Abstract

Economic development and growth in the City Wonosari relatively fast growing, giving rise to the high mobility of the impact on the increase in traffic flow, traffic volume and road network system. One effort to do that with the planned construction of the North Ring Road City Wonosari able to support the creation of a transportation system that is effective, efficient, provide smooth transport, and increasing the role and function of national roads which have an important role in the conduct of regional transport flows in the Province Central Java. From the analysis of the northern ring road planning Wonosari City in accordance with the volume of traffic survey determined the number of lanes is 2/2 UD. From the calculation of the northern ring road planning Wonosari City, at the intersection specified the use of rigid pavement while traffic along the ring road north of the City Wonosari using flexible pavements.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Perkembangan wilayah Tembalang, baik di kecamatan Banyumanik dan kecamatan Tembalang, tumbuh dengan pesat. Perkembangan yang tidak didukung dengan fasilitas sarana maupun prasarana yang ada menyebabkan kemacetan kawasan Tembalang. Untuk itu, dilakukan evaluasi untuk mengetahui kinerja jalan Prof. Soedarto, SH, dengan perhitungan derajat kejenuhan berdasar survey LHR. Lalu dilakukan evaluasi terhadap kondisi eksisting angkutan umum saat ini, dari segi kinerja trayek, sarana dan prasarana. Kemudian dilakukan survei kuisioner dan wawancara pada masyarakat yang bermukim di sekitar jalan Prof. Soedarto, SH secara random sampling untuk melihat perilaku pergerakan dan pendapat masyarakat. Variable yang digunakan yaitu kondisi sarana dan prasarana, tingkat kenyamanan, sistem operasional, pola pergerakan, kriteria transportasi umum yang diinginkan. Dari hasil tersebut direncanakan sistem feeder yang sesuai untuk jalan Prof. Soedarto, SH, Tembalang. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan pada ruas persimpangan Setiabudi ? persimpangan SPBU Undip memiliki derajat kejenuhan ? 0,75 sehingga perlu dilakukan penanganan. Sistem feeder yang direncanakan adalah jalur pedestrian yang menghubungkan dengan angkutan feeder dan BRT, Rute trayek baru angkutan utama dan ranting yang melewati jalan Prof. Soedarto, SH, mengacu pada Perda no.14 tahun 2011 tentang RTRW kota Semarang. Kata Kunci : sistem feeder, kemacetan, kinerja jalan, sustainableABSTRACT Development of the Tembalang region, both on Banyumanik or Tembalang Sub-district, is grow rapidly. Therefor, evaluation is needed to determine performance of Prof. Soedato, SH, Street by calculating degree of saturation that based on traffic survey. Then, evaluation of existing condition of public transportation at present, in term of route performance, facilities and infrastructure. Then conducted a questionnaire and interview survey in people who lived around of Prof. Soedarto, SH. street by random sampling to know how about people behaviour on trip and opinion. Variable used are facilities and infrastructure condition, level of ease, operational system, trip pattern, desired criteria for public transportation. From that result, designed suitable feeder system for Prof. Soedarto, SH. Street. Evaluation result show that segment Setiabudi intersection ? Undip Gas Station intersection has degree saturation value ? 0,75, so that its necessary treatment. Feeder system which designed is pedestrian track that would be connected with feeder transport or bus rapid transit, The main dan branch of new routes of transportation, which pass through Prof. Soedarto, SH. Abstract

Salatiga arterial ring road is one primary arterial road, that connect the capital city of central java?s Semarang and Surakarta capital city. Salatiga arterial ring road was estabilashed with the purpose that the continuous trafficing between Semarang-Surakarta could be alternated without passing city, so the traffic jam will be reduced. The construction of Salatiga arterial ring road has been started since 2005 and the limited time of this road is 2016, so it needs some road pavement, road complement facility such as traffic sign s traffic performance, road pavement, road complement facility such as traffic sign, road markers, road light lamp and road drainage channel. This evaluation be done that for Salatiga arterial ring road still be maximumly functioned when serves the traffic movements.

