Abstract

All objects have various shapes and dimensions. When the three dimensional objects were captured by camera, the output will be two dimensional images although were captured from different angles, this will lead to some misperceptions for observer especially the one never seen the images before. To overcome these misperceptions, it was required a program which is capable of converting a two dimensional image in a digital three dimensional objects. However, conversion process takes a long time without standard measure of real objects to virtual especially for objects with different basic  form. The standard is the parametric box with parametric coordinate points to allow creating virtual objects with nearly the exact size of the original. The research uses Rhinoceros 4.0 and Grasshopper to generate the algorithm. The algorithm is designed based on the basic form of object (circle, triangle and square) by using the hierarchy logic of the water gallon. The result is the Smart Generative Algorithm (Smart Gen-A) which can re-create the 2D image into digital 3D and even give the nearly unlimited possible shape for architectural reconstruction.

Abstract

Undeniable, that the amount of women journalist in printed media or electronic media is very limited in comparison with men journalist. As a result, more women only become news sources to a media. This article discuss why does the amount of women journalist is very limited and what the alternative that can be done to push women more active as journalist. From the analysis that have been done, it founf that the cause of the limited amount of women journalist is more women do not understand the benefit of writing to her self and women have limited time to pour her mind in writing, although she is anxious to write. The limitation of women journalist can be overcome throuh te citizen of journalism.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the relationship of financial compensation on employee performance on the PT.BPR ADY Banyuwangi consists of variable Direct Financial Compensation ( X1 ) , Indirect Financial Compensation ( X2 ) significantly both simultaneously and partially on Employee Performance ( Y ) . To find out which of the above variables are the dominant influence on employee performance . The population in this study are employees of PT.BPR ADY Banyuwangi totaling 69 people . The technical  proporsional stratified random sampling . Data collected by distributing questionnaires to the respondents . The scale used is the Likert scale . Results from this study is that simultaneous , variable Direct Financial Compensation ( X1 ) and Indirect Financial Compensation ( X2 ) has a significant influence on employee performance ( Y ) PT.BPR ADY Banyuwangi . Variable Direct Financial Compensation ( X1 ) significantly affects the performance of the employee ( Y ) PT.BPR ADY Banyuwangi . Variable Indirect Financial Compensation ( X2 ) significantly affects the performance of the employee  PT.BPR ADY Banyuwangi . Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosional, motivasi belajar dan kecerdasan spiritual terhadap pemahaman mata kuliah akuntansi keperilakuan  pada mahasiswa  Prodi Akuntansi di Jawa Timur. Variabel yang digunakan adalah variabel bebas  dan variabel terikat. Variabel terikatnya  yaitu variabel pemahaman mata kuliah akuntansi keperilakuan. Sedangkan variabel bebasnya adalah variabel kecerdasan emosional, motivasi belajar dan kecerdasan spiritual. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh mahasiswa Prodi  Akuntansi di Jawa Timur yang sudah menempuh mata kuliah akuntansi keperilakuan. Dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 155 mahasiswa yang tersebar di 22 perguruan tinggi yang ada di Jawa Timur. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah  analisis regresi linier berganda, dengan bantuan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan spiritual berpengaruh terhadap terhadap pemahaman mata kuliah akuntansi keperilakuan  pada mahasiswa  Prodi Akuntansi di Jawa Timur. Sedangkan variable motivasi belajar tidak berpengaruh terhadap pemahaman mata kuliah akuntansi keperilakuan  pada mahasiswa  Prodi Akuntansi di Jawa Timur.Kata Kunci: kecerdasan emosional, motivasi belajar, kecerdasan spiritual, pemahaman mata kuliah akuntansi

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh relationship marketing kepercayaan, dan nilai pelanggan  terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada Perbankan Syariah yang di Kabupaten Jember. Variabel yang digunakan adalah variabel bebas  dan variabel terikat. Variabel terikatnyanya  yaitu variabel kepuasan nasabah. Sedangkan variabel bebasnya adalah variabel relationship marketing kepercayaan, dan nilai pelanggan. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh nasabah yang menabung di perbankkan syariah yang ada di Kabupaten Jember yang meliputi Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Bank Mandiri Syariah, Bank Mega Syariah, Bank BNI Syariah. Jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 150 nasabah dengan metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah  analisis regresi linier berganda, dengan bantuan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan relationship marketing kepercayaan, dan nilai pelanggan berpengaruh  terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada Perbankan Syariah yang di Kabupaten Jember. Kata Kunci: hubungan pemasaran, kepercayaan, nilai pelanggan, kepuasan

