Abstract

This study aims to establish a management information system web-based office stationery which is expected to help accelerate the process of reporting the use of stationery, and reducing the error information that willgenerate reports that can be accounted for.Based on the test results can be proved that the management information system web-based office stationery that is built to run well, it is characterized by the existing menus to work properly, the data entered into the database properly stored, and application update, insert, and select the database has been connected to the well too.

Abstract

Pengendali digital PID (Proportional Integral Differensial) adalah pengendali yang banyakdigunakan pada sistem pengendalian proses industri. Pengendali ini memiliki struktur yangsederhana tetapi memiliki aplikasi yang luas. Pengendali ini dapat diturunkan menjadipengendali PI (Proportional Integral) dan PD (Proportional Differensial). Suatu pengendali digitalmengukur variabel proses yang akan dikendalikan pada setiap selang waktu yang spesifik yangdisebut waktu sampling. Pada setiap sampling atau pada tiap pengukuran dari variabel proses,datanya adalah adalah data analog yang harus dikonversi ke dalam bentuk digital sebelumdiproses oleh kontroler. Kemudian pengendali mengolah tiap sampel dari variabel proses untukmenentukan besar error terhadap set-point, dan berdasarkan error inilah, pengendali digital PIDdengan menggunakan algoritma PID menghitung sinyal kendali yang harus diberikan ke proses.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang pengendali steam turbin berbasis kendali PID denganmenggunakan perangkat lunak yang dibangun dengan menggunakan algoritma PID. Padaperancangan sistem kendali ini diharapkan dapat memberikan sistem pengaturan frekuensiterhadap gangguan perubahan beban yang dapat mengakibatkan kerusakan peralatan listrik,serta tidak meninggalkan kinerja dari kontroler PID dalam aspek tanggapan peralihan, kesalahankeadaaan tunak, dan kesalahan kuadratik yang diterapkan pada sistem pengendali steamturbin

Abstract

This study examines in depth about the software requirements to build a public information service system. Inprinciple, this research aims is to develop a plan needs public information service system that can assist andaccelerate the process of public service and reduce errors so that the information will result in services that can beaccounted for. This research is expected to contribute to the academic world is to add insight and knowledgeabout software engineering and information systems of public service.Software public information service system is designed with an interface easy to understand Indonesianlanguage, web application, multiple-login, can be integrated with computer networks, and built with PHPscript programming language, database used is MySQL, as well as web server used is AppServ 2.2

Abstract

In this study, the algorithm used is Prim?s algorithm?an algorithm in graph theory to seek a minimum spanning tree for a weighted connected graph. The program used is a program created with Delphi 7 programming language used for searching the minimum spanning tree of a graph model with the weight of each form of distance/length connecting the points/vertices. Then display the information search process sequence of minimum spanning tree, the total number of minimum length and the resulting computing time to determine the efficiency of Prim?s algorithm. Based on the results of research, Prim's algorithm computation time in finding the minimum spanning tree of a weighted graph will grow up along with increasing the number of points/vertices and the number of sides of the weighted graph.   Keywords:Prim?s Algorithm, Graph model, Minimum Spanning Tree

Abstract

Sigi is one of the youngest district in Central Sulawesi province was divided in 2008. Of the 152 villages, 10 villages are experiencing conflicts between residents. Bora Village and Village Vatunonju which is approximately 20 km from the city of Palu is 2 villages among the 10 villages that are often in conflict. Sources of conflict in general stems from a fight between youth. Increasing the number of teenagers who drop out of school temporarily limited employment is one of the problems that often lead to fights among youth. The low work skills possessed by the youth of this area is an issue that must look for solutions so that they can open up and explore job opportunities. This training aims to provide job skills for young people who are still out of school age. With a working capital given the skills they are expected to open and fill vacancies in areas Sigi continues to build. The training activities carried out for 8 months and was attended by 20 people. After the activity the participants are able to operate Microsoft Word and Excel. Although not all of the material provided can be controlled but this training provides many benefits. Especially for trainee electrical installations are already some people who often help people when there are problems in their electrical istalasi, there's even working at the company electrical installer. Abstract

Salah satu indikator dari keandalan sistem distribusi tenaga adalah ketahanan kelangsungan pasokan listrik kepada konsumen. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu sistem yang mampu dalam melakukan tugas pengawasan dan pengendalian kinerja sistem distribusi tenaga secara real-time dan berbasis komputer. Sistem itu berarti kriteria yang disebutkan sebelumnya adalah sistem SCADA (Supervisory Control dan Data Acquisition). Sistem SCADA yang telah terintegrasi ke sistem distribusi listrik memiliki kemampuan untuk meminimalkan disturbanced yang memiliki implikasi pada indeks keandalan jaringan distribusi listrik. Beberapa parameter indeks keandalan jaringan distribusi listrik adalah nilai SAIDI (Sistem Average Interruption Duration Index), nilai SAIFI (Indeks Frekuensi Sistem rata Gangguan), dan nilai CAIDI (Pelanggan rata-Gangguan Duration Index). Yang lebih kecil dari indeks nilai, lebih dapat diandalkan dari kinerja sistem. Untuk memaksimalkan keandalan listrik jaringan distribusi listrik yang terintegrasi dengan sistem SCADA, infrastruktur pendukung sistem harus peduli. Ini berarti bahwa peralatan listrik di jaringan distribusi yang terintegrasi dengan sistem SCADA harus memiliki synchonization akurat, kemampuan untuk remote control, dan dapat dipantau dan contorlled secara real-time Kata kunci: SCADA, SAIDI, SAIFI, CAIDI and Index of Power System Distribution Reliabilty