Abstract

Ambarawa is a small town in Central Java. The location is between the two major cities of Semarang and Yogyakarta. In the development of an increase in the density of traffic on the road Theater - MGR Soegijaapranata Ambarawa traffic density is due to the market Ambarawa have very solid activity around it and the narrowing of the road in front of the market. Therefore the construction of the ring road Ambarawa done. In the process of the construction of the ring road is a problem with the bridge construction Tambakboyo. The problem is the soil avalanche oprit pile on one side of the abutment. To address the problems with the structure of the solution taken Millipedes. The solution was taken because the original soil conditions where there is very unstable old former underground streams that support native land oprit heap. Oprit caused landslides on a sloping abutments, so it needs to be jacked back into position. The slope is not going to happen because the abutment unstable. To handle oprit While, based on the analysis and calculations, selected spoon piles with a diameter of 45 cm in the construction of the bridge 120 meters long millipede. Spoon piles Depth varies from 15 meters to 19 meters. To bind each pile pilecap are associated with beams. With the improvement in oprit expected to provide stability for the abutment and landslides again.

Abstract

Along with growth of density of traffic getting through joint streets of Ngadirojo Biting so government of Province Central Java of has a plan to  innovate Bridge of Mider III . This Matter because of the Bridge have passed plan and also Wonogiri is area which is expanding and the position of strategic that is connecting Sub-Province of Wonogiri Central Java with Sub-Province of Ponorogo Java East. Replacment of Mider III Bridge to be build  this is prestressed-concrete Bridge with length 50 meters. This bridge consist of two unfolding limited by one pillar and two abutment. The width of bridge is  9,7  m that  consists of 2 traffic lanes, 3,5 m width of each lane and there are pavement 1  m width in the right and left side of the bridge. For upper structure, there are reinforced concrete for floor bridge, and the girders uses 10 prestreesed concrete type I height (H) 1600 mm. For under structure consists of reinforced concrete abutment with contrafort, and for pillar, it is made from reinforced concrete with rectangle shape 3 m x 3 m, and for foundations its used The Foundation using the  sinks foundation with diameter 3,5 m  for abutment and 5 m  for pillar , the depth of the  sinks  foundation for abutment is 5 m  and the depth of the  sinks  foundation for pillar  is 7 m. On the design of this bridge,Mider III is planned also connection way between bridge and ring road way which is called oprit are also designed. Each way has length 125 m and it is same on Wonogiri destination and Ponorogo  destination. This connection way uses flexible pavement with laston thick 100 mm, base course foundation with class A aggregate thick  200 mm, upper course foundation with sirtu class B thick  400 mm. Based on the bill of quantity the design of Tambakboyo bridge needs Rp 5.063.827.000,00 (Five Billion Sixty Three Million Eight Hundreds twenty seven Thousand rupiah ) and PPN 10 % Rp 506.382.700,00 (Five Hundreds Six Million Three Hundred eighty two Thousands Seven Hundred Rupiah). While this project can be finished on 34 weeks.

Abstract

Highway Traffic on Semarang ? Magelang track was having a significant increased of traffic flow, the degree saturation of highways and travel time, and decreased of vehicle speed. An alternative is required to overcome conditions. In accordance with the Railways Master Plan of Central Java Province, for Semarang ? Magelang track, the railway corridor Magelang ? Ambarawa is one of the reactivation form of the non active railway. Feasibility study of railway reactivation of Semarang ? Magelang track in 2013, potential train passengers by 2038 pnp/day, the potential for freight transport by 7.7 tons/day and supported by the existing of rail way which can be reactivated. Based on topography with the avarage flatness is 20 o/oo, there are 3 alternatives for railway track that was developed with the utilization of existing track along 21.9 km and selected alternative track along 13,1 km. From the result of potential analysis of the passanger and existing condition are using grade 4th for railway grade plans with overall planning is based on the previsons of PM No. 60 in 2012, KM. No. 52 in 2000, and PD PJKA No. 10 in 1986.

