Abstract

Abstract: The Use Of Scientific Approach Using  Guided Inquiry Model In Improving The Learning Of Science  About The Characteristics Of Light For The Fifth Grade Students Of SD Negeri Srusuh Jurutengah In The Academic Year Of 2016/2017. The objective of this research is to improve the learning of IPA about the characteristics of light for the fifth grade students of SD Negeri Srusuh Jurutengah in the academic year of 2016/2017. This research is a collaborative Classroom Action Research (CAR). Subjects of the research were the teacher and 21 students. Techniques of collecting data were learning outcomes test, observation, interview, and documentation. Validity of data in this research was analyzed using triangulation of sources and triangulation of technique. The results of this research show that the use of scientific approach using guided inquiry model can improve the learning of science.Keywords: Scientific Approach, guided inquiry, Learning of science.

Abstract

In this paper, we propose a technique for automatically recording parasitemia of mice infected with Plasmodium berghei by using Cellprofiler. Our purpose is to identify the difference number of parasitemia obtained by CellProfiler and manual assessment. We conducted a T-test analysis with p < 0.05. This value is considered to have a statistically significant different between automatic and manual process. Total of 50 thin blood smear images were analyzed for both automatically using CellProfiler and manual process. Results showed that there were insignificant difference between automatic and manual process (p > 0.05). It can be concluded that based on this research that automated quantification of parasitemia using CellProfiler was comparable but not better than manual.keywords: Automation, CellProfiler, Parasitemia, Plasmodium berghei, Thin blood smearPada tulisan ini, penghitungan parasitemia pada mencit yang diinfeksi dengan Plasmodium berghei dengan CellProfiler diusulkan. Tujuan penelitian yang dilakukan adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan antara nilai parasitemia yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan CellProfiler dibandingkan dengan secara manual. Uji T digunakan untuk analisis statistik dengan p < 0, 05 berarti terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara penghitungan otomatis dibandingkan dengan manual. Total sebanyak lima puluh citra apusan darah tipis mencit dianalisis secara otomatis menggunakan CellProfiler dan secara manual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara nilai persentase yang diperoleh secara otomatis dibandingkan dengan manual (p > 0, 05) . Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa nilai persentase parasitemia yang diperoleh secara otomatis menggunakan CellProfiler sebanding tetapi tidak lebih baik dibandingkan dengan teknik manual.kata kunci: CellProfiler, Otomatisasi, Parasitemia, Plasmodium berghei, Preparat Apusan Tipis

Abstract

A main task of Section of Founding Society?s Nutrient at the District Health Office of Brebes is to plan, to conduct, to develop a program of improving society?s nutrient and coping with&nbsp; nutrient problem. Anemia because of iron defeciency on the pregnancy woman is one of the nutrient problems in District of Brebes. The aim of research was to devolep an information system based on Geographical Information System (GIS) for monitoring&nbsp; anemia of pregnancy woman. This research had two steps. First step was a qualitative research that was used seven methodology steps of FAST development (Framework for the Application of System Techniques). Second step was a quantitave&nbsp; research using pre-exprmental one group posttest only/the one shot case study design. In this design, the treatment that&nbsp; had been done was measured and observed (pottest). Data of observation was analyzed by a descriptive method using a considered average. Subjects were the head of the district health office of Brebes, the head of sub-departement of the public health empowerment, the head of section, and the staffs of section of founding society?s nutrient. Information system has overall considered average equal to 4,05. It means that user generally has apporved it. The considered average for accessibility, completeness of information,relevancy, and speed is equal to 4, for ease is equal to 4,25, and for management of data basis is equal to 4,08. It means that accessibilty, completeness of information, revalancy, speed, ease, and management of data basis for an information system that has been devoleped, is approved by respondent and has a good value.

