Abstract

Pada saat sekarang belum terdapat Sistem Operasi Pelayanan (SOP) untuk sistem dan prosedur bongkar muat barang pada angkutan kereta api. Maka untuk menyusun sistem dan prosedur tersebut dilakukan penelitian di lapangan dengan wawancara terhadap manajemen perkeretaapian kantor pusat PT. Kereta Api (Persero) dan kepada ekspidisi muatan kereta api, sedangkan untuk penyelesaian kajian menggunakan analisis diskriptip kualitatip dengan mengacu teori teknik tata kerja perusahaan. Hasil penelitian sebuah formula sistem dan prosedur bongkar muat barang untuk dilaksanakan oleh operator kereta api, pada pelayanan bongkar muat barang di stasiun.

Abstract

Act No. 23 of 2007 on the Railways, in Article 91 paragraph (1) mandates that the intersection between the rail and roads made no plot. Exceptions to the provisions referred to in paragraph (1) can only be done while ensuring safety and smooth running train rides and road traffic. I71e study tries to review the drafting of the concept of the licensing process the intersection and railroad intersection with another building of effective and efficient, and recommendations for improvements of licensing. As a tool used for analysis is a method Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), with secondary data collection in related institutions and primary data collection through questionnaires to the experts as respondents in the field of railway infrastructure in some instances. I71e results obtained from the study indicate the priority that need attention include reducing the processing time, one-stop, telecommunications, information communication, shorten theprocess and delegation of authority, determination. To improve the licensing process effective and efficient need to change the five scale.Keywords: Effectiveness, Efficiency, Licensing Process

Abstract

Many effort that PT. KA (Persero) have done to incrase the services for many customer from trainuser. Without fail with Jabodetabek commuter train. To know about satisfaction level of KRL andKRD ]abodetabek Economic, citizen's apinian that hook be another with readinesss t.o necessity ofcitizen or expectation of citizen as a train services user.An inferior lerel services is because the supply readiness with demand isn't balance, especially at~hours. In normal condition it isn't the problem to face lnj prepare services, but many variable ofproblems that must have a special handing. It means, bout services reddiness that give many statisfactionfor many custo1ner with important expectation.Relation between readiness and necessity, to decide where is their wetness part in lerel of services. So,to incrase the KRL and Jabodetabek Economic KRD if wee see from weakness part it needs a newarrangement which fulfih with train standard services big city, to hook one anather with services gapof citizen expectation in this moment.Key words : Level of Services