Abstract

Demak currently only have a passenger terminal with type B, namely Bintoro Terminal located at Sultan Fattah Street. Problems that occur in the terminal are because there was no separation between the arrival and departure areas causing the queues of vehicles and internal circulation is not smooth. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the condition of existing terminal based on facilities and performance terminal, the terminal optimization plan, determine alternative location and layout plan of the new terminal and its internal and external circulation terminals, pavement structure inside the terminal, and the budget planning. The method used in this study is to evaluate the condition of the existing terminal, optimizing the existing terminal, and planning a new terminal if the optimization is not possible. The primary data used were technical data and data rate of arrival and departure of vehicles. Primary data are obtained by conducting direct surveys to observe the arrival and departure times at each service line. The results of the evaluation of the existing terminal indicate that the terminal is not feasible as terminal type B both in terms of facilities and the performance of the terminal. It is evident from the facility for the arrival and departure areas are not separate. Waiting place for passengers is also very limited and becomes one with the arrival and departure areas.Besides, the availability of terminal area covering 5829 m2 is very less compared to the standard type B terminal area that has been set by the Department of Transportation, which is area of 3,5 ha. If viewed from service lines performance, there are several lines of service that has the traffic intensity values greater than 1. From the optimization results also showed that with adding lines of service plans are obtained for the traffic intensity value of 1,11. The possible solutions is by planning a new terminal as a replacement existing terminal. Results obtained planning a new terminal locations located in the Village Jogoloyo, District Wonosalam, Demak regency.New terminal layout plan based on the needs of the land at the end of life plan based on growth predictions bus trips for 20 years.The results of the planning layout are the circulation patterns AKDP and AKAP bus, angkot and angkudes and private vehicles (cars and motorcycles). The intersection access to terminal is planned intersection of three of sleeves, type-344. The value of degree of saturation (DS) at the entry and exit terminal amounting 0,566 and 0,704 with each delay amounting 9,297 sec/smp and 10,892 sec/smp. Terminal access road is a ring road Demak (4/2D) under DS at the end of life plan is at 1,14, so it takes effort to improve the type of road being 6/2D and obtained values of DS at 0,76.Pavement planned using rigid pavement with a thick of base course is 30 cm and the surface layer of concrete is 20 cm. This layer will be used to coat the area serving AKAP and AKDP bus.Flexible pavement with a thickness of each layer is 35 cm for a foundation made of gravel sub-class A, 14 cm grade A layer of crushed stone as the foundation and the surface layer is 13 cm Laston MS 744 is used to coat the area of public transportation and angkudes. Pavement paving installed on any platform and access for pedestrians and sidewalk ceramics installed in the area of public service.Meanwhile, pavement paving installed on every platform and access for the pedestrian. Plan for the budget needed for the construction of the new terminal is Rp 28,987,398,500.00 includes costs of preparatory work, the main building terminal, construction of supporting facilities and infrastructure building.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Jalan Bedono ? Jambu merupakan jalan antar kota yang menghubungkan Semarang dengan Magelang, yang dilintasi truk dengan muatan melebihi batas yang diijinkan, sehingga menimbulkan kerusakan jalan. Apabila masing-masing lajur dibandingkan secara visual, terlihat bahwa lajur jalan yang menuju Semarang mengalami kerusakan lebih parah daripada menuju Magelang. Diperkirakan komposisi lalu lintas dan beban kendaraan berat mempengaruhi terjadinya perbedaan ini. Studi ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui perbandingan kerusakan jalan antar lajur yaitu pada arah Magelang ? Semarang dan lajur arah Semarang ? Magelang akibat volume lalu lintas dan beban kendaraan. Komposisi lalu lintas dapat diketahui melalui survai lalu-lintas harian rata-rata yang didapat dengan menghitung jumlah lalu lintas