Abstract

This study aims to determine the difference of learning Problem Based Learning and Project Based Learning on learning outcomes. The research method used is experimental research method. The research design used is a Counterbalanced Design, that is a design that performs group exchanges at certain times during the experimentation period. The subjects of this study were students of class XI IPS 1 and XI IPS 3 of 64 students. Data collection using test and data analysis is t-test. After the t-test obtained a tcount of 1.72 while the ttable at the 0.05 significance level of 1.66 or tcount ttable. So it can be concluded reject Ho and Ha states there are differences in geography learning results between students who were given learning of Problem Based Learning and Project Based Learning but not significant.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan pembelajaran Problem Based Learning dan Project Based Learning terhadap hasil belajar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian eksperimen. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah Counterbalanced Design, yaitu desain yang melakukan pertukaran kelompok pada waktu-waktu tertentu selama masa eksperimentasi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPS 1 dan XI IPS 3 sebanyak 64 siswa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dan analisis data yaitu uji t-tes. Setelah dilakukan uji t diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 1,72 sedangkan ttabel pada taraf signifikansi 0,05 sebesar 1,66 atau thitung ttabel. Maka dapat disimpulkan menolak Ho dan Ha menyatakan terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar geografi antara siswa yang diberi pembelajaran Ploblem Based Learning dan Project Based Learning namun tidak signifikan.Kata Kunci: hasil belajar geografi, problem based learning, project based learning

Abstract

This aims to determine (1) Avarage posttest result of study of IPS Integrated in class which will be given method of environmental utilization as model of learning is higher than in class given method of lecture, (2) Method of environmental utilization is more effective than method of lecture in Integrated IPS subjects class VIII in Public Junior High School 2 Liwa. This research is using quasi-experimental methods with Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Research result show that (1) The average value of IPS Integrated learning outcomes in the class given methods as environmental is utilization higher than in class given lecture methods. (2) Learning that using the environment as a learning resource is more effective than lecture methods on the subjects of Integrated IPS class VIII in Public Junior High School 2 Liwa.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Rata-rata postes hasil belajar IPS Terpadu pada kelas yang akan diberikan metode pemanfaatan lingkungan sebagai model pembelajaran lebih tinggi dibandingkan pada kelas yang diberi metode ceramah, (2) Metode pemanfaatan lingkungan lebih efektif dibandingkan metode ceramah pada mata pelajaran IPS  Terpadu kelas VII di SMP Negeri 2 Liwa. Penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimen semu dengan desain Pretest-Posttest Control Grup Desaign. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Nilai rata-rata postes hasil belajar IPS Terpadu pada kelas yang diberikan metode pemanfaatan lingkungan sebagai model pembelajaran lebih tinggi dibandingkan pada kelas yang diberi metode ceramah, (2) Pembelajaran yang memanfaatkan lingkungan sebagai sumber belajar lebih efektif dibandingkan metode ceramah pada mata pelajaran IPS Terpadu kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 2 Liwa.Kata kunci: hasil belajar IPS terpadu, pemanfaatan lingkungan, sumber belajar

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the interest and the result of the students’ accounting cognitive learning by using problem posing learning model. This research is an action research. The activity of this research was conducted a number of three cycles. The subject of this research was the students’ of accounting tenth grade SMK a number 35 students. The data collecting technique used observation learning activity sheet with seven indicators of success namely The data of observation result and formative test on each cycle become the basic or repair material on the next cycle. The result of research show that : there is improvement of learning interest and result of the students’ cognitive learning on each cycle. After using model in learning problem posing accounting subject.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui minat dan hasil belajar kognitif Akutansi siswa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Problem Posing. Kegiatan penelitian ini dilaksanakan sebanyak tiga siklus. Subjek penelitian adalah seluruh siswa di kelas X Akutansi SMK sebanyak 35 siswa. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar pengamatan aktivitas belajar dengan 10 indikator  keberhasilan.  Data dari hasil observasi dan tes formatif pada setiap siklus menjadi dasar atau bahan perbaikan pada siklus berikutnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: terdapat peningkatan minat belajar dan hasil belajar kognitif siswa disetiap siklus.Kata Kunci : Minat belajar, akuntansi, problem posing.

