Abstract

The purpose of the study is to determine differences of capital structure on acquirer company before and after conducting acquisition and to determine the influence of longterm debt to asset ratio and equity to asset ratio to company?s stock price before and after conducting acquisition. Paired sample T-test is used to analize differences of capital structure before and after conducting acquisition, while multiple linear regression is used for determining the effect of company capital structure to company?s stock price before and after conducting acquisition. Based on purposive sampling technique, it is obtained 30 companies as samples in this study. The results of this study are longterm debt to asset ratio shows no differences before and after conducting acquisition. It is shown by the significance value of 0,287 lebih dari 0,05, while the equity to asset ratio shows no differences which is shown by the significance value of 0,019 kurang dari 0,05. Based on F-test, longterm debt to asset ratio and equity to asset ratio before and after acquisition indicates don?t have simultaneous influence on company stock price. The result of t-test indicates that both variable  don?t have  partial influence on company stock price before and after acquisition.

Abstract

jung village and Pangandaran village who has a wealth of natural, culture and diverse appeal so has prospects for the development of ecotourism. From the SWOT analysis can be drawn that many factors influence the development of ecotourism in the Pangandaran Beach. The results showed that the internal factor such as strength (S) has a score of 1.811 and 1.313 scores for weaknesses (W). While External factors consist of Opportunity (O) and Threats (T) has a score of respectively 2.305 and 0.908. It means that is necessary to develop a more intensive and broader. So priority the future development strategy that needs to be done is Utilizing the support of the Government and stakeholders to optimize the function of the airport, Utilizing tourist attractions an attractive and safe then optimize asset development cooperation with travel agents both within and outside the country.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui  suplementasi ampas kecap terhadap intensitas libido dan produksi sperma kambing peranakan etawa. Penelitian dirancang dalam pre-test dan post-test design, dimana pengambilan data dilakukan sebelum dan setelah perlakuan. Tiga ekor kambing diberi perlakuan masing-masing 10 hari pada  pre-test dengan pakan rumput lapangan tanpa suplementasi, post-test-1 dengan pakan rumput lapangan disuplementasi 5% dan post-test-2 dengan rumput lapangan disuplementasi 10% ampas kecap. Intensitas libido dan produsi sperma secara makroskopis dan mikroskopis diobservasi setiap tiga hari sebanyak 3 kali. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, nilai intensitas libido meningkat sangat signifikan dari 3.11 ± 0.78 tanpa suplementasi menjadi 4.67 ± 0.50 setelah suplementasi 10% ampas kecap. Rataan volume sperma meningkat dari 0.71 ± 0.13ml menjadi 0.87 ± 0.17 ml, nilai pH rata-rata mendekati 7.0, konsistensi sperma menjadi kental dan motilitas massa spermatozoa dari ++ menjadi +++. Motilitas progresif dan viabilitas spermatozoa meningkat signifikan dari 72.78 ± 2.64% menjadi 82.22 ± 2.64% dan dari 79.98 ± 1.25% menjadi 81.68 ± 1.36%. Persentase abnormalitas spermatozoa terendah terdapat pada suplementasi 10% dan konsentrasi tertinggi pada suplementasi 5% ampas kecap. Kesimpulan, suplementasi 10% ampas kecap di dalam pakan rumput lapangan mampu meningkatkan intensitas libido dan produksi sperma kambing peranakan etawa.Kata kunci : Suplementasi, viabilitas, spermatozoa This study was conducted to observed the supplementation of soy sauce dregs in wild-grass ration on libido intensity and semen production of peranakan etawa (PE) buck. The experiment was done in pre-test and post-test design. Three bucks were treated each 10 days at pre-test by given of wild-grass without supplementation, post-test-1 with wild-grass supplemented by 5% and post-test-2 with wild-grass supplemented by 10% of soy sauce dregs. The libido intensity and semen production were observed every three days for three times. The data was analyzed statistically. The results showed, the libido intensity score was increased very significantly from 3.11 ± 0.78 to 4.67 ± 0.50 after supplementation of 10% soy sauce dregs. The average of semen volume, consistency and  mass motility of spermatozoa were increased from 0.71 ± 0.13ml to 0.87 ± 0.17ml, rather thick to thick and ++ to +++.  Progressive motility and viability of spermatozoa were increased significantly after supplementation of 10% soy sauce dregs. The lowest percentage of spermatozoa abnormality was found on supplementation of 10% and the highest concentration found on supplementation of 5% soy sauce dregs. In conclusion, supplementation of 10% soy sauce waste in wild-grass ration is capable to improve the libido intensity and semen production of peranakan etawa buckKeywords: Supplementation, viabilitaty, spermatozoa