tiap golongan kendaraan yang melewati titik pos pengamatan dalam durasi waktu tiap 10 menit. Sementara, kerusakan jalan ditinjau secara visual dengan titik tinjauan tiap 100 m (Km 46+000 s/d Km 49+500). Kedua data ini digunakan untuk melihat hubungan antara beban kendaraan dengan kerusakan, jenis kendaraan yang berpengaruh besar terhadap kerusakan dan erhitungan kumulatif angka ekivalen beban sumbu kendaraan yang dihitung menggunakan beban standar dan beban berlebih (overload) dengan menggunakan metode Bina Marga yaitu Pd. T-05-2005-B. Pengaruh jenis kendaraan terhadap kerusakan jalan dianalisis dengan metode regresi. Dari hasil analisis dapat diketahui bahwa besarnya kerusakan pada arah menuju Magelang rata-rata sebesar 28,995%, sedangkan besarnya kerusakan pada arah menuju Semarang rata-rata sebesar 51,064%. Sementara, persentase volume lalu lintas untuk arah menuju Semarang yaitu 51,1% sepeda motor, 14,5% kendaraan berat dan sisanya untuk golongan kendaraan lain. Hal ini juga ditunjukkan pada arah menuju ke Magelang dengan 54,35% sepeda motor, 13,81% kendaraan berat dan sisanya dibagi dalam golongan kendaraan lain. Secara individual, pada arah menuju Magelang yaitu truk 2 sumbu dan truk 3 sumbu dalam keadaan terisi mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kerusakan jalan, dengan model regresi Y = 1,968 + 0,001X3 + 0,001X6 + 0,001X8 + 0,001X9 + 0,003X10 + 0,001X11 + 0,001X13 dan untuk arah menuju Semarang, dengan penyebab kerusakan didominasi truk 2 sumbu dalam keadaan bak terisi, dengan model regresi Y = 2,967 + 0,001X5 + 0,001X8 ? 0,001X13. Besarnya nilai akumulasi ekivalen beban sumbu standar untuk arah menuju Semarang adalah sebesar 697846,789 dan untuk arah menuju Magelang adalah sebesar 451325,327. Akumulasi ekivalen beban overload untuk kedua arah pergerakan berturut-turut adalah sebesar 1520870,778 untuk pergerakan ke arah Semarang dan 810615,090 untuk pergerakan ke arah Magelang. Kata kunci : perbandingan, kerusakan jalan, overload   ABSTRACT Bedono ? Jambu road is an inter-city roads connecting Semarang to Magelang, which is crossed by trucks with loads exceed the allowable limit, causing damage to the road. If each lane compared visually, it appears that lane road to Semarang suffered more damages than toward Magelang. Estimated composition of traffic and heavy vehicle loads affect the occurrence of these differences. In this study was conducted to compare the inter-lane road damage is on the way Magelang ? Semarang and lane direction Semarang ?Magelang due to traffic volume and vehicle load. Traffic composition can be determined through surveys of traffic daily average obtained by counting the number of each class of vehicle traffic that passes through the observation post within the time duration every 10 minutes. Meanwhile, the damage visually reviewed by point review every 100 m (Km 46 +000 to Km 49 +500). Both of these data will be used to examine the relationship between the weight of the vehicle with the damage, the types of vehicles that have a big impact damage and calculation of the cumulative number of equivalent axle load of vehicles is calculated using the standard load and overload using the method of Bina Marga is Pd. T-05-2005-B. Influence the types of vehicles against damage analyzed with regression methods. From the analysis the magnitude of damage in the direction toward Magelang is about 28.995%, meanwhile the extent of damage on the way to Semarang is about 51.064%. Meanwhile, the percentage of traffic volume to the direction towards Semarang is the 51.1% motorcycles, 14.5% of heavy vehicles and the remainder for other vehicle classes. It is also indicated in the direction toward Magelang with 54.35% motorcycle, 13.81% heavy vehicles and the remainder divided into groups of other vehicles. Individually, in the direction toward Magelang by the two axes truck and 3 axes truck in a state filled have a significant effect on the damage, with the regression model Y = 1,968 + 0,001X3 + 0,001X6 + 0,001X8 + 0,001X9 + 0,003X10 + 0,001X11 + 0,001X13 and in the direction toward Semarang, the cause of the damage is dominated two axes truck in an air filled, with the regression model Y = 2,967 + 0,001X5 + 0,001X8 ? 0,001X13. The value of the accumulated equivalent standard axle load for directions to Semarang amounted to 697,846.789 and for directions to Magelang amounted to 451,325.327. Accumulated equivalent overload for both the direction of the row is equal to 1,520,870.778 to move towards Semarang and 810,615.090 for movement toward Magelang. Abstract

