In the end of this Research first aims to find entrepreneurship training model for unemployment women in Demak regency. Model can be used as a reference for implementation of the training program entrepreneurship in various institutions formal and informal programs. Also useful forprogram management entrepreneurship training.To achieve that goal, used model design, which was adopted from the model research and development (The R & D model of Plomp, 1997).This research started with the preliminary investigation research and design (first year ) activities in the or introduction to know the issues appears on the field is related to entrepreneurship training for women unemployment done so far, whether that will be done by formal and informal programs. First year research will be arranged initial design entrepreneurship training model for women unemployment and equipment and the handbook of these organizations program Implementation services for women unemployment. Next, in the final test, evaluation and revision (next year) activities in initial design entrepreneurship training developed by doing testing to get a model evaluation entrepreneurship training for women unemployment.Based on data collected from almost all respondents had followed training programs or entrepreneurial skills that comes from the state budget, but it has not been able to create new entrepreneurs. This was attributed to the organizer programs that did not include cargo supporting order entrepreneurship in the curriculum program that they were to perform.Entrepreneurship training model that developed in this research on some parts: 1) system of selection participants, 2) material and training method, 3) apprenticeship, 4) capital management, 5) mentoring for business, 6) evaluation and a report. Training materials on technical skills resource potential in accordance with local and interest entrepreneur, andentrepreneurial order that able to grow and develop the attitude entrepreneurship. The implementation of the training entrepreneurship use methods based on the main problem based learning (PBL).
The tantrums concept may be a new thing for most parents, in fact this behavior is common to the parents in parenting. Tantrum behavior is normal behavior for children aged 15 months - 6 years, even in the form of aggressive behavior. Therefore parents need not worry if their children have it. This behavior is not a permanent behavior. This behavior arises because children feels discomfort due to several reasons; e.g. hunger, sleepiness, pain, unfulfilled desire, inappropriate response, attacked or criticized, deprived, meet with strangers, etc. Inconsistent parenting also contributes to the emersion of this behavior, including overindulges and comply the children pretension. Such behavior is normal in nature. Nevertheless, parents need to respond it appropriately. If not, it will affect the children behavior development. This paper aims to provide an understanding of tantrums behavior, its grounding theory, the cause, as well as the way to deal with children who have tantrums.
Telah dilakukan penelitian tentang kewirausahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menerapkan model pelatihan kewirausahaan bagi perempuan pengangguran. Penelitian dilakukan pada tanggal 11 Juni 2015, di Kecamatan Karang Tengah Kabupaten Demak, dengan 20 peserta. Model pelatihan yang digunakan adalah pembelajaran berbasis masalah (Problem Based Learning/PBL), dengan data evaluasi sikap spiritual, sikap sosial, dan keterampilan pelatihan, yang semuanya dalam katagori baik. Kesimpulannya adalah, model pelatihan kewirausahaan yang tepat untuk perempuan pengangguran yaitu Problem Based Learning (PBL) ini bisa dilanjutkan untuk pelatihan kewirausahaan selanjutnya.Kata kunci: Perempuan Pengangguran, PBL
Teori yang menyatakan bahwa faktor-faktor ekonomis suatu Negara sangat mempengaruhi kepolitikannyaterdiri dari dua versi yang berbeda. Pertama, adalah hipotesis rezim (regime hypothesis) yang berpendapatbahwa kestabilan institusi-institusi demokrasi di suatu negara dipengaruhi atau dikondisikan olehtingkat kelimpahannya. Rezim demokrasi hanya bertahan di negara-negara kaya, sehingga GDP perkapita, menurut hipotesis ini, menentukan kelanggengan demokrasi. Kedua adalah hipotesis kebijakan(policy hypothesis) yang menegaskan profil kebijakan publik dari suatu negara ditentukan oleh tingkatkekayaannya. Jadi, apa yang disebut sebagai negara kesejahteraan itu hanya akan muncul di negaranegarayang perekonomiannya sudah mapan dan makmur, jadi di sini GDP per kapita dianggapmenentukan kualitas maupun konfigurasi kebijakan suatu negara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah green product, saluran distribusi, dan brand image berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian air minum Nestle Pure Life di Kota Semarang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pembeli air minum Nestle Pure Life di Kota Semarang. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 100 responden dengan menggunakan metode Probability Sampling yaitu Random sampling karena pengambilan anggota sampel dari populasi dilakukan secara acak tanpa memperhatikan strata yang ada dan dalam populasi tersebut. Sedangkan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil analisis menunjukan green product mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelain, saluran distribusi berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian, serta brand image berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian.
The background of this research is the declining number of hotels in semarang district. This indicates that the hotel can not satisfy customers. In general, this study aimed to determine the effect of directly or indirectly discipline and responsiveness to customer satisfaction where the quality of service as a mediating variable. So that it can be seen that the most powerful mediating pathways to influence customer satisfaction. Specifically, this research aims to increase the number of visitors hotels in semarang district. Research data collection techniques by spread many questionnaires to the hotel customers in semarang district are arranged systematically with multiple choice answers which easy to understand. Distribution of the questionnaires by means of a direct encounter conducted in the period April-July, 2013, with a sample of some 250 people. Then the data were collected through the questionnaires to be tested the data analyst; validity and reliability, followed by pathway analysis (path analysis), test the strength of the model using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). The result of the research proves that there is positive direct influence between discipline and responsiveness to customer satisfaction. The results also shows that the quality of service is a positive intervening between discipline and responsiveness towards customer satisfaction.
The purpose of most major companies according to the theory of the firm is to maximize the value of company.Company can increase the prosperity of the owner or the shareholders by increasing the value of the company, both internally and externally. This study aims to determine the effect of corporate governance, profitability, dividend policy, and research and development intensity on firm value.The sample of this study is manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2009-2011. With purposive sampling method to obtain 10 companies that meet the criteria, resulting in 30 observations. Data were analyzed using analysis Ordinary least Square.The results of the study draws conclusions that simultaneous (Test - F) All independent variables (corporate governance, profitability, dividend policy, and R & D intensity affects the dependent variable (firm value) . Partial (t-test) there are four variables that affect the value of company board size is variable (sig 0.000) , Independent board (sig 0.039) , Profitability (sig 0.048) , dividend policy (sig 0.020). Two other variables that do not affect the value of the company is Board intensity (sig 0.022) and R & D intensity (sig 0.077).

The Research aims to determine the effect of the service and location where Visual Merchandising as a variable can strengthen specific purchasing decisions konsumen. This study aims to provide a solution to increase the number of consumers amid increasingly fierce competition minimarket. The results showed that service quality has a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions, location positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, quality of service is getting stronger influence on purchase decisions when driven by the Visual Merchandising, Location stronger influence on purchase decisions when driven by the Visual merchandising.
The background of this research is the declining quality of UKM products . This indicates that UKM can not win the trust and loyalty of consumers . In general, this study aimed to determine the effect of the Product Quality to Consumer Loyalty in which the Trust as an intervening variable. Specifically , this research aims to improve the competitiveness of UKM . Research data collection techniques by means of spreading consumer questionnaire systematically arranged with several possible answers were easy to understand . Distribution of the questionnaire by means of a direct encounter conducted in the period February to March 2014 with a sample of some 82 people. Then the data were collected through a questionnaire to test the data analyst; validity and reliability, followed by a simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of the study demonstrate that 1 ) There is a positive and significant effect between the product quality to consumer trust. 2 ) Trust positive and significant impact on consumer loyalty . 3 ) The results also prove that the product quality indirect effect on loyalty to the trust as intervening.