Abstract

Suatu penelitian telah dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi general combining ability (GCA) dan specific cobining ability (SCA) untuk sifat produksi dan reproduksi pada babi. Materi yang digunakan adalah catatan keturunan hasil persilangan tiga bangsa babi (Duroc, Landrace, Yorkshire) sebanyak 573 anak babi yang berasal dari 13 pejantan dan 65 induk. Formula yang digunakan untuk menganalisis parameter adalah Partial Diallel Cross Metode II dari Griffings. Parameters yang diamati pada anak adalah litter size, bobobt lahir, jumlah puting, pertambahan bobot badan (PBB) sebelum dan sesudah sapih dan bobot sapih. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa GCA Duroc lebih tinggi dibandingkan Yorksire and Landrace, yang nilai GCA untuk litter size, bobot lahir, jumlah puting, jumlah anak pada saat sapih, bobot sapih, PBB sebelum sapih, PBB setelah sapih dan bobot badan pada umur 42 hari masing-masing -0,18; -0,02; -0,52; -0,13; -0,21; -0,01; 0,01 dan 0,03. Persiilangan antara Duroc x Yorkshire menunjukkan SCA paling tinggi untuk bobot lahir (0.30), jumlah puting (3.60), bobot sapih (1.10) dan PBB sebelum sapih (0.04). Persilangan antara Yorkshire x Landrace menghasilkan SCA paling tinggi untuk litter size (2.47), jumlah anak waktu sapih (2.23), PBB sebelum sapih (0.04), PBB setelah sapih (0.06) and bobot badan pada umur 42 hari (2.30). Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah nilai paling baik untuk GCA ditunjukkan oleh Duroc, sementara itu SCA oleh persilangan antara Yorkshire x Landrace.

Abstract

Permintaan kayu yang sangat meningkat, khususnya di negara Indonesia yang merupakans alah satu kendala dalam memenuhi kebutuhan kayu. Indonesia adalah salah satu negara yang memproduksi kapal kayu. Dimana kapal kayu merupakan sarana transportasi tradisional yang hingga saat ini masih banyak digunakan oleh masyarakat Indonesia dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, baik untuk sarana transportasi, niaga maupun sarana rekreasi. Dalam mengatasi permintaan kayu, maka dilakukan penelitian tentang laminasi bambu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai kadar air, kerapatan, kuat tarik, kuat tekan dari laminasi bambu petung kombinasi kayu meranti merah akibat perbedaan persentase variasi bahan (70% petung - 30% meranti merah, 60% petung - 40% meranti merah, 50% petung - 50% meranti merah, 40% petung ? 60% meranti merah, 30% petung - 70% meranti merah). Dalam penelitian ini dibuat balok laminasi bambu petung kombinasi meranti merah untuk uji kuat Tarik mengacu pada standar SNI 03-3399-1994 dan uji kuat Tekan mengacu pada standar SNI 03-3958-1995. Hasil penelitian untuk pengujian Tarik memiliki kadar air kering udara rata-rata 10%, berat jenis terbesar 0.7553gr/cm³ untuk spesimen tarik, kekuatan Tarik rata-rata sebesar 168,27 Mpa untuk kode T.7.3 (varian paling optimal). Untuk laminasi bambu pengujian Tekan memiliki nilai kadar air kering udara rata ? rata sebesar 10%, berat jenis sebesar 0.6338 gr/cm³ untuk spesimen tekan, kekuatan Tekan rata-rata sebesar 40,20 MPa untuk kode TK.7.3 (varian paling optimal).

Abstract

Salt is one of the commodities that are needed in daily life. In addition toconsumption needs, salt is needed in the industrial sector. Salt production isseasonal so it is very vulnerable to price pressures at harvest time. Prices willtend to decrease dramatically at harvest time, but will not improve when it is notthe salt season. The problem of salt in the marketing aspects of the salt tradingsystem is unclear and the dependence of farmers on middlemen.Research on salt marketing in Madura is interesting to be studied further,considering that Madura is the largest salt producer in Indonesia and all districtsin Madura produce salt. This study aims to determine the mechanism of saltmarketing in Madura. In addition, this research is expected to be able to describethe condition of the salt market structure in Madura.This study uses a qualitative approach, because it leads to a detailed andin-depth description of salt marketing conditions that occurred in Madura.Respondents in this study are salt farmers and other parties involved in saltmarketing in Madura.From the study, we have results that show all the parties involved in thesalt marketing chain in Madura i.e. (a) salt farmers and PT. Garam (Persero) as alocal salt producer; (b) traders or middlemen; (c) processing companies orfactories; (d) distributors who distribute processed salt to consumers or tocompanies that use salt as a supporting material; (e) retailers or retailers. In themarketing system, salt farmers have a weak bargaining position.
