Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh MOL Keong Mas terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil cabai merah pada tanah gambut. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Jalan Adisucipto Gg. Kapuas no.14 Pontianak. Penelitian berlangsung dari tanggal 19 Agustus 2014 sampai dengan tanggal 11 November 2014, dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) terdiri dari lima perlakuan, lima ulangan dan empat tanaman sampel. Perlakuan dalam penelitian ini adalah b1= tanpa pemberian MOL Keong Mas, b2= MOL Keong Mas dengan konsentrasi 10 ml/liter air, b3= MOL Keong Mas dengan konsentrasi 15 ml/liter air, b4= MOL Keong Mas dengan konsentrasi 20 ml/liter air, dan b5= MOL Keong Mas dengan konsentrasi Variabel pengamatan dalam penelitian ini adalah volume akar (cm3), berat kering tanaman (g), tinggi tanaman (cm), waktu berbunga tanaman (hst), jumlah buah pertanaman (buah), dan berat buah pertanaman (g). Pemberian MOL Keong Mas  berpengaruh  nyata terhadap variabel volume akar, berat kering tanaman, tinggi tanaman, waktu berbunga tanaman, dan berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap variabel jumlah buah pertanaman, dan berat buah pertanaman.

Abstract

Telah dibuat koil (solenoida) dan inti koil yang bervariasi. Koil divariasikan dengan jumlah lilitan: 50 lilitan, 100 lilitan, 150 lilitan dengan panjang 5 cm dan diameter 3,5 cm, sedangkan inti koil divariasikan dari beberapa material seperti Fe (besi), Cu (tembaga), dan Al (aluminium) dengan panjang 5 cm dan diameter 3 cm. Koil ini dirangkai secara seri dengan resistor yang memiliki resistansi 150 ?, sumber tegangan dan saklar, kemudian dilakukan pengukuran tegangan induktor dan resistor pada koil. Pengukuran ini dilakukan untuk koil tanpa inti dan koil dengan tambahan inti Fe, Al, serta Cu. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran diperoleh tegangan induktor menurun seiring pertambahan waktu, besarnya tegangan tersebut juga dipengaruhi oleh medan magnet koil. Penambahan inti Fe pada koil 150 lilitan menghasilkan tegangan induktor sebesar 2,54 volt saat t = 5 detik, sedangkan penambahan inti Cu menghasilkan tegangan induktor sebesar 0,42 volt pada waktu yang sama. Tegangan resistor pada koil 100 lilitan dengan inti Fe adalah 0,21 volt pada t = 5 detik, namun begitu intinya diganti dengan Cu tegangannya menjadi 2.42 volt. Ini berarti koil dengan medan magnet besar akan menghasilkan tegangan induktor yang besar sedangkan tegangan resistor utuk koil dengan medan magnet besar akan bernilai kecil.Kata Kunci:Inti Koil, Tegangan Resistor, Tegangan Induktor, Medan Magnet

Abstract

Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan True Eksperimen (eksperimen Murni) dengan desain Pretest Posstest Control Group Design. Latar dan subjek penelitian yaitu siswa kelas XI AK 1 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan XI AK 2 sebagai kelas kontrol di SMK Negeri 10 Surabaya dengan jumlah masing-masing kelas 39 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan modul memiliki rata-rata sebesar 88,72 lebih tinggi dari hasil belajar siswa yang tanpa menggunakan modul sebesar 79,62. Berdasarkan uji-t yang didapatkan dari bantuan alat hitung program SPSS dengan statistik uji independent samples test, menunjukkan taraf signifikansi sebesar 0,000 atau kurang dari 0,05. sehingga  ditolak dan  diterima. Ini artinya ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil belajar siswa dengan penggunaan modul dan tanpa modul.   Kata Kunci : Modul, Hasil Belajar.

