Abstract

Geoelectric (resistivity) is a geophysical method used to determine the condition or the subsurface geological structures based on the variation of the resistivity rock. What the research lies in the northern part UNDIP Tembalang campus, located on Kaligetas Formation (Qpkg) lithological units composed of volcanic breccia, lava flows, tuffs, tuffaceous sandstone and mudstone. At the study site found the scarp and alignment springs. The condition is likely due to the influence of geological structures formed. The purpose of this study was to determine the subsurface lithology types and  kinds of geological structures based on the measurement results Schlumberger geoelectric method.The method used in this study is geoelectric schlumberger method. Geoelectric measurements carried out by 16 points spread among the sites. Geoelectric data processing to determine the actual value of resistivity and thickness of each layer using software IPI2win.Based on the results of data processing geoelectric resistivity values obtained in the study area in the form of rock mudstone (≤ 15 Ωm), sandy mudstone (16-45 Ωm), sandstones (46-100 Ωm), and volcanic breccia (> 100 Ωm). The results of the resistivity values and correlated geoelectric section is to analyze the structural phenomenon which occurs in the study area. In correlation A - A (UNDIP 3, UNDIP 13, and UNDIP 15) mudstone layer located at a depth of 55 meters in cross UNDIP 3, has increased to lie at a depth of 9 meters in cross section UNDIP UNDIP 13 and 15. In correlation C - C (UNDIP 4, UNDIP 2, and UNDIP 16) mudstone layer located at a depth of 62 meters in cross UNDIP 4, has increased to lie at a depth of 11 meters in cross UNDIP 2 and located at a depth of 2.4 meters in cross UNDIP 16. From the results of which showed increased geoelectric mudstone layer, it can be analyzed that the geological structure in the area of research in the form of faults (fault), the type of reverse faults, the south is part of a down (foot wall), while the northern part is relatively rise blocks ( hanging wall). Abstract

PT. GE Lighting Indonesia is a manufacturing company that producing lamp. In generally, PT. GE Lighting Indonesia’s producing line consists of 5 machines with buffer allocation storage between machine that have early capacity of buffer1= 1225 units, buffer2= 915 units, buffer3=820 units, and buffer4=545 units. The allocation of these buffer is definetely done with purpose to place output from machine before processed to the next machine. Time difference process in every machine make the stream of production process become less fluent and affecting less maximal throughput. Other cause that making the throughput of production line process less maximal is machine damage factor. Although the preventive maintenance policy is applied in PT. GE Lighting Indonesia remain to be the machine damage cannot be obviated at production process take place. This research will try to redetermine the buffer allocation in PT. GE Lighting Indonesia in order to make the production process more fluent, so that can increase the throughput in production line. The method that is use to redetermine the buffer allocation is simulation approach. The reason why the author use this method is because there wasn’t found a representative and valid analytical model that match with the system.The simulation is done with Promodel 4.0 software. Based on the experiment design and running of simulation, it’s achieved a conclusion that the best alternative buffer capacity is at 900 units (buffer1, buffer2, buffer3, buffer4 has a same capacity at 900 units) with average throughput at 9.651 units/shift. While in the early buffer capacity only produce as many as 9.207 units/shift. Finally, if it’s compared with the early condition, redetermining the buffer allocation can increase the throughput of production line process equal to 444 units/shift.

Abstract

Pengembangan sumber daya manusia di Kabupaten ini dilakukan dengan berbagai macam program dan kegiatan yang diselenggarakan baik oleh pemerintah daerah, provinsi, maupun pusat. Pendidikan merupakan basis utama pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang diandalkan pada wilayah ini. Tingginya pertumbuhan sekolah di wilayah ini mampu meningkatkan kemampuan individu di daerah ini. Namun, sebagian besar penduduk di wilayah ini, banyak mengenyam pendidikan hanya tingkat lanjut dan jarang dijumpai masyarakat yang berpindidikan tinggi. SMA Negeri 2 Kalianda merupakan sekolah tingkat atas yang menjadi percontohan dan pioneer bagi sekolah lain di Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. SMA NEGERI 1 PALAS berdiri pada tehun 1995 dan berlokasi di Jalan LPN Palas Aji, Kecamatan Palas, Kabupaten lampung Selatan. Kedua sekolah tersebut telah memiliki majalah sekolah namun kondisinya tidak aktif, sehingga kegiatan ini cocok dilaksanakan disana. Hasilnya menunjukkan adanya peningkatan minat siswa untuk menjalankan maJalah sekolah dengan prinsip jurnalistik yang baik. Terbentuknya pengurus majalah sekolah dengan sistem yang lebih teratur. Abstract

