Abstract

Economic growth and available of infrastructures supply are requirement to fulfill demand ofpassengers and goods movement. In other hand, the restrictions of available budget could beobstacle to implement due to city’s limited budget that should financed other sectors such ashealthy, education, running water, garbage etc.City’s of Bandar Lampung try on searching secondary finance as an alternative source throughPusat Investasi Pemerintah (PIP), a special institution of Financial Ministry, reserve fundedconstruction of few project which consist of two flyovers and widening of seven main roads acrossthe city.Off course, it’s rightfully if public and taxpayers want to find out what are the benefit of thoseproject and how substantial would be influence for Bandar Lampung. Does a loan would becommensurable to obtained long term benefit? Research aims to enumerative the economicbenefit of construction of transport infrastructure, that’s as a whole will be fully complete danoperate. Meanwhile the widening section of seven main roads had completely a head. The resultshows that’s economic benefits of these project, direct and indirect, is bigger than wholesaleinvestment.

Abstract

The Sumida River (Sumida-gawa) is a river which flows through Tokyo Japan. It branches fromthe Arakawa River at Iwabuchi and flows into Tokyo Bay. Its tributaries include the Kanda andShakujii rivers. What is now known as the "Sumida River" was previously the path of theArakawa, however towards the end of the Meiji era work was carried out to divert the main flowof the Arakawa to prevent flooding. It passes through the following seven wards of Tokyo.

Abstract

Transportation is a very important aspect to stimulate the economy, a region cannot be totally independent in meeting its own regional needs, so that the area needs other regions as a support where one of the connecting infrastructure is a toll road. The Terbanggi Besar - Pematang Panggang Toll Road is one of the 8 Trans Sumatra toll road projects that have entered the construction phase in 2017 which are planned to be operated in 2021. The tariff analysis carried out is based on the Ability to Pay (ATP) and Willigness to Pay (WTP) approach. The average ATP value obtained is Rp 131,638.00 / 100 km and the average WTP value obtained is Rp. 40,989.00 / 100 km. Respondent's ATP value > WTP value indicates that the ability to pay respondents is greater than willingness to pay because users have relatively high income but the utility of these services is relatively low. While the determination of ideal rates is based on the average value of ATP and WTP. Based on calculations, the price of the Terbanggi Besar - Pematang Panggang toll roads tariff is Rp. 86,314.00 / 100 km.

Abstract

This thesis discusses the analysis of the Way Pengubuan bridge that connects the Gunung Sugih and Terbanggi Subing regions which are separated by rivers and have bridges that have not yet fulfilled the feasibility of being a bridge completely. So that the Government made the Way Pengubuan bridge construction project which aims to facilitate community mobilization so that the community's economy can increase. The location of this study was carried out on Way Pengubuan bridge, Gunung Sugih - Terbanggi Subing, Lampung Tengah Regency, Lampung Province. The data needed during this research are planning standards issued by SNI, literature published bridge planning standards, and general bridge data obtained from P.T. YODYA KARYA (Persero) as a project contractor. The method carried out in this study is to use the data obtained then analyze the structure of the bridge, analyze the structure of the structure under the bridge. From the results of the study it can be seen that the type of bridge used is prestressed concrete with a total span of 80 m, the span between abutments and 40m pillars, 7m bridge width, 2x3.5m track width, and 2m sidewalk width, Reinforcing bar on Pier and Abutment heads using  Main Reinforcing bar D19, Reinforcing bar on Pier & Abutment Body using Main Reinforcing bar D25-250, Reinforcement on Abutment Feet using Reinforcing bar D22-50 meanwhile on Pier Foot uses Main Reinforcing bar D25-125.

Abstract

High Speed Rail (HSR) is currently regarded as one of the most significant tecnological breakthrought in passenger transportation. Compare to a convensional train, a high speed train will shorten time travel. This study aims to evaluate the viability of high speed rail project based on financial analysis. The parameter used to analyse the financial viability are NPV, BCR, IRR, PP and Break Even Traffic Volume. The analyses also includes sensitivity analysis with a variety of discount rate, annual income and investment cost value. The result of financial viability analysis shows that the project does not meet the financial requirements. It is indicated by negative NPV value, IRR value of 0,27 to 2,28 smaller than the discount rate and PP value much longer than the concession period which are of 50 years. The result of Break Even Traffic Volume shows that the range of total demand number to reach NPV=0 are between 11,27 millions to 11,58 millions. The Number  is very much greater than total passenger number of Argo Parahiyangan train in the year 2018 that is 4,38 millions/ year. Even though based on the financial viability analysis the High speed rail Jakarta-Bandung project is not be feasible. However, based on the economic and social benefits the project is crucial to solve traffic congestion, reduce the pollution rate, and save the time travel.Keywords :High-Speed Train, financial analysis, financial feasibility parameters

