Abstract

Penelitian mengenai keanekaragaman jenis burung di Ruang Terbuka Hijau (RTH) Kota Banda Aceh telah dilakukan pada bulan November 2017 hingga Juni 2018. Metode yang digunakan adalah Metode Point Count. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa di tiga RTH Kota Banda Aceh ditemukan 14 jenis dari 12 famili dan 378 individu burung. Indeks Keanekaragaman (H’) di Taman Putroe Phang dengan nilai pagi H’=1,579 dan sore hari H’=1,988 dengan kategori sedang. Indeks Keanekaragaman pada Taman Bustanussalatin pagi hari H’=1,470 dan sore hari H’=1,380 kedua waktu pengamatan tersebut termasuk kategori rendah. Nilai Indeks Dominansi (C) Balang Padang yaitu sore hari berkategori tinggi (C=0,60). Jenis burung yang dominan yaitu jenis Passer montanus. Nilai Indeks Dominansi Taman Putroe Phang berkisar C=0,24 - C=0,16 dengan kategori rendah. Nilai Indeks dominansi Taman Bustanussalatin berkisar C=0,29 – C= 0,30. Frekuensi Kehadiran Relatif burung pada seluruh waktu yang berkategori tinggi terdapat 5 jenis yaitu Hirundo rustica, Nectarinia jugularis, Passer montanus, Pycnonotus aurigaster dan Orthotomus ruficeps. Hasil yang disajikan di sini dapat menfasilitasi peningkatan kepedulian terhadap upaya perlindungan habitat bagi burung yang terdapat dalam taman kota.

Abstract

Salah satu program pemerintah dalam usaha menurunkan angka kemiskinan terutama dalam hal kecukupan pangan adalah dengan memberikan bantuan beras bersubsidi. Selama ini proses yang terjadi dalam pendistribusian beras  bersubsidi menemui banyak permasalahan. Permasalahan yang paling sering adalah  distribusi  beras  bersubsidi  yang  tidak  tepat  sasaran.  Distribusi    beras  bersubsidi  ya ng  telah dilakukan oleh Pemerintah saat ini belum tepat sasaran sesuai dengan tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam Program Pemerintah ini. Hal ini terjadi karena kurangnya pengawasan dalam pendistribusiannya. Progam Pemerintah yang bertujuan untuk memperkuat ketahanan pangan Rumah Tangga Miskin dapat dicapai jika pendistribusian beras bersubsidi tepat sasaran yaitu  diberikan pada  Rumah Tangga Miskin. Proses yang berjalan dalam pendistribusian beras bersubsidi saat ini belum memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi informasi,    hanya dilakukan  melalui catatan survey yang  diberikan dari perangkat  daerah terendah ke perangkat daerah tingkat yang lebih tinggi.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang suatu sistem yang dapat membantu mendistribusikan beras bersubsidi sehingga tepat sasaran serta mensimulasikan perhitungan dalam menentukan penerima beras bersubsidi  dengan menggunakan metode Fuzzy  Simple  Additive  Weighting  (SAW)  yaitu  salah  satu  Metode  Penunjang  Keputusan  dengan melakukan Penjumlahan Terbobot. Metode SAW membutuhkan proses normalisasi matrik keputusan ke suatu skala yang dapat diperbandingkan dengan semua rating alternatif yang ada. Hasil dari perancangan sistem penunjang keputusan dan simulasi perhitungan dalam pendistribusian beras bersubsidi ini menjadi dasar bagi pihak terkait untuk menentukan penerima beras bersubsidi.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the diversity of vegetation species that compose mangrove forests in the village of Medan Mas, Kubu Raya Regency. Measured parameters of important value index , dominance index (C), species richness index (RI), species evenness index (e) was carried out using the survey method by means of a plot. The placement of the research path was done (purposive ). The path made in this study is 10 meters wide (5 m to the left 5 m to the right) and the path length is adjusted to the conditions in the field to the river boundary. From the pathway, a sub-plot is made with a size of 10 m x 10 m for the tree level, and 5 m x 5 m for the sapling level and 2 x 2 for the seedling level. The results of this study indicate that the types found in the field amounted to 12 species for seedlings, 10 species for saplings and 9 species for trees. . Based on the results of the data obtained, it is known that the index value of species diversity (H) at seedling, sapling and tree levels shows a number <1. This means that the value of species diversity found in mangrove forests in Medan Mas Village is relatively low. Forests with low species diversity values indicate that the forest area has experienced forest disturbance or damage. When data collection is carried out in the field, there are several locations that experience disruption or damage in the form of logged-over or transfer functions as shrimp ponds.Keywords: Mangrove Forest, Vegetation Diversity

Abstract

This research aimed to know the differences in the science physics argumentation skills of students learning with the Peer Instruction Integrated Guided Inquiry Learning model and conventional learning. The research method used was quasy experiment with posttest only control design. The research population was all eighth grade students of Junior High School (SMP) 3 Pekanbaru. Samples were taken from two classes chosen by simple random sampling, namely class VIII5, totaling 36 students as the experimental class and class VIII4, totaling 36 students as the control class. The research instrument used a test argumentation skills. Data collection techniques through argumentation skills tests, after the learning process is carried out in both classes. Data were analyzed descriptively by looking at the results of students' argumentation skills scores and inferential using the T-test. The results of descriptive analysis showed that the experimental class argumentation skills were good enough, while the control class categorized was less good with a difference of 22.84%. Inferential there were significant differences in students' argumentation skills in class learning vibration and wave material with Peer Instruction Integrated Guided Inquiry Learning model to conventional class. The use of Peer Instruction Integrated Guided Inquiry Learning model in learning science of physics of vibration and wave material in class VIII5 of SMP 3 Pekanbaru, can increase the ability of students' argumentation skills.