Banyak masalah-masalah yang dihadapi mahasiswa dengan metode penelitian, banyak mahasiswa masih bingung memilih metode apa yang digunakan di dalam penelitiannya. Selain itu, mahasiswa memerlukan pengetahuan lebih mengenai metodologi penelitian, macam-macam metode penelitian, syarat-syarat peneliti, langkah-langkah penelitian dan manfaat dari penelitian. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan suatu model pembelajaran agar siswa mampu mendalami materi-materi yang ada dalam Metodologi Penelitian Pendidikan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa semester 5 PGMI di UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data terdiri dari wawancara, observasi, posttest, dan library research (studi pustaka). Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang menggambarkan tentang hasil belajar mahasiswa yang baik pada mata kuliah Metodologi Penelitian Pendidikan melalui tugas outline dengan pembelajaran klinik model conference.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) menghasilkan media pembelajaran IPA berbasis android untuk siswa SD/MI, 2) memperoleh media pembelajaran IPA berbasis android yang layak digunakan untuk siswa SD/MI, dan 3) mengetahui respon siswa SD/MI terhadap  media pembelajaran IPA berbasis android.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan Research and Development (R & D). Prosedur pengembangan meliputi enam langkah, yaitu: analisis potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan informasi, desain produk, validasi desain, revisi desain, dan uji coba produk. Instrumen penilaian yang digunakan adalah lembar angket untuk uji kualitas produk media pembelajaran IPA berbasis android. Penilaian kualitas produk media pembelajaran IPA berbasis android dilakukan oleh reviewer, peer reviewer, guru SD/MI, dan respon siswa kelas VI SD/MI.Hasil penelitian pengembangan ini adalah: 1) telah dikembangkan produk media pembelajaran IPA berbasis android materi perkembangbiakan pada makhluk hidup untuk siswa kelas VI SD/MI, 2) media pembelajaran IPA berbasis android untuk siswa kelas VI SD/MI pada materi perkembangbiakan pada makhluk hidup dengan kelayakan sesuai hasil penilaian reviewer, peer reviewer, dan guru SD/MI, yaitu kategori Sangat Baik (SB) dengan skor 631 dan persentase penilaian 86,85%, dan 3) respon atau tanggapan siswa kelas VI SD/MI terhadap  media pembelajaran IPA berbasis android mempunyai kategori interval antara “Setuju dan Sangat Setuju”, yaitu menghasilkan skor 635 dengan persentase penilaian 88,23%.

Abstract

AbstractThe sample used is 194 employees of PT PLN (Persero) Main Unit Development of East Part Network and Bali I (UIP JBTB I). Abstract

Pembelajaran sains merupakan proses pembelajaran sepanjang hayat sebagaimana belajar berhitung. Anak-anak dari segala jenis usia akan memperoleh manfaat dengan menganalisis keadaan-keadaan di sekitarnya yang mengadung unsur sains. Anak-anak perlu didorong agar memperoleh lebih banyak pengalaman sains di alam, kemudian menjelaskan peristiwa-peristiwa yang dilihatnya, menanyakannya, dan menganalisis cara peristiwa-peristiwa itu terjadi. Implementasi pembelajaran sains untuk anak usia dini dalam menghadapi MEA adalah dengan memasukkan enam keterampilan dasar sains ke dalam empat faktor penentu kemajuan suatu negara, yaitu inovasi, penguasaan jaringan melalui komunikasi, penguasaan teknologi, dan kekayaan sumberdaya alam. Adapun keenam keterampilan dasar sains yang perlu diajarkan kepada siswa adalah: pengamatan (observation), pengomunikasian (communication), pengklasifikasian (classification), pengukuran (measurement), penyimpulan (inference), dan peramalan (prediction). Keenam keterampilan di atas terintegrasi ketika seorang anak melakukan percobaan sederhana. Enam keterampilan dasar di atas sangat penting dalam kedudukannya sebagai keterampilan mandiri sebagaimana pentingnya ketika berkedudukan sebagai keterampilan terintegrasi. Keterampilan yang diasah sejak dini diharapkan akan menjadi bekal untuk menghadapi jenjang pendidikan siswa selanjutnya. Hal ini menjadi fokus penting mengingat batas-batas antar negara saat ini semakin transparan, persaingan tidak hanya terjadi secara lokal melainkan sudah bersifat global sejak dicanangkanya MEA.

