Abstract

Banyak ahli pendidikan dan psikologi yang mengkaji tentang peran dan fungsimusik dalam hubungananya dengan kehidupan manusia. Salah satu fungsi musik adalahsebagai media terapi. Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang peran musik sebagai terapi yangdilakukan oleh YPAC Semarang. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendiskripsikan segalaaktivitas terapi yang dilakukan yayasan tersebut dalam memanfaatkan musik sebagaimedia.Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengambilandata dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis digunakan denganmengembangkan deskripsi kasus dengan mengunakan teknik reduksi data, kategorisasidan penafsiran data.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pelayanan musik terapi bagipenderita tunagrahita di Yayasan Pembinaan Anak Cacat Semarang dilakukan dengandua cara yakni melalui terapi pelayanan khusus. Tujuan terapi musik bagi penderitatunagrahita di YPAC Semarang adalah untuk meningkatkan daya konsentrasi anak,mengembalikan individu yang tertutuo ke realitas, melatih persepsi, menimbulkan hargadiri, membentuk hubungan interpersonal, meningkatkan pengenalan dan pengetahuanmusik, dan menghilangkan kelelahan serta menciptakan suasana santai. Aktifitas musikyang dilakukan dalam proses terapi musik di YPAC Semarang mencakup kegiatanmendengarkan musik, merespon musik dengan gerak berirama, bernyanyi, membacanotasi musik, dan bermain alat musik.Saran dalam peneitian ini adalah : (1) Diharapkan mengembangkan lebih lanjutproses terapi musik, khususnya dalam pengembangan pemanfaatan media, (2) bagiYPAC Semarang dan lembaga-lembaga terkait, disarankan agar menyelenggarakanprogram pengembangan peningkatan sarana dan prasarana terapi musik yang sesuaidengan kebutuhan penderita tunagrahita.Kata kunci : terapi, tunagrahita, media terapi, aktivitas

Abstract

The issue of crime not only from the public spotlight in the local and national level, but also a serious concern of the international community. One crime that is now often used as a discussion by scholars of law, economics and banking apparatus of government and law enforcement are on the money laundering crime (money laundering), especially with the notion that the Republic of Indonesia is "heaven" for these practices criminal offenses or the crime of money laundering. Abstract

The agency theory tries to compose formal link between principal and agent or any intended?parties within budget composition process. This theory imposes on achievement measurement?design and reward provided for manager to act positively and or profitable for company in a whole.The theorem of agency theory never implements all situations. Such alternative models of?behaviour and managerial motivation is stewardship theory, which gained from psychologically and?sociologically traditions. This research increased the meaning of stewardship theory through?description of terminology and theoretically contribution.Also adding within the previous stewardship theory through tested such model that relies on?manager chosen ? the better principal than such determination view. Based on the existed model,?manager chose to act as steward or agent. Their choosing was various in line with their psychology?motivation and perception about existed situation. Principal also chose to create some agency orstewardship linkage, depend on the perception about its situation and manager. If whether manager?or principal feels that the other parties will act in defend position, then the best benefit will be act?as agency, and organization will receive optimally return upon its investment. But if both parties?chose to develop stewardship linkage, then the organization will realize maximum rewards.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate and  describe  perfomance form of music group Angklung Kridotomo. Research methods applied in this study is qualitative descriptive. The result showed, music group Angklung Kridotomo do perfomance in Beringharjo market at day and in Malioboro street at night. Angklung Kridotomo group perfomance consisted by opening session that contain greeting and play opening music, at the prime session playing pop, campursari, and dangdut music. At the last session playing requested song and ended with closing

