing the funding. The background of the study indicates the readiness of madrasah to improve the quality of education through madrasah-based management which seems questionable. Some factors indicating the weakness of the quality of education in madrasah are the problem of the financing management system. Madrasah requires the management of financing because it generally develops and is managed independently. In order to improve the quality of education, madrasah should meet the minimum financing management criteria. The intended financing consists of investment, operating, and personal costs. There are three things the madrasah must do in financing management, including planning, implementing, evaluating and accountability.

POMPAI is a child newspaper born in colonial times. This newspaper comes along with the emergence of movements in Indonesia. Before becoming a child newspaper, POMPAI was a newspaper that also often voiced national movements. Suspicion and pressure from the colonial government, made POMPAI transformed into a child newspaper with the aim of educating indigenous children, especially in West Sumatra. There are several children's newspapers that appear together with the POMPAI newspaper. Among them; Chain Mas and Pelipoer Heart. Both of these newspapers have similarities and differences but have the same goal of wanting to entertain indigenous children and teach knowledge through newspapers. Not many of these children's newspapers are present in West Sumatra. In addition to the pressure from the colonial government, the economic condition of indigenous newspaper businessmen is often a constraint. Age of this newspaper can be said not long or last long. POMPAI itself only lasted about two years. However, his role in the development of the knowledge of indigenous children is taken into account. This study reviews “The Leadership of H. Ismail in Moving Kerinci People Opposition Against Netherlands Imperialsm in 1903”. This research is motivated by the great role of H. Ismail, but He was not well known by the public. His existence was not well known by the public as good as Mat Kasib namely Depati Parbo known by the public. This research was conducted using historical method that consist of 4 stages. These results indicate that a major role of H. Ismail that he couldn't underestimate in ‘Perang Tahun Tigo’ period. In addition, this study also showed that H. Ismail is the only figure who can consolidate the troops of the many regions in Kerinci. When the first period of his leadership, he only led the people who came from his region. He got a victory after defeated the enemy successfully. Entering the second period, after the war ended, the Kerinci people from another regions chose the join with him. Unfortunately in this period they accepted their defeat And had to go back a way to the forest. H. Ismail there is still a role as a leader in the guerrilla war, he still be a leader until he was old, the people especially his family persuaded him to "down the mountain" and live as an ordinary people.
Tulisan ini menganalisis proses perkembangan pembelajaran yang dilalui anak yang dibagi dalam tiga tahapan penting yakni perkembangan kognitif, perkembangan bahasa dan perkembangan sosioemosional. Karena setiap anak memiliki karakteristik dan keunikan tersendiri, maka dalam tiga proses perkembangan yang saling berinteraksi, diperlukan sekali kemampuan guru untuk mengimplementasikannya dalam setiap proses pembelajaran. Guru yang paham dengan perkembangan siswanya akan memberikan metode dan pendekatan pembelajaran yang tepat bagi siswanya tersebut sehingga perkembangan kognitif, bahasa dan emosional semakin berkembang dengan baik. Tulisan yang menggunakan metode studi pustaka ini menyarankan agar guru dapat menjadi motivator dan fasilitator sehinggga guru dapat mendorong perkembangan ketiga aspek ini dalam pembelajaran. Pendekatan yang dapat dilakukan oleh guru dalam pembelajaran terkait dengan perkembangan kognitif, bahasa dan sosioemosional siswa adalah pendekatan konstruktivis, pembelajaran kelompok, dan pembelajaran pengaturan diri. Selain itu ketiga aspek ini juga dapat dikembangkan melalui berbagai kegiatan ekstra kurikuler dan bimbingan rohani.