Abstract

Abstract Installation of security devices using sensors detectors continuous to grow. Making security system using Passive Infrared censor as the detector can be the right choice. This study formulates the problem Passive Infrared sensor how to work, and can detect the movement and how to utilize a Passive Infrared censor as a security tool room that triggered the short message service for Mobile, which then activates the lights and alarms. The purpose of this research is to investigate how the sensor Passive Infrared detector as a tool and how to use a Passive Infrared sensor as a security tool room that triggered SMS to Mobile, turn on the lights and alarms. The method used in this study is a qualitative method based on the experimental and the author makes a security system using passive infrared censor and short message service as a security tool room by utilizing the output voltage of 5 volts DC output passive infrared which is then processed by a microcontroller and microcontroller ordered wavecom modem to send short message service after the command is executed then the microcontroller triggers TIP 31 transistor to activate the relay so the lights and the alarm is active.   Keywords: Security, censors, Passive Infrared, Short Message Service Detectors, and Mobile

Abstract

The Development of engine control system continues to be done because it is very important .Control system is done in various ways, especially in industries such as to monitor the liquid level in the tank using a variety of sensors. Manufacture of control systems based on Human Machine Interface can be the right choice for controlling the tool or machine located in basic electronics laboratories of Department of Electrical Engineering Tadulako.This study formulates the problem how to design the look of Human Machine Interface to control water level so it can be applied to the basic process of feedback and control rig 38-100 servo valve to regulate the flow of water by utilizing IC 0808 DAC (Digital to Analog Converter) as a tool to convert digital data into analog and then processed by microcontroller ATmega 128 which will control the servo valve .The method used in this study is a qualitative method based on experiments and the results is displayed by combining between HMI Software and Delphi. Reading of level is done at output current 4-20mA using potentiometer 250 Ω and complex circuit. Reading results in analog data wchich is used to Control Servo Valve.

Abstract

Pengembangan system control mesin terus dilakukan karena sistem kontrol mesin merupakan hal yang sangat penting. Pengontrolan dilakukan dengan berbagai cara terutama pada perusahaan industri seperti memantau ketinggian cairan yang ada dalam tangki, menggunakan berbagai macam sensor untuk mengetahui level cairan. Pembuatan sistem kontrol berbasis Human Machine Interface dapat dijadikan pilihan yang tepat untuk mengontrol alat atau mesin yang ada di Laboratorium Elektronika Daya Teknik Elektro Universitas Tadulako.   Penelitian ini merumuskan permasalahan bagaimana cara merancang tampilan Human Machine Interface untuk mengontrol level air sehingga dapat di aplikasikan pada basic process rig 38-100 feedback dan mengontrol servo valve untuk mengatur debit air yang lewat dengan memanfaatkan IC 0808 DAC (Digital to Analog Converter) sebagai alat untuk mengubah data digital ke analog kemudian diolah oleh mikrokontroler ATmega 128 yang akan mengontrol servo valve. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif berbasis eksperimen, dan hasil yang di peroleh di tampilkan dengan menggabungkan antara HMI software dan delphi. Pembacaan level pada arus output 4-20 mA menggunakan potensiometer 250 ?, dan rangkaian kompleks yang dibuat. Pembacaan menghasilkan data analog yang digunakan untuk mengontrol servo valve.

Abstract

Optimization problem is the demanding problem for optimum solutions. The optimum (best) solution is asolution with minimum values, or maximum among a set of possible alternative solutions. In electricaldistribution network, problem of demanding achievement of optimum condition of system operationalperformance is essential. One of the factors necessary to consider in the designing of the primary electricaldistribution network is cost. Cost is closely related to length of cable used. It highlights the importance ofcalculating the minimum length of cable required in a network. The cable should be not only with as minimalas possible in length, but also regulated for better arrangement.Actually, in regulating the cable installation, longer path is more frequently selected. One of the ways ofachieving optimization condition is to use algorithm to determine a minimum spanning tree of the primaryelectrical distribution network system. In this study, the algorithm used is Prim?s algorithm.The research was conducted by designing a graph model of primary electrical distribution network inappropriate with the data obtained. Based on the graph, each was weighted for distance or length of networkcable by using the ArcView GIS 3.3. The data were then calculated and simulated by using computer to gaina minimum spanning tree of the primary electrical distribution network using the Prim?s algorithm