Abstract

This research aimed to reviewed the way of applying multirepresentation approach to solve the problem of student learning activity in Integrated IPS learning and to increase student learning activity in Integrated IPS learning. This research used Classroom Action Research (CAR) method with qualitative data type. The subjects were 26 students in class VIII A SMP IT FI Bandar Lampung academic year 2016/2017. Data was collected using a Teacher Performance Assessment Instrument (TPAI) sheet with a multirepresentation approach, observation sheets, and interviews to see student learning activities, and diaries as supporting data. Data analysis technique used is analytic description. The result of the research showed: (1) the way of applying multirepresentation approach using verbal mode in cycle I, picture mode in cycle II, and verbal mode and picture in cycle III and IV; (2) multirepresentation approach can increased student learning activity.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penerapan pendekatan multirepresentasi untuk mengatasi masalah aktivitas belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran IPS Terpadu dan meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran IPS Terpadu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan jenis data kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 26 siswa kelas VIII A SMP IT FI Bandar Lampung tahun pelajaran 2016/2017. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan lembar Instrumen Penilaian Kinerja Guru (IPKG) dengan pendekatan multirepresentasi, lembar observasi, dan wawancara untuk aktivitas belajar siswa, serta catatan harian sebagai data pendukung. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskripsi analitik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) cara penerapan pendekatan multirepresentasi menggunakan mode verbal pada siklus I, mode gambar pada siklus II, dan mode verbal dan gambar pada siklus III dan IV, (2) pendekatan multirepresentasi dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa.Kata Kunci:aktivitas belajar siswa, IPS terpadu, multirepresentasi.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze: 1) the design of Learning Implementation Planning and the implementation of IPS learning (Social Studies) by using an interactive Indonesian map media, 2) the students’ activity in learning can increase students’ learning motivation, 3) learning evaluation system, 4) the increase of students learning achievement  in Social Studies learning on the material of various nature and human-made appearance  and the time division. The research method used was classroom action research. The research subject were teacher and students of class V of SDN 2 Gotong Royong of  Tanjungkarang Pusat sub-district. The result of the research showed that: 1) RPP design was designed by learning syntax that consisted of four activities, such as the explanation of learning. , 2) students’ activity in learning was delivering questions, giving opinion, answering questions and accomplishing assignments, 3) the evaluation system used multiple choice items, 4) by using interactive Indonesian map media in Social Studies learning could increase students’.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis: 1) desain Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran dan Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran IPS dengan menggunakan media peta Indonesia Interaktif, 2) aktivitas siswa dalam pembelajaran dapat meningkat kan motivasi belajar siswa,3) sistem Evaluasi Pembelajaran,4) peningkatan prestasi belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran IPS pada materi keragaman kenampakan alam dan buatan di Indonesia serta pembagian wilayah waktu.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Subjek penelitian adalah guru dan siswa kelas V SDN 2 Gotong Royong Kecamatan Tanjungkarang Pusat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) desain RPP dirancang dengan sintak pem belajaran, 2) aktivitas siswa dalam pembelajaran mengajukan pertanyaan, mengemukakan pendapat, menjawab pertanyaan dan menyelesaikan tugas, 3) sistem evaluasi menggunakan soal pilihan ganda, 4) dengan memanfaatkan media peta Indonesia interaktif  dalam pembelajaran IPS dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa secara keseluruhan.Kata kunci: prestasi belajar, IPS, media peta indonesia interaktif

