Abstract

This paper established the high limit penetration power of a certain area including wind power grid model in 30.084% value, in the high limit penetration power transmission network by small disturbance voltage influence. Through the power flow calculation power flow distribution of the viewing area, with the reactive power compensation voltage were optimized. The impact on the system voltage load disturbance by PV-QV curve analysis. And its system reactive power margin and other issues. By the above calculation, the grid is analyzed in access high wind power penetration limit under the feasibility and reliability of operation, and its impact on the static voltage grid system analysis. Make wind power grid reliable access high penetration power frontier research.

Abstract

Material waste has been considered as a major problem in the construction industry. Material waste not only has a negative impact on the success and efficiency of construction project, but also on construction cost, construction time, productivity and sustainability aspects. This paper aims to identify the major causative factors of material waste in China construction sites, their preventive measures and the relations between them. For this purpose, views of Chinese construction industry practitioners in Chongqing city were gathered by a questionnaire survey. The respondents were requested to rate a total of 34 causative factors of material waste and 9 preventive measures, which were gathered from previous literature. These causative factors were grouped into eight categories: Design, Handling, Procurement, Operation, Worker, Management, Site condition and External factors. The major causative factors of each category and preventive measures of waste were determined. Based on the identification of major factors and measures, the relations between them were also determined.

Abstract

PV output uncertainty, the PV scheduling problem has become urgent. The combined energy storage and PV can solve effectively the problem. We established the joint energy-saving economic scheduling model on PV- Storage generation, which mainly included the penalty model about PV positive deviation output and the penalty model about PV negative deviation output and "overflowing negative revenue" model. Considering the uncertainty of the PV output, this paper analyzed the prediction error distribution characteristics about PV output by the probability density estimate method. Based on the LHS (Latin hypercube sampling) ?SR (scenes reduce) technology, PV uncertain output is converted into a finite PV output scenes under different probability conditions. Finally, we used the PV output scenarios as the input data, and we solved the proposed Model based on GAMS (General Algebraic Model System) software, which the optimization goal is the joint expectation maximum power generation benefit. Results show that the proposed method is effective, and had good engineering application value.
