Abstract

ABSTRACT  The thesis discussed about the biography Syahiran of a formal choosen leader.  Syahiran is a leader who is very kind to other people or public. The problem of this research was how the way of his carier from a Subdistrict head (Ketua Camat) until become a regent (Bupati) of  Pasaman Barat. The formulation of the problem in this research was how the history of Syahiran’s life and how did his role in increasing people progression during his leaderships in Pasaman Barat at 1982-2010.He was born at Tebingtinggi, September 9th, 1953. He started his carier as a staff of government, that was a Subdistrict head in 1982 at Batipuh, Tanah Datar and at 1989, he was choosen as the leader of Setda village in Pasaman. In 1991 Syahiran was also choosen as a Subdistrict head at Pasaman city at, and then, in 1993 he became a Subdistrict head again at Sungai Beremas, Pasaman. After that, in 1996, Syahiran was still chosen as Subdistrict head at Kinali, Pasaman and in 1998, he still tookhold as Subdistrict head at Rao Mapatunggul, Pasaman. After becoming a Subdistrict head for years, in 1999, Syahiran became an assistant Tata Praja Setda at Pasaman. Then, in 2001 he became an Economic Building Assistant Setda at Pasaman city and from 2001-2005 he became a secretary area (Sekretaris Daerah) at Pasaman. in 2005-2010 Syahiran decided to come to Politic which had known all the risk inside it. Therefore, he had been chosen as the Regent of Pasaman Barat that was voted by public directly.Keyword: figure, bureaucrat, politics, leader.

Abstract

Latar belakang didasari oleh diskriminasi hak pekerja yang ingin melangsungkan perkawinan dalam satu perusahaan namun dilarang oleh Undang-Undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan (UU Ketenagakerjaan) Pasal 153 ayat (1) huruf f. Rumusan masalah yang diangkat ialah: (1). Bagaimanakah hak pekerja dalam satu perusahaan yang ingin melangsungkan perkawinan pasca Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi Nomor 13/PUU-XV/2017?; (2). Upaya apakah yang harus dilakukan oleh pihak pemberi kerja pasca Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi Nomor 13/PUU-XV/2017?.Tujuan hasil kajian ini adalah: (1). menganalisis konsekuensi hukum dan hak kepada pekerja yang melakukan hubungan perkawinan dengan rekan kerja satu perusahaan; (2). Untuk mengedukasi pekerja untuk tidak takut diberhentikan oleh pelaku usaha karena melangsungkan perkawinan dengan rekan sekerja dalam satu perusahaan yang sama. Metode penelitian adalah yuridis normatif, penulis menganalisis Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi Nomor 13/PUU-XV/2017 terhadap UU Ketenagakerjaan, menggunakan analisis kualitatif dan menarik kesimpulan dari umum ke khusus.Hasil penelitian adalah (1). Pasal 153 ayat (1) huruf f UU Ketenagakerjaan dianggap bertentangan dengan UUD 1945, dan hak asasi manusia oleh Mahkamah Konstitusi, dan pengusaha tidak dapat lagi memberhentikan pekerja yang akan melangsungkan perkawinan dengan teman di satu perusahaan yang sama; (2). Pemberi kerja wajib segera merubah Peraturan Perusahaan, perjanjian kerja, perjanjian kerja bersama dengan menyesuaikan kepada Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi No. 13/PUU-XV/2017 jika tidak diubah maka peraturan perusahaan, perjanjian kerja, perjanjian kerja bersama adalah batal demi hukum (nietigheid vanrechtswege).Adapun saran penulis ialah (1). Pengusaha wajib mengubah Peraturan Perusahaan, Perjanjian Kerja, Perjanjian Kerja Bersama dengan menyesuaikan Putusan MK yang pada pokoknya tidak dapat memberhentikan pekerja yang menikah dengan rekan satu perusahaan; (2). Jika pengusaha/pemberi kerja khawatir kedua pekerja tersebut akan melakukan kolusi maka kedua pekerja tersebut sebaiknya ditempatkan di divisi pekerjaan yang berbeda.

