Abstract

Design structure of Citra Dream Hotel Semarang by SNI 1726-2012 on this final report are designed inseismic zoning area of Semarang City, Central Java. The building are design with Structure Frame System method with configuration structure collapsethe System Bearer Special Moment (SRPMK). The structure frame system methodis are the configuration structure of the building with moment resisting frame consisting of beam and column. The configuration system of the Structural Frame System are consist of reinforced concrete structure. The building was firmly designed with some load combination such as dead load, live load, and earthquake. Design with The System Bearer Special Moment (SRPMK) election expected to be a high story building structure behave ductile therefor this building firm enough to be swayed by the earthquake that happened. This system is planned to use the concept of strong column weak beam, where the vertical elements of the structure (column) should be stronger than the horizontal elements of the structure (beam), to be plastically formed jointsfirst on the beam. The joints meeting of the beam-columnshould also be well designed to avoid collapse first. The analysis of the structure of high story building using SAP2000 v12 software help to design structural building. Software are used for helping to determine the fundamental period of the structure and the forces acting on the structure. In the configuration of the structure collapse the System Bearer Special Moment (SRPMK) fundamental structural period must be limited so that the structure is not very flexible. Results in the forces acting such a axial force, shear, tortion and moment on the structure are used to design the structure of high story building.

Abstract

Beberapa waktu belakangan ini, dikembangkan suatu metoda baru dalam pembuatan beton yang berbeda dari beton konvensional, dimana agregat kasar dalam beton diharapkan dapat berkontribusi secara maksimal terhadap mutu beton. Metoda ini disebut metoda prepacked. Dengan metoda ini, agregat kasar yang ditempatkan terlebih dahulu di dalam bekisting akan saling mengunci satu sama lain (interlocking) dan menimbulkan gaya saling aksi (interaction). Perlu diperhatikan mortar yang akan digunakan dalam beton prepacked haruslah mortar yang mampu mengisi celah kecil yang ada di antara partikel agregat kasar tanpa mengganggu susunan agregat kasar yang sudah ditempatkan di dalam bekisting. Oleh karena itu pada penelitian ini dilakukan penelitian terhadap mortar mengenai pengaruh faktor air semen serta gradasi pasir terhadap flowability dan sifat fisik dan mekanik mortar dan juga bagaimana pengaruh interlocking dan interaction terhadap karakteristik beton prepacked. Dari hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa nilai faktor air semen dan gradasi pasir sangat berpengaruh terhadap flowability dan sifat fisik dan mekanik mortar. Pengaruh interlocking dan interaction juga sangat berpengaruh terhadap kuat tarik belah beton, namun dalam kapasitas kuat tekan beton masih kurang maksimal karena lemahnya interface antara agregat kasar dengan mortar sehingga harus diteliti lebih lanjut untuk meningkatkan mutu lekatan antara agregat kasar dan mortar.

Abstract

Structural analysis calculations of White Pearl apartment buildings against earthquake load refers to Earthquake Resilience Planning Procedures for Building Structures and Non-Building (SNI 1726-2012), where the analysis of the seismic load high-rise building structures made with Spectrum Analysis Method Dynamic Response. White Pearl apartment building belonging to the Seismic Design Criteria for Type D with high seismic risk level, so the building frame structure configuration bearers that used is Special Moment Frame System (SRPMK). SRPMK system is designed so that the building does not collapse or collapse during an earthquake in excess of the earthquake that has been designed, therefore SRPMK models are designed in order to qualify strong columns weak beams. System with method strong column weak beam does not mean in the literal sense, but rather a column designed to hold the beam at the beam having plastic hinge. At SRPMK models are designed so that plastic joints located at a certain point. Joint at the beam-column relations should also be designed properly to avoid collapse first. This Apartment has a asymmetrical shape, so when there was an earthquake the building will undergo rotational that is caused by the center of stiffness and the center of mass is not located in one spot, so it needs dilatation so that the center of mass and the center of stiffness to coincide. This apartment building has a slim shape, therefore necessary to check the drift story in order to the floor shake is not too big.