Abstract

Conflict between Rokan Hulu District and Kampar District in Riau Province  is conflict about the seizing territory of five villages on the border in both districts. Litigation process which was persued by the central government inresolving the conflict in the border of both districts did not solve that problem. Both districts do not accept the decision that has been arranged by the central government. It was proved by the allocation of village budget for the five villages from the both districts. This also lead to social tension and conflict in the community of five villages which then make the conflict more widespread. This study used a qualitative method and aim to describe the conflict resolution in the determining the boundary between District of Rokan Hulu and District of Kampar. Konflik antara Kabupaten Rokan Hulu dengan Kabupaten Kampar di Provinsi Riau merupakan perebutan lima desa yang ada diperbatasan kedua Kabupaten. Jalur Litigasi/peradilan yang ditempuh oleh pemerintah pusat dalam menyelesaikan konflik di tapal batas kedua kabupaten tidak menyelesaikan persoalan. Kedua kabupaten tidak menerima keputusan yang telah ditetapkan oleh pemerintah pusat dengan masih diberikannya Alokasi Dana Desa di lima desa oleh masing-masing kabupaten. Hal ini kemudian memicu ketegangan dan konflik sosial di masyarakat lima desa yang membuat konflik semakin meluas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan bertujuan untuk memaparkan resolusi konflik dalam penentuan tapal batas di Kabupaten Rokan Hulu dan Kabupaten Kampar.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The BSM Program is a National Program aimed at eliminating the barriers of poor students participating to school by helping poor students gain access to appropriate education services, prevent dropping out, attract poor students to return to school, help students meet needs in learning activities, support the Compulsory Education Program Basic Nine Years (even to the upper secondary level), as well as helping the smoothness of school programs. Through the BSM Program it is expected that school-aged children from poor households / families can continue to go to school, not dropping out of school, and in the future it is hoped that they can break the poverty chain that their parents are currently experiencing. The BSM program also supports the governments commitment to increase education participation rates in poor and remote districts / municipalities as well as to marginalized groups. This program is a direct aid to students and not a scholarship, because based on students economic conditions and not on merit (scholarship) considering the condition of the students, while scholarships are given taking into account student achievement. In this research used support system with Technique for Order Performance method by Similarity to Ideal Solution or TOPSIS. This method is known as the weighted summing method. The basic concept of the TOPSIS method seeks a weighted sum of performance ratings on each alternative on all attributes. The TOPSIS method requires the process of normalizing the decision matrix (X) to a scale comparable to all the alternatives available so as to produce a ranking. This research is based on the problems that arise in science learning, especially on basic matter or competence "Understanding the influence of human activities on environmental balance" in Grade VI of First Semester State Elementary School 31 Ambacang Bayang District. Teachers in various ways have made it possible for all students to be active in learning activities. Standardized learning has also been implemented, the various learning media that exist in schools have been utilized. Nevertheless, in a variety of question and answer opportunities, class discussions, as well as daily tests, their activities and learning achievements are very low.                Based on teacher record, student achievement in question and answer and class discussion are only 30% and 35% from 22 students respectively. Most of the students show irrelevant achievements in learning, such as being dazed and daydreaming, lack of excitement, lack of attention, playing alone, talking to friends when described, talking awkwardly or dialogue with friends during discussions, and so on.                From the various possible factors, the teacher is more inclined to the 4th factor, the difficulty factor of adaptation and cooperation among the students, and it is strongly suspected as the main factor causing the low achievement of the students of Grade VI of Semester I SD Negeri 31 Ambacang Bayang District on the eyes Science lessons, especially on Basic materials / competencies: "Understand the impact of human activities on environmental balance". The approach in terms of the learning method chosen and used in this action research is "Media KIT IPA".                Based on the background of thought that has been unraveled then this class action research is formulated with the title as follows: "Efforts to Optimize Thinking Skills And Acting Through KIT Media In Science Learning In Grade VI Elementary School 31 Ambacang District Bayang." In the end, it is hoped that through Media KIT IPA it can trigger and spur the spirit of togetherness, mutual help and mutual motivation among students, which in turn can also improve their learning achievement and achievement in the field of science study.

Abstract

ABSTRACTMotivation has a close relationship and how a persons behavior begins, supported, strengthened and redirected. Therefore the basis for motivating employees, among others, is to create a work atmosphere that can cause or make employees can act and do something. Basically the employees performance is the result of a complex process, both derived from the employees personal self (internal factors) as well as the strategic efforts of the company through a leader, one of the ways of enhancing the sake of achieving good performance is to provide motivation or encouragement. This study aimed to clarify whether there is a relationship work motivation and performance of employees at PT Kao Indonesia.Hasil analysis Pearson product moment correlation coefficient correlation of 0.540 means that work motivation and performance of employees have a relationship that was. Determination coefficient of 29.16% means that employee performance variation can be explained by the work motivation of 29.16% and the remaining 70.84% is explained by other factors not examined. Hypothesis test results correlated with t test showed tcount > ttable (4.889> 2.002) H0 is rejected it means there is a real relationship between work motivation and employee performance.Keywords: Motivation and Employee Performance

Abstract

Poor Student Assistance is a National Program that aims to assist poor students to go to school and gain access to appropriate educational services, prevent dropping out of school, help students meet the needs of learning activities, support the Nine Years Education Program (even to upper secondary) school programs sourced from the State Budget. Several outcomes from the evaluation and study of BSM Program implementation show the weakness of this program, that is related to the accuracy of targeting of BSM where there are still many non-poor households that receive BSM and the number of inadequate. The target of BSM Program beneficiaries is still weak where many BSM recipients are not from poor households and many students from poor households / households do not receive BSM benefits and are still manuals of the methods used in establishing BSM recipients. In this research used decision support system with Technique for Order Performance by Similarity to Ideal Solution method. With this method can provide the right decision for the proper in scholarship grants for poor students.