Abstract

This study describes the teacher competence of state elementary school in Parepare, the forms of achievement, and the achievement of competencethrough lesson study. The objectives of the study are to understand the teachercompetence level, the models of teacher competence, and the strategy ofachieving teacher competence through the lesson study. The research method isqualitative, data source from education and culture office of Parepare,supervisor, and teacher. Data collection techniques through observation,interview, documentation, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), and triangulation.Data analysis techniques are reduction, analysis, verification, and conclusions.The result of the research shows that teacher of state elementary school inParepare have high level of competence with the Teacher Competence Exam(UKG) graduation in 2016 an average of 54% and that has been certified 90%of 881 teachers. The improvement of teacher competence form through trainingactivities by the education and culture office of Parepare, USAID LocalFacilitator (Fasda) of Parepare, Indonesian Teachers Union (PGRI) ofParepare, Teacher Working Group (KKG) and cluster program. Achievement ofteacher competence through lesson study conducted several stages, namelybrainstorming learning problems, solutions to the problem, learning planning,implementation of learning, and evaluation. Abstract

This paper is aimed to analyze the change in employment in tourism sector in Aceh Province. The analysis is based on secondary data on employment and tourism. The model used in the analysis is multiple linear regression with independent variables are tourism industry, foreign tourists and tourism object along the dependent variable is employment/labor absorption. Based on the research findings with the regression analysis, it is found that the amount of the tourism industry, foreign tourist and tourism object affect employment/the amount of labor absorption in Aceh Province with adjusted R-squared is 0.8267. Therefore, to promote the tourism industry and labor absorption in Aceh economy, the government intervention is needed in facilitating regulation in tourism sector and setting the effective minimum wage in the effort to create more employment especially in tourism sector.Keywords: tourism, tourism object, employment, and labor absorption.

Abstract

Abstract: This research is aims to generate a learning module using virtual PhET simulationson the material of dynamic electric to be valid and proper for students to use as a self-learning materials. This research type using Research and Development (R&D) method with a model of the development are Four-D Model. The module was developed through four phases accordingto the development model being used, such as Define, Design, Develop and Dessiminates phase. The research data was obtained from the results of validation by three experts as validators. Instrument validation using content validity to assessment module by Badan Standar Nasional Pendidikan (BSNP) which consists of four feasibility aspects?s modules with 56 indicators assessment module. Validation was done through two phaseswhich is validation in first phase and validation in second phase. The results of the validation first phase, modules got an average value of 3.54 so the quality ofmodules at the validation phase one was ?Good?. The results of the validation second phase obtained an average value of 4.01 so that the quality of modules at the validation second phase was?Good?. Feasibility of contents?s module obtained an average value of 3.8in the category ?Good?, the feasibility of presentation?s module obtained an average value of 3.9 tocategory?Good?, feasibility of language?s modules obtained an average value of 3.9 to?Good?categoriy and feasibility of graphical?s modules scored an average of 4.01 in the ?Good? category. Based on the results of feasibility aspect?s module, the module has fulfilled the criteria of Self Instructional, Self Contained, Stand Alone, Adaptive and User Friendly. Based on the results of the validation, it can be concluded that learning module using virtual PhET simulations on the material dynamic electricwas valid and proper to use as a self-learning materials for students.

Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this research was to produce module PIL (Physics, I’m in Love) based on simple experiment on material of light and optical was valid and suitable for use as a supplement Physics learning media for students. This research type using Research and Development (R&D) method with a model of the development was Four-D Model. The module was developed through four phases according to the development model being used such as Define, Design, Develop and Dessiminates phase. The research data was obtained from the results of validation by three experts as validators. Instrument validation using content validity to assessment module by Badan Standar Nasional Pendidikan (BSNP) which consists of four feasibility aspects’s modules with 56 indicators assessment module and questionnaires adaptation about three strategies PIL. Validation was done through two phases which is validation in first phase and validation in second phase. The results of the validation first phase got an average value of 3.88 and the validation second phase got an average value 4.04. Both of the phase produce quality module to the category of "Good". The results of the validation using three strategies PIL got the average value of 4.06 to the quality of the "Good". In general, the module has fulfilled the criteria of Self Instructional, Self Contained, Stand Alone, Adaptive and User Friendly. Based on the results of the validation, it can be concluded that module PIL which based simple experiment is valid and properly use as supplement materials for students.Keywords: Module, Simple Experiment, Light and Optical.

Abstract

Abstract. One of the elements that must be preserved and maintained through education is values, traditions, culture, skills and concepts that apply to the public. In recent years, the government rolled out changes to the curriculum by adding local content subjects. Learning through local content, students were be expected to not only have academic knowledge in the form of global knowledge, but also have a concern for the values of the their surrounding socio-cultural. Conceptually, local content-based curriculum consists of two forms. The first form is attached to all subjects, and the two form a separate activity that has nothing to do with the subject. Abstract

Education decentralization in Indonesia provides new atmosphere in managing and improving the school curriculum. The reason is that schools are provided with broad apportunity to manage education based on the school-based curricuculum.
