Abstract

This study is descriptive explaining the development of the new General and Administration technique in relation with allocation of expenses into several Production Sharing Cost (PSC). From the observation done by the researcher it was shown that the general and administration technique Project Admin (Drilling and Exploration Departments) from Support Admin (Non-Drilling and Exploration Departments) as required by SKKMIGAS. Moreover, SKKMIGAS also required the time to be allocated usin man-hours. This has also been achieved by the new Marathon procedure. Marathon even made further innovations, by designating only several Departments need to be time-writers. The non time-writers will be allocated according to the result of the time-writers. this is useful in order to provide better information regarding the work for each  concession. Therefore, the new method has fulfilled SKKMIGAS requirements and is also in line with the ring-fence policy

Abstract

This study analyzes the factors that motivate Indonesia signed a preferential trade agreement with Mesir in 2011 . the reasons which prompted Indonesia to cooperate with Mesir to better cooperation , free trade agreements . This study will also explain the Indonesian trip begins negotiations of the Comprehensive Trade on Economic Partnership (CTEP) by Indonesia and Mesir signed in 2005 , both from the development and scope of negotiations .Keywords: Preferential Trade Agreement, Cooperation, Factors.

Abstract

Abstrak Kelurahan Dupak Bangunsari merupakan bagian dari Kecamatan Krembangan di Kota Surabaya. Pemilihan daerah penelitian berdasarkan pada kenyataan bahwa daerah tersebut dulunya merupakan tempat lokalisasi dan sekarang sudah beralih fungsi setelah Pemerintah Surabaya menutup tempat lokalisasi tersebut yang berdampak negatif terhadap kondisi sosial ekonomi masyarakat sekitar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak penutupan lokalisasi terhadap kondisi sosial ekonomi masyarakat Bangunsari. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh kepala keluarga RT 1 pada Kelurahan Bangunsari yang berjumlah 100 kepala keluarga. Data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh menggunakan pedoman wawancara, dokumentasi dari instansi terkait dan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan adanya penutupan lokalisasi kondisi sosial masyarakat mengalami perubahan dalam hal mata pencaharian. Kondisi ekonomi berdampak pada turunnya tingkat pendapatan yang dulunya tergabung dalam kegiatan lokalisasi. Pendidikan yang rendah, membuat masyarakat sulit untuk mencari pekerjaan di luar bidang lokalisasi, banyak dari mantan pelaku yang beralih menjadi wirausaha. Kata Kunci: Lokalisasi, sosial, ekonomi.   Abstract Dupak Bangunsari village a part of Krembangan District at Surabaya Regency. Selection of research areas is based on the fact that the area was once a place of localization and now switching function after the government shut localization Surabaya which have a negative impact on the socioeconomic conditions surrounding communities. The purpose research was to determine the impact of the closure of the localization of the socioeconomic conditions of society Bangunsari. This research was a survey. The population in this study were all heads of families in the village Bangunsari village RT 1 totaling 100 families. The collecting data in this study using the interview, documentation and observation of the Surabaya Goverenment and observation. The results showed that with the closure of the localization of social conditions changed in terms of livelihood. Economic conditions have an impact on the decline in the level of income that was once joined in localization activities. Low education, making it difficult for people looking for a job outside the field of localization, many of the former actors-turned entrepreneur. Keyword:Localization, socio, economic.

Abstract

The purposes of this study are to determine the factors that affect the business negotiation process and the role of cross-cultural understanding in the process of business negotiations. The object of this research is a service company engaged in the construction, mechanical and electrical. This research uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data analysis method used in this research is the analysis interactive model. Cross-cultural understanding is needed in the process of business negotiations. Many factors affect the process of business negotiations such as culture, style of business negotiations, time orientation, change tolerance, relationship and others. Results from this study indicate that cross-cultural understanding that can either increase the percentage of success in business negotiations process. Cultural barriers such as lack of foreign language skills in communication, a sense of ethnocentrism, and prejudice can impede the course of business negotiations process. Keywords : Cross-cultural understanding, negotiation process, business ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi proses negosiasi bisnis dan peran dari pemahaman lintas budaya dalam proses negosiasi bisnis. Objek dari penelitian ini adalah perusahaan jasa yang bergerak di bidang konstruksi, mechanical dan electrical. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis model interaktif Pemahaman lintas budaya sangat diperlukan dalam proses negosiasi bisnis. Banyak faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi proses negosiasi bisnis seperti budaya, gaya negosiasi bisnis, Time orientation, change tolerance, relationship dan lain-lain. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman lintas budaya yang baik dapat memperbesar presentase keberhasilan dalam proses negosiasi bisnis. Hambatan budaya seperti keterbatasan penguasaan bahasa asing dalam berkomunikasi, rasa etnosentrisme, dan prasangka buruk dapat menghambat jalannya proses negosiasi bisnis. Abstract