Abstract

AbstractThis article aimed to reveal and describe students' motivation towards dance self-development activities in SMP-SDI Silungkang. The type of this research was qualitative research with descriptive methods. The objects in the study were 22 female students and 1 male of class VII and VIII in odd semester 2018/2019 academic year. All of the objects participated self-development. The instruments used in this study were the researchers herself and free interviews. The types of data in this research were primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of library research, observation, interviews, and documentation. The techniques of data analysis were carried out by the steps of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the motivation of students towards the self-development activities of dance in SMP of Islamic Business School (SDI) Silungkang was still quite good and the implementation of self-development in dance was running well. This school was still facing obstacles in developing dance self-development activities, such as infrastructures that were not yet complete. However, there were also several types of rewards given by the teacher to motivate students in the self-development activities. Thus, it was concluded that students 'motivation towards the self-development activities of dance in SMP of Islamic Trading School (SDI) Silungkang is quite good and needed some improvement in terms of students' external motivation, especially in the aspects of facilities and infrastructures.Keywords: Motivation, Self Development, Dance

This research intent to prove what available relationship among family congruity, learning independence, and study goes together toward studying math V grade student. Method that is utilized surveys korelasional who gets character ex post facto  with quantitative approaching, analited utilizes analisis regression. Its population is exhaustive student grade V, sample 10% took by teches random is sampling . Data collecting utilizes questionnaire tech and essay by validate empirik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan apakah ada hubungan antara Keharmonisan Keluarga, kemandirian Belajar, dan secara bersama-sama terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas V. Metode yang digunakan survei korelasional yang bersifat ex post facto dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi. Populasinya seluruh siswa kelas V SD, sampel 10% diambil dengan teknik random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik angket dan tes dengan validasi empirik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil belajar Matematika dipengaruhi oleh keharmonisan keluarga dan kemandirian belajar dengan perolehan ry-1 = 0,096; ry-2 = 0,688; dan ry-12 = 0,103.   Kata Kunci: hasil belajar, keharmonisan keluarga, kemandirian belajar

Abstract

Kader posyandu dalam pelaksanaan program KIA memegang peranan penting untuk menggerakkan keaktifan ibu dalam peningkatan kesehatan ibu dan anak. Masalah penelitian adalah faktor-faktor apakah yang berhubungan dengan peran kader dalam penggunaan buku KIA. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan peran kader dalam penggunaan buku KIA di Kecamatan Kalibagor. Metode penelitian adalah studi analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi adalah kader posyandu aktif yang ada di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kalibagor. Proportional random sampling digunakan untuk mendapatkan sampel sebanyak 67 responden. Hasil penelitian diperoleh sebanyak 59,7% responden memiliki tingkat pengetahuan yang baik, 56,7% responden memiliki motivasi yang kurang baik, 55,2% responden memiliki masa kerja baru (&lt;15 tahun), 53,7% responden memilki peran yang baik dalam penggunaan buku KIA. Pengetahuan terbukti berhubungan dengan peran kader dalam penggunaan buku KIA (nilai p=0,013), sedangkan motivasi dan masa kerja tidak berhubungan dengan peran kader dalam penggunaan buku KIA (nilai p=0,140). Simpulan penelitian adalah pengetahuan berhubungan dengan peran kader dalam penggunaan buku KIA. In maternal and child health (KIA) program, Posyandu cadres needed to increase maternal and child health. Research problem was whether factors related to role of cadres in the use of KIA book. Research purpose was to determine the factors related to the role of cadres in use of KIA book in Kalibagor District area. The research method was analytic study with cross sectional approach. Population was existing cadres which active in Kalibagor public health center area. Proportional random sampling was used to obtain 67 samples. The results were 59.7% of respondents had a good knowledge level, 56.7% of respondents have poor motivation, 55.2% of respondents have a new working period (&lt;15 years), 53.7% of respondents have a good role in use KIA book. There was associated between knowledge and cadres role in use KIA book (p=0.013), there were no association between motivation and working period to cadres role in use KIA book (p=0.140). Conclusion, knowledge related to cadre’s role in use KIA book.