Abstract

Design of Paviliun Garuda II  dr. Kariadi Hospital Building, Semarang is designed using the Special Moment Frame System (SMFS). With the election of SMFS system expected to behave ductile structure, because ductile structure not only has large energy but also has a large caapacity in the resist earthquake loads. In system of SMFS, we have to use the concept of strong column weak beam in which the vertical elements of the structure (column) must be made stronger than the horizontal elements of the structure (beam), so that the plastic joints formed first on the beam. In addiction, beam-column joint must also be properly designed to prevent the collapse first. The technique of design and analysis structure, by using the SAP 2000v14 program, will obtain internal forces used to calculate the number of the reinforcements needed by the structure. It is in accordance with Indonesian National Standard or SNI as the main guidance in design of Paviliun Garuda II  dr. Kariadi Hospital Building, Semarang.

Abstract

Warhol Residences Apartment is one of the candidates for the skyscrapers that will soon be built in strategic areas Simpang Lima Semarang. These Apartments are located at No. 137 Ahmad Yani Street Semarang. By carrying out the minimalist and modern design, these apartments are expected to meet the needs of the residents of Semarang and foreigner the comfortable dwelling. In this thesis, Warhol Residences apartment?s structure is designed based on the method SRPMK or Special Moment Frame Structure bearers. The main guidelines in this plan are taken from Concrete SNI 03-2847-2002 and RSNI 03-1726-2010 Earthquake. The modeling is made, performed using software Extended Three-Dimensinal Analysis of Building Systems (ETABS) version 9.2.7. Beside that, it also use some other kind of supporting software such as Structure Analysis Program 2000 (SAP 2000), PCACOL, and Auto Cad. Some work items are taken into account include the overall structure of the work of both Primary and Secondary element. Primary structural elements include: Beams, High Beams, Columns, Shearwall / Corewall, joint and Bore Pile Foundation. While the secondary elements are: the plates, and the plate Basement Walls, Stairs, Ramp, and Lift. The analysis showed that the structure of the apartment safe and capable Warhol Residences accounted for analytically.

Abstract

ABSTRAKS   Pengujian balok beton eksternal ini menguji tentang pemanfaatan tulangan eksternal sebagai pengganti tulangan pada beton. Pemasangan baja tulangan eksternal direncanakan bukan dari batang baja tulangan yang berpenampang lingkaran, melainkan baja lips channel yang memiliki lekatan, dan pengekangan pada balok beton. Lips channel sebagai perkuatan di tepi luar balok beton akan menggantikan baja tulangan beton yang tertanam di dalamnya, sehingga jarak antara titik berat lips channel di serat tarik (bawah) dan titik berat daerah tekan balok beton lebih besar. Material terluar beton yang memiliki nilai regangan yang lebih kecil dapat tergantikan dengan baja. Penggunaan tulangan eksternal baja lips channel pada balok beton yang menerima beban lentur sangat menarik diteliti, khususnya cara mengurangi bahkan meniadakan slip antara baja lips channel dan beton. Mutu beton rencana adalah f?c 45 MPa (K500) dengan panjang uji benda 180 cm, lebar 12,5 cm, tinggi 18,5 cm. Kata kunci : Baja Lips Channel, beton bertulang, Slip   ABSTRAKS   Testing of concrete beams externally tested on the use of external reinforcement in concrete reinforcement instead. Installation is planned external reinforcement steel rods instead of steel reinforcement Berpenampang circle, but lips steel channel with coherence, and restraints on concrete blocks. Lips channel as reinforcement at the outer edge of the concrete block will replace the concrete reinforcing steel embedded in it, so the distance between the center of gravity in the fiber channel lips pull (bottom) and gravity concrete beams hit area larger. Concrete outer material has a smaller strain values ??can be replaced with steel. The use of external reinforcement steel in concrete beams lips channel receiving bending loads very interesting study, particularly how to reduce and even negate the slip between the steel and the concrete channel lips. Abstract