Abstract

The research aimed to discover the optimization of the use of the science kits in MIN Ngestiharjo Wates based on (1) the general condition of the school, including teachers’ and students’ condition, (2) the completeness of the science kits and it’s instructions, covering their conditions when received and their recent conditions, (3) the number and the use of the science kits in science study, (4) the frequency of the use of the science kits, (5) teachers’ knowledge of using the science kits, (6) teachers’ experiences in attending the training, and (7) teachers’ experiences and their opinions in using the science kits in science study. This research used the quantitative approach by the ki nd of survey research categories. Data were collected using questionnaires, observation, and interview to the officers. The instrument validity was assessed using the volume validities while the reliability was assessed using the triangulation method. Data were analyzed using the descriptive analysis technique. Findings show that the using of the science kits is not optimal based on, first, the general condition of the school covering the comparison between total students and science kits is not in adequate condition and the number of the teachers is already adequate, nevertheless, their overall qualification was inadequate. Second, the number of the science kits was in complete condition but the instructions covering the science kits were good when they’re received and partly, they’re damaged (25.0%). Third, the science kits are used in some of the science Study (66.7%) and the use of them in group practical activities was lack (66.7%) meanwhile they were precisely adequate for the demonstration (33.3%). Fourth, the average utilization frequency of science kits is 12 times maximum usage. Fifth, the respondents already understood the goal of using the science kits. Sixth, there were only small part of the respondents attended the upgrading activities. Lastly, the respondents experienced some obstacles in using the science kits covering the science kits packages are not adequate enough, the lack of science kits upgrading activities, and the needs for more times in using the science kits so that the respondents propose the problemalternative solutions such as increasing the teachers equaling program, upgrading the science kits, improving the KKG qualities, teachers’ sharing, and other materials of references or associated (already performed). Otherwise, it is necessary to conduct the technical guidance especially for science teachers, improving the science upgrading program, improving the KKG qualities, increment the number of science kits, and separated timing allocation (hasn’t been performed).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan faktor-faktor penyebab lulusan SMP tidak melanjutkan ke jenjang SMA/sederajat di Desa Kumesu, Reban, Kabupaten Batang. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh anak yang tidak melanjutkan sekolah ke jenjang SMA/sederajat tahun 2015. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling berjumlah 27 responden. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan teknik analisis deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian: (1) kondisi sosial mayoritas tingkat pendidikan ayah sebesar 92% dan ibu sebesar 78% sampai tingkat sekolah dasar, rata-rata pendapatan bersih orang tua Rp.646.000/Bulan tidak menjadi faktor penyebab anak tidak melanjutkan sekolah. (2) aksesbilitas tidak menjadi faktor penyebab anak tidak melanjutkan sekolah, mayoritas responden sebesar 85% dapat menggunakan minibus, secara keseluruhan fasilitas jalan beraspal dan mayoritas jarak tempuh dari rumah ke sekolah <7km sebesar 100%. (3) motivasi internal dan eksternal anak sebagai faktor penyebab anak tidak melanjutkan sekolah, sebesar 67% termasuk dalam kriteria rendah, sebesar 78% memiliki motivasi eksternal yang termasuk dalam kriteria sedang. Orang tua hendaknya selalu memberi motivasi dan bimbingan kepada anak untuk bersekolah. Pemerintah melalui dinas terkait hendaknya melakukan sosialisasi tentang pentingya pendidikan demi meningkatkan kecerdasan dan taraf hidup masyarakat Desa Kumesu Kecamatan Reban Kabupaten Batang. Anak lulusan SMP yang tidak melanjutkan pendidikan ke jenjang sekolah menengah dapat mengikuti ketrampilan khusus sebagai dasar untuk berwira usaha.   This study aims to describe the causal factors of junior high school graduates do not continue to pursue high school/ equivalent in the village Kumesu Reban District of Batang. The study population was all children who do not attend school to senior high school/ equivalent in 2015. Sampling using purposive sampling amounted to 27 respondents. The method used is qualitative method with descriptive analysis techniques percentage. Results: (1) the social conditions of the majority of father's education level by 92% and by 78% mom to the primary school level, the average net income of the parents Rp.646.000/ month not be a factor for not continuing school. (2) accessibility is not a factor causing the child does not attend school, the majority of respondents 85% can use a minibus, the overall facility paved roads and the majority of the distance from home to school <7km of 100%. (3) internal and external motivation of children as a factor causing child does not attend school, 67% included in the criteria is low, at 78% have the external motivation was included in middle criteria. Parents should always give motivation and guidance to children to attend school. The government through related agencies should conduct socialization about the importance of education in order to improve intelligence and living standards of the people of Kumesu Village, Reban District, Batang Regency. Children of junior high school graduates who do not continue their education to secondary school can take special skills as a basis for entrepreneurship

