Abstract

The development of computer technology that makes computers much more rapidly found from government agencies, housing, schools, internet cafes, household, personal or even called to make a laptop computer as a requirement for all circles. The works were formerly manual now vastly computerized ranging from homework from school to international companies and all the jobs it is an important information. Like the important information, the security system is a crucial part of a computer application and one way to protect our data from the parties is irresponsible to perform cryptographic would like to use that compiler uses blowfish algorithm. Blowfish or OpenPGP.Cipher.4 is included in the class encryption Symmetric Cryptosystem, the encryption method is similar to the Data Encryption Standard (DES - like - Cipher). Created for use on computers that have a large microprossesor (32 - bit or more with large data caches). Blowfish was developed to meet the design criteria allows the implementation where the optimal state can reach 26 clock cycles perbyte compact, which can run on less than 5 KB of memory, the simple algorithm so easy to determine guilt, and the security which the variable key length varies (minimum 32 bits, 448 bits maximum, Multiple 8 bits, 128 bits default).

Abstract

The aim of the research 16 test the influence of participating in prepare budget organisation on managerial performance and motivation as a intervening variable. The respondents are managers or head of department that prepare firm budget in manufactured listed firms. The hypothesis test that used is SEM. The result show that participation has positive influence on motivation. Participation also has positive influence on managerial performance and motivation has positive influence on managerial performance.Keyword : Budgetary, Performace and Motivation

Abstract

Kendari fishing port is one of the biggest tuna fisheries landing in Indonesia. It yearly average tuna production was more than 20 thousand tons. The tuna fishing fleet in Kendari use FAD (Fish Aggregating Devices) as an auxiliary fishing gear. FAD management is major issues in Indonesian tuna fisheries. extensive investment on FAD has led to increase of the juvenile and by catch and also social problem because of the competition. Technical efficiency analysis was done during this study, 2015 catch and logistic data from Kendari fishing port was run using stochastic frontier to obtain the model. Mean value technical efficiency was 0.534. Purse seine the highest mean value compared to other fishing gear. All the variables input show positive relationship to the catch except the days at sea variables, this is a signal that the increasing number of FAD has made the fisherman spend more time at sea it will decrease the technical efficiency. The results support the need of FAD regulation done by the government of Indonesia. Regulation will keep the number of FAD at optimum level and increase the technical effieciency so the fisheries keep gaining the optimum benefit from the resources.

Abstract

Abstract

Akhir-akhir ini pukat cincin yang dioperasikan menggunakan rumpon laut-dalam (payao) telah menjadi masalah serius pada perikanan tuna. Hal ini karena hasil tangkapan komersialnya lebih menurunkan stok ikan tuna dibandingkan metode lainnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi aktivitas penangkapan dari kapal pukat cincin berdasarkan atas data mendekati waktu sebenarnya (nearly real time) vessel monitoring system dan catatan nelayan yang digunakan untuk mengestimasi jumlah tawur dan produktivitas. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa estimasi tawur dari data vessel monitoring system lebih besar dari aktivitas penangkapan yang sebenarnya, alasan perbedaan berkisar 24-43%. Hal ini diakibatkan lebih banyak kegagalan tawur dan tidak ada aktivitas penangkapan karena kondisi cuaca yang buruk. Produktivitas dari lima trip kapal contoh selama tahun 2010 menunjukkan hasil tangkapan berkisar 14-63 ton/trip dengan produktivitas berkisar 0,5-1,73 ton/ tawur, di mana produktivitas terendah terjadi pada trip keenam (bulan Juli sampai Agustus). Hasil tangkapan didominansi oleh ikan cakalang (Katsuwonus pelamis), sedangkan gerombolan ikan cakalang kerapkali bercampur dengan juvenile madidihang (Thunnus albacares) dan juvenile tuna mata besar (Thunnus obesus) yang menghuni lapisan permukaan dan memangsa terutama jenis ikan epipelagis. Keberhasilan perikanan pelagis sebagian besar tergantung pada pengaruhpengaruh jangka pendek, seperti kondisi gelombang besar, arus, terang bulan, dan suhu permukaan laut.Recently, the purse seiners that operated using fish aggregating devices has become a serious problem in tuna fisheries. This commercial catches affected on the declining of tuna stocks compared to other methods. The objective of this study is to evaluate the activity of purse seiners based on nearly real time vessel monitoring system data and records data of the fishermen which was used to estimate haul numbers and productivity. The research concluded that the estimated haul of vessel monitoring system by data is larger than the actual fishing activity, which the difference ranged from 24-43%. It causes more failure haul and no fishing activity due to bad weather conditions. Productivity of 5 trips vessel samples during the year 2010/2011 showed the catch per trip ranges from 14-63 tons and productivity ranges from 0.5-1.73 ton/haul, in which the lowest productivity occurred on the six trip (July until August). The catch was dominated by skipjack (Katsuwonus pelamis) and schools of skipjack often mix with juvenile yellowfin (Thunnus albacares), and big eye (Thunnus obesus). Abstract