GET?S Hotel Building Semarang has an irregular shape. This building has a letter ?L? shape. Separation of building (dilatation) is planned to transform an irregular building becomes a regular building. By construction of the regular building, it is expected the stiffnes and mass distribution tens to be coincide in position or at least be closer. In the condition, when the building shaking because of earthquake, it will cause a small torsion. Structure design of GET?S Hotel Semarang in this final project is designed by Special Moment Frame Bearer System (SRPMK) in Semarang?s seismic zone. By chosing Special Moment Frame Bearer System (SRPMK), it is expected the structure has a high ductility. Ductile structure is a kind of structure types which is able to has a large post elastic deviation repeatedly and frequently because of earthquake that caused the first yield and it is able to maintain the strength of the structure so that the structure remains standing in spite of  the edge of collapse. This structure is designed by using a capacity design of Strong Column Weak Beam. In this condition, the column structure is made stronger than beam structure, so that the part of the beam becomes the first plastic joints. The building will not be collapse totally when the strong earthquake occurs. The joints of the beam-column are designed to prevent the first collapse. The structure analysis of this building is based on SNI 03-1726-2012 and supported by SAP2000 v12 software which the results of the analysis are used to determine the fundamental period of the structure and the forces on the structure. Structural fundamental period on SRPMK has to be limited so that the structure is not very flexible.

Abstract

The Design of Leho Bridge in Karimun Coastal Area, Riau Islands, based on the needs of a transportation infrastructure that connecting the Old Town Area with Sei Bati Airport. This Bridge Structure is designed by using an Arch Bridge Structure considering that it?sfunction also as a monumental building.Based on the results of highway capacity analysis, the bridge?s width designed as 9,00 m with 2/2 UD type which the pavement is 7,00 m width and each of the pedestrians are 1,00 m width. Then the bridge?s  span is determined as 60,00 m, based on the gulf?s geometry and the boat?s traffic under the bridge. The Clearance below the bridge is affected by the highest water level and the boat?s heightwhich on this case is taken as 11,00 m.Through the design and the calculation with Load and Resistance Factor Design?s method we found the section of the arch rib is a box formed steel profile which size is 900.900.40.40 with the yield stress is 290 MPa. While the main beam using a box formed steel profile which size is 900.400.30.30 with the yield stress is 290 MPa. The foundation system is designed by using a group of sheet piles which the diameter is 60 cm as much as 24 piles on each abutments.

Abstract

Perencanaan Struktur Hotel Grandhika Semarang ini direncanakan menggunakan metode Sistem Rangka Gedung berupa Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Khusus (SRPMK) pada zonasi gempa wilayah Kota Semarang. Pemilihan SRPMK diharapkan struktur gedung memiliki tingkat daktilitas tinggi. Struktur daktail yaitu struktur yang mampu mengalami simpangan pasca elastis yang besar secara berulang kali dan bolak-balik akibat gempa yang menyebabkan terjadinya pelelehan pertama dan mampu mempertahankan kekuatan struktur sehingga struktur tetap berdiri walaupun berada diambang keruntuhan. Sistem ini direncanakan menggunakan konsep disain kapasitas berupa kolom kuat balok lemah. Sehingga struktur kolom dibuat lebih kuat dari struktur balok, agar pada bagian balok terjadi sendi plastis terlebih dahulu. Sehingga bangunan ini tidak sampai mengalami keruntuhan total pada saat terjadi gempa kuat. Join ? join pada hubungan balok ? kolom juga didisain agar tidak terjadi keruntuhan terlebih dahulu. Analisis struktur gedung ini berdasarkan pada SNI 03-1726-2012 dan dibantu menggunakan program SAP2000 v15 untuk mengetahui periode getar struktur dan gaya ? gaya dalam yang bekerja pada struktur tersebut. Periode getar struktur pada SRPMK harus dibatasi agar struktur tidak terlalu fleksibel. Dari konsep desain kapasitas tersebut akan diperoleh detail penulangan yang benar sesuai metode SRPMK yang digunakan.

Abstract

Structural Design of Amaris Hotel Simpang Lima Semarang designed with SNI 2847-2013 and SNI 1726-2012. Seismic analysis using dynamic respons spectrum method. Seismic forces calculated based on area of the earthquake zone 4 as the region has a fairly large earthquake acceleration, so it must be designed earthquake-resistant structures. Included in Seismic Design Criteria Type D so that the planning system used method with special moment resisting frames system (SMRFS). Frame system is composed of a framework of beams and columns, where the columns are made stronger than the beam (strong column weak beam). To avoid failure of the structure at the beam-column joint, plastic form joint is planned to occur in the beams and columns only occur at the top of the column foundation. Structure analysis using anayisis structure program to help modeling the structure and determine the forces acting on the structure. Materials used are concrete f'c 25 MPa, where as for steel reinforcement plates and stirrup fy 240 MPa and longitudinal bar fy 400 MPa.
