Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan academic self efficacy dan hasil belajar kelas X Pemasaran 3 SMK Negeri 3 Surakarta tahun ajaran 2014/2015 melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Discovery Learning. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas X pemasaran 3 SMK Negeri 3 Surakarta Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015 yang berjumlah 31 peserta didik. Prosedur penelitian meliputi tahap (a) perencanaan, (b) tindakan, (c) observasi, (d) refleksi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, proses pembelajaran dengan penerapan model discovery learning dapat meningkatkan academic self efficacy dan hasil belajar peserta didik. Hal ini terbukti pada siklus I academic self efficacy peserta didik ditinjau dari indikator ? indikator academic self efficacy meningkat 25.85% (presentase prasiklus yaitu 40.62 dan 66.45 pada siklus I). Hasil belajar peserta didik juga mengalami peningkatan yaitu sebesar 6.5% (nilai rata-rata hasil belajar pra siklus 70.18 dan siklus I 76.68) Pada siklus II academic self efficacy peserta didik terus mengalami peningkatan, terbukti dari indikator ? indikator academic self efficacy meningkat 17.42%. Hasil belajar peserta didik pada siklus II juga mengalami peningkatan yaitu sebesar 8.14% dan presentase ketuntasan meningkat 12.9% (presentase siklus I 80.64 dan siklus II 93.54%).

Abstract

ABSTRACT ? This research aims to find out the effectof the implementation of  learning media video on the  discussion subject fungi towards cognitive performance of the Xth grade students SMA Negeri 2 Karanganyar. This study is a quasi-experimental studies which use  Posstest Only Control Group Design. The independent variable in this research is the application of learning media videowhereas the dependent variable is students cognitive performance. The population of the study is the entire class X at SMA Negeri 2 Karanganyaracademic year 2011/2012.The samplesare taken towards control and treatment group. The sample is taken by using  Cluster Random Sampling method. The data collecting technique of implementation of the research result towards the learning process of biology used documentation and test. The test of the hypothesis for  the implementation of the research result towards the learning process of biology used T test. Abstract

Detection of the Presence of Citrus Vein Phloem Degeneration (CVPD) Disease Causing in Molecular on Citrus (Citrus nobilis Lour var. microcarpa Hassk)which Based on Variation of Chlorosis Symptoms This research was aimed to identify the presence of Liberobacter asiaticum which caused of Citrus Vein Phloem Degeneration disease on citrus leave with different chlorosis symptoms. This research was conducted at Laboratory of Genetics Resources and Biology Molecular, Udayana University. The leaves sample were measured the chlorophyll content using a chlorophyll meter and then were identified in molecular using Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) technique, using primer O11 and O12 which will amplified the specific fragmen of 16S rDNA. The result for chlorophyll content indicated that the leaf samples were containing 26.80, 36.52, 36.62, 40.74, 44.56, 47,06, 58.44 and 65.16 SPAD.DNA amplification showed that the leaves which contained chlorophyll at 58.44 and 65.16 SPAD didn?t show DNA bands with size 1160 bp, and leaves which contained chlorophyll at26.80, 36.52, 36.62, 40.74, 44.56 and 47.06 SPAD showed DNA bands 1160 bp. Therefor the DNA bands 1160 bp is expression by L. asiaticum, then the citrus leaf samples were detected positive for the L. asiaticum and the samples were positive infected by CVPD disease, so that the chlorophyll content of citrus leaves at ?47.04 SPAD can be used as basis to diagnosis CVPD disease on citrus plants.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to improve the academic self-efficacy and learning outcomes class X Marketing 3 SMK Negeri 3 Surakarta academic year 2014/2015 through the application of learning models Discovery Learning. The type of this research is classroom action research. The Subject of this research is student at class x marketing 3 of vocational high school 3 surakarta I the academic year of 2014/2015 with 31 students. The procedures of this research are (a) planning, (b) action, (c) observation, and (d) reflection. Based on the results of the research, the learning process with the implementation of the model of discovery learning can improve academic self-efficacy and learning outcomes of students. This was evident in the first cycle of academic self-efficacy of students in terms of indicators - indicators of academic self-efficacy increased by 25.85% (percentage prasiklus namely 40.62 and 66.45 in the first cycle). The study of students also experienced an increase in the amount of 6.5% (the average value of pre-cycle learning outcomes 70.18 and 76.68 the first cycle) In the second cycle of academic self-efficacy of students continues to increase, as evidenced by indicators - indicators of academic self-efficacy increased 17:42%. The study of students in the second cycle also experienced an increase in the amount of 8:14% and the percentage of completeness increased 12.9% (the percentage of first cycle and cycle II 80.64 93.54%).

Abstract

Saat ini indonesia berada pada masa transisi epidemiologi. Satu pihak masih banyak penyakit infeksi di pihak lain semakin meningkatnya penyakit tidak menular, salah satunya diabetes mellitus. Diabetes mellitus banyak terjadi diusia >40 tahun. Adapun pengobatannya dapat menggunakan terapi komplementer dengan memanfaatkan sari pati bengkuang. Tujuandaripenelitianini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian sari pati bengkuang terhadap kadar glukosa darah penderita diabetes mellitus tipe II. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian quasi eksperimen dengan rancangan non randomized control group pretest posttest design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah penderita diabetes mellitus tipe II yang berada di Bangkinang Kota berjumlah 26 orang. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 20 orang, 10 orang sebagai kelompok kasus dan 10 orang sebagai kelompok kontrol. Pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil analisa data dengan menggunakan analisa univariat dan bivariat. Hasil analisa menunjukkan rerata kadar glukosa darah kelompok kasus sebelum diberi sari pati bengkuang adalah 259,90 mg/dl dan setelah diberikan 185,40 mg/dl dan kelompok kontrol kadar glukosa darah sebelum adalah 238,60 mg/dl dan setelah adalah 249,20 mg/dl. Berdasarkan uji Mann Whitney U menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan kadar glukosa darah kelompok kasus dengan pemberian sari pati bengkuang dan kelompok kontrol dengan nilai P value =0,003, a