The objective of the research is to know the effects of the fermented-seaweed meal waste available in the ration to the performance (weight gain, consumption and convertion of ration, carcass production (carcass percentage, carcass components, and abdominal fat). This research applied 80 local day oldduck (DOD). The research design applied was Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of 4 treatments which were repeated for 5 times. Every repetition consists of 4 local duck. The treatments applied were: R0 = Controlled Ration, R1 = Ration containing of 2,5%fermented-seaweed meal waste. R2 = Ration containing of 5% fermented-seaweed meal waste, and R3 = Ration containing of 7,5% fermented-seaweed meal waste.The result of this research shows that the treatments hadnot significant influence on the duck performance and abdominal fat, butsignificantly influence on the percentage of carcass and the carcass components, while  abdominal fat decreaseto the higher fermented seaweed meal waste contained in the ration. Abstract

This study was aimed to evaluate different types and combinations of live foods in relation to the survivability of newly hatched Lysmata vittata and Lysmata intermedia larvae. The experiment consisted of three trials (different species, combinations, and densities of live foods) arranged in a completely randomized design. The first and second trials were subjected to L. vittata with three treatments for each trial (1A, 1B, 1C for trial-1; 1D, 1E, 1F for trial-2). The third trial consisted of two treatments (2A and 2B) tested on L. intermedia. Each treatment had three replicates. The results showed that the survival rates were low in all treatments. However, each treatment showed a significant effect (P<0.05) on the average survival rate of L. vittata and L. intermedia larvae. In the first trial, treatment 1C was the only one that had survived larvae after day 35 with 4.44% of final average survival rate (FASR). Four of the larvae reached the post-larval stage. In the second trial, treatment 1F showed a better condition than the other treatments with 5.56% FASR. Nevertheless, no larvae in the second trial had transformed to post-larval stage before the experiment ended at day 46. In the third trial, no larvae survived to reach the post-larval stage. In spite of this, treatment 2B had better daily average survival rate (DASR) than treatment 2A. This research concludes that the use of copepods as live food at an early larval stage and Artemia at a later stage is relatively more effective to improve the survival rate of peppermint shrimp larvae.

Abstract

Biscuits are classified as cereal-based food products made from wheat flour or other flours. Addition of Fish Protein Concentrate (FPC) in biscuits was expected to produce biscuits with higher protein content and better characteristics. The objective of this research was to determine the concentration of FPC of patin fish in biscuit making. FPC concentration was added at 10-25% (w/w) of the total formula of biscuits. Determination of the best concentration of KPI based on the biscuit parameters of organoleptic and physical tests. Biscuits with 20% FPC had color and aroma similar to control biscuit. The control biscuits taste, crispiness, and hardness were similar to biscuits with 15% FPC. The best concentration of KPI added in biscuit was 15% of the total of formula biscuits. Biscuit with 15% KPI had higher levels of protein and the digestibility of proteins in vitro was higher than the control.Keywords: biscuit, fish protein concentrate, patin fish, crispiness

Abstract

This study investigates the correlations of the accounting information: current ratio, debt-to-equity ratio, total assets turnover, price-to-earnings ratio, and firm size towards stock return. This is to respond the economic condition and improvement of Asian market towards the global economy, and increasing consumer spending in food and beverage in Indonesia. Some previous studies found that there is a correlation between the variables and the stock return. This study then reveals a significant correlation of current ratio, debt-to-equity ratio, total asset turnover, and firm size when they are put as a single variable, towards the stock return. However, the price-to-earnings ratio is found to have an significant correlation towards the stock return, and so do all the accounting information as independent variables when combined in multiple regression model.