Abstract

This dissertation discusses the Eagles dance as the identity of dance incultural change in isolated tribal community (SAD), in the village of PematangKabau, Air HItam District, Sarolangun Regency, Jambi Province. CentralGovernment through the Ministry of Social Affairs moved SAD out of the jungleand then settling on a permanent area and this activity has been carried out since1973. Furthermore, the settlement resulted in a fairly fundamental change, notonly in style and environment of SAD, but more important to the identity markersand self-identity of SAD.People of SAD who had been settled, strive to keep eagle dance even bymaking some changes as far as not to break out the essential elements of the Eagledance in order to avoid a total loss of identity and their self-identity in the newneighborhoods, This study aims to see how art, in this case Eagle dance, can be amarker of identity that attaches to the SAD after they settle outside the forest. Toachieve these objectives there are three main problems which will be soughtanswers in this study, namely: (1) What does the Eagles dance of SAD in thevillage of Pematang Kabau looks like?; (2) how is the status of the Eagles dancefor SAD in the village of Pematang Kabau; and (3) how is the impact andmeaning of Eagles dance towards the SAD changes?The study with the perspective of cultural studies designing as thisqualitative research is used to solve the three problems mentioned above by usingseveral concepts, theories and techniques of data collection. Concepts are referredto Eagle dance, cultural identity, change, and isolated tribal community. Thetheory used is the identity theory, the theory of semiotics, hegemony theory, andtheory of deconstruction. Data collection techniques include participantobservation, depth interviews, and study of literature / documentation. The datacollected is processed in a descriptive analytical and subsequently presented in theform of narrative, tables, and visual illustrations.The results indicate that there had been changes towards the Eagles dancein SAD which had settled in Kabau Pematang village, although the use of holy spells as a musical accompaniment and distinctive gestures symbolic of this danceis still maintained. In residential SAD, Eagle dance is treated as a cultural groupidentity, and the regeneration of the dancers began to be conducted. The impact ofthis treatment which is carried out by citizens of SAD making the Eagles dancebecomes sustainable dance despite the new of its socio-cultural functions. ForSAD in residential areas, Eagle dance means as a symbol of cultural expression,equality, and welfare. The main meaning of Eagles dance, who built fromtradition and cultural power of SAD, becomes a representation of communitygroups concerned, in the midst of pressure, domination and influence of themajority culture.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus is a metabolic disease group with hiperglikemi characteristics that occur due to abnormalities of insulin secretion, insulin work or both.Food play an important role in providing nutrition for diabetics.Intake of foods containing carbs, protein and fat is an important nutrient, extra food for diabetics in the form of low-calorie sugar, milk, biscuits, yogurt, whole wheat bread, oats are sold commercially. Objectives: To know the difference in intake of Nutrients Macro Against Diabetes mellitus type II Sufferers consume such foods because commercial foods providing nutrients according to needs, and deliver practical benefits. Method: This is an observational cross sectional design research. It was carried out in April-May 2018. Samples gathered at the RSUD Dr. M Yunus Bengkulu and selected by purposive sampling in accordance to inclusion and exclusion criteria. Total sample were 33 respondents. This research used the FFQ for intake data.The data were tested using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, independent t-test. Results: The majority of respondents were women. Respondents who choose to consume commercial foods were 63.6%, the rest (36.4%) chose not to consume commercial food. The results of this research obtained no difference between macro-nutrients intake in diabetes mellitus type II patient that consumes commercial and non commercial food (p value: 0.32), energy intake (p value: 0.67), protein intake (p value: 0.94) and fat intake (p value: 0.11) carbohydrates intake. Conclusion : Diabetics mellitus patients can consume commercial foods recommended for diabetes mellitus diet.