Abstract

Kepala sekolah sebagai supervisor haruslah selalu berusaha memperbaiki cara guru mengajar, cara siswa belajar, meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran dan meningkatkan hasil belajar yang bertujuan untuk memperbaiki dan mengembangkan situasi belajar dan mengajar yang lebih baik sehingga mampu meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran, dan dapat tercapai tujuan pendidikan di sekolahataumadrasah.Pelaksanaan ideal supervisi akademik oleh kepala madrasah di MIYaspuri Lowokwaru Malang masih kurang maksimal. Hal ini dapat diindikasikan pada kenyataan bahwa supervisi belum mampu dilakukan secara berkala dan belum ada tindak lanjut dari hasil supervisi sebagai upaya perbaikan atau peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran. Penelitian yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan penelitian tindakan, yaitu Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh dari pelaksanaan tindakan pada siklus I dan siklus II, dapat dilihat bahwa ada kenaikan nilai yang diperoleh dari masing-masing guru kecuali untuk seorang guru. Bila dibandingkan nilai yang diperoleh secara rata-rata pada siklus I adalah 74.29, dan nilai yang diperoleh pada siklus ke II rata-rata sebesar 79.38 maka mengalami kenaikan yang cukup signifikan, yaitu sebesar 5.09. Artinya dengan pelaksanaan supervisi, mengalami peningkatan nilai rata-rata guru sebesar 5,09, dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa supervisi akademik dapat meningkatkan kompetensi guru, terutama dalam kompetensi pedagogik dan kompetensi profesional.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this article  to describe how to process the results of the assessment of the aspects of knowledge made by MTs English teachers, both in assessing the learning process and student learning outcomes. Assessments made by teachers in determining the student's final grade, consisting of the Daily Test Score , the Mid-Term Test Score  and the End-Year Test Score . This assessment is carried out to measure students' abilities in the form of factual, conceptual, procedural, and metacognitive knowledge, as well as low to high level thinking skills. The competency measured in this activity is related to the achievement of Basic Competence (KD) on KI-3 conducted by MTs English subject teachers. The assessment technique used is in accordance with the characteristics of each. These include written tests, oral tests, and assignments. The method used in writing this article is descriptive analytic, to describe the ability of English MTs teachers, in making decisions using information obtained through measurement of student learning outcomes. As for the results of this writing, teachers are expected to be able to process the results of the assessment of knowledge used for the benefit of learning. For this reason, teachers must be able to process the results of the assessment of knowledge for various purposes, including to determine the success of learning, to do remedial or for enrichment. ABSTRACT The hospital was the institution of the health service with the core of the preventive service activity, curative, rehabilitatif and pro-the motive. This activity will cause the positive and negative impact. The positive impact was the increase in the level of the health of the community, whereas the impact of his negative in part was the waste and the medical waste and non medical that could cause the illness and pollution that must be attentive especially.The research was carried out qualitatively with the case study plan. The research was carried out in RSUD Kabupaten Cilacap. The data collection was carried out by means of observation and the interview.Results of the research of showing that the liquid waste management in Pertamina UP IV Cilacap went were good enough with was supported by human resources (human resources), the fund, the method, material, the legislation regulation and the guidance of the implementation and the technical guidance. Abstract

Abstract:The research aims to know process and result of developing of mathematics learning intruments through process skillapproach based on discovery learning method  forspecial lines within triangle topic at eightgrade ofjunior high school. The research development modelrefers to4D Thiagarajan models. The subject of research is students of VIII acceleration class SMPN 2 Jember in even semester academic year 2012-2013. Student’s activities of research is found a few concepts and formulas with some principles of process skill approach through observing, classifying, predicting, analyzing variables, and conclusing. The data of research are obtained by validation sheet, observation sheet of teacher and students activities, questionnaire, and evaluation test.The products of this research are lesson plan, student handbook, worksheet, and evaluation test.The result shows that the learning instrumentsqualifies validity, practical, and effective criteria.