Teknologi sistem pemantauan kapal (VMS) merekam waktu, lokasi, arah haluan, dan kecepatan kapal untuk memonitor kapal. Serial waktu data VMS digunakan untuk meningkatkan pendugaan aktivitas penangkapan dan merupakan salah satu perkembangan yang paling penting pada penelitian perikanan pada dekade terakhir ini. Tujuan umum dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keuntungan dari data VMS, untuk menguraikan definisi dan estimasi upaya penangkapan. Berdasarkan atas data VMS dan individu kapal contoh menunjukkan luas konsentrasi daerah penangkapan meningkat hampir 15 kali lipat, dari 92 mil2 pada tahun 2006 menjadi 1.421 mil2 pada tahun 2010.  Secara tidak langsung perikanan purse seine dengan rumpon laut-dalam telah menerapkan kebijakan berdasarkan atas alokasi hak eksklusif penangkapan ikan. Dari estimasi tawur data VMS yang telah divalidasi dengan aktivitas tawur kapal contoh diperoleh tingkat kesalahan deteksi kurang dari 10%, sehingga memungkinkan penggunaan data VMS untuk menyimpulkan informasi tentang aktivitas kapal dan upaya penangkapan. Secara keseluruhan hasil tangkapan per tawur (CPUE) selama 6 tahun menunjukkan tidak terjadi penurunan, artinya eksploitasi tidak mempengaruhi secara nyata terhadap kelimpahan stok ikan. VMS technology records the time, location, heading, and speed for monitored vessels. Time series of VMS data are used to improve estimates of fishing activity and one of the most important developments in fisheries research in the last decade. The objective of this study is to know the benefit from VMS data to provide good description  the definition and estimation of fishing effort.  Based on data VMS and samples vessel showed that extensive concentration of fishing ground increased nearly 15-time from 92 mil2 in 2006 to 1.421 mil2 in 2010.  Indirectly, the purse seine fishery with drifting deepsea fish agregating device had implemented a policy based on the allocation of exclusive fishing rights. The estimates of the data hauling VMS that had been validated with hauling activity of sample vessel obtained misdetection less than 10%, thus allowing the use of the VMS data to infer information about vessel activity and fishing effort.  The overall of catch per haul (CPUE) for 6 years showed no decline, which means that the exploitation does not significant influence in abundance of fish stocks.

Abstract

DKI Jakarta has many characteristics both in terms of attractions, culture, crafts and culinary. Jakarta is an attractive capital city and is often visited by tourists from various regions and abroad. So from that writing makes an application about tourist information in the City of Jakarta based on Android. Users of this application are expected to easily find tourist information in the city of Jakarta. Information contained in the application in the form of tourist attractions. The application also displays the direction of the location to that place using the Global Possitioning System (GPS) connection. The method used in this application is to contain information and location of each place in the city of Jakarta such as tourist attractions. Each menu selected has information and directions to reach the desired place. This application is only used on Android-based smartphones and the screen size is less than 4.0 inches, besides the size of 4.0 inches this application is not good at displaying tourist information.