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh tata kelola perusahaan, dan  tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan serta intellectual capital  terhadap profitabilitas  pada perusahaan  industry makanan yang tersertifikasi halal yang  terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Variabel yang digunakan adalah variabel bebas  dan variabel terikat. Variabel terikatnya  yaitu variabel profitabilitas. Variabel bebasnya adalah variable tata kelola perusahaan,  tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan dan intellectual capital .  Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh perusahaan industry makanan yang tersertifikasi halal yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan sampel yang memenuhi persyaratan ada 11 perusahaan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah  analisis regresi linier berganda, dengan bantuan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tata kelola perusahaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Intellectual capital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Tata kelola perusahaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Kata Kunci : tata kelola perusahaan yang baik, tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan, profitabilitas, modal intelektual

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of service quality, trust, image of cooperative to the satisfaction and loyalty of members. Quantitative descriptive research type with explanatory research design. The population in this study is all members of Koprimka "Anjasmoro" Jember. The sample used was 84 respondents, using calculation with slovin formula. Analyzer uses path analysis. The result of hypothesis test shows that service quality, trust, image of cooperative individually have a significant positive effect on member satisfaction. Quality of service, trust and image of cooperatives individually positively significant effect on member loyalty through member satisfaction. Member satisfaction positively significant influence on member loyalty. The analysis of coefficient of determination on model 1 shows that 44.6% satisfaction of members of Koprimka "Anjasmoro" is influenced by service quality, trust and image of cooperative, while the rest 55.4% influenced by other variables outside model or equation. Determination coefficient analysis in model 2 shows that service quality, trust, cooperative image and member satisfaction can influence member loyalty by 60.4%, while the remaining 39.6% is influenced by other variables outside model or equation.Keywords: service, trust, image, satisfaction and member loyalty

Abstract

ABSTRACTBusiness services today are increasingly diverse in order to meet the needs of people's lives. Business services is one business that strives to create customer satisfaction. One of the services business that is developing at this time is the business of two-wheeled transpotation services or often referred to by the name of motorcycle taxi. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of price, promotion, quality of service to customer satisfaction partially. The population in this study is the customer "Om-Jek" Jember. This research includes quantitative research with survey method. The type of data used is primary data collected through the dispersion of cross-polled by using purposive sampling method and the sample number of 95 respondents. This research uses multiple linear regression tool. The results showed that the variable price, promotion, service quality influence on customer satisfaction online ojek service "Om-Jek" Jember. Each variable has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction of online ojek service "Om-Jek" Jember.Keywords: Price, Promotion, Service Quality And Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis  study  aimed  to  examine  the  effect  of  leadership  style,  on  the commitment of the organization, and how dapak on job satisfaction and employee performance. Questionnaires were used to test the independent variables, the intervening  variables  and  the  dependent  variable  based  on  the  researcher compiled theoretical study. Statements in the questionnaire has proven its validity. Respondents are all employees of Islamic Hospital numbering as many as 125 employees. Questionnaires were distributed to respondents as many as 125 copies and all questionnaires were returned and filled in correctly so it is worth to be processed. The results of this study indicate that the first hypothesis is that there is a positive influence between the style of leadership of the Organizational Commitment.   Thus   the   leadership   style   variable   test   results   (X1)   on organizational commitment (Z) proved there is not significant positive effect between kulaitas service (X1) on organizational commitment (Z). In the second hypothesis shows that there is a positive influence between Organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Thus the test results variable organizational commitment (Z) to job satisfaction (Y1) proved no significant positive effect of organizational commitment (Z) to job satisfaction (Y1). While in the third hypothesis there is a positive relationship between leadership style on job satisfaction. Thus the results of testing leadership style variable (X) to job satisfaction (Y1) proved no significant positive effect of leadership style (X) to job satisfaction  (Y1).  Proof  fourth  hypothesis  indicates  that  there  is  a  positive influence between organizational commitment to employee performance. Thus the test results variable organizational commitment (Z) on the performance (Y2) proved positive influence is not significant organizational commitment (Z) on the performance (Y2). While in the fifth hypothesis that there is a positive influence among the leadership on employee performance. Thus the results of testing leadership style variable (X) on the performance (Y2) proved no significant positive influence leadership style (X) on the performance (Y2).Key  Words:  Leadership  Style,  Organizational  Commitment,  Job  Satisfaction, Employee Performance

Abstract

This research is done to know the influence of variable of marketing mix service to the decision making of consumer to save their money in Bank in Jember. The independent variable in this research are the marketing mix that include: product (X1), price (X2), place (X3), promotion (X4)). The dependent variable in this research is the decision making of consumer. Research methode was with regresion analysis. The population was all the consumer that save their money in BSM Jember . The amount of sample was 50 respondent. Research was done by conducted direct observation to the the consumer that save their money in BSM Jember tough questioner. The technique of intake of sample used purposive random sampling. Based on the analysis result, it is obtained that the variable of marketing mix that have direct influence to the decision making of consumer The regresion coeficient of each variables was product (0,192), price (0,235) place (0,528) and promotion (0,242). Key Words : Marketing, product, price, place, promotion, purposive random sampling.