Abstract

Dana desa diharapkan mampu membuat desa di Indonesia lebih maju dan sejahtera. Jumlah dana yang besar membuat sebagian aparatur desa terkadang kesulitan dalam hal pengelolaan, apalagi dalam hal pertanggungjawaban. Diperlukan sinergi antara pemerintah daerah dan desa agar terjadi pemerataan pembangunan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui problem dan tantangan, serta kesiapan aparatur desa dalam mengelola dana desa.       Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian dilaksanakan di 5 desa di Kabupaten Batang. Metode yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.       Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa problem dan tantangan pelaksanaan dana desa di Kabupaten Batang adalah keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, yaitu kualitas sumber daya aparatur yang dimiliki desa masih rendah. Kesiapan aparatur desa pada dasarnya sudah siap dengan adanya program dana desa, ditunjukkan dengan kepala desa mempersiapkan atau menyediakan staf yang menguasai teknologi informasi untuk mengelola dana desa.       Saran, bagi pemerintah desa, terus berupaya meningkatkan kapasitas aparatur pemerintah desa untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan dana desa sesuai dengan misi dan harapan pemerintah  terhadap pengelolaan dana desa. Perubahan paradigma mengenai perilaku dan pola pikir bagi setiap aparatur desa secara terus berkelanjutan dari pamong desa menjadi pelayan publik/masyarakat desa. Bagi pemerintah kabupaten, menyediakan tenaga pendamping desa yang profesional dan memadai sesuai jumlah desa, untuk mendorong percepatan alih teknologi dan meningkatkan tata kelola keuangan desa. Terus mengintensifkanpenyelenggaraan pelatihan bagi aparatur desa secara komprehensif dan berkelanjutan dengan substansi materi yang tepat sasaran untuk pembenahan dan peningkatan tata kelola dana desa.     Village fund is expected to make villages in Indonesia more advanced and prosperous. Sometimes, the large amount of funds make some of the village apparatus difficult in managing  moreover in giving responsibility. Consequently, the synergy between district and village government is required in order to make equitable development happen. The purpose of this study is to find out the problem and challenge, and also readiness of village apparatus in managing village funds.        The approach used in this study was qualitative approach. The research locations were 5 villages in Batang Regency. The data was collected through observation, interview, and documentation.        The result showed that the problem and challenge in managing village fund in Batang Regency was the lack of human resources which means the quality of village apparatus was low.Village apparatus was basically ready for the village fund program. The readiness was proved by the village chief which provided the staffs who master information technology to manage village fund.       Suggestion for village government is to improve capacity of village apparatus in order to improve the quality of village fund management based on the government’s mission and expectation to village fund management. Besides, there should be a paradigm shift in behaviour and mindset for every village apparatus, from village government become public/ villagers servant. For district government, it is expected to provide professional escort personnel which is  sufficient based on the number of villages to encourage the acceleration of technology transfer and improve village fund management. Beside that, the district government is also expected to organize training for village apparatus with material which is appropriate for correction and improvement of village fund management comprehensively and continuously.