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: (1) measures of learning, (2) the implementation process of learning, (3) learning evaluation system, (4) improved learning outcomes IPS class VII Secondary School District 8 Metro with cooperative learning Numbered Heads Together. Research using action research with three cycles, the first cycle of cooperative learning with LKS NHT, NHT second cycle of cooperative learning by using media images and worksheets, third cycle NHT type of cooperative learning, media images and teaching materials in the form of a summary of the material with LKS. The collection of data through observation and tests competency test and quantitatively analyzed descriptively.The results: 1) design lesson plans with worksheets with syntax NHT: NHT learning with worksheets at the start by forming a study group consists of 4 members of each group to determine the serial number of each member, the student forming discussion groups according to the rules / criteria of cooperative learning groups in NHT with LKS, guiding teacher study groups, student worksheets and assignment in active discussions, the teacher said the serial number on a randomized group, students answer according to the specified number of teachers, the students were able to present the results of individual and group discussions, teachers with students making inferences. 2) student learning activities of ten defined criteria, there are four of the most prominent activity is the ability to ask, dare express opinions, give feedback bold, daring to present observations and discussions. 3) evaluation of learning through teaching Social Sciences NHT implemented via compile phase grating problem, fill out a card problem, create test questions, and conduct tests students mastery of skills indicators that have been learned. From the results of absorption tests indicate the end of each cycle there is an increase from cycle to cycle. 4) The results of student learning has increased, the first cycle to the second cycle of student learning outcomes increased by 9.67 from 48.39% in the first cycle to 58.06%, while from the second cycle to third cycle increased by 25.81%, from 58.06% in the second cycle to 83.87% in the third cycle, it shows more than 80 the number of students achieving a landslide victory over the completeness indicator.Keywords: cooperative NHT, learning outcomes IPS.

Abstract

The research was stimulated learning Social Studies in SMK Negeri 1 Kalianda model of discourse learning with a low learning achievement. This study aims to develop a model of learning by Webbed  are (1) describe the analysis of needs students, (2) resulted in the design and teaching of learning syntax Social Studies Webbed models, (3) test the effectiveness of Social Studies Learning Model Webbed. The Social Studies model of learning development approach Webbed Research and Development (R & D) following the research procedure Dick and Carey developed by Borg and Gall. The results of this research with an analysis of learning needs  the students within the social studies model of Webbed compose the picture in determining the theme of potential areas suitable realities of life. The Syllabus mapping by analyzing the Content Standards, Competency Standards, and Indicators Basic Competence in the implementation of learning. Social studies learning scenario design and syntax Webbed models are (1) Introduction to aperception about Webbed models. (2) the analyze mapping Competency Standards, Basic Competencies and indicators, which define and determine the relationship between the themes in the learning network social studies Model Webbed by making the grille, instrument pre-test and post-test to look for gains in learning results. (3) Develop a learning relationship with Webbed Model social studies Themes. (4) Determine the formulation of the theme. (5) To collect data to answer the formulation of the theme. (6) The test formulation in the theme. (7) To formulate conclusions Webbed theme of learning models. Based on the test results in class X Accounting effectiveness, effectiveness scores 1.015 > 1. The Effectiveness based on the difference in pretest, posttest, and gain learning Webbed social studies models in experimental classes expressed more effective than the old model of learning in social studies class control. Keywords: Development, Sosial Studies Learning, Webbed Model