Semarang city as a center of activity will always face problems which require the movement of vehicles and infrastructure facilities. Therefore need to model the movement on route choice in urban road network. By knowing the route choice models can be seen in the new alternative road network which is parallel to and travel time / travel costs are lower , then the riders tend to use the new road. In this study conducted at Mijen area road network. Road Manyaran ? Mijen is one of the most important because of it?s function as a alternative road that connects subdistrict Manyaran with subdistrict Mijen. The results of the Analysis and Upgrade Design Alternative Road Manyaran ? Mijen with 10 years design life, the value of the existing DS (Degree of Saturation) = 0,75, therfore it must improve the road by widening of 6 meters to 7 meters by 2 meters shoulder (2/2UD) and overlay. And also change the area of flexible pavement fracture with rigid pavement. From the analysis and planning of road improvement Manyaran - Mijen obtained results in the form of construction of the widening of 6 metres to 7 metres and composition of pavement construction for widening Laston height of 10 cm, 15 cm crushed stone class B (CBR 80 %), 20 cm gravel class B (CBR 50 %). While the overlay calculation showed 12 cm (Laston). For planning drainage (channel edge), the form used is rectangular channel. Plan budget for road planning Manyaran - Mijen This is Rp 72.518.550.000,00.

Abstract

The Central Java government was planning to reoperate unused railway, considering the road traffic that was increasing rapidly in Central Java. Today, Central Java region has 663 km of unoperated railway. Most of it was located in the 4th operational region (DAOP IV). This research was planned to make a priority scales about railways which had some potensial to reopen and its properness financially. The activating priority scales which was used in this operation based on analytical demand and analytical supply. Analytical demand consists of the traffic rate and the amount of passenger?s movements at the OD datas. Whereas, analytical supply consists of analytical techniques seen from field conditions such as terrain availability, tools or places conditions, and accessibility. The results shows that unoperated track between Semarang-Demak-Purwodadi-Blora-Cepu has the most potencial to reactivate again for passengers purpose. On the other hand, unoperated track which goes to Tanjung Emas Harbour also become the most potencial track to reactivate considering increasing activities in this harbour. Based on the analytical results, there were two passenger?s scenarios for shifting the use of  train transport, optimisstic scenario and pessimistic scenario. The optimisstic scenario was estimated to had 5058 passengers/day. While, the pessimistic scenario was estimated to had 1759 passengers/day. In order to reactivate the unoperated track between Semarang-Demak-Purwodadi-Blora-Cepu, a new construction was needed. It was because some of the old constructions were vanished and the railway type was very tiny, which were R.25 and R.33 type. All of those things above made this project highly cost, not to mention tools and operational funds to spend for its. From the financial view, the analytical result shows that NPV value was positive, BCR > 1, so it was good enough to reactivated. But, looking at the FIRR results, Semarang-Purwodadi track is the best option, considering its value is 5,69%, while for Semarang-Demak track is only 3,49%, and for Semarang-Cepu track is only 3,47%.  For a better result, reactivation process of this track need to consider surrounding area within the track.