Abstract

Saat ini, proses sedimentasi yang terjadi di Laguna Segara Anakan telah mengakibatkan penyempitan luasan Laguna. Berkurangnya luasan badan air berkorelasi dengan berkurangnya daerah penangkapan maupun daya dukung keberadaan sumber daya ikan terutama spesies ikan yang memiliki tingkah laku ruaya inter habitat. Selama periode tahun 1900-2005, laju penurunan luasan Laguna tertinggi terjadi pada kurun waktu tahun 1983-1995. Kajian ini ditujukan untuk mengungkap dampak perubahan luasan habitat sumber daya ikan terhadap komposisi hasil tangkapan dan produksi perikanan jaring apong. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa di wilayah Ujung Gagak, terjadi penurunan hasil tangkapan/unit/trip sementara di daerah Kuta Weru hasil tangkapan relatif tinggi jika dibandingkan dengan hasil tangkapan periode sebelumnya. Jumlah spesies yang tertangkap jaring apong di wilayah Kuta Weru menurun 47% pada tahun 2010 jika dibandingkan dengan tahun 1985 dan meningkat delapan jenis ikan jika dibandingkan dengan hasil tangkapan tahun 1999. Di daerah Ujung Gagak jumlah jenis ikan yang tertangkap jaring apong menurun jika dibandingkan dengan tahun 1985. Jumlah jenis yang tertangkap pada tahun 2010 menurun 36% jika dibandingkan dengan tahun 1985 dan meningkat 12 jenis ikan jika dibandingkan dengan hasil tangkapan tahun 1999. Currently, the sedimentation process in Segara Anakan as a resulted in reducing the lagoon area. Reducing area of estuarine water bodies is strongly correlated with decreasing fishing area and its carrying capacity, particularly to the fish species which have inter habitat migrating behavior during their life cycle. Observation based on serial available publication during 1900-2005, showed that the highest declining rate of the lagoon area occurred in the period 1983-1995. This study aimed to reveal the impact of diminishing habitat area to fish resource availability and alteration of catch composition on production of tidal trap fishing nets (apong). Catch data analysis shows that declining catch/unit/trip occurred in Ujung Gagak while in the Kuta Weru. The catch relatively high compared with previous periods. Number of species caught in tidal traps net at Kuta Weru area decreased by 47% in 2010 compared to year 1985, but increased about 8 fish species compared with 1999. In ujung Gagak number of fish species caught in nets decreased compared to the year 1985. The number of species captured in 2010 decreased by 36% compared to 1985 and increased by a total of 12 species of fish when compared to the catch in 1999.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan sumber daya ikan pelagis kecil di Laut Jawa didominasi oleh armada pukat cincin. Pukat cincin merupakan jenis alat tangkap yang efektif yang dalam kajian stok sumber daya ikan pelagis sering dijadikan sebagai alat tangkap standard. Oleh karena armada pukat cincin memiliki variasi karakteristik teknis, maka untuk menghindari bias perlu dilakukan standardisasi upaya. Standardisasi upaya penangkapan kapal pukat cincin di Laut Jawa periode 2006-2008 dilakukan menggunakan metode analisis komponen utama dari karakteristik teknis; panjang kapal, lebar kapal, dalam kapal, tonase, tenaga penggerak, daya lampu, dimensi jaring, kapasitas palka, dan jumlah ABK. Tiga komponen utama telah dapat menjelaskan lebih dari 60 % total varians yang difungsikan untuk menghitung fishing power masing-masing kapal. Metode analisis komponen utama menghindarkan ketergantungan terhadap satu karakter sehingga memungkinkan untuk melakukan penghitungan nilai fishing power bagi kapal pukat cincin baru yang masuk ke dalam armada pukat cincin. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh fungsi hasil tangkapan per satuan upaya (CPUE) CPUE = 353.4 * 16.95.Ci dan Fishing Power Indeks (FP) = 1 +(16.59) * (353.4)-1. Ci. Exploitation of small pelagic fish resources in Java Sea was dominated by purse seiners fishery. Purse seine is an effective type of fishing gear, this gear was often used as standard fishing gear for pelagic fish stock assessment. Since purse seiners has a variety of technical characteristics, standardization efforts need to be done to avoid the bias during analysis. Catch effort of purse seiners in Java Sea on the period of 2006-2008 was standardized using principal components analysis method of the boat characteristics, boat length, boat width, boat depth, gross tonnage, engine propulsion, light power, net dimensions, fish hold capacity and total number of crews. Three new major components have explained more than 60% of the total variance which enabled to calculate the fishing power of each boat. Principal components analysis method was used to avoid dependence on a single character to allow the calculation of the value of fishing power for new purse seine fleet. Based on the results obtained by analyzing the function of catch per unit effort formula was CPUE = 353.4 * 16.95.Ci and Fishing Power Index (FP) = 1 + (16.59) * (353.4) -1. Ci.

Abstract

Currently the work appraisal at the Company is still using a manual system. This makes it difficult for the Human Resources Department (HRD) to perform work assessment calculations more efficiently, because manual calculations take a long time and the HRD section also sometimes has difficulty finding employee data stored manually. In the problems faced by the Company, software development that supports the company's work assessment is done using the Profile Matching method, can help the HRD section oversee employee performance, and help decision makers at the Company based on work assessment. This application includes computerizing employee data, calculating employee work values according to criteria, and displaying work assessment reports. This application uses the PHP programming language and Microsoft SQL Server, as a data storage. Based on the results of tests conducted, 80% of users stated the features in the application were made useful in answering the needs of the company.Keywords: Performance appraisal, Work value calculation, HRD, Profile Matching, Application  Abstrak Saat ini penilaian kerja pada Perusahaan masih menggunakan sistem manual. Hal ini menyulitkan bagian Human Resources Department (HRD) untuk melakukan perhitungan penilaian kerja dengan lebih efisien, karena perhitungan manual memakan waktu lama dan bagian HRD juga terkadang kesulitan mencari data karyawan yang disimpan secara manual. Dalam permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Perusahaan, maka dilakukan pembuatan perangkat lunak yang mendukung penilaian kerja perusahaan menggunakan metode Profile Matching, dapat membantu bagian HRD mengawasi kinerja karyawan, serta membantu pengambil keputusan pada Perusahaan berdasarkan penilaian kerja. Aplikasi ini meliputi komputerisasi data karyawan, penghitungan nilai kerja karyawan sesuai kriteria,dan menampilkan laporan report penilaian kerja. Aplikasi ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan Microsoft SQL Server, sebagai tempat penyimpanan data. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang dilakukan, 80% pengguna menyatakan fitur-fitur dalam aplikasi yang dibuat dinilai berguna dalam menjawab kebutuhan dari perusahaan.Kata kunci: Penilaian kinerja, Perhitungan nilai kerja, HRD, Profile Matching, Aplikasi