Abstract

Sistem penyanggaan adalah salah satu aspek yang tidak bisa dipisahkan dalam sebuah perencanaan penambangan dengan metode tambang bawah tanah, kesuksesan dan kegagalan dalam menentukan sistem penyanggaan menjadi hal yang sangat kritikal dan penting, karena kegagalan dalam hal ini dapat menyebabkan resiko terhadap keselamatan bagi para pekerja serta terganggunya aktifitas produksi. PT.Freeport Indonesia mempunyai beberapa area tambang bawah tanah, dua area tambang bawah tanah yang saat ini pada tahap produksi yaitu Deep Ore Zone (DOZ) dan Biggosan, serta dua area yang pada tahap proses development dengan menggunakan metode block caving yaitu Deep Mill Level Zone (DMLZ) dan Grasberg Block Caving (GBC). Area tambang DMLZ terletak dikedalam 1500-1600m dari permukaan dan terletak dibawah tiga area tambang bawah tanah sebelumnya (Gunung Biji Timur, Intermediet Ore Zone , dan Deep Ore Zone), letaknya yang jauh dari permukaan menjadikan DMLZ berada pada kondisi tegangan yang cukup tinggi (high stress). Inovasi sistem penyanggaan terus dilakukan khususnya sistem penyanggaan yang dipasang di area tambang bawah tanah DMLZ, sebagai salah satu komitment perusahaan terhadap keselamatan dalam pencapaian produksi yang aman serta optimal dikemudian hari. Tulisan ini menjelaskan dan menyebutkan sistem penyanggaan di tambang bawah tanah DMLZ. Sistem penyanggaan yang digunakan sejak pertama metode tambang bawah tanah yang telah dibuka sampai saat ini telah banyak mengalami perubahan, dari sistem pemasangan secara manual atau konvensional serta jenis penyanggaan yang digunakan sesuai dengan kondisi pada tekanan yang tinggi dan berpotensi terjadinya strainburst atau rockburst seperti kondisi saat ini.

Abstract

  This study aims to analyze the economic and financial viability of the Jakarta - Bandung high-speed railway using three scenarios, the best scenario, the medium scenario, and the worst scenario. Where the three scenarios are using 75% load factor with discount factor level of 2% and 3,46%. A project is considered feasible by comparing feasibility parameters, such as NPV, BCR, PI, EIRR / FIRR, and payback period. Based on the results obtained on the feasibility parameters used, showing the economic and financial feasibility analysis with the discount rate of 2% and 3,46% in the best, medium and worst scenario, the project is declared eligible to be built, due to the eligibility of economic feasibility.  Keywords:High-speed, economic feasibility, financial feasibility, feasibility parameters

Abstract

The increasing number of motorcycle vehicles, causing traffic congestion at the signal intersection in Bandar Lampung City. As an effort in reducing congestion, the government of Bandar Lampung city made Special Stopping Space (RHK) for motorcycles. The RHK is a space dedicated to arrange motorcycle queue place when stop at the signalized intersection during traffic light period. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of RHK at the signalized intersection, and it’s impact on saturation current increase and approach capacity compared to approach without RHK. The effectiveness and impact of RHK, was conducted by surveying traffic flow in the morning during peak hours using camera video in each selected approaches. The survey data obtained were analyzed using MKJI and compared with previous research. RHK increases saturation flow 7,3% - 17,5% and approach capacity 37,67% - 52,09%. In conclusion RHK is effective to be provided in signal intersection. Value of RHK filling level at Jl. P. Diponegoro - Jl. P. Diponegoro and Jl. Jend. Sudirman - Jl. Gajah Mada - Jl. Jend. Sudirman is less than 50% that indicates bad while at Jl. Jend. Sudirman - Jl. Jend. Sudirman and Jl. Dr. Susilo - Jl. P. Abstract

Feasibility Analysis is an appropriate analysis of parameters to determine a successful implemented project or not. Feasibility analysis is divided into two parts economic and financial analysis that both affect the feasibility of a project. The purpose of this study is to determine the costs incurred in a railway shortcut project, to analyze delay times before and after a railway shortcut, and to find out which railway shortcut project meets the economic and financial feasibility requirements. In this study, an analysis of the economic and financial feasibility and summarize the economic viability benefits of the Tegineneng - Tarahan shortcut project was conduct. A project is declared feasible or not by doing comparison with the feasibility method that is NPV> 0, BCR> 1, PP faster than the specified time, IRR> capital cost, and PI> 1. This study uses full occupancy rate with discount rate of 5% , 10%, and 15%, respectively.Based on the results obtained in terms of economic feasibility analysis that investment evaluation does not qualify due to the amount of benefit is too small so that economic analysis is not feasible. The aspect of financial feasibility analysis and analysis by summing the two financial and economic benefits is eligible so that the Tegineneng - Tarahan shortcut project is categorized as feasible. Keyword : Economic Feasibility, Financial Feasibility, Feasibility Method

Abstract

One of the causes of construction failure on asphalt pavement is segregation. Which  is the separation of small and large aggregate grains within a mixture, so that in a part of the coating of the pavement will be concentrated aggregate coarse and in other part will be concentrated fine aggregate. One of the factors causing segregation is the hauling distance from Asphalt Mixing Plant to the slap location. To understand this, task a study on the impact of the transport process on segregation on hot asphalt mixture from Asphalt Mixing Plant to the location of the spread. The mixture used is the Asphalt Concrete-Wearing Course type or the laston coated wear of Asphalt Mixing Plant PT. Gigging Polah Raya for work location which is 28.9 km on Jalan Sultan Agung, Bandar Lampung, Lampung and PT. Rindang Tigasatu Pratama for work location located 53.3 km on Jalan Teuku Cik Ditiro, Bandar Lampung, Lampung. Examination of sample is done trough extraction test and sieve analysis test. From the result of the research, it’s found that there is being segregation during the transport of asphalt mix mixture from Asphalt Mixing Plant to the slap location. For sample PT. Manggung Polah Raya, gradation aggregate is still within the upper and lower limits of the general specification Bina Marga 2010. As for the sample of PT. Rindang Tigasatu Pratama, the aggregate gradation is out of the upper and lower limits of the general specification of Bina Marga 2010. Factors affecting segregation are haulage distances and aggregate density. Keywords: Road Pavement, Asphalt Concrete, Segregation.