Abstract

Students prefer an easier way to learn the vocals and drums on the band's extracurricular activities, from a sense of love that the interests of students can grow so that the results belajarpun also increased. The purpose of this study was to determine whether using the method of ear training can increase interest and learning outcomes vocals and drum band students in extracurricular activities SMP N 3 Semarang. This type of research is a classroom action research with two cycles were carried out on students of SMP N 3 Semarang. The first cycle and the second cycle consists of planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data collection techniques used include practice tests, questionnaires, observations, journals, documentation, and interviews. Data analysis technique used is the percentage descriptive analysis, analysis of reflection, and discussion of evaluative. These results indicate that by using the method of ear training can increase interest and learning outcomes vocals and drum students of SMP N 3 Semarang on the band's extracurricular activities. Improvement occurs in both the interest and the learning outcomes for the use of ear training methods can facilitate students in learning vocals and drums on the band's extracurricular activities, so as to ease the students feel happy and interested in learning vocals and drums.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Researchers make the formulation of problems that can be studied in this research is "(1) How to use software pro tools as recording learning media at purnomo music school, (2) apasajakah supporting factor and drawing of recording learning in purnomo music school. The purpose of this research is to know, medikanripsikan and analyze (1) utilization of software pro tools as recording learning media at purnomo music school, (2) supporting and inhibiting factor of learning recording at purnomo music school. This research uses qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is performed using data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions or verification. The result of the research is learning recording at Purnomo Music School for 3 months with the intensity of meeting once a week and using lecture, demonstration and question and answer method. Utilization Software Pro Tools as learning media is done with three stages namely (1) planning, Purnomo Music School has a careful planning before implementing learning recording first to prepare curriculum and learning modules; (2) implementation, recording learning in Purnomo School of Music performed in two stages. First with the preparation of music equipment and computers or laptops that are done during the learning and the second stage is the teacher or teacher to do the introduction of the tool then demonstrate how to record, mix and make music composition; (3) evaluation, evaluation is done by the teacher at the end of the learning process that is after the participants of the course follow the training for 3 months. Supporting factors in learning recording are (1) the demands in terms of music technology in the digital era; (2) the existence of youtube media as media of music development; And (3) the background of the supportive course participants. The inhibiting factors in learning recording are (1) the difference of the participants' intelligence; (2) lack of interest in theoretical learning; (3) lack of motivation of course participants in learning; (4) a less supportive environment; (5) lack of consistency of learners in meeting the schedule of the course; (6) changing the mood of course participants in learning peroses; And (7) a power outage. Suggestions that can be submitted are (1) to the manager / owner of Music School Purnomo need to evaluate the implementation of recording class course so that it can apply promotion strategy to attract more candidate course participants; (2) to instructors / instructors need to learn and apply learning methods that can improve the motivation and mood of the course participants; (3) to the participants of the course is expected to improve motivation and mood in learning recording. Abstract

Kreativitas Guru dalam pembelajaran sangat menentukan keberhasilan pendidikan. Anak usia dini antara 1-5 tahun di TK Kemala Bhayangkari 62 Boyolali termasuk dalam masa estetis (menyenangkan). Oleh karena itu, diperlukan guru untuk membimbing anak usia dini kearah mandiri. Kreativitas guru menyangkut kurikulum, metode, dan media ajar sebagai penunjang kegiatan pembelajaran dipilih bidang seni khususnya seni musik. Tujuan penelitian Mendeskripsikan kreatifitas guru dalam pembelajaran seni  musik pada siswa taman kanak-kanak bhayangkari 62 boyolali sehingga berhasil, dan Mengetahui faktor - faktor yang memepengaruhi kreatifitas guru dalam pembelajaran seni Musik. Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Pendekatan penelitian terdiri dari pedagogik, psikologi anak, dan musikologi. Hasil penelitian kreativitas guru dalam pembelajaran seni musik meliputi: Pendorong, Proses, dan produk.

Abstract

Grup kentongan pudang satria masih eksis hingga saat ini karena mereka menggunakan aransemen musik yang tidak biasa dibandingkan dengan kebanyakan grup kentongan yang lain. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif yang dilaksanakan di Desa Mejingklak, Kecamatan Wangon, Kabupaten Banyumas. Objek penelitian adalah grup kentongan Pudang Satria di Desa Mejingklak, sedangkan Sasaran Penelitiannya adalah segenap anggota grup Kentongan Pudang satria di Desa Mejingklak Kabupaten Banyumas. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan melalui pengumpulan data, merangkum data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, kreativitas yang dilakukan oleh grup Kentongan Pudang Satria terletak pada pembawaan lagu, perpindahan lagu satu ke lagu berikutnya dalam satu permainan, dan penambahan melodi pada bagian intro. Tahap aransemen lagu yaitu menambah beberapa melodi dengan penambahan sederhana agar memberikan kesan ciri khas pembeda dari melodi aslinya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan proses kreativitas dan aransemen grup kentongan Pudang Satria sudah berjalan dengan baik dalam kreativitas dan aransemennya.