Abstract

This research is aimed to improve concerning attitude and creativity through technology science model of geography lesson. This research is Classroom Action Research. In this research, the data was gotten in improving concerning attitude and creativity of student. The instrument which is used are observation sheets, observation of teacher worksheets, attitude observation, field records, and documentation. The result of research show that Science Technology Model and Society can improve concerning attitude and creativity of student. It was shown by average of concerning attitude and creativity of student percentage at cycles. At first cycle, the percentage of concerning attitude is 59% and students’ creativity is 54%. At second cycles, the percentage of concerning attitude improves to 72% and creativity is 66%. At third cycles, the percentage of concerning attitude improves to 79% and student creativity is 78%.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Meningkatkan Sikap Kepedulian dan Kreativitas Siswa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran dalam pembelajaran geografi. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan. Dalam penelitian ini data yang diperoleh adalah berupa peningkatan sikap kepedulian dan kreativitas siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu lembar observasi dan lembar pengamatan kinerja pendidik, pengamatan sikap, catatan lapangan dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan menggunakan Model Sains Technology and Society dapat meningkatkan sikap kepedulian dan kreativitas siswa. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan rata-rata persentase sikap kepedulian dan kreativitas siswa pada siklusnya. Siklus I persentase sikap kepedulian 59 % dan kreativitas siswa 54%. Pada siklus II persentase sikap kepedulian naik menjadi 72% dan kreativtas 66%. Begitu pula dengan siklus III, persentase sikap kepedulian naik menjadi 79% dan kreativitas siswa 78%.Kata kunci:  kreativitas siswa, model sains technology and society, sikap kepedulian

Abstract

This research aimed to develop learning media cartoon movies in economics and tested the effectiveness by comparing the pre test and post test average score of learning result between experimental class and control class. This research began with need assessment, the development of learning media and product test on students. From the result of research development, it can be concluded: the result of need assessment made the writer to develop cartoon movie media in economics, economics learning in experimental class which was given treatment by using cartoon movie media was more effective than control class which was not given  cartoon movie media, based on the result of t test, the effectiveness formula and classical accomplishment comparison that cartoon movie media on economics could be stated effective.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran film kartun pada mata pelajaran ekonomi serta menguji efektifitas dengan membandingkan rata-rata nilai pre-test dan post-test hasil belajar ekonomi antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Penelitian ini diawali dengan need asessment, pengembangan media pembelajaran dan pengujian produk pada peserta didik. Hasil penelitian need assesment mengugagah peneliti untuk mengembangan media film kartun pada mata pelajaran ekonomi, pembelajaran ekonomi pada kelas eksperimen yang diberi perlakuan dengan menggunakan media film kartun lebih efektif dari pada kelas konrol yang tidak menggunakan media film kartun, hasil perhitungan uji t, rumus efektifitas dan perbandingan ketuntasan klasikal menunjukan bahwa media film kartun pada mata pelajaran ekonomi dapat dikatakan efektif. Kata kunci: ekonomi, media film kartun, pengembangan

Abstract

This study aims to analyze differences of students critical thinking skills in social studies (Two Stay Two Stray and Snowball Throwing). The method used is the quasi-experimental design to provide treatment to different classes. The result showed that there are differences of students’ critical thinking skills in social studies (Two Stay two Stray and Snowball Throwing) learning models and initial ability (high and low), there are differences in students’ critical thinking skills in social studies which the learning used Two Stay two Stray and Snowball Throwing without regarding to students initial ability, there are differences in students’ critical thingking skills that have high and low initial ability without considering the learning model, there is an interaction between the learning with initial ability of the students critical thinking skills.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan kemampuan berfikir kritis siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS antarmodel pembelajaran (Two Stay Two Stray dan Snowball Throwing). Metode yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan rancangan eksperimen semu dengan memberikan perlakuan pada dua kelas yang berbeda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan kemampuan berfikir kritis siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS antarmodel pembelajaran (Two Stay Two Stray dan Snowball Throwing)  dan antar kemampuan awal (tinggi dan rendah), ada  perbedaan kemampuan berfikir kritis siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS yang pembelajarannya menggunakan pembelajaran Two Stay Two Stray dan Snowball Throwing  tanpa memperhatikan kemampuan awal siswa, ada perbedaan kemampuan berfikir kritis pada mata pelajaran IPS yang memiliki kemampuan awal tinggi  dan rendah tanpa mempertimbangkan model pembelajaran, ada interaksi antara model  pembelajaran dengan kemampuan awal  terhadap  kemampuan berfikir kritis.Kata kunci: kemampuan berfikir kritis, snowball throwing, two stay two stray
